Unfortunately I am unable to maintain this cache into the future so am archiving it. Great area for any other CO's to make a new cache. Thanks to all who have visited this cache in the past. Happy Caching.

Checked the cache after the last DNF and unfortunately it is gone. As this is the second time, I will rework some coordinates for a different GZ.
DNF. we had some good coords and found a few good spots. No luck though. Might be worth a check. Tftc. Will watch.
Today we explored Petrie and surrounds using geocaching as a guide. We loved the atmosphere of this cache, wow what a lot of work that has been put into the area/bollards, impressive. Love the cache and adding to our favourites.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

This was pretty fun. Well hidden. Couldn't find the helicopter clue but still figured it out. Thanks for a fun time.

Aha! Another nemesis cache has finally been found. This has been solved for a long time, but one time when we looked it turned out it had recently been disabled, so we vowed to return. Return we did, but could not find the cache. After talking to a different CO today about this cache, and lamenting we could not locate it, they asked where we had looked. We described where and they said "Yes it is there", then they described exactly where. BUT! We have looked there in the past, nothing was there.
So, today it was there. [xx(][8)] It is not an inconsiderably-sized container, so we know it wasn't there when we looked previously. The GOOD news is that it is there now, and we have finally been able to sign the log. Ta-da!
This was the 5th of 5 caches we found on this trip.
Thanks [Blue]stealth seeker[/Blue], for showing us this place.

A nice little puzzle. Got one number wrong then rechecked and found our mistake. Found with and signed in as tough mothers. Tftc
Enjoyed this one stopped at the servo with tough mothers and walked over to grab this one signed as TM
Out caching with the Tough Mothers (Lisylou, Jemillalucy, Misssusan, Bennyboppers, Remsjw, and Sliverin). We had done the Oooh series and had come into Petrie to get petrol. Hey there's a puzzle cache across the road that doesn't look too hard. So we gathered the info and put in the coordinates. Oh, that's not right. We checked our info and figured out that we had chosen the wrong statue as the Commander. Ok, recalculated our coords. That looks better. Nice quick find after that. TFTC!
Great spot. We stopped at the Red dog for refreshments and thought might aswell pick this one up while we are in the area. Thanks to all the service men and women ♡.tftc
Mum (misssusan79) dropped off a travel bug on my behalf. Penelope the Pig wanted to visit places with a P so where better than by a Petrol station, at the village People in Petrie!
Found the right plaque this time. Didn't see the rainbow plaque with the mentioned words on it. Guessed which one it was. TYFTC
Thanks for the walk down history lane. I have a greater appreciation for the Aussie sailors who have served and are serving.
Heading back from Brisbane today so stopped to grab a cache or two on my way home. After gathering the required information in the rain the cache was soon in hand.
Once the log was signed all was returned as found.

Definitely a man look Aladdin Sane 56. Checked yesterday. All clues still available in the park. Happy caching.
Maybe I was having a man look. Date on plaque is 21 August 2011. No rainbow coloured painting with the noted wording.
I've retrieved the cache this morning. Will tidy it up. I think it was maybe dislodged in the storm rather than muggled. Will wait a week or so then replace.
We were at the memorial collecting information for a nearby puzzle and noticed the contents of this cache scattered through the area. We have reassembled the cache and placed it back in it's hidey hole (we found it some time ago). Nothing appears to be missing. As it appeared to have been muggled we grabbed the TB to move along before it disappears.
Did a bike by the cache this morning to check everything. Added a few Navy swaps for the upcoming Rememberance Day and dropped in a TB. Thanks everyone for your logs. Happy caching.
This is a whole new area for me as I have no memory of seeing our tall friends on the roadside there whatsoever. I was pretty surprised by them, but also impressed.
I came all the way up here today because, after running a search on my missing "dates on which a cache was hidden", it turned out I could find the remaining three up here, pretty close together... Thus filling the calendar and also qualifying for a new Challenge cache.
I enjoyed my stroll around here today, though I struggled with a couple (e.g. Completely missed the helicopter!) and my finals seemed a bit surprising but when I checked out the most likely nearby spot: Shazam! Mission completed.
TFTC where all is fine, and it seems I may need to return sometime in the future!

I was in the area of this cache looking at some details for another cache that I had decided to visit, and seeing that this was likely a nice and quick stop I figured why not.
Originally I had parked in a slightly precarious spot to get the quick detail I needed for the other cache, but figure best to move the car to a little bit more inconspicuous spot. With my notebook in hand and phone in the other I wandered around the area getting the required information.
Unfortunately I had one number missing that I couldn't find the image so I decided to go with what I thought the answer should be and headed off in the direction of the coords that I come up with... Turns out I got something wrong and found myself on the other side of the road.
After establishing by a quick glance the coords I had would not be accessible I headed back figuring I was beaten by lack of seeing something. Turns out what I needed was staring me in the face as I crossed back.
With the new number I soon had a new and much better, much more discreet GZ. A quick check and the container was soon in my hands. I added my name to the log book and got everything back in place. Always nice to log an unexpected puzzle.

