Heading north for the Alice Springs Event at Easter we picked this one up on our way past. An easy find.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

A long weekend, what does that mean? Well GEOCACHING of course
Plans were in place to get out this long weekend with one party of the FurfacesLL and head towards Albury. We had organised a weekend of caching with Coruze which included puzzle collections (Albury/Wodonga) and power trail targeting (Mt Disappointment) and what ever little town we can invade along the way.
Alot happened this weekend, lots of caches, lots of laughter, many km's, long days and long nights. We all walked away battered and bruised after this weekend but it was worth it and would do it again in a heart beat lol
We had finished the power trail and surrounds yesterday so today we headed northbound and collected caches and visited a heap of towns too.
Thanks mvyrmnd for the placement of this cache[^]

A beautiful Friday afternoon for a drive up the Hume. Took your advice as per the cache name, to stop for a rest (my 3rd pitstop, errrrr, cache stop in 45 mins). Parked the car, and took the stroll to GZ, where it was great to see such a large container. These seem to be a dying find these days. My thanks to mvyrmnd for placing this cache, and for brining me here today.
Found on our way to visit family in Wodonga.
Decided to take the needed break to stay alive.
Enjoyed the stroll to GZ. Signed and replaced
as found.
Definitely no Geocoin in the cache.
Thanks for the hide mvyrmnd

Time was starting to get a little short but not short enough to prevent another quick search. With the find done at 16:35, it was back to the road.
TNLNSL. Thanks mvyrmnd.
**PS:** There was no sign of the ***[Sebastian s - The Lord of the Caches - Earth Geocoin](http://coord.info/TB31PV9)*** trackable in the cache nor does it appear to have been there for quite some time. The owner of a cache that a trackable is listed as being in can mark that trackable as missing by going to its listing and completing that action. Maybe it's time to do that for this one.

Team Omam from the Netherlands has only one aunt left. And as she will have her 100th birthday early February, we decided to join the birthday party. But …., she lives in Sydney Australia! An excellent opportunity for us to explore this continent once again and find Geocaches along the way. We will do a 3.5 weeks trip! At places where we will stay for a few days (Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney and Darwin), we will organize Meet and Greet events. We will try to find mainly caches with high favorite points, caches from 2000 and 2001, earth caches, webcam caches, virtuals and letter box hybrids.
Found it on our way home to Sydney from Tasmania. Nice place to stretch the legs. A bit of a walk to get to.
This one turned out to be a bit further away from where we parked than was first realised. Found without too much difficulty, while keeping eyes peeled for snakes. TFTC.

On the drive back from Mornington to Sydney, so visited some 'by the road' caches to impose some rest-breaks. Always good to see a 'seriously sized' cache.

Coming back to Wodonga from a 30th in Bendigo. I felt very conspicuous walking to the cache, as I wasn't dressed for trekking, luckily Mez was able to get the job done. Thanks for the cache!
My third find for the day, on our trip to Henty for a funeral.
TFTC. Iliked this one as it was bigger than some of them.
A nice area for a stop.

We hoofed it to GZ The last visitor hadn't screwed the lid on, but it was dry inside. The swaps are a bit sparse at the moment too...
Found really quickly as it wasn't well hidden but really good all the same. I love big caches!! TFTC:D
TFTC. We have travelled up and down this highway many times over the years with out stopping much. Today on the way back to Milawa after attending a funeral we decided to stop and cache. Pleasant wLk for any easy find. TNLNSL
a bit naughty here. overshot the mark by a good bit so reversed back down the entry rd when there was a lull in the traffic and then hoofed it quick smart to sign the cache. a not so wet arvo and i would have happily walked back down.......honest. tftc mvyrmnd.
We are out for the day caching between Albury and Violet Town and the majority of our stops have seen us visiting rest stops, it is great to see how well maintained some of these are. Mrs Jacko searched for this one as i moved the car to a more suitable position. By the time i did so and head down to join her she had already made the find and signed the log

Heading back home today from Melbourne to Canberra.
We do this drive once, maybe twice a year, and now with the geo-teen driving, we can share the kms 3 ways which is a great help.
This cache provided a driver swapping point and then we were back in the car and on our way.
Thanks mvyrmnd,
Domsky

A beautiful day after a big frost. Off to Bright grabbed this on way through nice hide.grabbed Tb as well
Found in the company of Bret876. Took nothing dropped in a smiley keyring. TFTC
We stayed alive today, which was a good thing - given the amount of traffic on the road at the start of a long weekend! Thanks for the hide.
Exactly one year and a day ago, I found and logged my very first cache.[^]
This was followed by a slump of 223 days.
This cache marks find #222 and a run of 56 days.
So why travel from point a to point b just to turn around and go back to point a again[?] For the same reason men climb mountains I supose.
There must be a cache there.
SL, took trackable magnet and left toy man.

