Out with a great group of cachers this morning, M4Yb, Sir Megawatt60, WebblyWA & we even dragged Maccasreps out of bed to continue his familiarisation with the concept of A.M!!!
Just two of us needed this one so WebblyWA made the trek with us to find it while the others enjoyed their hot coffee.

Out hunting the best of the best caches today with Clan-Wallace, m4yb, megawat60 and maccasreps. You can't get better than duck43, WA's best CO in terms of fav points with a whopping 3210 points overall and counting. Wish I could of given everyone a fav point today because they are all fantastic. After a duck hunt at Piney lakes we were onto Wireless hill park. While others got lunch organised Clan-Wallace and I collected some smileys. Keep them coming TFTC duck43
I was in the area today and decided to try tackle this cache. I parked nearby and walked to GZ. I went to the host right away, but didn't find the cache. I expanded my search and found another object that I thought was the cache. Spent some time trying to open it but I decided that it wouldn't be the cache. I eventually came back to the first object and found the cache. Another fav point for the awesome construction.
duck 43, I found your cache ‘Pumps01’ today. It was the third find of three finds with one DNF and brings my total count to 567. The cache was found in a good condition so I signed the log book and replaced it as I found it. Thanks for the hide.

Geocaching has taken me on many adventures over the years all over Australia and overseas. It has also introduced me to a brilliant and diverse group of people, many of whom are now close friends.
Today I was lucky enough to be out and about so I targeted this cache.
Sorry for the late log, but thanks for adding to the adventure!
Thanks duck 43 for placing this cache.

A very clever bit of work using an existing opportunity to the fullest. Found by Mr Maccamob in the first place that he checked.
Found by Mary & David, in convoy with Alansee and micaparamedic (logged as ACMPMM), at 1010. Almost dismissed this one at first glance, but a closer look revealed the clever hide. Another FP. Our thanks to duck 43.
The dnf log I was about to write would have no doubt been quite funny to you and is indeed funny to me now. Basically I found it. There is nothing more I can say without ruining it for the next person. Tftc
Awesome spot! Looked there 5 times before we gave up. Then the sixth time we found it where we'd already looked. Tricky! Love it
Out for a second look at this one after my last DNF. Had a look and still missed the cache, in fact I had my hand on it and still could not see. I walked away and then Lazarus said here it is. ah well at least its off my to do list. Many thanks for the great hide.
Despite all the recent logs it is in good shape and appears they have not found it. The log is intact but the pencil was missing and is now replaced.
Extremely easy find but looks like it has been muggled. Has no log and a broken pencil. Team JFK
Great piece of cache construction. Fits in well with the host object. Thanks for the cache.
Found it after reading activity, we'd also checked there but hadn't looked further!
We are in Perth for a few days so decided to go and find some caches as we usually do when travelling. There are so many to choose from we utilized GSAK to determine the caches with the most favourite points. It turns out that the caches by duck 43 are the ones to find. Armed with all the info we needed we headed out with some excitement. We were definitely rewarded with some of the best hides we have ever seen.
Another cache that took us ages. It shouldn't have. Marco had already looked in the place it was hidden but was "shocked" by what he saw so closed it up. Deb looked again about 15 minutes later and found the cache straight away. Another favourite point from us. TNLNSL TFTC.

Found while on a short holiday with CT_ZA.
On our last day in Perth we headed to Wireless Hill and surrounds.
This looked interesting, so we headed to GZ where we soon found the bold and creative cache. Great use of the available resources there!
Thanks, duck 43.

