Unfortunately, I cannot see any information that indicates that steps have been taken to resolve the issue/s associated with this placement. Therefore as advised previously, the cache is being de-listed (Archived) to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.
The [**Geocache Maintenance guideline**](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance) explains what needs to happen with a Disable cache.
Caches that have been archived for lack of maintenance will not be unarchived. This is explained in the Help Center article [**here**](http://support.groundspeak.com//index.php?pg=kb.page&id=70).
If you wish to contact me please send an email via my profile - [**Bunjil**,](https://coord.info/PR9GZ0K) and quote the cache name and GC number.

###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###
----------
I notice from one or more log entries that this cache would seem to be in need of some help - **there appears to be a need for owner intervention.**
Therefore, the cache is being temporarily disabling so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
The guidelines indicated that periodic visits to check on the cache, as well as prompt attention to any logs that indicate there is a problem, are part of the [**cache owners responsibilities.**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance) I cannot see any log that indicates a recent visit by the CO to this cache.
If you can't attend to the issue promptly, then you need to [**Disable it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=235) - I have Disabled it for you this time.
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) by **28th September,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Repair and/or Replace your cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you don't plan on fixing it up then please [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (by 28th September). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will unfortunately have to de-list (Archive) the cache on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

Couldn't find.
Be aware of needles when looking for this one. Found a couple nearby

Found spot we believe it should be. Think it may have been mugged by local teens who have left copious amount of rubbish around. Great spot to have seen the beautiful town of Tumut as the sun went down.
I'm out at Tumut with my lady for the weekend, to relax and walk our dogs and find a few caches. We're in town hunting up supplies, which activity is now completed, and now we are touristing and hunting up caches. This was a tourist spot, and we saw the magnificent views from up here. Then I found there was a cache here as well, so I topped off the visit by finding it. Nice hide. Thanks.
Exploring Tumut on a windy wet day! Couldn't catch a break with muggles though so just went for it. Who would of thought the lookout would be so busy today! TFTC
After arriving in Tumut I had a couple of spare hours so headed out to do some caches on the west side of town. TFTC.
It was an early start to the day when I set out with Aquilus1 at 0600 on Sunday morning (04/01/2018) to cache Tumut with a side trip to Gundagai. In all we travelled 520kms and it took almost 16 hours to visit 70 plus caches with 65 finds. A long but very enjoyable day. Some of the highlights of the day included visiting Junction Bridge (a Truss Bridge built in the 1800s), Googarragandra River Suspension Bridge (Built in 2006 and Spanning 51..8 meters), Tumut River Grey-headed Flying Fox Colony, Tumut Rail Station and the Tumut River. We had a little time to also visit the Old Gundagai Jail built in 1859 and the Old Flower Mill built in the 1848. Aquilus1 took a photo of me at the Brungle Centenary Park using my poker to poke the cache out of its hiding spot. We had lunch at Gundagai McDonalds and snacks at Subway. This is a generic log due to the volume of all the caches that we found on the day. Thanks to Aquilus1 for a fantastic day of caching and thanks to all the cache owners for placing the caches.
I am currently writing detailed logs because of a challenge provided by Project-GC. "The Author" Badge challenges geocachers to average one hundred words or more in each log. As of 31st January 2018 my average was only 20 words per log, which seems close to the 100 target. However given that I have found so many GC caches, I have to write many logs with well over 100 words for a long period of time to get my average to the target. Apologies to anyone who finds the logs tedious but it is the only way that I can strive to attain this challenge. After 2350 plus caches (which includes all cache finds up and including today), the average log length is just over 50. I am now entertaining the possibility that I might be able to achieve my gaol before this year ends. Progress has been better than anticipated.

It was an early start to the day that saw Darksidedan and myself heading to Tumut for the day with a side trip of some Gundagai caches as well as we travelled through. I had been keen to head off for a caching trip and Tumut looked ideal and definitely didn't disappoint. The scenery as we traveled through the area was everything I had hoped it would be and the clear fast flowing rivers beautiful as they flowed through the middle of it all.
A long but very enjoyable day, so many highlights and although we covered a large area and many caches I'm pleased to know there are many more so a return trip sometime is definitely going to happen.
Sure is the top of the town. Judging by the comments in the container and log this is known to locals but all ok. Thanks fort he cache Kwazii's Angels and Team SKM.

Local kids have put graffiti all through the logbook and written Meth several times on he geocache. It appears that it might be time to archive this cache or move it to a more secure location
We have just picked up 2 of our grandchildren from childcare and as usual they always want to go and look for treasures. This is the second one we have found on our way home, even though we have found it before. The kids just love to search and see what is in the cache.
An added bonus for us though! We took the travel bug and will drop it off in the Latrobe Valley in Victoria where we live.