Wanting to stay alive, we chose to stop for this cache. Also it is a large, and you don't see those every day. A short walk back to the cache and it was quickly located. I swapped a TB in and a TB out. We picked this cache up at 4:20pm.
A trip to Wodonga for work, a willing co-worker in the car, what else were we to do other than stop for a few caches on the way up the Hume. Thanks for the cache mvyrmnd .

Travelling home after a weekend in Yarra Glen catching up with other geo family. Stopped in the dark & only 6 degrees. It was a quick dash with the light of phone to find, log and leave TB, no need to take a break, maybe next time. Nice size container, Thanks mvyrmnd.
No 2 on the slow coach (or Holden Trax) trip from Mornington Victoria to Sunshine Coast! Good to have the little walk as well to stretch the legs.
A bit of a walk from the rest stop to this one. A nice big cache, needs some more swaps, but I left ours in the car thanks for the break in our drive on the way home from Nagambie
Big cache needs big swaps. Forgot to bring them with us from the car. Good one Becstar12. Lol
Travelling from Gisborne to Corowa to have a holiday so stopped off to find this cache. Great cache that will surely last for year and years!

Heading towards Wangaratta, from Benalla - just a short distance today, on our trip around Australia.
Parked in the designated area with the caravan on, & walked back for a quick find.
Many thanks for placing this cache, mvyrmnd, for us and others to find.

Another nice spot to stretch the legs on our return trip back to Canberra from Melbourne (for the Aussie Open). A very nicely sized container greeted us at GZ where we quickly added our names to the logbook. Lots of trucks and cars zooming past oblivious to us. Thanks for the nice break and forcing us to walk just that little bit further, TFTC mvyrmnd
Busy singing bee her songs, but I only know one line. Quick find. Tftc cleaned out some rubbish.
Very quick find while on our way north from Melbourne to Sydney with some caches on the way to make the trip more interesting. TFTC.
Heading a little further north in the pouring rain we decided to grab a couple of caches that were on the roadside. Nice and easy grab here. Cache in great condition. TFTC mvyrmnd
Mr Tardis and Mini Tardis were out for a spot of new years day caching. A great large container which Mini Tardis was excited to make the find. Although we hadn't traveled far today it was still nice to stop and have a rest.
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache mvyrmnd.

TFTC Mvyrmnd. A great break to stretch the legs while on. Long drive. With Noelle04.
On way from Melbourne to Whitfield with Jimmytherat for a few days. Thought would stretch our legs & grab a cache at same time. Nice little walk back from parking area, so legs suitably stretched, cold drink from fridge in the boot in hand, log signed on our way! Great way to take a break. TFTC
We found it! The biggest geocache we've ever seen! Added a stack of swaps. Tftc and the chance to stretch our legs
With some comments about the size I thought we'd follow the advice to break the drive and stay alive! Yes, a nice size cache so thanks a lot for that. Shame I didn't have any TBs to leave! Next time Gadget... Oh also saw someone's log stamp which is trackable - what a great idea!
Found it with AFZ90 beautiful view at this stop not much of a walk either.
Shame whoever took the trackables didn't log it !!

#2816 - 16:10; Day 2 of the great Sol de lune, fitzy_1965 and LuckyL10n road trip from Canberra to Melbourne and return was off to an early start so we could gather the last of the information we needed for the two Great Aussie Icon Hunt multis, which had inspired this trip. The final pieces of information to hand, we collected a few caches around Bulla, then it was off home again along the Hume Highway.
We were having no problems taking a break on the trip home as this was our 38th stop for the day and we still hadn't left Victoria! The cache size was a bonus too! TFTC mvyrmnd

9108 + 1016 = 10124. Found during day 2 of the Windmill run down to Melbourne and back with Sol de Lune and LuckyL10n.
A casual discussion a few months ago led to the planning and execution of this road trip down to Melbourne and back for various Windmill and other caches. After grabbing the last of the required windmill info and some caches around Woodlands we started heading north towards home.
Another quick stop and find - and a nice sized cache as well ! Quick find at GZ. Signed, returned and we were on our way to the next one !

Well it always a good idea to have a break while driving...especially when there's a cache involved! With a big sized container on offer, how could I refuse. Wandered over to GZ, and it didn't take long to find the nice container.

Awesome size for a road side cache. Thanks for the break and a leg stretch. Swapped carabina and kids toy for gem stone bag.