Checked the box, didn't see it. Checked again, better luck second time. Well commo'd mate.
As we parked nearby the geoson decided he knew where the cache was before he left the car. Turns out he was absolutely correct
He was pretty impressed with his caching eye..... a Fave from him (us)

Geokid thought he was looking at a fake bobtail and was about to grab it when i said i found it. Two of them ran, one screamed, all a bit chaotic, but at least I got the find. Another clever camo
4th one today with Matt77hun, this one was hard because it was the first place the guys had a look at but overlooked it. Had to search for at least 15 minutes... TFTC
Back in the Wireless Hill park to hunt down a couple of duck43 caches and some others with Matilda007.
We already tried this one more than two years ago without luck, and it was a long and frustrating search again, but eventually we found the well hidden cache. Fave point from us.

This one was a nice quick find for me, and I loved the effort that thought that has gone into it. It's great to see so many caches in this area. Thanks for the hide duck 43!
Been duck hunting for a while now. Very clever. Over looked it a few times. Now on to the harder ones!
Looked over and dismissed it 4 times before I decided it was definitely it, and I'd look a bit more closely . Tftc : )
After sqwash decided to try extend her lead, i had to get some back. Bit harder in the dark with little light. Kept getting distracted by the leaves that were fluorescing in my uv light but got there in the end. Tftc
Came to Wireless Hill Park today to try and find the duck caches located there. They were our first attempts at a cache by the infamous duck 43. The caches placed in the park did not disappoint, can't wait to do more!
I've looked there, said geo-lad. Luckily I checked anyway and saved myself a $1 finders fee.
I am pumped that I found this cache. Pretty sure it is not a pump.

We came up to this one about 3:10pm, so we had to loiter around waiting for some schoolkids to pass. They had juuuust moved out of sight when some dog walkers rounded the corner! More loitering, but this time significantly cuter. Once they had passed we charged right in. I had my hands full doing the navigation (though it is hardly needed for this one; the name says it all!) so Elrin got this one, though we were both on the same wavelength when it came to objects to search.
Thanks
Thanks
The walk to this cache was littered with teenagers who had just finished school for the day. It was also littered with litter, so AusLoron and I had a bag out for collecting rubbish for our entire afternoon at Wireless Hill. The teens were far more interesting than the rubbish, at one point we had to hurriedly step to the side of the track as we were suddenly face to face with a guy running fell pelt whilst giving his mate a piggy back. Behind them walked another friend, who was relegated to carrying the three backpacks, and he looked unamused.
I can claim this cache as my first Duck find of the day, although AusLoron was second behind me in reaching for the camo. We both spotted this hide quickly as we're familiar with the style. The small search area helped as well. Thanks for the cache

Organised to meet up with the machman at 7am to attempt as many duck 43 caches as we could. I ended up with 24 finds and 4 dnfs for the mornings caching ... not bad considering the types of caches we were looking for.
Wasn't sure what to touch and what not to touch but eventually found what I was looking for. TFTC.

After finding Piney Gate drove back here to finish some more in this park. Parked close by and wandered to GZ. Mr80 had first look and dismissed the idea and a few minutes later Mrs80 put her hand on it and proved him wrong. Another well constructed cache. TFTC
Another great find with axell33. I really look forward to finding more of your caches. What a treat. Had me puzzled but was soon solved by axell33. Tyftc
Ooooooh, very clever, we kept prodding the decoy but we soon uncovered the true cache..... You know what's coming your way.....
Guess who found this one - surely the Muggle... A sneaky hide at the hideout.
Thanks for this cache - nice area!

We drove up from down south to pick up a vintage lawnmower in Booragoon and decided to do some caching at Wireless Hill whilst we were in the area.
Having already done a couple of Duck 43 caches we knew they were very sneaky and tricky and we weren't disappointed with this cache. Definitely had us fooled.
Fav point from us.

Found it on an early morning bike ride. This duck43 cache didn't take anywhere near as long as some of the other ones I am still trying to locate. This cache was found within seconds, and I was out of there before any dog walkers or joggers came by. Thanks for the cache duck43. Another masterful hide. And a fav.
Another very clever hide here which I nearly overlooked, but a thorough search finally found the hiding place. Thanks again for another great cache in a series of fun wireless hill caches today.
