Thanks for saving my sanity today as this cache was an easy find on what has been a less than fruitful morning with more DNFs than we hoped for. There was a lovely birds nest that had fallen from a tree - so nice to see nature at work.
A week away in Sunny Qld with my fav person Bogonghazy visiting my gorgeous daughter and partner. Hoping to get a whole lot more while we are here in sunny Qld. Found with Bogonghazy and chonchiandchachi. Thanks for placing the geocache
Found with LittleBoss2 on our week here in Qland. Beaut Park and good hide thanks Wesso family
Heading south along Nicklin Way and towards the event, this cache got the better of me, and I decided to park and jog across the road. It's quite a busy road at this time of day, and I spent longer waiting for the traffic to pass, than I did walking the remainder to GZ and searching for the cache. There were a few people resting in the park, but ignored my objective, as I found the cache reasonably quickly. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks [Wesso Family](https://coord.info/PR53GJK) for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.----------Today, the scheduled [Canucks in Caloundra....again....redux](https://coord.info/GCAP1N3) event in Kings Beach provided an opportunity to head north and visit the Sunshine Coast. With the kayak loaded, I spent the morning paddling Eudlo Creek from upstream Kuluin, and a variety of bird life was spotted. It was then time to head south to the event, making stops at Maroochydore and Bokarina. I then started to head south towards home, geocaching in Baringa, and recently added suburbs Nirimba and Banya.
Have been here before but the grass was way too long for me to venture into. Much better today.Signed a new log too.TFTC!
Out and about for a few hours to grab a few caches to increase our monthly count as the last few months have been a bit quiet due to bub. We decided to head up to the coast as theres a large swathe of caches that are easy to access plus theres a challenge were working on in the areaSadly this ones seen better days. The contents were scattered all over GZ and sopping wet, however, we could sign the log still. Weve notified the CO and popped the contents next to the tree at GZ. Itll need a total replace unfortunately. Thanks for bringing us here.#4272 - TFTC
SWOOPING MAGPIE ALERT.
Stay well to the left of park (entering from Corella Drive). He’s just being a good Dad but slapped me twice!
Lovely little find. I took Lady Bug travel bug to move on. And left another who is travelling around Australia (photo). Also Left a piece of stash.
Thanks for the cache hide.

Today austpark and I are attempting to do 8 different cache types in a day.
We solved a few puzzles and multi's and were ready for the challenge.
First off we went to Coolum and met Connie and then Meritonn, her daughter Georgia, jwill607 and dahumbug for a morning event.
After a chat about caching and Connie's travels we all decided to go for a close-by Multi. After solving the multi, we walked to GZ, stunning on a clear blue winter's day, and Meritonn soon found the cache.
Then austpark and I left the group and went for a letterbox cache. Sadly I broke my stamp when we were doing the Jolly Brolly Folly caches, so couldn't leave a stamp.
Then for the puzzle cache and after a short walk through the trees, avoiding the large spider's web, the cache was soon in hand.
After a quick lunch at Beefy's, we came to this traditional and thankfully it was soon in hand.
Thanks wesso family for placing and maintaining this cache.

I’m actually surprised that I found this. When I was here, two weeks ago, it was a very “vibrant” and “ inquisitive” homeschool kid playing nearby on his bike. I thought he would’ve been all over this, but got it this time.TFTC
TFTC nice quick find, dropped off our Trackable the ladybird .
Back home to Melbourne in a few days

A quiet park with no muggling eyes from above as it was a Sunday. Signed and logged but will return again with treasure.
I found this cache couple of weeks ago with TBU2Uwe001 and signed the log.

Spent the weekend nearby. With one of the grandsons grabbing the GPS, we went for a walk to check out Corella park and grab this cache. Quick find and I've rescued the two TBs to continue their journey around Brisbane. On the way out, a magpie wanted to get up close and personal. Luckily I was the tallest of our group of two and the maggie left the GS alone. TFTC wesso family for placing the cache in a cute park.
Quick and easy find, although the cache guardian is no more. Log will need replacing very soon, there’s about 2 spaces left. Dropped Signal Werewolf TB to keep company with Mary Hyde’s Treasure TB. TFTC
Caching on the Sunshine Coast with Mr CuriousQuest. Last cache of the day. Another quick find and sign here. Time to head in the direction of Brisbane so that my caching buddy can get to work on time. TFTC
Out and about with Selva Girls today. Another quick find.We signed the log and replace the cache as found. TFTC

Out with chamad, E_Smiley, Duppers collecting caches on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
After an early start we made our way north, collecting caches as we went.
This was a quick find, after signing the log we continued our journey.

