Found in good condition , was a tricky find and left a trendy Mario surprise for the summer shoe trend . Thank you
Quick find. Another one down in this series in Victoria, still alot to go. Found with Mogni. The plan this October Long Weekend was to head over to Victoria and host 3 CITO's plus host my first geocaching event, also increase my finds to 20 in at least 5 victorian LGA's. Given that we were caching in the country alot of km's were travelled. The weather was raining on and off all saturday including the night time but by luck all 3 events that day were dry. The first CITO ( and the cache of the trip ) was in Kaniva at the wetlands, the next in CITO was in Dimboola at one of the rest areas, and placing a future challenage cache then slowly making our way to wycheproof canavan park which was our accomadation for the weekend and then up to Mount Wycheproof ( the smallest registered mountain in Australia - at 43metres tall ) for my coffee and sunset event. Sunday started off with a early 630 am CITO in the Mount Wycheproof wetlands reserve ( sorry i did forget about daylight savings when i made the time for the event but it was a dawn and light still ). Now off to swan hill ( which is my least favorite LGA to cache in ) and then a few more LGA's and back to the tent in the dark well past dinner. Then it was slowly heading home via the silo arts works along the way and walpuep and then over the border to pinaroo and home. We went through over a milk crate of spare containers and got 2 and 1/4 garage bags of cans and bottles. Any caches that were found broken/cracked/etc were replaced and any full log books were replaced.
A perfect break from a long drive with two little boys! Learnt a thing or two about Mary MacKillop as well.

Great location for a pass-through on the way home to Mildura. Kids loved trying to find this one. The case is a tough one to open!
It was a short walk from our camping spot and an easy find on a very hot afternoon. Thanks for the history lesson.
A hard cache to get considering there was so much muggle traffic, eventually got the log signed and cache replaced. TFTC

Nice easy find after a detour to Sea Lake for this cache which I needed for a challenge Im working towards
The coordinates are a bit off, but TFFC travelling sister. I sure hope that no one was staffing the police station, not suspicious much
Easily found with Sarge5556 but one catch was really difficult to open. Thankfully we had some keys with us. Tftc
Under the watchful eye of the po po across the st...GPS had me at the wrong end to begin with. But once a few more steps were taken and I was out of sight the cache find was made.
Found by Aussie Train Driver 27/04/2023, find number 1667.
This was my first visit to Sea Lake in many years and the first time I had the opportunity to hunt for geocaches here. After visiting Lake Tyrrell I dropped past this one and made a quick find. Replacing the cache took a little longer as old mate in the house closest to GZ arrived and sat in his car for a lengthy period. After he disappeared towards his house I was able to quickly replace the cache and move on. TFTC!

Quick rest stop and cache while heading up north to see the fam for xmas. After a short struggle I finally able to extract the container from it's hide.
I found it but it has no money in it just a pen and paper to write down in.
TFTC TNLN.
I went to St Mary's in Adelaide where Mary Mackillop was also influential

It's a miracle.
We headed into the flooded eastern states for a week of geocaching fun. The mission was Frying Pan. The only December 2000 placed cache remaining in Australia. All other choices for this month are international. Traveling in style and comfort we selected the next cache on merit and forward movement. Some back tracking was required in the wettest areas. Wildlife seen included a lyre bird, king parrot and a single leech. Mozzies were a pest. Caches were found and signed. Wet logs were wet. Water does that. Numerous TOTTs were employed.
Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun.
Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke für den Cache. Gracias por el caché. Bedankt voor de cache. Kiitos kätköstä. Zikomo posungira. Terima kasih untuk cache. Hvala cache. Köszönöm a cache. Nga mihi mo te keteroki. Dankie vir die kas.

Day 2 of trip to Melbourne for my niece wedding on Saturday. Return home next week via Great Ocean Road. Tftc
Travelling from St Arnaud today caching as we go. This was a good excuse to stretch the legs while we searched. I wonder if the police based over the road know this is here? TFTC
The search for this cache took a little longer than it should have and when we eventually discovered the container it was about 9 metres from where our devices indicated it should be. But all good in the end. Thanks to Travelling Sister for the cache.
I think this is my first Mary MacKillop cache but i believe there are many so i will look forward to finding more.
With permission of CO we have replaced the cache, and of course logged a find.
Thanks for the cache Travelling Sister, and for the whole series, we have found them in 4 states, but as we will be taking our caravan around Australia over the next few years, we will certainly be getting signing some more.

Hint quite descriptive therefore can confidently state the cache is missing.
If CO wants, we can replace the cache container as we are in town a few days.
