Caching for the second day in a row with my good caching mate Roostaman, who was still staying nearby, and also with Poynts95. We had no list, just went where we felt like caching, enjoying the day with some great company. Some great caches found and many fav points will be given out. Thanks to all CO's for hiding and mainaining their caches.

With permission of the CO I am logging this as a find as I discovered the post muggle hide before this one was archived.
# 6230 Found on our 2013 winter escape trip to Qld.
Met up with Blacklegend and Poynts95 once again and had more fun finding caches.
No muggles around here today and another quick find logged and off again.
Another day of the 31 day challenge completed as well.
TN LN SL. Thanks for the cache bristracker,
Roostaman.

Found the likely hide with remnants of the camo but no cache. Please check its in place.
After receiving a message that the cache was missing I checked today and it has completely gone. looks like there's been a lot of ground trampled nearby. Another cacher has expressed interest in hiding a cache nearby so I will archive this one and leave the way clear for someone else to explore.
TFTC, quick easy find for me, but next person be very careful as the paint was wet, maybe due to the heat and I got green paint all over my hands. TNLNSL
A new screw top container with dry log. Also some new stash including "money" to buy yourself out of trouble; muggle cards (your alibi!), and some pretty erasers to rub out the mistakes in your police statements. This one could last longer folks.
Found while out walking its true, someone is not at all tall. The log is wet but I signed it ok.
Passing through and made a quick find. "Waist high?" Somebody's waist is below my knee
Cache needs some attention. I'll put it in a maintenance log.

Log damp and in pieces. Only just writeable. Mainly due to the plastic bag no longer serving its purpose as the bottom is now completely split open. Needs a visit from the CO.
Was enjoying the walk around nerang,so walked from other caches to this one as well.TFTC.bristracker.
Quick find in a lovely park. This cache has so many of the good things of geocaching. Unfortunately it had a bad thing. A soaked and moldy log book. Anyway thanks for the cache

Headed on over to this park after a morning swim with the geomidget. Saw the likely spot from a distance. As I made my way through the long grass to the hidey hole I scared the hell out of myself. I stood on a 3 meter long branch that was covered in leaf litter. It rustled the grass and sticks to the right of me and when I turned to see what it was it moved again. Geez talk about a heart attack. Found the cache, signed the log and got the hell out of the grass. Cache was wet, dried it out but it needs more time. Thanks again Bristracker
The munchkins and I had just spent a lovely afternoon at a nearby water park. It was now time to drop them off for their holiday, luckily for me it was in a location which I had not found any caches I said goodbye to them and headed down to the park. Approaching GZ I could see a likely spot for a cache. I shuffled through a few leaves and sure enough there was a cache! Signed and replaced. All good here.

Say as little as possible, that way you do not trip yourself up when questioned.
A friend and I were out caching in a bush park and she came up with the best yet that I have heard, a man asked us what we were doing - she was doing a thesis on the infestation of the asparagus plant into native bush, and he believed it. Yes, we found the very well hidden cache container. SL TFTC

When I fist saw this one on the map I was a bit worried about its safety after the recent rains.
A short stroll to the area in the failing daylight and I ducked out of sight of a muggle resting further up the hill.
A quick find and sign of the log. The container was slightly open when I found it but the contents were dry.
I made sure that it was shut before I replaced it.
Thanks bristracker

This is a lovely park along the river and GZ is nicely out of sight. Thankfully there was no need for an alibi today, but when I have encountered anyone asking what I am doing, I always just explain caching. It has always worked for me so far . Thanks for the cache.
Found it easily with a few muggle kids around but not seeming to notice us at all. TFTC
We had decided to stay at the nearby caravan park at the last minute. This was the closest cache, so how could I resist?
Cheers from Browngang.
It's all high and dry at the moment CO, so don't panic.

Amazing the amount of hidden places and parks in this area.

Spent a morning caching in the Nerang To Hinze Dam region, accompaning us was Tawhai Team.
This needs a new log & zip bag for us to record our alibi. Lovely park to hide a cache.

Found at 0957. Attempted while on a wekend break on the Gold Coast. A quick find in a shady spot while signing the log. TFTC.
Popped over a grabbed while doing a little cache maintenance on the other side of the river. GZ a bit of a mess. Following cachers might come prepared for a little CITO. TFTC TNLN
Took a little bit of rummaging, but a find in the end. Found with JJBoards TFTC
Sea Reason, and Capricorn Dancer found it, after some determined, and fruitless scrounging about. Then Sea Reason, bless her, read the clue, and nailed it.
The area is not exactly savoury, with quite a bit of detritus (old clothing, rubbish and shopping trolleys) and the cache could do with some attention. It's not sealing as well as it could, and it's not possible to return it to its place other than on its side... it might leak. The sticker has also come off the lid. We put it inside.
Took nothing; left a scratchy. Good luck.

Out and about with Mr Gap for the afternoon for a spot of caching a quick drive, park, find was had and we were off again TFTC
Arrived with Ms Wig and the GPS led us straight to the hide.
We then had a look at the nearby buildings, but couldn't read the plaque.... assumed they have some link to law??
Thanks BT.

nice day for a walk in the park, no one around here but the other end of the park had a play groups picnic going on. TFTC bristracker
Found this one while my husband took the boys to the skate park over the road.
A quick find in a nice quiet area. We also visited the farmers markets over the road and I must say I will be back.

