Looked carefully for 30 mins and couldn't find it.

Major heart palpitations on way back to the car after finding this cache !.... Was casually walking back across the grass to my car, when for some unknown reason I looked down at the ground. When, there, right in front of my right foot, was a massive DEAD RAT !!!
Found the twisted and crushed casch lying nearby, after bending it back into shape with a stick, I was able to retrieve the log, signed and put where I think it should have been, TFTC

Found while out with the folkes... beautiful day for caching. TFTC. the Kearneys.
Our very first attempt to find a cache! And we found it. Thank you for this cache. Off to find another one in the area.
The only tonight more frustrating than not finding a cache is seeing it but not being able to access it. Persistence paid. TFTC

Found @ 1445 hrs.
Plenty of Muggles about on a very pleasant day.But taking an interest in a number of old objects in the park hid my real intent.TFTC Rudic.

Some interesting pieces of history. Found cache at after waiting for muggles to take their photos and leave. Had already spotted it when they were close by but couldn't grab it. Went back to read the sign while they wandered around. I thought he was going to pull it out as he seemed to look right at it at one stage, but they wandered off and we signed the log at 2pm.

Couldn't find it today. We looked around for a little while, checked the clue, then searched doubly hard when we narrowed down the area of search. After no luck, we called a previous finder who told us where it should be, and that it was an eclipse tin that should be easy to find. We believe that it has disappeared, and that the owner should visit to double check.
None the less, it's an interesting piece of history. My thanks to Rudic for showing it to us.

We had a meeting of motorcycle friends at Yan Yean today, and I picked up this cache. It was a beautiful day to be out. tftc.

Thought We were going to have trouble getting this one, with lots of muggles playing soccer quite close by. Turned out to be easier than I thought. Thanks for bringing us to this nice spot Rudic.
Another pretty spot with interesting history. They knew how to build things back in the day. Good to see the resevoir full.

Went to find this one today 9-October-13 but due to conditions the park is closed
Sometimes its good to find a Geocache thats easy to find. This was one of those. Very well thought out spot, clue helped as well, TFTC.
Wow, what a great hide. Didn't write in the log as I forgot a pen! Log is pretty much full anyway. Thanks!

A mid-week visit to this park meant that I almost had it to myself. Searching for the cache was a trouble free exercise with no muggles to worry about. Extracting the cache from its hide was a little more difficult as it is a rather snug fit. With the log signed, I was on my way home, hopefully ahead of the approaching rain.

The geokids wanted to go on a cache run today so we decided to go north. After stopping in for a $1 Large frozen fanta in at Hungry Jack's we made our way to this one. Located pretty quickly but had to be conspicuous on removing as there were muggles afar picnicing. Great hide tftc
Lots of muggles around but managed to find without attracting attention. In need of better log book. TFTC
Always liked that old structure. Recommendation: better to come during weekdays (park is opened till 7pm). It was not easy to get it out or put it back without attracting attention of at least 50 kids running around. TFTC
There was a boistrous game of soccer happening near the first carpark, so parked in the second instead. Admired the bluestone structure and read the board before making the find. Went back to the car via the top of the bank. Great place to visit again. Thanks.
Another foot bleeding Geocaching adventure today on my Cache #100 for Xmas goal. This was no 4 for the day.
This was an interesting cache. I've been to the other side of Yan Yean Resivoir many time but I had never been over here nor saw this interesting side of the story of this place.
