### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###

----------

Hi Highrod,

This cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed, as well as to remove it from search listings.

Please note that CO's of caches disabled during the current COVID19 crisis will be given some extra time to react as we recognise that CO's can't always just pop out and fix the issue. Caches where the cache owner does not currently feel safe to maintain will not be archived.

#What should you do:-#
- Should you feel it safe for you to maintain and address this cache now, AND your regional Health and Governmental authorities allow it, please feel free to do so.

- **Alternatively,** what you need to do is place a Write Note log indicating a date when you you expect you might be able to attend to the issue/s.

#Please Note#
When I next check on the cache, if there is no acknowledgment from the CO as requested above, the cache will most likely be de-listed (Archived).

30-Mar-20
Back to geocaching after a break of 5 years! Unfortunately DNF, looks like the spot has been turned into a bit of a rubbish trap. Geoteen unimpressed (shock).

27-Feb-20
A nice little rest stop by the lake here Smile
And after a bit of a poke around,
nothing out of reach was seen [:o]
One very tempting spot only contained a few olde bottles dumped in it,
but no sign of a cache anywhere I looked Sad

28-Dec-19

This cache was found today and brings our overall cache find tally to 10356.

Watch out for the big dog across the fence he sneaks up and scares the daylights out of you! The cache was found pretty quickly though the coords were a little out.

Thanks highrod for the cache.

27-Jul-19
Finally. A find after a couple of GPS fails and DNFs!

25-Jun-19
Another one today.

25-Jun-19
Third find for the first day of our short break in Creswick. Geowife in top form and fairly bounding out of the car. Trees didn't affect her judgment re what the phone was telling her. Even the lack of height on her part was no impediment. She dashed back to the car and found a tool, successfully extracted the cache and wore a whack on the ear from container. What did l contribute? Well, l signed the log.

11-May-19
Walked across from the resort to find this one, but took us a while to find it. TFTC

07-Apr-19
After walking around to get the co ords right quickly had cache in hand TFTC SL

05-Apr-19
Looked for a while but a neighbouring dog was not happy I was there so I called off the search after a while.

30-Mar-19
TFTC. We had been here a few times to no avail. The cache was not where it should have been. Noticed a log earlier on that suggested the cache was placed back in it’s proper place. Nice to have this one off the list.

23-Mar-19
this one had me going for abit bloody phone was pointing me in the wrong direction and had a spot that matched the criteria. then I used some common sense and redirected myself.
Thanks for a nice cache.

This is a charming location and today I had it all to myself, which made for a quick find. Thankfully there was no issue reaching the container and I was soon adding my name to the log. There was a trackable that I grabbed to keep moving along.
The cache was found on 31/03/2018 at 12:42:00 PM.
Thanks to Highrod for placing this cache.

This area comes alive at night! During my walk here from across the road I encountered giant spiders and ants but none of them kept me from scoring a find! Thanks highrod.

06-Nov-17
Almost but not quiet, with a bit of a strech I got it. sl tnln tftc

01-Nov-17
Found with AddictedGamer and Youban. We all walked down from the unit we were staying at, crossing the quiet road just on dusk. As we walked along the road two dogs barked at us for a bit then ran off. But as we turned the corner into the sad looking picnic area, one of the dogs met us at the corner and barked at us again, before running off and not coming back. Luckily it was a quick find, with the geohubby snatching this one for us with ease. Tftc!!!

01-Nov-17
Mr DTY73 was just the right height for this one & along with dty73 & AddG we quickly signed the log before trying to skip stones on the pond with the Geo Kids. Kutgw

Team Autumn out today for Mothers day and a mission to get me to 1000 caches today. Nice spot with the disadvantage of the overprotective dogs from next door.
Smallest geokid was disappointed that Dad could reach as he was hoping he would have to go on his shoulders to reach this one. TFTC.

14-May-17
Big bad dogs, well they think they are until you throw something small at them. Lol

There must be some short bums around. Quick reach and grab.

Thanks to Highrod and **clear skies** from TeamAstro. [^] Cache the planet!

30-Dec-16
Found this one after a false start, could only just reach it! Neighbour's dogs were eyeing me the whole time, and gave me a shock with a bark right as I was writing in the log: had quite a pen slip! Thanks for this cache in front of grand and beautiful dam!

10-Sep-16
Another countdown event to the Surf Coast Mega. This time Ballarat. I enlisted Locus Cache for company and we arranged to meet mogni and Mrs. Aussie M & M there as they were coming from a different direction. Cool Having arrived last night we set off early to cache our way to the event. We had worked on Puzzles on the weeks leading up to the event so were keen to see if we could get some of those and any others we were passing. [^]
Not out of my reach it's not. Razz the neighbours dogs didn't really want us there and tried to alert everybody near to our presence. Nobody around though. Smile Thanks Highrod.

10-Sep-16
Out with Aussie M & M, brisal5 and locus cache.... we were on a cache hunt.... A we got it! Well my tool got it.... I'm vertically challenged.
Thanks

10-Sep-16
Brisal5 wanted a 'yapper' to keep him awake as he drove to Ballarat and he thought I'd be up to the task Wink
After a late start Friday, due to his 'anytime is fine' reply when I asked what time we were leaving [)], we landed at our barn accommodation [^] in Ballarat about 8pm. After grabbing tea and a cache, we caught up with Mogni and Aussie M&M before checking out their weekend's amazing accommodation SurprisedCool
Saturday we travelled the countryside from cache to cache in our two vehicles and managed to attend an event too (2 months to the Surf Coast Event - Ballarat) Cool then bolted off to find a rare moveable cache [^]
Following a DNF Sad on a bridge cache, our friends headed off for sleep [)] while Brisal5 and I cached until just after midnight by which time we were beat! [xx(]
Sunday after the usual caching breakfast of Maccas we said our goodbyes to the two ladies Sad and then we two cached Ballarat until 1.45pm before finally heading for home.
Weekend tally of 1 Cool event attended, 2 DNFs Sad and 58 cache finds Smile

On our way to find another targeted cache when a quick stop was made by the two ladies in the lead car Surprised
Seems they decided we needed a quick cache find Smile
The retrieval fell to our human tool since he is the tallest of the group and guess what[?] It wasn't out of his reach! Cool
The two dogs behind the fence weren't too happy about our being here Surprised

TNLN. SL. TFTC Highrod Smile

21-Aug-16
I can agree with this. Thankfully Happy pants had come along for the ride and was able to retrieve it for me.
