Gave it a darn good effort by torch at 9:30pm but no muggles nor caches to be seen. Cheers
Already tried to find this one before but had no luck came again with sonia26642 and managed to find it eventually.

Came down to Dunedin for the weekend for a competition on Saturday, but had to make the most of time and do some caching while at it!
Mum wasn't in town, and so instead I went out caching with my brother.
There were a few of these start of the peninsula type caches that I still haven't found, and so decided to do that before going home after the competition.
Struggled a lot here... until as we were getting back into the car, the neighbour gave us a hint! If I had known we were looking for a nano, not a micro, this would have been easier... but armed with this new knowledge, find was easy.
Thanked neighbour, and we were on our way!

No cache in sight, had two adults searching all around for a good 15 minutes.
Didn't expect to find this one given the run of DNFs and the fact that I'd had a vague hunt for it before. Fully expected to need to use my back up to keep the run of finds going but came up trumps - now 8 consecutive days of finds. TFTC.
Had a good look around. It isn't where I expected it to be ... And then a bus stopped for me!!!
On days like this you love the sheltered bus stops. Nice shelter from the rain. TFTC
Found with the assistance of the lady from across the road who could see I was struggling. I explained the game to her. TFTC
Took a bit of a hunt to get this one, was just about to head back to the car when it turned up. TFTC

A clever little hide, luckily we were able to use our van as a shield to cover our searching. TFTC

Sneaky hide. Got the thumbs up from the woman opposite as i was putting it back. Also signed the extra geo stash that someone's Mummy signed on Christmas day. TFTC #4352
On our trip on the South Island of NZ we found over 100 geocaches and this geocache did it part to that. Thanks for leading us here and discovering all the different hiding places.
Found on Leftover Day- a caching run dedicated to having another stab at the DNFs, doing those mysteriosly left out, doing the new caches added during the Mega.
This was a DNF. Not any more!

Had success with the others along here, but not this one despite there being five sets of eyes looking.
Despite having a good look the team finally conceded defeat so we could move on to the next bus stop.
Yes, I think it is another bus stop ! But this one did take two pairs of cold eyes to locate it.

Thanks anyway....

A cold and wet Dunedin afternoon for our last day caching here with the Walenators. Had to get a photo of Every St while we were here as the Chief is a Dire Straits fan! TFTC
We are out for the day with the Earthbound's whilst on our NZ Mega Trip. Cache was quickly located, logbook signed and cache replaced. Lovin these bus stops. TFTC

There was a theme forming with the caches along this stretch of road... Lucky we were in the groove and they were coming to hand quite quickly... This one took a fraction longer though and once Kaisho53 had found the container we spotted the unusual method of attachment.
Our 37th of 65 finds today.
Day 3 on our 6 day caching trip to Dunedin for the NZ MEGA 2012 event with Gunnie69, Kaisho53, Ozibags, ghostgums and MrMeccano. We started early under clear skies and headed out along the Otago Peninsula through Macandrew Bay, Portobello and Harrington Point to Taiaroa Head and back through Pukehiki to Anderson Bay and then back to base in Dunedin

After spending the morning caching around the inner city of Dunedin with Roostaman, we headed away from the chaos of traffic and muggles for the solitude of some scenic countryside caches. Fortunately for us we found the cache quite quickly here...which meant we were on a roll with the bus stop caches.

NZ12. Out caching with Tealby and Dazzatron. After knocking off the tic-tac-toe series we had more time to kill before the evenings activities, so we joined the parade of cachers checking out local bus shelters. Thanks.

Find # 4513 and a total of 78 today with Marcus Vitruvius, on the 4th day of our NZ Mega trip, on the way around the Dunedin area. Another nice cache and hide and then on the way again. No it's not is it, took us a while too. TFTC Castlewood_Crew,

Roostaman.
Not just another bus stop cache - Really. Did with Mycro Man on our NZ MEGA 2012 South Island Trip
Caching with Ghostgums, Mr Meccano, Gunnie69, kaisho53 and fourbees while attending the NZ Mega. Lots of searching eyes were actively engaged but Kaisho53 made the find. TFTC Castlewood Crew
Another find for Albida... A bit smaller than the rest and trickier, but less conspicuous. TFTC.
Spent a while here until some other cachers rocked up and found it quite quickly. You always get that when there are a 20 eyes on the job. Thanks for the cache.
You guys like these bus shelter caches. Took a bit longer than the other few but found it in the end.

Warmed by the Meet & Greet at the Mega, we enjoyed a leisurely days caching with Squalid. First look over and we missed it. Others arrived and the cache was located .

It is there, just rather smaller than most bus stop hides, and in a slightly different location. TFTC
Working on a maintenance run before the mega, replacing logs and caches as needed. And putting them back in their original placement - if they have shifted.
How did I manage to miss this on the previous visits?! Mrs UNCLE thinks I'm going blind and maybe she's right.
Reluctant to post a DNF but phoned a friend on this after I dipped out yesterday. They provided very detailed instructions on where it is so back today and still no luck.
Weekend away so Geocache time.
Everything was wet so couldn't write on it.

Not sure what is going on here, went by and checked it this afternoon and all is dry and fine. Last log is drawp. Bizzare much!
Log was drenched so challenging to sign. Will need dried out or replaced.
9th find of 10 on the way through to Dunedin and the beginnings of a get to 1000 cache trip. A quick easy find. Log was wet and will need some drying out. TFTC Castlewood Crew
Found late this afternoon while on a wee jaunt over to Highcliff to collect the car from the mechanics. Luckily two buses passed as we were unloading Junior from the van and otherwise only a few dog walkers. TFTC
Found at 5:01 PM on 7/06/2012.