An enjoyable day of caching with The Drovers where we did lots of walking through several parkland and bush area.. This was one of the caches we targetted and found. Nice one - fav point alloc. [^][^] Thanks to stealth seeker.
Still camped at the showgrounds, and headed out again with Liz and Bruce.
We visited many parks and reserves, and found a wide variety of cache hides.
Spent some time at GZ, collecting the information, and soon had cache in hand.
Many thanks for placing this cache, stealth seeker, for us and others to find.

Finally found it last try was a year ago. Found with DWB876 TFTC 29 June 2014 topendteam
Thanks for the puzzle, was good to have a look around this nice monument after driving past blindly for years. No TB here TFTC
Great place and great hide. This was our first mystery cache so we are happy we found it. It did have us going around in circles as we had one of the wrong. But a recalculation got us home in the end TFTC.
We really loved this cache - thanks for bringing us to this fantastic memorial. Love the statues! It took us a little while to locate all the required information - all the while I had the Village People singing in my head! Once we worked out the final co-ordinates we didn't have far to go to make the find. Great cache and great location - a favourite point from us. TNLNSL TFTC
We are slowly beginning to tackle some puzzle caches and this one looked straightforward and also fun for the geogirls to help us gather the necessary information. We went to work collecting what we needed, but wait.....what does a Commander look like??? [?] [?] We put our numbers together and we soon realised that ummm, no, that couldn't have been the commander [:o)] Back for a quick recalculate and off we go again. With the help of the hint we soon had the cache in hand. Thanks for both the cache, the hunt and the education stealth seeker, it was fun for the whole geofamily
Great cache. Had one value wrong initially sending us around in circles. Checked our answers again and were soon upon the cache. Dropped off "Little Rhody" trackable TB3ARVC after tripping from Blackwater, Central Queensland to Brisbane. Have fun on your travels. TFTC

For some reason I haven't done this yet ? I don't know why ! Cool cache had lots of fun with jasminehayley!
On many occasions had thought that we must stop here. As we are staying not too far away, had decided to do this cache today. Took some great pics of all the bollards. Worked out the new co ords, and the cache was just where the GPs told us is was. TFTC.
My boyfriend who is a newbie to caching found it and was very excited took the traceable and will place it in the next one we find thank you !!
Great cache - after realizing we had the coordinates wrong we back tracked and found it easily.
Um... Don't know "C" or "E".... The co ordinates were way too far away .. These two are the only ones I am not sure of.... Any help..??
Thought we'd stop off and solve this puzzle today for a bit of fun. Thank you for for making a puzzle I can actually solve! We really enjoyed trying to find the answers to each of the questions and though there was one question we weren't so sure which totem was the right one, we still solved it on the first try thanks to Dave getting the helicopter clue before I figured out where to look! When cache was located Dave recons he was going to look there as soon as we parked the car. Sure, I said. TFTC
The cache has been put into a new container and re-hid in the same location. Ready and waiting to be found. A geocoin is also waiting to continue its journey.
Happy caching!

Checked on this one this morning while out on a ride. Needs a little tweaking so have taken it home. Will have it back in the next day or two.
Have always thought I should stop here and have a look at this little park. Today was the day a nice piece of history. Thanks for taking me there
Have been dodging this one thought it might be hard lol ..lazy one ..so me & Queen friend found in no time @ all......TFTC nice n quite here today ....
I made this a lot harder than I should have. I had a couple of digits wrong - with the first question - eek! It had me wandering some 160m across the road and looking around a building.. I thought, nah that cant be right.. Back I trudged to re calculate the numbers. When I put the numbers in the phone, it was staring at me all that time, note to self - update your co-ords on phone before you commence search.. Nice find. TFTC
Our first geocache! My son and i finally found it after figuring out the clues. Thanks.
After listening to a birdy chirping at a previous cache I drove around to the hidden parking spot and wandered over to check out the Village People.
I had pulled a muscle at the previous cache and I was struggling a bit but managed to find answers for all the questions and put them into the GPS to find they had me back in the car for a short drive. The new location didn't fit the description so I returned for another chat with the timber residents.
I decided that I would wander around watching the GPS coordinates until some of numbers lined up and then the penny dropped as to which number I had miscalculated and then I found the cache easily.
Thanks for a well designed cache. I enjoyed it. A Fav point from me.

