Had another reasonably thorough search today. I'm pretty convince that it isn;t there and would also query if the finds within the string of DNFs are for the right cache...?
Good quick find. Co ordinates spot on, but I was still warming up since I didn't get the date right. Where did two days go?
Found on 11-04-13 at 2:51:00 p.m.
Not at all well sealed up but the contents were dry
Thanks for the cache.Cachingkiwi

Found with Mrs Darby&Joan on my last night down here for the Mega. Thought we should do some in Mosgiel as our motel was here, but this left us out at night. TFTC
In Hartstonge Street, that was PurdiePurdie's maiden name took a lovely walk through the gardens to find this cache with PurdiePurdie being the appropriate finder.
Found in the pouring rain, I seem to recall doing a previous cache in this garden, several years ago.
TFTC. When I saw that this cache was located on Hartstonge St it became a must do for me.
We had a bit of GPS spin and so eventually found the cache with more caching instinct then GPS guidence.

As RuruNZ was doing her international duties talking to and taking a family photo for an Indian family, with the help of Bladesedge, I made the find as she had already found it before we arrived. There is more than one entrance to these gardens and she chose the closest to cache one.
4764. Stayed in Dunedin after the Mega Event for a couple of days geocaching. This was cache find number eight of the first day. A quick and easy find in a surprisingly busy urban area. Didn't need the GPS as we muggled some other geocachers instead! Thanks, Rodney and Iris.
A quick find on a beautiful day. Another one to add our Mega totals.

I visited your cache as part of a week-long self indulgent Geocaching trip from Nelson to Bluff and back again. I apologise for not leaving a completely personalised log, but I do want to thank you for the time, money and effort you put into placing your caches. Without people like you who place caches, there would be nothing for the rest of us to come and find. You are fantastic

571 Out caching with purdiepurdie and macpacmum after cleaning up from the Mega event.
One of our number desparately wanted to stop on this street because of a family connection. Glad to find a cache in the area that we could retrieve. It took us awhile to track it down, chiefly because i led everyone up the garden path. I was using the geocaching app on my phone for the first time and it was different to what I was used to and I was actually walking away from the cache instead of towards it. That soon got fixed lol... Cache was found and signed and then it was on to take those family photos. TFTC

Found with Helefant. Decided to have a go at some night caching. Bit spooky around here. SL. TFTC.
A quick find, and an apt hint. Walking up I thought it was cutty grass and I didn't want to have to put my hand in! Found while heading home after NZMega. TFTC
With kiwicampnut and bladesedge after cleaning up and leaving Mega.
Meet a Indian(?) extended family near GZ (one part locals and the other visiting from Christchurch where they have lived for just 2 months), so I chatted and distracted while the other two made the find.
Thanks

Found at 1:01 PM GAFF5 in the company of Browngang and Juddda. We found a small green container that contained lesser swaps than what it had in there originally. We brought our own pen because we always do. We didn't have any kids to take with us - oh apart from Juddda's David.
Thanks Cachingkiwi
Thanks Cachingkiwi
NZ12. Out caching with Dazzatron today. The hide here was a very effective one as we took ages to hit on this one. Thanks.

Finally finishing logging my MEGA weekend finds. Thank you for bringing me to this spot. Two groups of hunters arrived at the same time from different directions. We pooled our resources and soon had the log book signed.

Our first day around Dunedin was coming to a close, rain falling and time to find somewhere open for take away. So a quick find and we were back into the van. Thanks Cachingkiwi.
Out caching with rosmar and Indiana Jill from the NZ Mega. Took a minute or two to spot eaxactly where this one was - arrived just as another cacher was leaving. TFTC!!!

Waz and the Wenches are in Dunedin for the NZ Mega Event over the weekend.
After meeting up with the rest of The Morris at our accommodation they headed on their way toward Christchurch and I heased back out caching with the Wench.
On arrival at GZ I had to wait till a couple of teenagers near GZ resumed their mouth to mouth suctation and I could search without them paying any attention to me.
Thank you Cachingkiwi.

Was in Dunedin to attended the first ever Mega in New Zealand. Managed to work it out so that I was able to team up with fozzmiester and agcnz and go on an 8 day caching trip around the South Island, this was day 2 of the road trip.
After finding GC2C2N6 - Loose shoe lace?? (Otago), tis was the next cache that we had on our list that we decided to try and find today, making our way around Mosgiel was the best decision that we made as there wasnt much parking around the area.
The walk to GZ was quite pleasant and it really didnt take too long before we made our way to GZ, the area was definitely starting to get a lot more busier as it was now lunchtime and this was brining more and more muggles around.
As we neared GZ we managed to spot the obvious spot where the cache was going to be and as luck would have it there werent any muggles around GZ so when we got to GZ we were able to search the area and we quickly found the cache, signed and replaced the cache back as found.
Thanks for placing the cache here and for bringing us to this spot, really enjoyed walking around these gardens, TFTC TNLNSL (4997)

Found during the mega, bumped into some other cachers and we all wandered around to all the nearest ones together for a while. That was nice. Soggy ground gradually drying up.
The NZ Mega starts (officially) today, so I headed out to the ol’ Scout Camp to spend some time socialising & caching...
Tagged along with Sully1, Bogonhazy, tackle_head & The Empire for the day... Had a fantastic day caching, laughing, sightseeing & laughing (Does it get any better than this???)
Grabbed this cache whilst travelling & taking in the fantastic views around the area... What an absolutely beautiful country to explore and photograph...
