Just passed by today on the way to my friend's house when i noticed the cache was gone! Please check soon!
Heading towards Fremantle for an appointment today, we made a bit of a diversion to find some caches along the way... After a visit to the Sump we made our way over to this cache, we quickly came up with some numbers but then decided that it was a duck cache we were finding so we must be wrong
We were wrong & were happy to find some more duck like co-ords a short time after Another walk & Jase quickly had the cache to hand... Unfortunately it was found not in it's correct position & we did our best to find where it should have gone? With no luck, we emailed the CO & put it back in a safe enough spot until the man himself can check it out
Thanks duck 43, we will have to return once you place it in is spot... Hopefully it will then be a quick find as we have seen what we will be looking for!

What does a good son do for his mum on Mothers Day? Take her geocaching of course. We found WP1 after examining a whole lot of numbers, but discarding them all. Eventually found the correct ones. Then a nice walk over to the final. TFTC
I quickly found a set of numbers at WP1, but I wasn't completely confident about them becuse it all seemed a bit too easy. After entering them into the GPS they didn't make sense, so I went back to WP1 for a second look. I found another set of numbers shortly afterwards and then I knew for sure I had what I was looking for. After a short jog to GZ, I found the cache quickly, but was again impressed by the effort in constructing this hide. A nice multi to get the brain going early in the morning. TFTC duck 43
This is so close to where I live I thought I mayaswell go for a second attempt since the first WP was moved and "The Sump" has been put in place since the last time I looked. Still no luck, I'm not good at finding numbers. Perhaps I need to make friends with some more experienced geocachers to help me along.
after a false start and knocking down the hurdle we restarted and found the cache in the second place we looked. Another great hide and well worth the effort to find. Thanks Duck 43 for another great Hide.
SL TFTC TNLN thanks for bringing us to this park.

Lucky we don't mind a walk. We went the wrong way the first time and then we all wandered of the correct way. Lots of natter could be heard across the oval before we arrived at GZ and another cleverly concealed container.
Thanks for the cache and the company.

At the seventh pass this month while walking the dog it finally twigged. Second stage was clever too
Spent the day caching around the southern suburbs of Perth.
We visited a variety of parks, and cache hides.
This was a very devious but enjoyable multi.
Thanks for the cache, duck 43.

Out on a beautiful Perth day, caching with Everlasting and Freddo who is visiting from SA.
This was one of a massive 40+ caches attempted today.
OMG again you amaze us. Some panelbeating on the cache itself as it seems someone has bashed it into place.

This was a great little multi! Extracted some digits at the WP and started off to GZ, but then reasoning set in... that is a funny GZ, and it wasn't a crafty enough hiding spot for the WP!
So back again and examined the pump more closely, and the proper GZ figures were found, and then off again to GZ. And yet again there was found another very crafty, but again, quite different style of hide.
Thank you for bringing such fun to the closing stages of a miserable day weather wise duck 43.

I found it thanks to a little help from my friend. AWESOME HIDE!!!! My favourite so far. But im still trying to find the sump.
Thanks duck!
Thanks duck!
Out with mini Cache_Wanderer #1 & #2 in the park to play some footy and practice some field athletics. I remembered that there was a 2nd part to a multi-cache I had been unable to find so the boys helped me look. Our first look was unsuccessful, but on returning for a final 5min check, young C_W #2 made his very first discovery! He was very happy, as was I.

Found it with a little bit of help from Mr Jacaro44 who I had met at The Sump with Mrs Jacaro44. After no joy at The Sump, we wandered over here and Mr Jacaro44 played cold-warm-hot game with me. I soon had it in hand. I didn't notice the camo until after my hand was on it and something moved ... great camo. Definitely a fav for this one. Signed the log. Thanks for the cache duck 43.
We found WP1 ok but somehow we just messed up the co-ords and we were walking backwards and forwards looking for the cache. As time was running out as we had to get home we had to once again get a bit of help from another cacher who had already found it (THANKS). Good hide once we finally found it and another favourite point TFTC duck 43
FOUND IT!
I live around the park and this was the first cache i attempted to find. My Dad and I were looking for it for the 20th time when he found the well-hidden cache. P.S. Great Hiding Place

Was here searching just yesterday and had found WP1 after about a half hour search.
Came to WP2 to have two muggles playing b-ball in their driveway looking at this strange guy circling round and round an object. I had the right area....just bad timing.
Came back today and started searching my iphone only to find that the cache had been temporarily disabled.... Oh well! I had a little search before finding the final!
Nice to strike this one off......TFTC Duck

Found the clue (I think!) but trouble converting to a new coordinate, probably I got the numbers in the wrong order or inserted a digit where it didn't need to go. MTC had a nice walk in any case and MTC3 went exploring and thinks he may have found it, but not able to use stealth mode here. Another day, perhaps! Good fun!
Well, much as it loathes me to admit it, I have been unable to find this cache.
I was finally successful in locating the initial hurdle (waypoint) having returned for a further review following an initial search earlier in the day with mini Cache Wanderer's #1 & 2 proved fruitless.
Having waisted a further 20mins searching for the final cache in the wrong place due to inaccurate entry of co-ordinates, I was still unable to crack the final hurdle
As I said, I was able to successfully locate the first hurdle (nicely done Mr D 43), but I couldn't help but notice that the final cache has not been successfully found in nearly three months. At the risk of clutching at straws to hide my own ineptitude at locating it, I was wondering if the CO can confirm if all is well with the final cache?

