No luck for us. from the look of the past DNFS it looks
like this one is history and the cache will need to be replaced.
i will try again when it is back. thanks

After draining the water from the cache the stink of something (lollies?) made me close the lid asap again. There might have been a log in the mush but it was obviously not serviceable. TFTC
This was a quick easy find on a drizzly day. The container was full of putrid water and log book unusable. TFTC.
Driven past here so many times but never even noticed this area was here! Made a nice quick find as co-ords were spot on, TFTC!
Enjoying the Collingwood food festival and noticed this near by. Quick grab with my daughter 'H' and friend 'chipper'. Tftc
Pretty windy here today, I think the score board may have changed ends, but the cache is still all good.
Cheers and thanks,

A quick easy find in the sports ground, although the hint needs updating, as clearly it has been in its new position for a long time. Only one car in the wrecker's yard today. TFTC
Holidaying with tmann421 in the North of the South Island. Many thanks to all the Co's for making this such a memorable trip.
Nice find here.

We were surprised to find several "dead" cars line up near GZ and wondered why they were here. An easy find, cache was on the ground. There was nowhere around that fitted the hint so I left the cache as found. Now to head to Collingwood for a well deserved cup of coffee. TFTC.
#8714. Odd that the domain seems to double as a car wreckers. Lawn mowing was in progress while we were there; not sure if the guy on the tractor noticed us. TFTC.
Quick easy find it doesn't look like a game was played here for quite a while tftc

Quick find on the ground at the base. Couldn't see where it could go or reach where the hint suggested so left where found with large stone on top. Took the opportunity for photographs in the corporate box on the way out. TFTC 5575
Couldn't do it this morning as still too many muggles about after the weekend wild food festival. Great find this avo. TFTC
I see Tui have gone to great expense for their corporate box here cache found quickly TFTC

Found on a day's exploration around the region, letting the geocaches lead me to all the interesting places. A quick find with nobody around. Liked the Tui corporate box on the way in... Signed log, TFTC
A lovely country sports filed, I enjoyed the locals version of the 'corporate box' as I made my way to GZ. TFTC, #6056
Found on a Public holiday so I was really unluckly to have the lawn mower man mowing the grounds while I was there . Managed to time the cache finding while he was facing away. TFTC
Cache was fully visible on approach so I signed and returned it in the same spot but a little more hidden ..

Day 4, Find no.4 . Family Holiday time!
Surprisingly busy at the grounds this sunny Tuesday afternoon. Dad made a show off getting food out for the kids, while Mum went for the hunt.
We had a chuckle at their 'Corporate Box'. Nice.

I woke up at 5am in the campground. 5am!! May as well get up and go for a stroll. A very long stroll. Still nearly pich black, but there is half a moon and stars to see by. Which meant it took ages to find the cache as I was working by feel (given the lack of visibility I had to use the hint, sorry). Darned tricky putting hte cache back too. There is a gap there big enough somewhere... Used hte backlight from the GPS to write the log.
Yep, found this one quite quickly, retrieval took just a little longer. enjoyed the Tui corporate box. TFTC
No game on today but there were people at the pavilion, so we were pleased we didn't need to go too close. Our GPSs led us straight to this one, but the retrieval took a little longer. TFTC Oh yes. The score has changed: Collingwood - , Visitors 0
Last time passed here there was a game on so we didnt stop. This time no one here but us and a cache waiting to be found. It wasnt long and the prize was in our hands.A quick sign and we were on our way.Tftc
TFTC. A great reason to visit the local sports ground. The Tui grandstand was typically entertaining Kiwi humour.
I loved the odd Tui beer stand in the corner . The cabbage tree didn't hide the cache for long.TFTC and greetings from Germany.
Although the rest of Golden Bay seems to get really busy this time of year, this spot wasn't... had to have a laugh at some of the humourous features passed on the way to GZ. No problems with wayward cattle or wet grass today although I was surprised how close to some water I did get. TFTC, Biggles.
Better news today. Home 63 - Visitors 3. Unfortunately the Tui Corporate Box was not open when we visited . TNLN SL TFTC
Got quite wet walking through the long grass because of the rain last night. The area was completely deserted this morning.
Many thanks
Many thanks
Nice game for us after crossing many bridges. A quick find after a longer search in Collingwood. TFTC
A herd of cattle came running over to greet me. Not sure if they were really friendly or really pissed. Either way, put me off my game and I left.
Super quiet here, no big games!TFTC!

Found our way in here and our first eye catcher was the corporate box Gps kept us away from there but wasnt long before it took us to our prize . Due to the patchy weather found reception wasnt the best but after a brief look about Niteowlnz soon had it in her grasp . Signed log and had just managed to return before the next deluge of rain hit us so it was a quick dash back to the cache mobile and move on TFTC.
Scoreboard was seen but score not noticed

With rain threatening we expanded our search area and I had it spotted - was replacing cache when rain hit so I hope I wedged it in firmly enough !!!! thanks for the trip to the great sporting arena complete with corporate box - didnt end up noticing the score thanks for the cache
w found but could not reach, so b stepped up after completing the vehicle turn. Loved the corporate box. Score board today reads 24 - 80 in visitors favour. Thanks for the fun.
7 1 to Mrs Sobad. It was nearly 6 2 but determination had her rising to the occasion. Added a TB and left it safe and sound. We both enjoyed the corporate box. Thanks.
