Logs
As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it's been a number of months since the last owner note. I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it. Should you replace the cache after 30 days has passed please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.

After finding ‘Brief Encounter’, I headed home but decided to try this cache as I was on the right side of the road. I found a shady spot to park and quickly found GZ. I couldn’t believe I saw someone else walking through the park so I scouted around some trees and she didn’t see me. I ventured in and found where a cache of this size should be but it wasn’t there. I confirmed GZ with both the Garmin and phone app.

My first cache and it was not there to be found. Went there with Fhm1961 who had found it earlier but he couldn't find it either.
Doing this in the dark was not the best idea. Lots of snails! Nice cache though!
After a job out at Ropes Crossing I thought I would stop in and grab a cache in an area of Sydney I rarely get to on the way back to the M4/M7. Pulled up and walked in. The target was a fairly obvious group, but once I narrowed it down and got to the right spot the cache was quickly in hand. Lots of mozzies in here so a quick grab and returned to the sunshine for the signing duties. Then ducked back in for the replacement and added a bit more natural camo. Thanks Gibbo455.
Well spotted. One would miss this completely driving past. At first I thought it might be a trig as well, but it wasn't.

Had fun finding our first geocache. Kids were running around everywhere. Mr 10 year old found it.
First find of the hunting session with best mate 2jz, cloaked in the midnight fog witj plenty more gleeming in geosight.
Nice easy find. Nice little grove. TFTC. #4 for the day.

xPhenoms and I have been planning this little expedition along the Train Spotter series from Thornleigh out to Windsor in the West for quite a while. So today’s the day headed out in the Geo Mits down the thin black line to the Big Smoke to begin the series and other caches of opportunity. Found while travelling along the Transpotter series. Great cache. TFTC
Thanks Gibbo455 another good find for us on our last day around Sydney area. SL TFTC

Fairly quick find in a park. Arrived at GZ and the iPhone was really only pointing to one place.
Once there, the hide was fairly obvious.
Took the Smurf TB. Not sure how he can find his home but he'll look in a few places for it.

Round and round we went like ring a rosie, dived in and made the find on a My Druitt assault. TFTC Gibbo455
Last day in Sydney so had to grab a few finds and then back to Dan Murphy's for some wine for dinner.
I have been past this area on a previous caching trip but have never stopped and looked but it is a nice area.
Don't you hate it when you write a log and then when you check later it is not there.
An easy find as it was uncovered but that has been rectified and is now ready for the next finder.
Thanks to Gibbo455 for showing me this area.

Cool hidey hole! Added some camo as it had none. Quick easy find with Tjpatto. TFTC
Geokids had a ball finding this one. They were disappointed they had nothing with them to trade.
been wanting to get this one for awhile so today we set out to find it... found quickly tftc
Found by geoson 10 and we also brought along some friends for their first cache expedition. TFTC.
Working with greening australia across the creek have just started knocking off the ones closest to work and home to keep the consecutive streak going. Around day 350 and closest. It only gets further from here.
Interesting little park, would be good if the monument had some more info in the middle. Nice hide.

The smallest kid found it, which makes sense really. A nice little spot although all the cicada shells freaked the kids out. They just didn't understand my fascination with them. We didn't think to take anything swap items with us, so no give or take. TFTC!
Cache #80
I happened to be passing through here this morning so decided to take a quick detour up Simpsons Hill Road. There was not a hill in sight here today, but an interesting formation of trees when observing the satellite image of the area.
The walk to GZ was pleasant and I enjoyed the challenge of finding the easiest route to GZ when getting close. The cache was well camouflaged but reasonably easy to find with a bit of prodding. A clever hiding spot all round. Thanks Gibbo.
