Nice hide. Laughed at the scorpion that was guarding. So added our own scorpion. TFTC!

I loved climbing on the playground. It was very very fun on the playground. But we couldn't stay for long. When we went to go, I picked up a stick and it looked like a boomerang but it didn't come back to me. Thank you for the cache.
Find #1433 at 17:50 with MissGeosie and BopsyGirl.
We made the mistake of coming in from the wrong side of the park, and were watched carefully by a slow-moving, very nosy local muggle as we headed into the park.
She seemed to lose interest when we headed to the playground.
And what a playground it is! [^] Have to remember this one, it was difficult pulling the kids away, even with the promise of a "Dinner Shop" (aka Sizzler.)
Once we left the playground, the cache was quickly found in a very obvious spot.
As we returned to the car, we noticed the nosy muggle in her front yard playing with a phone and watching over us again.
Thanks for the cache, Eco & Rev.

Coordinates were good for this one and my caching eye spotted the hiding spot as I approached the area. A ggod start to my afternoon
I needed to be in this area after work today. The traffic was lighter than I had expected which was great, as it gave me time too find a cache or two. After finding a nearby cache, I thought I might be able to squeeze in one more quick find before dark. This one seemed to fit the bill. I parked nearby and wandered over to GZ. Once there, the cache was easily located. After signing the log, I returned the cache to its hiding spot. Now to head off to where I am supposed to be.
Freddo ran in to collect this one while I was in the car wrangling with a puzzle. He soon returned after an easy find having added our names to the log. Tftc Eco & Rev
This was one of the rare times when my Magellan worked perfectly. Right on the spot and cache is in excellent order. However, a new log should be put in there because the existing log is a scrap of paper someone brought. TFTC
Find #1412
Continuing to round up a few smilies while we have the chance to enjoy the northside.
We are new to the area so hopefully we can pick up a few quick finds without getting lost too often. LOL ...
Yet another quick find for us here.
Made our mark & replaced as found.
Log is a bit dodgy, temporary?

Happily we were out caching with one of our caching friends Urdera who we met on our first visit to Queensland some 8 years ago. Steve certainly hasn't lost his mojo even though he has not done much caching in the intervening years as he managed to find many of the caches we went to today. Nice hide, we enjoyed the search and find. [^][^] Thanks to Eco & Rev.
Arrived in north Brisbane, and set up at the showgrounds before heading off to find some caches.
As we had started this great footy series on a previous visit, we decided to do more of them today.
The cache was found quickly, and in good condition.
Many thanks for placing this cache, Eco & Rev, for us and others to find.

That was a nice quick find! Forgot my pen so will have to come back and sign it another day..
A wander past the teens grinding each other on the picnic bench (get a room) and I was on my way toward GZ. Quickly had cache in hand, could have used a drink from this one. TFTC
Another one off the map. Thankfully no one was home next door. As I approached, I thought about what I would do if someone appeared on the back deck. No need to worry though today. Signed log and rehid. tftc Eco & Rev
First cache of an afternoon caching trip. Found a park, and GZ without muggles. What a great start to the afternoon.
Found it although the coordinates were all wrong, there were so many good hiding possibilities.
Well done good hidden spot

Spotted a few good hides on approach however couldn't go straight to a couple due to muggle activity. Found in one of the suspected hides after muggles moved on.
The last of the footy ones for Wombles and I today. A nice easy find to finish it all off Happy to have (almost) cleared out the area Will be back out here to get the last few another day... with the storm almost upon us we started to outrun it (and grab some more caches on the way of course)
tftc and a good day out
took TB to continue it along

Another cache on our Pine Rivers caching adventure.
We were making good time and thought it looked like we could make it through our list after all!
Though the storm was threatening to try to change those plans!

Was just logging a find a little way over when I saw this one on the map.
Glad these houses are still empty! Had a walk around behind them and a quick easy find! There wasn't a clue in this one though?!

Simple find, not sure if there was meant to be a clue or not, but we couldn't find it! TFTC.
Quick & easy find . Interesting container . Wonder whether that's the clue? Found with Matt_Eth . TFTH .
First of the series today, and much more successful find than many of them.
In and out without issues! Thanks!
I may have signed every logbook with the 7th not the 6th... D'oh and Sorry!

On our way home from Bribie this morning, had to take a detour to miss the traffic on the Bruce. As we were so early, we decided to stop by and grab a couple of caches. We recently finished the football series but still had this one to go.
It must have been raining a fair bit down here last night (no rain on Bribie), so the ground was a little soggy. Made our way to gz and geoson spotted the cache fairly quickly.
Thanks for the cache Eco & Rev

18th of 24 finds today at 14:18. This cache helped contribute to a new best day record for me.
I replaced the batteries in my GPSr as I walked back to the car from Richmond's cache. Thankfully, they had juice in them so I was able to continue my hunt.
Parking the car in order to attempt this cache was interesting. Off-street parking with a difference.
When I got to the park I worried that I wouldn't be able to find the cache because some muggles looked to be having a BBQ at the other end. But since I was walking away from them I felt safe to find the cache. It was a quick find after I got to the GZ. What a great cache container. It certainly gives me an idea for a cache.

