I found this cach 11/24/2012 on the second day to Sydney from
Los Angeles, I took one of the egg and brought it to LA. on it's
way to Denmark. Sorry your cach is archived.

02-Dec-12
Its time to archive this cache and give someone else a chance to maybe put another. I no longer work in the area and cannot get there for maintenance etc.

21-Nov-12
Dropped by to try and find this cache, but found council workers cleaning up the area, putting in a new path way and raking up the leaf matter.

07-Nov-12
I had a reasonable look around, but without success. There were several potential hiding spots; unfortunately I didn't uncover the cache in any of those I checked. Maybe if I'm in town again...

03-Nov-12
The area was fairly deserted, so we found the cache quite easily.

We left two geocoins in the cache, a hen and an egg. They will be racing each other back to Denmark, and they are not supposed to travel together. So please split them up when you retrieve them from the cache.

Not the easiest place to search but managed to turn it up after about 5 mins. TFTC.

08-Oct-12
Found it together with Team Autovaern.

06-Oct-12
Got to GZ but syringes littering the area so left it alone.

05-Oct-12
Difficult to predict when the muggle-factor would be high in this area, so just went for it this afternoon.
Surprisingly, not a single soul walked by during the search, find, signing and replacement.

Not many about early this morning - no-one still out celebrating the Storm's win Wink There must have been a recent cleanup, found the cache but no needles. Thanks.

20-Sep-12
I parked over by the Sydney Uni while waiting for my daughter to finish lectures and made my way to GZ. Lots of muggles making there way to the station but eventually there was a break and I scratched around with a stick and found the cache. Lots of needles around so I think this is the preferred method. Signed the log an replaced as found. Not the nicest spot but thanks for your cache.

09-Sep-12
#545 I was not too comfortable looking for this cache after the previous logs. And true enough, when I got to GZ, there were several syringes strewn all over the ground. Apparently, it's not in a box anymore but was scattered all over. Please be careful when searching for this cache. The hint was very helpful though in being able to find this cache quickly. TFTC!

07-Sep-12
Out for a drive and thought "why not?" Got a "Castanza" of a parking spot, and soon had the cache in hand. GZ was hard to pinpoint on my iPhone so trust your instincts.

07-Sep-12
After a course down towards Green Square, I decided to walk back to Redfern this afternoon with an early finish, and grabbed a couple of the local caches on the way. Not too many people around a bit after 3 and it was quite easy to spot the hide and make a quick grab before heading up towards the low brick wall to do the signing duties. Then just a short wait for a break in the foot traffic to replace it. Thanks JYGE.

Found what looked like the cache out in the open. It itself was opened and the log was nearby. Syringes everywhere... Not a good cache. A cache for the sake of it.

19-Aug-12
Exceptionally busy here today. didn't need to rummage around much thankfully as needles were abundant. Be cautious around here!

10-Aug-12
Found together with Moselund United

05-Aug-12
I'm going to enable this hide as I cannot care to GZ to make my planned changes and re-locate due to a change in my work. Be aware that this is Redfern with all of its residents and colourful visiters.

26-Jul-12
Working in Broadway early this morning allowed me get a quick find on my way out. Looked at this one and disappointed to say its not in the best spot but found nonetheless. Perhaps a move close by would be in order as its a nice spot and I can understand the CO's reason for placing it here. Plenty of options to create a good hide.

Time to disable and have a rethink of its location. Its an area that is neglected for caches but this needs to be made a little safer. I'm not a fan of micro's and nano's just placed around everywhere which is why I tried for a container. Stay tuned...Smile

21-Jul-12
Easy find with the hint. Probably would have let this one go if it hadn't been for the hint. Pretty gross area. Reluctant to go sifting through leaf litter here! SL TFTC Very Happy

16-Jul-12
The first box I found was one with medical needles.....
The one I was looking for was very close to that one, so be carefull!
Logged at 20h25.

Greetings from Belgium.

Considering that there's many cachers out there (me included) that take the kids caching. Can't recommend this spot but found quickly today next to several syringes and a box full of them TFTC.

