After a little break from caching during Covid I decided to pick up a few mystery caches in the area that I’d had solved for a little while now. Being a blustery day, I figured there wouldn’t be too many people out and about. As suspected, i had the place to myself to search and soon had the cache in hand, signing the log. Thanks for a great puzzle Urch. Great spot for the cache too fav added

A day out in the sun shine collecting some caches with Barnzy12 TFTH.

25-Jun-19
Headed out for a days caching with Cravo10 between Cockburn and Mandurah, the majority of the finds being in Mandurah.

A great day out with perfect caching weather - slightly overcast meaning minimal muggle interaction. We were dampened a bit when we had a solid patch of rain.

Thanks to the local COs for a fun day out.

02-Sep-17
Headed out with the geodaughter Redlipsandunicorns and her partner to grab some of the puzzle caches that the hubby solved a while ago. Not sure if I punched the corrected co-ords in wrong but after a while of searching I checked the spoiler pic then the cache was quickly found. TFTC urch

Over 26 months since its last find so we are feeling pretty proud of ourselves right now! It is in good condition. The location makes it well worth the effort it took to solve the puzzle. Fantastically blustery day & the sea was very lively, just the sort of day that Geohubby loves to come & watch the waves in all their glory. Thanks for bringing us down here Urch,. Now if only I could solve some more of your dastardly puzzles we could come again. Have a favourite from Us. TFTC

In the area today with my family (jasenjanine), we returned to find this one... Thanks urch Big Grin

After seeing this cache had been replaced last week, the next day I headed to Mandurah hoping to make a find on this one! That planned was quickly hit on the head after arriving to see muggles cleaning up their great mess from the party they had obviously had the previous night Surprised As they were cleaning up, I decided to take a walk on the beach with the kids... When we returned 45 minutes later, the mess had been piled up & they had built a lean to right at GZ!!! Could not believe it... And they were lying under all their mess which they were obviously going to spend the day sleeping in Twisted

I expected the worse for the cache, but decided to return today & have another look... The area was deserted, for which I was most grateful Smile I straight away went to where I thought it should have been & after a bit of a dig around spotted something familiar that just had to be the cache! Woo-hoo, we have worked hard to find this one & very happy to have a smilie today Big GrinBig GrinBig Grin

Another cache to bite the dust! Replaced same and covered with twigs and stuff. This should be safe from muggles if you can please make sure it is covered adequately.

Down in Mandurah for work so I decided to grab a couple on the way home. DNF on this one.

02-Dec-13
Logic puzzles are usually not my thing, but after a bit of head scratching and cursing I managed to work this one out... Whilst grabbing a few caches in the area we stopped by this one, although searching really the only spot the cache could be we did not find it Sad

Thanks anyway urch... I have driven past here a few times but never knew this was here, so thanks for showing us... I guess we will be back for another look next time we are in the area Smile

Thanks urch for replacement the cache and lovely beach view. again thanks urch.

10-Oct-13
I have been watching this one for some time now as we worked the puzzle out but the cache had been muggled by the Shire. Signed log (left Pathtag) and rehid carefully.
Love this beach in the morning and spent most of my late teen years windsurfing here.

10-Oct-13
I needed some help with this puzzle and ended up getting it from some friends. Found cache, signed log and took Pathtag. I only have a small collection of Pathtags but I'm getting there.
Thanks Urch.

I've had this cache solved for a long time, and today I was able to come down to Mandurah for a very enjoyable day of caching, and find the finale. I was very pleased to find this one in the first spot I looked! Another nice spot by the beach, happily this location was deserted today, so I was able to search in peace.

Thanks for the puzzle and the cache urch!

Knowing some of the characters in the puzzle, this had me chuckling. I wonder how close to the mark you were Urch with who would bring what. Cache is at a beautiful location which is good for a time out. TFTC and enjoyable puzzle.