What a bonus cache this was, number two for the afternoon with Katie48. TFTC
As I started my run down the ground toward goal I could not help but notice the large amount of construction equipment digging up the goal square [:o]
I kicked on and nearing GZ found to my relief that it was not over the boundary fence
Yes!! The full six caching points for If today [^]
Thanks for the half pint cycling cache

I hope they are making a new ground just over the construction fence, but I don't think so.
A quick find near the posts.
thanks, Robmc.

We had been finding footy caches all morning.
It was time we threaded one through the big sticks.
The umpire waved two flags so we must have scored a goal here.
Thanks

The heavy machinery was hard at work, the ground trembling, but was able to grab the cache quickly, vacated the area and reappeared, to watch the roller on it's return. Thanks Eco & Rev. I've kicked a goal.
Parked nearby and found quickly after a short stroll. Dropped off a TB for the next cacher. TNSL TFTC
On a day of caching from Caboolture, doing the Footy Fever Series today.

at 14:14. It doesn't seem quite right to get a bonus when we have only found 1 of the 18 but it was handy.
TFTC again Eco & Rev. This cache is also fine.

Hmmm, how embarrassing. I wrote a note saying to check it out when there was machinery everywhere tearing down the bushland a couple of weeks ago. However, as the previous finder mentioned, it is definitely there, and a few metres away from where I thought it was last visit.
Now the second embarrassing part. Dropped my pen somewhere today, most likely near your cache in Albany Creek, and there was no pen in the cache. I couldn't officially log the find, but if the CO wants to check I'm not lying I can confirm what the cache looked like and its position.

I struggled initially to find access to this park from various dead end streets nearby. There is certainly some heavy machinery adjacent this one. I'm surprised given the proximity to the parkland and the nearby playground that the developer hasn't fenced this construction site fully off. There are a few signs here and there, but they won't stop an inquisitive 6 yo from wandering from the playground to look at the machinery.
It is disappointing that developers just flatten everything. Couldn't they leave a few established, healthy trees here and there?
GZ is still just outside the construction boundary. The cache, my second of the series, was found easily. An appropriate container. TFTC Eco and Rev

Eco & Rev, you might need to check this one is okay. I couldn't get close enough due to heavy construction equipment, but the bushland and fence that was once there is being pulled down for housing. Where the GPS was pointing me is now simply dirt.
Out and about with Tassiegirl13 today to find a few in this series.
All quiet in the park for us which made the find pretty easy.

Called in to grab this cache. I can say I have kicked a football with my brothers even though I am a girl. I know the torpedo kick and a few other styles and how to handball, after all I grew up down there. I can kick a goal through the big sticks. [^] TNLNSL TFTC Thanks Eco & Rev
We wandered over and found the cache without too many hassles. Nice looking park in the dark.
Found in the company of Gunnie69, Kaisho53 and PPrime (P') while tackling some of the series that can be found on the northside.

Not so common container but quickly recognised as our target
Log was signed and cache restored to position we set out again...

Nipped out at 5am this morning for just a couple (100) caches with Gunnie69, Ghostgums and Kaisho53. This one cropped up on our GPSrs as we flew past - so we took a look - as you do
Quick little wander from the road and cache was quickly in hand. Again, still insufficient caffeine, but still a smilie was obtained.
Thanks, Eco & Rev top stuff this.
{Overall find #1139, being the 3rd of 100 today.}

After a stroll through the park, Ghostgums, P`, Kaisho53 and I arrived and were blessed with a quick find. A different type of container than we usually come across but one we have all seen before somewhere around the traps...
With no information to gather, we dropped the cache back into its lair and moved on. This was the third cache for the day and I quickly realised that I had forgotten to recharge my torch... Lucky the other guys were more organised... [^]
Cheers Eco & Rev

A goal is a desired result an animal, person or a system envisions, plans and commits to achieve. In geocaching there are many goals, some chase numbers, some go for FTF some smell the roses, some go for difficulty, some for terrain. Well I chase another number while geocaching – km on the bike.
They seem to like these little bike tracks in this area.
Another cache in the day out at the footy in Lawnton on the geocycle http://connect.garmin.com/course/1451241

Enjoyable playground for the Geotoddlers to play on under Daddy's watchful eye, while Mummy went and looked for the cache. I was only startled twice - first by a group of school kids hurtling through from an unseen track and second by a spider on the cache container.
Cache found safe and dry. TFTC.
