Find # 8,516 for me on 20 Mar 2024 at 2:53pm. This cache was found on Canberra Mega adventure. After leaving Melbourne with PamJ in our little caravan, the plan is to stay a couple of nights at Bemm River, then a few more at Pambula before cruising into Canberra. This cache was found as part of this journey. Found in a beautiful spot opposite the lookout above the mouth of the Snowy River. Fav point from me. Thanks Paul_the_Hippy, for giving back to the game. *Found with [Geooh GO](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobiltal.geoohGO)*

Travelling home from our very memorable 3 week road trip we stopped to find your cache. Yesterday we hiked to Kosciusko summit and saw the beginning of the snowy river. Today we returned to beautiful Marlo for an overnight stopover. We needed to stretch our legs again and this was a lovely walk from caravan park.
We enjoyed finding your cache today and seeing the mouth of the snowy. Thanks for the cache PTH.

We were staying at Cape Conran and needed to come into Marlo so picked up the last couple of caches that we hadn't found in the area.
The walk to the lookout didn't take long but was well worth it. The Snowy was putting on a good show with the high waters running out to sea.
Took a little bit to find as I was looking in the wrong spot but when I looked up I saw where I needed to be.

Find #4818. Found @ 18:26 with The Good Lady Wife.

Driving to Orbost for a weekend away to combine a visit to support bushfire affected areas and finding a map #23 cache (amongst others).

Now we're just picking up some others before getting dinner in Marlo. Walking back along the track to the car brought us past this cache. I unfortunately got a face full of spider web when reaching for the find.

I'm sure there is some sort of primal hind brain response that caused my graceful ninja style moves of "Aaaagh! Get it off me!". I'm not going to check with TGLW to see if grace and poise were the elements at play, or if it was more panicked frenzy. I'm opting to believe that it was the former.

Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables.
Thanks for the cache Paul_the_Hippy.

Another one done. Had to get out of the area quickly because of the mosquitoes. Thanks

02-Nov-20
Took a while to work it out as there are many oddments here obviously collected by a child, so needed to sort it a bit.
However it is worth the short walk.
Nice views and info boards re the eagle and the mouth of the snowy too.
Sitting at the lookout is also brief relief from the mossies.

We left the car parked at the Cemetery and as we crossed the road here, we decided to split up to save some time, me heading for one cache, Petal the other. Once found, we decided to meet back here afterwards.

The cache was easily found by mcsee, with everything in good condition, although some condensation collecting in around the bag.

Thanks Paul_the_Hippy for this cache placement.
