Sadly this one is gone for good so the location is no longer safe and i will archive it.
Noo82 and I searched high and low (literally) for this one but could not locate it. After half an hour of us both looking, we gave up.
Was a bit surprised to find the cache container out in the open with the log and probably most of its contents missing. not sure where the original hide was meant to be so hid in a club of grass nearby. Sorry Bristracker had meant to log this one much earlier but with one thing and another didn't happen. TFTC
Found with ease. Needs attention though! No Log. Not sure if in right location. Thanks - Found with JJBoards.
Nice easy cache but there was no log inside and didnt look like it was in the right place TFTC Found with The Hair Bear
=) Another bristracker hide on the way to NSW today and this one was extra awesome!, we had just eaten brekky and were ready for a search , this one had us high and low far and wide , and eventually we found a very random and cool hide in great condition ! TFTC very fun! =)
Ayepeacee and I had been up since 4am this morning starting early for our road trip down to NSW for some epic day caching. This cache was with a couple on our way to maccas for a necessary breakfast run, and we pulled up pretty close by. After avoiding the walking muggle, we made our way to where the GPSr said GZ was. Unfortunately this was confusing, the GPSr does not like various altitudes Finally we decided the cache might be *there*. Ayepeacee went all the way around and up, and i climbed the wall and poked my head up there. We both spotted the cache at the same time and were bemused as to how it doesnt get muggled. It really does look like it belongs to the 'maintenance man', and upon opening, we were stoked to see what it was about as we didn't read the description (our bad). Now I know what its about, i wish id brought something to swap. TFTC bristracker, and a cool idea for a cache ^^
Relogging this under individual account, previously a member of Gaz'n'Kab account.
After stopping for a snack nearby we decided to head up to this one, with Captain Terror with us we spent some time hunting as the GPSr's were not playing nicely. After a quick PAF we had a better idea on where to look and soon came up with the goods.

Gaz'n'Kab
With Gaz'n'Kab for this one today and we sure worked for our 1.5 stars. Parked nice and close and with no muggles we were all green lights for the hunt. Gaz and I started the hunt and with so many spots to search, Kab soon followed us up. My GPS was sure it was in one spot, but we widened our search area considerably. We read logs, looked at the hint, read the description, looked high, looked under, hunted low and poked about between. No luck and I think we'd spent a good 10 minutes before we resorted to a PAF. Sure enough the GPS was right, but we just hadn't looked there due to the Terrain rating. Gaz was sent forth and the logbook signed. I guess we finally got there, sure was a challenge for us today. # 478 Todays Caching was completely focused on collecting the two XoE caches down this way. I down loaded the pod casts and collected the required info but was concerned that they were gone due to the lack of finds over recent time. Contacted Herbz who confirmed my co-ords and assured me that they would still be there. I did the Upper Coomera Road ones the other night, so started with this side on my way down.
Parked the car next to GZ and disturbed yet another Taxi driver having a sleep. They don't get paid if they don't have fares. Why do I keep finding them sleeping everywhere.
Anyway, walked up to GZ and made an easy find. Love the cache container. Found a torch inside which was great timing because mine was on it's last legs, And it was pink so the Monkeys will love that. But what do I have to swap with. Ended up dropping everything that I had left in the caching bag, which wasn't much, sorry.

Found it No. 6738 ... made a call to the CO for a hint ... TNLN ... TFTC bristracker
After a welcome note from Bristracker we returned to find this one easily. Seems yesterday we were on a different "level" altogether. Left a pack of pencils for those who have run out. Thanks Bristracker.
This is the second DNF for the day so we were not happy bunnies. Changed batteries in GPS and we spent along time at this one and had the wet knees and leafy coats to show for it. Am sure we turned over every blade of grass etc in the area but to no avail. Oh well, will have to give it another go later.
Found this one relatively quickly after having read previous finders logs
Cache lid was slightly open but nothing seemed to be missing and contents dry

I parked up for this one next. Thankfully, my hunch on where to park was correct.
I arrived at GZ and started examing a likely area. Nada. I checked the logs and saw Radnoski's log. Oh please no I did what had to be done and prayed some fellow didn't come around the corner with a "please explain" look on his face - or worse. I found the cache safe and sound. A clever little container I quickly signed the log and scurried away. I am not a fan of being near anyone's private property - but was happy to have gotten that one.