It's no secret that Mickeydv and I are huge fans of your caches and your puzzles in particular. After discovering most of your Mandurah hides on a first time caching visit in June, it was with much anticipation that another day caching in Mandurah was planned. It ended up being some nightcaching last night followed by a few hours today. It was only fitting that this was our final find on this adventure. Sensational puzzle (although Mickeydv already has a big enough head without featuring in your puzzles Razz) and a stellar view at GZ. Mickeydv was SO excited when he discovered one of your pathtags in the cache; he's a HUGE collector. We sat at GZ for a while before setting sail for the SWH series. Thanks for the cache urch.

A quick find this morning, after receiving the alert that the owner had been here to check. I always like to clear a DNF/

The cache was a little exposed, but I signed the log and re hid the cache as per the information provided by the CO.

Thanks Urch, I liked the puzzle, and today I finally achieved the smiley face I desired, The storm this morning was not as forcast. I have added a photo of the waves

15-Sep-12
Checked on cache today after the recent DNF and found it has gone AWOL. Sad
Replaced in a slightly different area where it might not be so easily seen.
It is now at the end of the brick wall... and there is still no need to climb the fence.

11-Sep-12
Down this way today to attempt, and achieve a first find, having solved this a while ago I thought I would go and get the smiley.

Unfortunately I could not achieve my aim today. I searched all the likely spots, and rang a previous finder, but the cache container would not reveal it self.

Thanks for the puzzle urch, I hope to be able to complete the find soon

I love these puzzles Smile
A quick find today at GZ. Thanks for the cache urch.

Found with richlink on a wet and blustery day in Mandurah. Love these sort of puzzles, thanx urch.

Although this puzzle is all logic, must admit it took the geo-wife a few days to work her way through it. After she finished her course in Mandurah, met up wtih iluvtrekking to head to gz. Found cache fully exposed, so after signing the log sheet we returned it to gz and placed under vegetation.

Afternoon run down to visit family

Thanks for the cache

Was probably the first to solve it but wasn't going to make a special trip that night knowing I would be in the area a few days later so waited until today to find it.

Thanks urch for another good puzzle and cache.

Not being a premium member, yet, I don't receive notification of when new listings come up. I was home today with sick son, so sick that I stayed housebound most of the day and almost went stir-crazy. Mid afternoon, I just happened to find the listing for this cache. Unlike others, I can't brag that I am any good at these, but I managed to muddle my way through it eventually. When I got the thumbs up from the geochecker, I immediately checked to see if anyone had logged the FTF. It was a long shot, but I couldn't resist jumping in the car and driving into town to find the cache. WA K Team and wileyclan had beaten me to it, so congrats to them all. I am happy with my third. TFTP and C urch

You know how some days you just need an escape? Well this was one of those. When this puzzle was published a couple of days ago I had a quick look and was intrigued to see what my input to the expedition would be.

When I finally sat down and completed the logic puzzle, which did not take too long as I love these puzzles and do them regularly, I had the answer to my intrigue - I took......oh can't give you that line of the puzzle, can I?

The second stage of teh puzzle had me at first, but then it twigged and I soon had the answer. I threw it into the checker in case there was a further clue and put it aside in the 'solved' pile.

Today, as I said, I needed an escape. So after work I texted the wife that I would be home late and headed down here for a look. Arrival at ground zero saw a couple of elderly muggle gentlemen confuse my motorcycle jacket for a police uniform so I wasn't too concerned about them seeing what I was up to. All the same, I waited until their backs were turned and I soon spotted the contiainer. Not quite in the spot I thought it would be though.

I happily signed the log as the second to find and I left in a much better mood than I arrived.

Thanks for the puzzle and the cache urch. I am happy that this is one of about three of yorus that I have ever solved without a hint from you!!!

Cheers Cool

Big Grin FTF at 8:15am Big Grin
When this puzzle came out Mrs K said that she used to be good at these so commandeered the puzzle. She eventually completed it last night and when we plugged the co-ords into geochecker we got smilie face #5.
We we surprised that it was still unlogged this morning so headed out before work to see if the log book was still blank as well. Cache was quickly found and YES a blank log book. A FTF on an Urch puzzle - that is a real first for us. Took the FTF prize and left a couple of stretchy lizards.

Thanks for the puzzle and cache Urch Smile - now to solve the others