This is our fourth trip to the northern island this year. The first three were primarily for family events but with some opportunities to do some caching along the way. The fourth trip is different as caching is our focus. After getting off The Spirit of Tasmania we are heading north to cache at Wangaratta and then Yass before heading into the ACT and Queanbeyan for a week. After that we will travel to Jindabyne for a few days with summiting Mount Kosciuszko being our main target for this part of our trip. Then we will visit Cooma and Tumut before heading back down the track through Wangaratta and Mansfield as we make our way to Alexandra for the MEGA. After the weekend we will continue to make our way south and back onto the Spirit of Tasmania for the “drive” across Bass Strait. We are really looking forward to three weeks of intense caching in great areas and, hopefully, catching up with some geocachers in each of the areas we will visit.
This morning we left Jindabyne after an enjoyable stay and exploration of the area. We travelled along the Snowy Mountains Highway, arriving at Tumut for the night. We took a number of detours off the highway to visit numerous areas, in particular some aspects of the Snowy Mountains Hydro Electric Scheme. Being from Tasmania where hydro electricity is our main form of energy, it was interesting to see the picturesque lakes and the constructions such as the Blowering Dam and the Tumut 3 Power Station. Although the Snowy scheme is much bigger, we noticed many similarities between the Snowy and the Mersey-Forth schemes. We also spent a few hours caching around Tumut. Although the town must have derived great benefit during the construction phase of the Snowy Mountains Scheme, it was pleasing to see how the community had accepted the challenge and diversified once construction of the hydro scheme finished. Tumut now appears to be a thriving community with a strong timber and timber products based.
The view from this location certainly gives an excellent overview of the town. From the car it was a short uphill walk to GZ where a quick find was made. Unfortunately the cache had been discovered by muggles and there was some inappropriate writing in the logbook and inside the container. We removed what we could but some extra work by the CO is required. Otherwise the cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Kwazil's Angels and Team SKM for the cache.

Haven't been here for 20 years, still like the town. Chilly, but not as cold as we thought it might be. Found before we head out of town. Tftc.
Out with Black Bunny and three - count them, THREE - caching doggies. Two big Briards, and a Corgi who thinks he's bigger than both!
Quick find here, GPS co-ords fine, container dry.
This cache had been found by muggles, but is fine.
Thanks for placing and maintaining caches for us to find, Kwazii's Angels!

*We were on a 5-week roundtrip through SE Australia from campsite to campsite.
Alas, the WiFi on the campsites was really miserable, and we did not have the time to search
a Library for free WiFi, so we must wait until we are back on our basis in the Sunshine Coast
for logging our finds. Our goal was 2 hits per stop-over. Sometimes we succeeded, sometimes not.
But anyhow we had a wonderful time.
This hit was an easy found in a beautiful place. We signed the logbook at 16:40

Found it, it was dark but found eventually. Nice find. Great geocache creators!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In Tumut overnight so grabbing a few caches with the geo kids. Up early and saw a great sun rise, despite the scatterd clouds and a few light spots of rain, as I made this quick find.
Thanks Kwazii's Angels for placing & maintaining the cache for us to find.

I was in Tumut after dropping my Brother-In-Law in Batlow. He was riding to Tumut, I was geocaching in and around Tumut!
It was a hot day with a few finds and a few DNFs. Eventually the heat got to me, so I stopped caching and went for a swim in the River.
Cheers

Walked up the hill and soon found the cache. The log was signed and the cache was replaced as found. What a great view of the town. Thank you Kwazii's Angels for placing this cache.
Found after a days work in the district. After checking out some the hills I had been on earlier in the day, I scuttled up the bank and soon had the CIH. A favourite point from me for the excellent view. Took a Batman TB. Many thanks Kwazil's Angels
Found by Phreddy of Newcastle. . Took TB. TFTC Kwazii's Angels. Lovely view over a magnificent region.
Great views as expected. Cache found OK, although the camo is a little obvious.

A plan was hatched to go and pick up some caches in Tumut over the weekend with Rapidlywild.
So after work we set out on the trek.
All checked in to our abode for the weekend we decided to head out again and clear up some caches around town.
Last one for the night for us before heading back to the hotel and having some well earnt rest.
Quick stroll up the hill to this one and soon in hand. Looks like the local muggles have been here and have signed the book too.

Plans were put into place for a weekend down at Tumut with one party of the FurfacesLL ladies. We headed off Friday after work and came home Sunday afternoon. We had a great weekend wandering around Tumut and surrounds seeing lots of things. The rivers were all flowing nicely and they were very clear. If it was hotter, im sure we would have taken a dip
Last cache for the evening which was a fitting finish. Lovely views of Tumut at night time. Cache found, signed and replaced.

Day ten of our High Country holiday. Another sunny day at Tumut with Bettyboo3747
Got out the deadly treadlies for a relative early morning ride along the river then up to the mountain bike tracks (no one told me they were up the top of the hill!)
We then travelled north and east of town for the odd cache.
This was one cache we did NOT ride to this morning
Lst cache of the day and an interesting reflection of the views we got from Why Wrangle in the opposite direction.
Thanks, Robmc.