We were here in the West for two weeks on a family holiday. We had found our first Duck cache on the day we arrived and after stumbling across a couple more of Mr Duck's caches I quickly decided to study a masters in camouflage while here rather than acquiring a science degree in Chemistry.
To complete my mission of hunting down all 31 active Duck caches before heading home, I only had to find about 3 each day, which I found out was much easier said than done. What I soon learnt about Duck hunting is that even though they can be found in plain view they are extremely well camouflaged and often hard to retrieve when there Muggles anywhere nearby, and therefore when you go Duck hunting you have to have patience and allow plenty of time.
Well it came down to this cache being was my last hurdle in my quest to find all Mr Duck’s caches, with less than an hour spare to do so on the day we were heading home. I was on my way back from grabbing some Green Eggs and Bacon for breakfast, and arrived at WP1 to find with no Muggles in sight. With both my smart phone and Magellan working together to narrow down the search area, I was hopeful of something revealing itself, but before I could I spotted a family of Muggles making their way towards me.
The Muggles came closer and closer and stayed playing nearby, one of the small Muggles even climbed the tree which I had leaned my bike against. It was time to enact a stealth plan, drink bottle in hand said hi to the Muggles and started performing some stretches all while my eyes continued to scan.
Time was ticking away and it was starting to look like I would have to abandon my mission and head home one short of my target, when all of a sudden my eyes spied something that might be a possibility. With the Muggles preoccupied looking the other way I swooped in and yes there was the co-ords, I took a quick photo of the cords. Finally I was over the first hurdle, I quickly bid the Muggles goodbye and made a dash to GZ.
At GZ the finish line was in sight, I used all I had learnt from my previous Duck Hunts to be able to uncover a well hidden cache on my first lap. I was just signing the log when I noticed the Muggle family walking towards me once again, but I was able to quickly return the Cache before they were they too close to see anything and by the time they arrived at their car parked nearby I was on my bike and bidding them goodbye again.
Yippee Yahoo, I had passed my final exam with half an hour to spare, and another favourite point I owe Mr. Duck. After studying all of his caches I have no doubt that Mr Duck is worthy of being called a Master of Creative and Camouflaged Caches. I even had the pleasure of bumping into Mr. Duck twice while out hunting his caches, and had a preview to his next cache hide "The Gates". On my last morning here I also added the final touches to my next cache "Royal Flush", located in the middle of Duck country.
Thank you Mr Duck for all of your creative caches, the hunting has been both challenging and heaps of fun.

Last for the morning before heading an hour South to play golf at The Cut in Mandura.
Took 20 minutes to find WP1, spent on 2 different levels too, before seeing that telltale something that suggests a tiny, tiny difference to the rest. Then made my way to the final, only to be confused by the location seemingly equi-distant from about 3 trees. Try as I might to locate the prize in each and all of them, I had no luck in the half hour spent there.
I must say, I have had a lot of luck so far with your caches, and double the enjoyment finding them, so I was well overdue to miss out on one. Maybe another day, thanks anyway duck 43

Another duck masterpiece. This has been a work in progress but got over the last hurdle this time. A favourites point from us.
Found it finally! Found wp1 a few months ago and ran out of daylight last time. (Because it took 2 hrs to find!) Decided to go out today and test out the new geo camper. Got to gz and mr duck himself arrived on his machine. He verified we were in the right area but said it was very well camo'd. After a chat he headed off on his maintenance run. Luckily we soon found the treasure (no such luck on some others we tried later). A little gecko has also made this cache his home so take care when removing the cache. Good to meet you duck43. Great job.

Fell at the first hurdle some 2 or more months ago. Finally got to have another attempt at hurdle 1 last week. Success! But no time for hurdle 2. Back today & found the object. Hurdle 3, getting the object open, was by far the hardest! Thankfully that was achieved & can now claim to have finished the race. No Olympic records for me however.
And sorry to say that I have a too high 'Duck' to ordinary cache find ratio, so I have no more favourite points to award. Will rectify that in the future if I can.

