My last find for the day as it was time to return to Junior at her swim meet. My heart sank when I saw multiple hint items. But no! It could only be the one. Thanks mumandkids for maintaining these caches.
Interesting location for a cache in the residential area. Quickly signed and replaced as found.
Nice little cache. Feel weird when it’s bordering someone’s property but it is what it is

We had fun looking for this (for a long time)! Staring right at it.
Thanks for your hide!
Thanks for your hide!
This should have been our first find. We tried to find this on the day we first happened upon this fabulous activity, but to no avail. It was kind of disheartening due to the D/T rating, luckily not terminal. We have been waiting to avenge this defeat, and today with more experienced geocaching eyes we did just that!
Thanks!
Thanks!
A nice quick find thanks. The raindows looked good from up here.
Ms_KR and I are off on a wee tour of the North Island. It was a great weather most of today, except that it was very windy!Today we cruised from Masterton to Whanganui. The fun part was getting an unrepairable side wall flat tyre in Paihiatua, and rolling the tyre down the main street for a repair!
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

(# 6529). A trip over the hill to the Wairarapa to grab some caches. A quick find. Everything in order. Thanks for bringing me here.
Even though we had a pretty shrewd what we were looking for at GZ it still took a little bit of searching. The views of the Tararua mountains are indeed fabulous here.
Something a bit different from the rest caught my eye! The cache was signed and replaced. TFTC
In Masterton for a few days and the weathers been miserable. Had no idea there was snow covered mountains so close. Have a feeling it must have snowed up there last night as it’s been so cold and raining. Cache all fine.
Was pretty busy around this spot today so my looked briefly. Impressive views though so well worth the trip
A fairly quick find, as although the location looked ominous, the cache was hidden in a logical place. Robnzh's electrician was still at the house! Perhaps he lives there. TFTC
No longer uninterrupted views as a house has been built right next to GZ, it's currently for sale, maybe some geocacher could buy it?
An electrician's vehicle arrived at the house as I had finished signing the log and it didn't look like they would leave for some time so all I could do was discreetly return the cache and look as innocent as possible!
There is potential to move the cache to an identical hide just across the road which would be more discreet now.
Cloud was building over the Tararuas where heavy rain is expected tomorrow.
TFTC.

For quite a bit I was convinced I must have been in the wrong area, but after a look through a few logs I knew I was in the right place, took a look around a saw this being a bit suspicious and grabbed it finding out that indeed it was the cache
Over in Masterton over night etc and to hear performance of St Matthew's passion so i decided it was about time i located the caches in this corner of the town. Ah the gabion i do so love this word!! with the cache tucked in close by. I had to wait until a walker and a cyclist finished their little conversation before i could get out of the car and go and have a search retrieve it and sign and replace it.
thank you for this cache and another smiley face.

My GPS died 4m from GZ but that was close enough for the find. Very cool views from here.

TFTC loved this one, took awhile to find as it was on dusk but finally fiquared it out
Found as part of Team ICE (Infoferret, Zissas & EthNZ) on a cache gathering mission. First time I've come up to this subdivision. TFTC
I'm sticking to my goal of finding at least one cache each day of these school holidays, so despite the rain today I was out geocaching. We had never been in this part of Masterton before, I think we'll come back and enjoy the view another, sunnier day. My heart sank when, standing in the pouring rain, I read the hint and saw literally hundreds of hint objects in front of me. However, I did finally find a point of difference and ran to the car to sign the log.
Thank you for placing this cache; it was lovely to sign a dry log!

Very nice to get a find before a round of golf today. Stunning day and the Tararuas looking beautiful early in the morning light. Cache all good. TFTC
#3140. I decided to come over to the Wairarapa today so I could find 30 caches as part of the requirements for the MGSc challenge. I had planned for a series of easy park and grabs out in the boonies on the back roads north east of Masterton. But just before I went to fuel up, I discovered much to my horror I had left my plastic cards in my jeans back in Wellington. So with just enough fuel to drive around Masterton and then head back home again I had to radically change my plan of attack for the day. My GPS map did not show a road extending up here to the GZ. So I went instead to Nikau Heights Road and walked through the path to the GZ. Soon spied the general hiding area and a closer inspection revealed the cache. Nice camo for this site. Signed the logbook and placed the cache back where found. Thanks for hiding it here.
Mum, Dad and the littlest muppet, who is an awesome geocacher, out on an adventure. The littlest muppet loved this one he said he was a secret agent. Tftc
Happy to be in Masterton after making our way down from the Tararuas. Picking off a few random caches of which this was one.
We made a straightforward find on the cache; signed the log, and then safely re-hidden, just as found.
TFTC found with team cacher Sweet P too
The Turtle strikes again!

Doing a spot of urban caching after a visit to Holdsworth, all good here, TFTC
Some nice looking houses going in up here .... A quick grab of the cache and on our way again tftc
Tftc!
We are probably the lousiest geocachers as we forgot a pen for today's hunt beyond Masterton... That's happen when you move things from their usual place and forget to put it back...
Very nice view!

Great little cache. The kids loved looking for it and I loved the view. We parked at the end of Nikau Heights and walked through which was lovely!
Checked today and sure enough both the missing cache and the replacement cache were there - although the original cache took a bit of finding as it was no where near where it should have been. Have removed the original cache and left the replacement all ready for the next finder.
Quick find on a nice day. Hint helped as I had an idea what I was looking for. Tftc
Second find on same cache with someelse this time. Not sure if I was meant to find more than one container or not. Very interesting.
Found two log books very close together but only one cache on the app I use. Confusing, but clever spot TFTC
No views of the Tararua's today. Cold, wet but fortunately not to windy which would have just added to the bleakness of the day. After finishing up at the annual Junior Football Tournament popped up here to pick an an almost instant find before the drive back over the hill and home. No problems at GZ and cache located quite easily. TFTC
Great view, and yes we did take some photos of the snow on the Tararua's. He He tricky find sis. TFTC.
Nice quick find on a miserable-weather day in the 'Rapa.
No probs here - as soon as I arrived I knew what I should be looking for - and it proved to be so.

Found today after bit of a hunt, not a pill container. But very clever hiding spot. TFTC
Looked for a fair while, had thorough look because low muggle area, only found dog poop
Searched and searched and eventually gave up. The hint was absolutely useless.
Wasn't sure if the hint was going to be useful knowing the GZ but spotted it quickly TFTC
Great views from up here, walked from Landsdowne Trails, had to wait for a few Sunday drivers to go past, but otherwise a quick find. TFTC