# 10009. Unfortunately our last full day here in lovely Tumut. We had our early morning bike ride, collecting some caches on the way and then headed out in the geo-chariot this afternoon to find a few more. It has been a good day with me finding my 10,000th cache along the way.
Our last find for the afternoon - more great views of town and the surrounding hills. I am glad we didn't attempt to ride up here this morning. A good-sized hide to finish off the day.
Thanks Kwazii's Angels

TFTC Love this town your cache has brought us to this picturesque spot great photo opportunity.
This old bird isn't the dancer she once wAs and had to carefully pick my path to and from GZ. Easy find once there and what a view! Thanks for bringing me here.
Searched for a bit and finally found it! Good spot. Owner may want to check or replace log as there's some non-family friendly stuff written in there, maybe by muggles.
In Tumut today to find a few caches before heading back to Canberra this afternoon. It was raining but we soldiered on in our wet weather gear. A great view from up here. A quick find with Chocolistick03. Thanks Kwazil's Angels
We decided on a trip to Tumut, as there were a lot of roadside caches to pick up along the way.
A nice sunny day, with very little cloud which made the views spectacular.
Cache was found quickly, and in good condition.
Many thanks for placing this cache, Kwazii's Angels, for us and others to find.

This the first of many caches for my father. Going to get the old man into geocaching. Less than 200m from his house was a great start. He was put off by the swapables. A toy flute, a tampon, 20c and a tablet of some description. Let's hope the next one he finds doesn't contain rubbish
Before I could leave towne, I had to head for the top of it
So off I tootled.
Oops !! Wrong turn !!
And after a U-turn at the top of one steep suburban street, I found another steep suburban street that led to the lookout
Is suburban the right term to use ?
I will leave that to Tumutians to debate
And at GZ it was a short stroll to an easy find with a view [^]

Promised the geo granny a scenic view and so it came to pass. Only 52 air miles to home!
This cache appears to have been muggled. The cache is still there however there were several inappropriate comments written in the log. We removed the offending pages without removing any logs. I don't know whether this will continue or if the CO might like to move the cache to a safer hide.
Went for a whole day bike ride with dad today to get the local Tumut caches. Many were found with only a couple DNF's!
Coords were all over the place in a 10m radius, so took about 5 mins to locate the cache. Spotted it in the end however and realised the hint was very clever, thanks!
What a great view it is from up here by the way, glad you brought us here with a cache

We're staying in Talbingo for a week, and venture over to Tumut for a look around and a couple of caches. Unfortunately the GPS was flat, but we managed to plug it into the car and got enough life into it to find this cache while we were still in town. A great view from up here, and a quick find. Thanks for the cache!
After setting up at the Bowering Caravan Park we set off to do some caches. At first it was so hot and then down came heavy rain. We got pretty wet while getting this cache but we enjoyed the experience of caching in this pretty town. Thanks to Kwazii's Angels for placing this cache.
Beautiful view over the town which we are visiting, and a quick walk for the geokid, from which we heard a cry of success. Thanks to the cache we got to explore another little known yet great to visit place. TFTC.
Found on our Tumut trip. Final cache for the day, so it was only appropriate that it was a lovely view near our motel. After parking down at the lookout, we quickly ran up the hill for a very quick find. The new container is holding up nicely. Some stunning views of Tumut, plus some staggering statistics about the distances to other towns nearby. TNLNSL. TFTC Kwazii's Angels!
Cache container and log have been changed and cache returned to it's correct hiding place.
Sorry for the delay to some past finders, had changed our email addy and have not been on this site for a fair while.
Happy caching in the future.

The fog had lifted after a drive through pea soup as far as Gundagai, and we were pleased to see nice views and to make a find here after a previous DNF. The container is missing a lid, was full of water, and the logbook soaked. We would have added a new logbook but without a lid, it will get wet again within days at this time of year. Strangely the cache was found several metres away from a good hiding spot that matched the hint and zeroed out. Definitely needs maintenance. Thanks for the find.
This is in urgent need of maintenance. There is no lid, and it obviously keeps filling with water judging by logs going back some months. Someone had added a plastic bag but that isn't working. The cache location also doesn't match the hint, although there is a good spot about 5m away that matches the hint perfectly and we zeroed out there.
Found it. Not too difficult to locate. All contents not there and as per previous log had water damage.
[:(!] Went for a weekend caching run, left Wagga about 5.30am and did a circuit through Adelong, Tumut and Gundagai arriving back at Wagga about 6.30pm the following day and breaking the journey by spending the night in Tumut, an early start for the second day, parked the geocar as close as possible to GZ and walked in from there, on arrival at GZ the cache was in hand in a matter of minutes.