Nice spot this. Quick find

21-Jun-12
After an early morning working nearby, this was a quick and necessary detour on the way heading home.
As noted in the previous log, there was a syringe container there, but I persevered, and fo8nd this was less than a foot from said container.
No gloves on me, so I did not remove the "problematic" box.
Wearing a safety vest of invivibility meant none of the many muggles driving past took any notice of me.

17-Jun-12
With the GPSr leading us near Botan Road we reorted to the hint and saw what we thought was the most likely hiding spot. It turned out to be a local syringe-drop with about half a dozen hiding under the leaf litter. The search was abandoned the the safer DNF option chosen rather than a more hands-on search.

15-Jun-12
Quick find on my way home, had to dodge some muggles on the way to the station though. TNLNSL. TFTC

09-Jun-12
Coordinates WAY out, though with the hint the options were at minimum. After looking in a couple spots as according to the hint we found the cache. SL and replaced. TFTC.

Don't know how we missed this on our last visit but we got it this time. Pretty muggly in the late afternoon. No unpleasnt paraphernalia. SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek

After an easy walk up from Central, this proved to be an easy find although it did take a few minutes. Even the passing muggles took no notice. TNLNSL TFTC

After a nice walk up from Central station we found this one after a small search. GPS wasn't playing nice originally but turned out all OK.
Lots of people passing but not really paying attention to what we were doing.

30-May-12
This was an easy walk by. Thank JYGE!

Thanks... the second this day. J-LEST-TEAM

Nice easy driveby. TFTC.

20-May-12
Got to GZ and poked around a bit carefully but just couldn't come up with the goods. Spotted some likely camo but nothing beneath it. Never mind, we'll try another time. Cheers... Gaztek

Found a rare parking spot on the opposite side of the tracks with a short walk to GZ. Once there felt very exposed to passing traffic and gps would just not settle quick enough. Being wary of warnings in previous logs, also wasn’t keen on just poking about in a hurry (didn’t actually notice anything of concern as it turns out). Did the old “check the watch and phone trick” while visually scanning possible hides for the size when a glimpse of telltale blue was spotted under some camo.

Bugger!! I walked right past this one today as my last PQ for the city was retrieved just prior to this cache being published. As a consequence, it didn't show up on the screen. One of these days I'll come back to this area and try again. Cheers.

Nice little hide, Maybe a clue to zone in on GZ will assist people to remain safe in this area.. make this a quick and easy find. Cool

Otherwise i see no issue with this cache, Thanks

02-May-12
Not a bad little cache! I agree with previous posts it's in a terrible area due to high level of syringes and other nasty stuff around gz.
Wasn't able to sign log as I was approached by two sets of police and the pen decided to not work Sad
I took a photo of the hazards

Joint ftf with equippe. I can't believe we got here first. Cute little container in the most likely place. Thanks for the keyring for ftf. Thanks for taking the time to hide one here.

Jantolis gave an alert just prior to lunch - unfortunately for him, his appointments lead him in the opposite direction. After a quick walk and train ride I was on GZ - without a GPS lock. Phones no good - why is my Oregon at home today! Whilst searching - was given a quizicle glance by a passer-by, whom ended up being JustinCBR. Looked for a while, found nothing but rubbish and syringes - cacher beware!

02-May-12
I am going to have a cacher friend take a look and give me an opinion on the location and its viability. With this opinion, I will either shut it down or relocate. The idea was the number of muggles passing by would make it interesting to try and find, not the number of syringes. Stay tuned

02-May-12
I saw this pop up and needed to get out of the office. I looked for 15 minutes and was about to leave when rinsemesocks appeared. He found the cache after short search. And graciously told me to log a joint ftf! Tftc

No luck during a combined search.
I did notice a muggle in the nearby park was watching intently as we looked. Is it possible he saw the FTF and has muggled it already?
Not a good spot as I found three used syringes in the garden bed. Recommend that future searchers take appropriate precautions.