Went to GZ, solved the puzzle and found the cache nice and quickly. I like it when these things all work out (unlike half a dozen others this morning!!). TFTC stealth seeker. Nice puzzle here amongst all those weird little wooden people. Quite bizarre!
After a lousy caching day, we were happy to finish our day with this fun puzzle .
Answers were easy to find and we plugged the coordinates into our phones . Soon we were at GZ and the hint helped to locate the cache . Very enjoyable . Thanks for bringing us to this location/area . Found with Matt_Eth . TFTH stealth seeker .

Paid a visit to the cache on our ride this morning to ensure all is in good condition. Dipped a TB. TFTC
Out with IolantheK on a freaky Friday frenzy. We had to stop here anyway so IolantheK waited till I did the puzzle. Nice easy sumsand off to GZ. A quick hunt and the log was signed
I had seen this one a little while back and thought I needed to come out and do it, then yesterday I was looking at another puzzle which needed details from here, so why not get everything at once.
Walked around and gathered the information I needed, and like a previous finder had listed the wrong brass buttons as my co-ordinates and found myself in the wrong spot. Didn't think this would be put in someone's back yard [I:]
After I corrected my error, I found the right gz and very soon after had the cache in hand. All good within.
A cool puzzle, and a great memorial to the defence people. Thanks stealth seeker.

Out for a quick Boxing Day cache before heading back home. The little triki's hunted for the clues and the puzzle was soon solved. Merry Christmas and TFTC Stealth Seeker
Found by Sunshine Toledo at 11:00a.m. I found the info and made the calculations that found me the cache but it did take a few minutes to track it down; lots of hiding places. TFTC
Out caching with fasted and barbbowman. Since i hadn't found this and we were driving past the finals i convinced my drivers to pull over for me Thanks for the cache it was an easy solve and an easy find.
This one brought back a few memories, I actually saw The Village People in concert.
Hey I can't help it if I was a child of the 70's and 80's.
We gathered all the clues and admired all the work that has been put into this area.
Some of the statues are pretty cool.
Did the number crunching and soon had the cache in hand.

Collected the clues bit the local park muggles refused to move on. [:(!] Bad day on the trails only managed 8 from 14 for the morning.
Really enjoyed this one, the boys had a great time racing each other to find the next clue. Thanks
After spending the morning finding caches in the rain, it was nice to see the skies clearing a little. Arrived to a deserted park and quickly found the answers we were looking for. Once the new coords were put into the Garmin, we were surprised as to how close we actually were
Mr Parko retrieved and all is in great condition. Thanks for the hunt stealth seeker

On a family caching day, we stopped in this interesting memorial park to collect the cache. We really enjoyed collecting the clues, and after disputing a couple, we came up with a likely looking set of coordinates. Now the next challenge: my GPSr had us kind of in the middle of the path! Oh no! Splitting up, I searched one side while DisSister searched the other, and as per usual, I was in the wrong spot. We needed a kid to help us retrieve it, so lucky we'd brought a couple, and sat nearby to sign it, realizing we'd almost been muggles by a pair of kids on bikes. My salutations to those who serve on, above or under the sea and their support staff on shore. TFTC, stealth seeker! =^.^=
My girls do highland dancing and were very excited to see someone in their Sailors Hornpipe costume complete with creases! The kids all raced around finding the clues and then followed La Kedi off to look in the wrong spot. My GPS didn't know where it wanted me to look so I took a stab and scored a find. I didn't, however, have much success retrieving the cache so called in the troops to assist. We spent another little while discussing each 'person' before returning to the car. TFTC
Today was a trip to the northside for a couple of reasons. I was passing through and decided I just could not pass this one by. Now look what you have me singing in my head....aaaarrrrggggg.
I answered the questions and...what??? way over there????? No way.
Another check and hey that guy has brass buttons as well. Maybe I should of looked at their shoulders to work out who is a Captain. lol
Thanks for the cache.

8th find of 12 found one morning before breakfast during my holidays - ok, a slightly late breakfast today.
Nipped out to this one early morning - gotta be quick today or the wife will wake up and wonder where I've gone Well, she might be awake now, and I'm sure she can guess. Hmmmm. Not a fan of the music or the band, but seven years in the Navy myself meant that this was an odd experience. Surreal I think is the word? Got most of the clues quickly enough, but I'm afraid the Captain has had a demotion. He's a Commander now. He didn't get the promotion to Rear Admiral it seems.
Useful coords in hand I proceeded on the journey to final GZ. The walk was good, but lining up for an airline ticket was too far[B)]
Yep, cache here. A nice hide in such a location, well done.
Thanks for placing this cache, stealth seeker and Aussiemates. Found in good condition.