I will have to admit to a P.A.F. (phone a friend) on this one. (Thanks Aussie L, I will try not to ring you for at least 5 caches)
I did rule out one spot based on the terrain rating but after an explanation from Aussie L I tried it again from a different direction.
The cache was found and I dropped in some little screwdriver tips and grabbed the tweezers.
A muggle did spot me acting suspiciouly near the cache.... but... the cache was well an truelly stashed back away and I was walking around picking up rubbish from around the area. (I filled up two bags with food and drink containers)
Performing CITO can look a bit odd and must confuse some muggles.
He said something to me and I replied that "local kiddies sure are thirsty, with all these bottles that they leave lying around".
Thanks for the cache Bristracker. I am off to find another one of your caches on Tuesday night and hopefully grab a geocaching photo for www.aday.org where people from around the world capture an image of what they are up to on 15th of May and post it to the web as a virtual time capsule. (and hopefully I won't have to ring Aussie L for a clue)

Bristracker took us out today to show us how to hide caches and to show some recent ones she did to check out if everything was ok. This one was an easy find for us, what a wonderful toolbox full of goodies! TNLNSL, TFTC Bristracker.
With a day off we decided to tackle the growing number of new caches on the coast.
Arrived at gz and searched for a while before it was found - had looked there too just after arriving!
Plenty of goodies to swap out if extra tools are required. TNLN
Thanks Bristracker.

***FTF*** joint find with Aussie Liahona! My first FTF since moving to the region, was heading to bed when the message beeped through from Ministro, grabbed my newly made traackable t-shirt, shoes, socks, GPS, phone, wallet and raced out the door, drove 27kms to park and went for my torch from the boot to find it was gone! Annoying children, I keep two torches in the car and both are gone. Lucky I had my phone with me. walked to GZ to find someone searching already, alas he was in a different spot, we conversed a little then tried a different tactic and Joint FTF was secured. We chatted for a while and marvelled over the range of items in the cache, I added tweezers and forgot to grab something, I did take the FTF badge so Im really happy about that. Lucky too, that I have a chest to pin it on. Then drove the 27kms home. Wondering for a moment if I should attempt another new cache tonight, decided not to attempt the new ANZAC theme cache in my non-military get up with just an iphone app for light. So i headed home with a grin. Windy roads at night, Hmmmmm not gonna do that too often. But loved it Such a great cache spot. We bought the kids some baby chooks near here just last weekend.
I'd not been well today and Aussie Bob was just going to bed when a new cache pops up on the computer. Bob asked me if I wanted to go for it, and of course I said: 'YES'. My daughter says: 'It's a miracle, she's well'. Kids can be so cheeky sometimes. We pulled up not far from GZ and I left the headlights on high beam. Aussie Bob said: 'leave the engine running' and I thought he said: 'don't leave the engine running'. We searched for the cache and found it along with assistance from Saintsmadhouse. Wow! What a well-stocked cache Bristracker. You are great with themed caches and this one outdoes most of them I think. There was plenty in there that would serve a maintenance man very well. Saintsmadhouse and A.L. split the FTF prize, signed the log book, and we left a folding sunhat, something we thought would be very useful for a maintenance man in the outdoors. A joint FTF with Saintsmadhouse at 10:08pm. We chatted a little while and then headed for our cars. Well, what do you know - ours wouldn't start. Too much high beam and spot lights on for too long. The RACQ rescued us and we headed home slightly late.
Thanks for the well themed and well stocked cache Bristracker. It was a pleasure to find.