Find #193. After dad made a quick stop to the loo we began searching and found some numbers but they were way to obvious and not duck43 style. I also said to dad what is the chance that these numbers that were here before he placed the cache, would actually give us the cache. Not long after I found something that I thought I'd try and taa daa! Digits collected we made our way to the final and I made a quick discovery. Opening the lid was another story but 3 minutes later dad managed to finally open it. Unfortunately I forgot to put the pencil back in before closing it so dad had to go through the process again. TFTC duck43 I now only have one favourite point left thanks to you!
There I was thinking that duck 43 was a really great guy, and then I got to Shirley's Hurdles. On the first visit today, we found some numbers, but they weren't the right ones - should have known it couldn't be that easy!! Back again to try a second time. Brilliant hide at the first waypoint - can only wonder how the duck came up with that idea. So it was off to the second and final waypoint. Mmmm, we looked high and we looked low. We looked in every conceivable nook and cranny, or so we thought. We even started walking back to the car, feeling defeated. Then I turned and went back. And just as well I did. I found it!! YAY!!!!
Wish there was some way I could give this one more than one favourite point, because it really deserves more. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT WORK. But you are an evil man Mr Duck.

We have to admit to getting a hint from the CO for the first hurdle. Totally devious placement of the numbers, "awesome" is used in its right context here!!!Second hurdle was also an ingenious placement and construction. Duck43 caches drive us on to find others in order to get some more favourite points to hand out to him! How can we not give him one for this?
Tried to clear up a few DNFs in the Applecross area today. No joy here ... a serious case of cache blindness seems to afflict me every time I come here. TFTH duck 43. I will be back.
Seriously cool. Took the geo-newbie-cousin here since she managed to find another of Duck43's best with "relative" ease. We spent a serious hour searching with no avail when we decided to triangulate the gps readings to get a accurate spot. Same result. Where could it be??? Gave ourselves another 2 minutes or give up since time was running short. Since we had the coords narrowed down to within 1m after all this time we were pulling our hair out...well, I wasn't since I have none, but the newbie was beginning to see the fruitlessness of the search......but then....ha ha, there is was...WP1!!!!! Yeha! Didn't have time to go for the final but one thing is for sure, Newbie geocacher is addicted. Will be back with the rest of the clan to go for the final. Very inspiration WP Mr Duck43. Keep them up.
This is actually my second attempt at this one ... I must have forgotten to log my earlier DNF. Last time I didn't even find the first way-point (though, as I subsequently found out, I had the then camo object in my hand, but I didn't find the coords). This time, I found the first way-point quickly, loaded the coords into my GPS and headed confidently to the final GZ. After about 15-20 minutes searching, I was rained off ... I checked the coord's on my way back to my car and confirmed that I had been at the correct GZ (as there was evidence of previous searchers, I was confident that this was the case). TFTH Duck43, I will be back.

I played junior football for Mt Pleasant so I spent many hours on Shirley Strickland oval. When I arrived at the first hurdle there were 4 legged muggles everywhere, so I tried to discreetly look around. I had great difficulty climbing over the first hurdle. I couldn’t decide where GZ was. Finally got over and move to the next hurdle.
Found the last hurdle easier than the first. Again great camo, although it was not fully in the correct position and another piece of camo had been added. I replaced it correctly and removed the over piece of camo which was now surplus to requirement.
Thanks duck 43.

Another brilliant duck hide! I was a bit misguided at first, but was soon back on my feet!
Very clever camo and hides in both the start and finish locations. We were a bit confused for a while there, but a quick check proved valuable. Found on a cache chasing day with Everlasting.

HAPPY DAY!!! 3rd attempt with Canooker kid and super canooker boyfriend in tow. We searched for 20 minutes for the first hurdle with no luck. As we were walking off I had one more poke around and TADA!!!

Reasonably easy find of the numbers, then lead to cache. Had to be careful as residential muggle was watching. Once found - loved it!!! Very crafty and sneaky. Good work. Await the next duck hunt. TFTH Duckie.

The origional cache hiding the numbers was stolen. I have now introduced a new concept to hide the same numbers at the same location.
After reading the log and note by Felix and having completed this cache myself some time ago, I checked it all today, as I was in the area.
Regrettably I can confirm that the first waypoint is definitely missing.
Regrettably I can confirm that the first waypoint is definitely missing.
Im sorry if you have changed the waypoint, feel free to delete this log.
But 2 previous finders described the waypoint to us and we could not locate it. so if it hasn't changed it appears to have been muggled?

So sitting on 2996 finds we were wondering what we should make our 3000th cache. Our good geo buddy has been raving about your caches so we decided to head out late today after finishing logging the new Wandoo series so it was after 2pm when we finally got to GZ.
Well we found some different sets of numbers but they werent taking us anywhere a cache was likely to be.
So in frustration we whipped out the Phone to use a lifeline. Our good geo buddy said it's a ....... there should be 2 of them it's the one facing?
well obviously our eyes were painted on coz we didn't see what was described to us????
Later on when we were chatting to another geo buddy we double checked and yep it would appear the waypoint is missing!