A plan was set for today to try to complete as many of the sunshine coast caches as possible with a target of 140 (my target). Todays little group was Willis007, Esmiley, newcomer Duppers and myself. We meet at the arranged meeting point; we worked out where we were going and had a plan for the day. It was a little slow start but once all the formalities were done it was all systems go. The day was a lot of fun, with laughs, the usual banter and some nice walks. The plan changed a little as we went, we got a third of our targets, which I was happy with, as it was a big ask considering the caches were doing. We had a few DNF’s which took up a lot of time, a couple of multis that had us stuck for a checker tick. We were lucky to have Esmiley along who had completed a few of the caches and gave us some insight.
Thanks to all the CO’s for the caches and some fun hides and to my caching buddies for the day. We signed all logs and replaced containers as we found them.
This was a quick easy find
All good with this cache and now it is onto the next one.

Came here to grab the TB in advance of a long trip, but the psycho magpie at GZ had other ideas. Be careful here!

Friday. One he way back from a 2-day golfing holiday at Noosa, I stopped in with my friend Mark and he hjelped me find this cache. Wesso, we both agree that your council needs to up the ante on their maintenance of this park, is looking a tad under-loved.
This was the only cache found on this outing.
Thanks ***Wesso Family*** for showing us this place

First find in a while. Nice to be on holiday with enough time and unfound caches within walking distance.
TFTC.
Took a travelbug and will move it on tomorrow or next day once I check it's plans!

Well an easy find, I think there is far, far great challenges ahead in the next day or 2.

A lovely morning collecting some caches and this is one I found. All good with the cache, log signed and replaced as found. Thanks Wesso family for placing it in this nice park.
I have had plenty of grief with this one in the past, but today I found him tucked away somewhere I swear I looked several times. Logsheet is holding up well, but the guardian has gone walkies. However, as soon as I began to leave, a loud clapping went over my head and there he was, a defensive Maggie telling me that I've overstayed my welcome at Corella Park. Other cachers wanting to find this one within the next few months, you have been warned! TYFTC.
Took a bit of perseverance but we got there. Never fear, it is there! Just as it should be. Picked up the TB too. Tftc
While on the coast for “work” collected a cache or three... considering all the recent DNFs was expecting a longer search... tftc... left some American coin
After recent DNF's I checked this one today and guess what...
It's still there safely tucked away.
It's not that hard!!!
Cheers Wesso

Happy caching.
No luck with this one. Checked a photo in a previous log, and I honestly thought I would have found a cache of that size by now.
Mr Beetle waited in the van while I went to grab this one. After not returning for a long time he looked across and saw me sitting on the grass and thought he had better come to see what was wrong. As he approached he saw the reason why I was biding my time.
Two muggles having smoko out of sight of the van but within sight of GZ.
One must have had a shorter break time than the other and after 2 quick smokes moved on but the other one was on to her third smoke when he arrived.
Once we got the all clear the container was quickly found. The decoration is no longer attached and just sitting on top but apart from that all was good here.
Thanks.

Fourth find of the day. What a lovely park. I like how the Sunshine Coast has lots of small green parks for kids to run around in. TNLNSL TFTC
On a stroll again,
in the lack of rain
I wandered through this park.
A cache was found,
after a quick look round.
Curse the CO for that camo !!
I signed the logbook with still shaking hands

Looking in the wrong spot at first but then found the cache & opened without getting bitten:) Found with Mrs Krispy Kreme. TFTC
Yeah... I’ve seen this kind of guardian a few times now... not a big fan!
In any case, my alarm and swearing here (which the CO may or may not have intended) was caused by the guardian being loose on the ground! I suspect a bird or other creature wanted to have a go.
I have placed our little friend inside the cache for now, so I hope the next finder reads this log before opening!

I was in the area today so I decided to take a slight detour to have a look for this cache.
It was not too long before it was in hand.
All is good with this cache.