Had collected the clues on a previous visit, then took them home to work out a GZ.... seems my knowledge of 80s music was not quite up to scratch, and was kindly shown my error by the CO.
Came back today, and searched for a while before having to rethink my approach..... cache was then soon found.
Thanks stealth seeker for showing me this interesting location.

Have driven passed here many times, not realising there is a cache hidden here too. We enjoyed the stroll gathering the various answers and spent a quiet moment reflecting on the nature of the monument. The GPSr then lead us directly to the prize. Picked up the TB's to get them on the road again . LNSL TFTC .
We have been very lazy about getting out to this cache . But we were definitely going to get it today! Arrived at GZ and attempted to hunt down the clues. Got a few numbers but the final calculation just wouldn't fit. Well where would we hide the cache[?] Woohoo, perfect guess. Lucky we didn't hang about trying to figure out where we went wrong in our calculations since as we were leaving, a police car pulled up! Eek, I hope nothing to do with us . Thanks stealth seeker
Yeah, yeah. I know. Co-creator - shouldn't log the find but Number-one-son wasn't involved in the creation process so I took him out to do the puzzle. He was thrilled to find a pokemon travel bug inside so we took it home to show the micro-master. Dropped in a couple of bugs found in Bundaberg to get them moving again.

TFTC. Finally got to this one. Good to see the figures up close and personal rather than driving by. Was a proud Western Australian with all those Navy Ships mentioned there. The geocacher who introduced us is now got his ticket as a submariner. Dropped off Pickabug TB
A teenage muggle was killing our mojo here and we hoped he would clear out. We gave him a bit of stink eye but it still took him about ten minutes before he moved on. We wandered around finding the answers to the questions (the guy with brass buttons on his uniform is a rear admiral, not a captain ) and then had a bit of trouble locating the container. Maybe all these navy dudes were messing with our gps! TNLNSL TFTC!!
I work as a private nanny and today I took my work family up to Kallangur to collect a couple of puzzles. This one was particularly fun, as there was no preliminary work to be done. We arrived at the starting point and got straight into the seeking of answers. Master 11 enjoyed learning how to use another app to create our final WP. Then a short walk took us to GZ and the cache was found by Miss 7. They all liked trading swaps. TFTC, stealth seeker.

Decided to head out for a spot of night caching with Fangsoki. This was first on the list. Being well dark there were no muggles about, save those driving past, paying us no attention. A very nice park here and a good set of questions. After a little help from Fangsoki I had a set of final co-ords and trotted over for a short hunt and a nice little hide. Added my name to the list of those who have sailed the seven seas. Good cache all up. TFTC stealth seeker. Lest We Forget.
I was glad to see this one was back - I wanted to complete it a few weeks ago. Had all the clues quickly, and was able to locate the nice new cache. Was about to retrieve when I saw a woman across the street staring at me from her front lawn. I had to leave it for a while until she went inside, but was then able to sign the log.
Note to cache owner - might be worth talking to the people who live at the end of the cul-de-sac about why strange people are lurking in the park as the cache is in view from the front window.

A new and improved container is in place and this cache is once again ready to go. Some new trading items for the kids and a mini geocoin to log and help on its way to another cache.
Please take extra care to replace the cache exactly as you find it. Thanks and happy caching from Stealth seeker and Aussiemates.

After reading the email from Stealth Seeker to tell me that the cache had been replaced and enabled again, I was itching to finally go and claim the find. Geohubby decided that he was going fishing today though, so I had to wait until he came home with the car before I could head out. I then had to do some crafty negotiating to convince him that Geodaughter 3 (4 weeks old) would be asleep for a couple of hours and wouldn't wake up demanding milk from him while I quickly ducked out to get the cache. He was very resistant to the idea, but finally he let me go without dragging the baby along too.
Once at the GZ, I pulled up immediately next to where I believed the cache should be from last time. A quick check of the area told me that there weren't any muggles around (save those sitting in their cars at the nearby intersection). I jumped out of the car and went straight over to the spot where I believed the cache would be hiding, leaving the GPSr in the car. Yay!!! I was right . The container was retrieved and taken back to the car for inspection and log-signing. Everything is still in place and I chose to leave the Geocoin in the cache because I don't plan to be going anywhere in the near future.
TFTC Stealth Seeker and Aussiemates (and for the quick reply and replace after my previous DNF - excellent Cache Ownership and Maintenance in my opinion).

In light of the past 2 DNFs, went to check on this one this morning. Unfortunately it has gone missing. Will replace the cache asap.
I'm fairly certain I had the correct spot, particularly in conjunction with the hint. Would the CO mind checking whether it's still there or not? If it is, I'll have another look because I really wanted this to be my first puzzle cache.