After finishing a night shift in the city, I decided to head over to Applecross to pick up the last remaining DUCK 43 Caches.
These hides have all been a real highlight of my recent Caching trips South of the River, and I was sure this one would be no exception.
The C/O has actually asked me this very morning if I had attempted it, and when I replied I hadn't, I suspected by the curl of his lip that I may have a challenge ahead.
This feeling was compounded when I then met Jacaro44 at another nearby Cache and all he would say was that I would enjoy this one !!!
So off I strolled across the park, to GZ and would you believe it I uncovered the coords on the second item i looked at.......great piece of workmanship on the camo !!!
I entered the coords into the GPS and off I strolled, very confidently to the GZ.
On arrival I though this looked straight forward, how hard can it be? Theres not many hiding spots here!!!!
Well after 10 minutes of walking round and round and round and round, I eventually decided to take a different approach, and then uncovered the Cache in just a few moments.
A totally fantastic final hide... certainly had me going for a while.
Signed the log and left a V.4 PathTag.
Thanks for a great multi Cache and of course another FAV point.

This may not have been the easiest cache for us so far but it has certinly been one of the most entertaining. Four visits resulting in four dead ends made for the final success being all the sweeter. We finally stumbled across the correct cordinantes yesterday and had the CO confirm that we had passed the WP1 challenge. Onwards this morning to GZ where we discovered one of the best cameos we have seen to date. Great job duck43! Well and truely earns another favourite from us. TFTC
Wow!!! Two superb camo jobs make this a rewarding and very challenging cache to find
There must have been lots of man-hours putting this combination together, so many thanks duck 43.
Certainly worth a fav point.

Omg that was AWESOME got to the first part and thought nothing looks out of the ordinary hmm what to do I started pulling and moving everything i could see and bang Got it that's the first part
The final took about 2 seconds after arriving at GZ after doing some other of duck 43s caches I had a fairly good idea of what I was looking for
TFTC Awesome cache deserving of a favorite

KB very wisely asked me to join her in attempting this one....at WP1 soon noticed something didn't quite fit and we soon had final coords loaded into GPSr, which led us to very likely GZ....less than 5 minutes later I was lucky enough to be searching in right spot and came up with the find....KB signed log....thanks duck 43 for yet another innovative constuction(s)
Oh the pain, the pain. Mickeydv found both the WP and the final; I'll never be able to show my face at a geocaching event again! I did assist in frustrating him sufficiently that force was applied to reveal WP1. My GPS lead the way to the final. Sadly, I chose the wrong side to start searching and Mickeydv had the cache revealed in record time. I hope this cache also comes with a disclaimer that no tree was harmed in the creation of this cache! Since I'd allocated so much time for this cache (I'd still be at WP1 scratching my head!) we had time to ride to Risely St for morning tea. A lovely morning all round. Thanks for another brilliant effort duck 43.
Decided to have a crack at a FTF as this one came up early this morning.
However my GZ did not put me within 10M of anything, so examined the various closest objects without luck, no sign of anything that looked like a cache. With the rain coming down I gave up. Will try again in better weather

Now checked with two different GPS and are certain new published co ords are correct.
After seeing more accurate coords decided to have another go and on arrival saw Chwiliwr and Yonnie33 searching nearby. Then the CO tuned up and refined our position and left us to it. Searched in vain for a while when Chwiliwr noticed something not quite logical and had the coords for the final cache in his hand.
We all three proceeded to the final GZ and after about 20mins searching decided we must have copied the coord wrongly....so back to the first GZ to confirm and decided we were not MAD after all.
Back to the final GZ and a lot of head scratching.
About to give up when BINGO I got a **FTF** Such relief!!!
Thanks for a great hide Duck43 .... Gets Fav from me. Well done.
p.s...Left an Aussie lapel pin

I met Chwiliwr and was soon joined by vidahoy and subsequently by duck 43 who confirmed we were in the right area. After a further search, we found the required co-ords and then spent quite a long time searching the final position. vidahoy cleverly found the cache in an area where we had all passed by before. A brilliant hide ! This gets a Fav from me.
Dropped off T/Bug

Found with vidahoy and yonnie33.
Met CO as we were discussing where GZ was and checked our coordinates with him. Shortly after we found WP1 and then off to the cache which took a bit longer to find. We all had a search and should have found it but vidahoy was more luckier or us searchers. Have given it a favourite.
Thanks duck 43 for the cache.

Unless your clue is written on a blade of grass I think your coordinates need checking. GZ is open grass with the nearest object some 10=12m away in any direction.