We'd stopped in the nearby park for coffee when I wondered where was the closest cache. What do you know, there was just 80m behind where we were sittting.
After returning the coffee things to the car we took a round about trek to where we thought we needed to go to find the cache, in order to avoid the nearby muggles and the need to come up with a reasonable alibi for our activities.
Cache found, log signed - we left Asian Elefant TB to continue his journey.
Thanks for the cache, Bristracker.

We had the whole Caching part of the family on board today (of course we have 2 teenage muggles who love to hate our great game who weren't with us OF COURSE), along with 1 from Allofus7 who is staying with us at the moment while her Mum and sisters and our muggle teenage daughter are in Vanuatu on a mission trip.
It was a great afternoon and so we headed off (later than I wanted) in search of the Natural Bridge Earth Cache & others. Well not so much search but more enjoy but the others were a good bunch.
This was to be our last for today after a very successful arvo further down the road.
We had at last had success with Maid of Sker and we could not leave without trying for this one as well.
Geo Youngest Girl and I (Geo Dad), who were the least tired of the crew headed off to GZ.
With both had a search around with no luck even with the clue then I had another go and came up with My Alibi.
It wasn't me, well maybe it was but it was all in good fun and in line with the true nature of our amazing game.
Thanks bristracker TFTC SL TNLN

Found while having a day out for Fathers Day.
Quiet spot down this end of the park.

Quick find in company with Gunnie69 bright and early today. Neat hide. TFTC bristracker
ManicWombat and I were inbound to Egg Rock for a wee climb. Actually, it was a huge climb with some interesting stories to tell but that;s for another time.
En route, we nipped by here for a quick grab. What we hadn't anticipated was the Sunday markets and distinct lack of parking in the area... We managed to get a park eventually at the other end of the grounds, then mosied along in the somewhat "crisp" morning air. On arrival at GZ, the cache was located quickly and log signed. There was little chance of muggles in the area with all the activity in the nearby street so we were free to do things at out own pace... [^]
Cheers bristracker.

I had been to a cache this morning with Gaz'n'Kab where we were standing knee deep in water near a fishing platform when asked what we were doing I simply replied 'looking for fish'. For some reason, the muggle bought it and headed off.
So stories aside, I was heading past this one and couldn't let an icon slide past. Pulled up and dashed down the hill for the find. I originally started looking in the wrong spot, but relocated to find the cache tucked nicely away. I extracted the logbook, added my name and rehid as found. TFTC bristracker, and no muggles to spin a story to at GZ today

Checked on this one while showing karenhippo some of our Gold Coast caches after the GCPT CITO event. I've certainly learned a lot about placing caches since i started 3 years ago.
A real easy find because the last one to find never bothered to replace any camo at all, and the cache was in full view in all it's glory -- thanks a lot (Capt) Tommy !!!

Nice quick find while walking Doug the geodog. My alibi is always that we are looking for a lost ball. Bristracker, you must be a pigmy if that cache is waist height. Sorry only joking. Loved the park. TFTC
Second find on a big day out with Brother Colin. A quick stroll over from the nearby boat to collect this before continuing on
Out and about with Teamdfl today.
Heading up the hill to grab a few caches.
After finding the other near by cache we walked over to this one.
Thanks for the cache. In good condition.

Relogging this under individual account, previously a member of Gaz'n'Kab account.
I parked up near GZ for this one and slipped down into the area. It was nicely abandoned today. I made my way into an obvious GZ and found the cache almost immediately. It is in good condition. A very nice little area with a very rapid stream today.

I was cruising through Nerang this morning on my way to walk up a pinnacle.
Running early I took the opportunity to stop for a cache or two
An early morning exercise group was running for the ferry, but the rest of the park was deserted
So I didn't think I would need an alibi.
Just in cache though.....
..... I personally like the one about looking for lost tennis balls.
It doesn't really matter if there are no tennis courts nearby,
just say that your dog keeps losing them in the bushes.
The confusion factor usually stops further muggle questions
If not .... then ask them if they have seen your dog anywhere [:o)]

Sorry...I accidently clicked "Dropped Off" Tb ...Nannamar still has it in her hands.
Was it a deja-vu or have I been here before? Of course I was here before and that 1st visit was my Alibi for being there to hide the cache together with bristracker. As I was passing by today thought I better check it out and sign the log as well. TFTC bristracker.
Gotta love that geo-littlie Blake.
Should have his own caching name soon.
Then he'll be putting out his own caches.

Wow! A new cache out! Seems we've gone a little while without a new cache. Raced out from home as fast as we could. Started looking in the wrong spot coz the iPhone hadn't been as fast as we were and took a minute to tell us we'd walked past GZ. Approaching GZ we saw movement in the darkness and then a voice. It was Saintsmadhouse. We shared the FTF at 9:45pm and both signed the log book by light of the torch. Thanks for the new cache Bristracker. This is going to be a fun series. You have so much legal knowledge it will be interesting reading the caches. Now that's something I can do for now - read what the cache page says. Lol. TNLNSL.

A joint FTF with Aussie Liahona. My alibi is that we were driving home from a day at the beach and a movie when the notification came through on this one. We raced back around and headed in, forgetting the torch, but luckily having the iphone torch App. We came upon Aussie Liahona, who can vouch for our whereabouts at the time. The find was secured and we took turns logging. Thanks to Aussie Liahona for giving the CITO coin to EmBem, she is very happy with her new coin to send out into the world, and thanks Bristracker for the cache.

My alibi was that I was at the Sunday markets with Blake and just happened to find a cache in the way to the car.
The pram was up for most of the terrain 2 traverse and I did the last few meters while Blake kept a look out for muggles.
Thanks for the cache BT. Cheers.
Found some shade in the nearby park to chill-ax.
