A short stop for another cache. Had to be carefull as more traffic on the cycle-way as on the highway...

On the way to work, i decided to detour and get my morning caching fix. And the longer days mean it's actually light

A quick stoll along the freeway to grab this section of caches. Nice quick find In between the waves of cyclists. There are so many of your type out here KB in the morning.

A day of firsts today: first ride on the Narrows Bridge on 2 wheels and first ride hence to Canning Bridge.
This one was found quickly by geofriend megawat60, we identified the musical picture and continued our enjoyable ride. Added a new log sheet. TFTC .K.B.

Another first on our day of firsts and I do have to say that "My Character has been built" 'cause the wind was quite strong and I'm not exactly 'aerodynamic' on a pushbike.

Found it while walking along the new path. Decided to walk here rather than ride as lifting bike over low fence might attract too much interest from passing cyclists. Thanks for the cache. Log is very full. Probably needs replacing.

Path reopened to this point on Thursday. Riding in pack so couldn't stop to confirm cache remains at GZ but area looks largely untouched.

We found this cache today on our bike ride into the city, although it was 38° hot.

Quick find on a cache run along the river this afternoon. Another musical cache crossed off the list. Getting slowly closer to the final. TFTC!

Found on a bike ride today. Had to go over the fence thats meant to keep geocachers out. TFTC

Had a look for this while on a ride to a school swimming carrnival. Easy find but got some suspicous looks from cyclomuggles.

First find of the morning and keeps our streak of at least one find for each day of our holiday in tact. This morning also keeps Perth's heat wave in tact. This must be about day 8 of temperatures in excess of 40•c. We started early to try to beat the heat a little. Hired pretty nice bikes from Waterside Apts and have really enjoyed our trip along this great bike path. Fairly easy find. NINO TFTC

Caught this one night when I was away from home, and liked it so much that I sought out another ticket. I was very lucky to be in the front row both nights and went to meet a couple of the actors backstage. Anyway, we went for a long walk to grab this and my feet still hurt (work shoes). Saw lots of bulldog ants and still have the feeling of ants crawling on me, though I don't think there was one on me. TFTC!

Quick find with duncdonut73. Dunc kept an eye on the ants while I did the honours....and I also got to sit in the front row on my birthday. TFTC

OK, so there was a storm front coming in and the forecast was for heavy rain for the morning, so I thought to my self what a perfect time to take a walk along the Kwinana to find a few Caches and get some fresh air [^].

Parked up to the North of Musicals D and joined the path then walked the length of it to South of the Canning Bridge, finding "Musicals C" and another Puzzle Cache on route.

I then continued on finally crossing the freeway to make the final find at "Musicals B".

The walk back up into South Perth was not quite as fun, with no caches to find on route and the rain lashing
into my face rather than my back !!!

Finally made it back to the Car, feeling very damp, but pleased with the walk.

Picked up a couple of other solved Puzzles on route home.

So after my class today, I jumped on the train with my bike and headed out to Canning Bridge.

Then it was time for a quick chat with Everlasting and MDV before again on my bike with Everlasting to cycle to a few caches.

Quite a few cyclists on this path today.

Everlasting scarpered over the fence to make the find.

It is quite dark at 6.30 in the morning. Being a public holiday I thought it would be an ideal opportunity to grab some caches in South Perth on my way to work. I parked the car and put on the running shoes and off I set. The GPS hadn't quite settled when I arrived at this one, the first one for the morning, and it had me searching about 10m away but as it started to get more accurate I soon honed in on the small plastic container. Oh and the good description helped as well.

Third of 5 finds for my evening walk around South Perth. Quite a nerve-wracking bit of a walk, those bikes go very fast! Got this cache and walked down to the bridge crossing. Thanks.

[:(!] Went for an afternoon of caching, parked the geocar at the Narrows Bridge and rode my geobike
to GZ, on arrival at GZ I had the cache in hand in a matter of minutes, the hint was helpful. TNLNSL TFTC/TFTH

Although it was noon when we set out on foot to do this cache, we too had no problem keeping up with the traffic which was crawling along the freeway. A quick find at gz and onto the next in the series.

Following yesterday's success with the remainder of this series, we decided to take the shanks pony for a little excercise this morning. We had no problems keeping up with the nearby traffic heading into Perth and also made a quick find. We are now on stand-by for the next phase. TFTC kbinuk2005.
