Sorry about the epic fail that was this geocache. I can't begin to explain the circumstances surrounding it, but I thank you (random geocachers) for your persistence and your patience. I am archiving it so that other geocachers who can actually do it justice can use the site. Thank you for your advice as well.
I arrived at the posted GZ to be greeted by a very friendly dog that had decided to toally ignore its owner. A short talk later and they went on their way.
After reading previous logs I headed for the obvious spot 35m from GZ and had a good look around. The only thing I found was one of the blue clips from the lid og the sistema container. A phone discussion with Romax confirmed the cache had gone walkabout again.
Time for a replacement and relocation.

Thought I'd have another go at this today although it's offline and as I was working nearby, TFTC TNLN SL
My first find of the day at 7.30am. It had rained heavily overnight and the creek was well swollen with runoff. Even though this cahe was offline I knew where it would be hidden and sure enough it was safe and sound in its hide even though 35m off it was obvious enough to most cachers I'm guessing.
Thanks
Thanks
well this one is definetly there.
I notice this area a few wks ago and thought this is a great place for a cache but some one has beat me to it.
once I read the last log it was on and i was going for it.
GZ was way off but i knew where to go as its was where I wanted to place it.
Great spot, love the area. tftc
Enjoy......

Found by Roma and Max.
On another geo mission in the area today and we had another look for this mysterious container of yours.
We actually found it this time in the second place we had thoroughly checked on our first visit, and some 35m from the posted co-ordinates, it had just reappeared!

I went back to check on it the other day and it was not there!
I unfortunately will have to temporarily disable the listing so no one else goes there for nothing.
I will fix this as soon as I can.
What a shame. It was nice being a part of it for a little while!

Out on a frosty morning on the way to Melb. Wasn't sure whether to attempt this one after previous searchers comments. When GZ didn't reveal anything significant I decided to widen the search and think of where I would hide it.
Cache revealed, in fact somewhat exposed. Coords out by 32-37m, but I am sure the owner is about to rectify that. Congratulations on your first hide - for your info - you probably need to increase terrain to 1.5 as cache is not wheelchair accessible.

found it!!! as locals we went for a walk through the ambers and discovered the case, went for a walk up to the showgrounds, couldnt find the one there will try again another time the cacher must be local...
Bashed around yesterday for over an hour with the place to ourselves, gz comes up blank bit of dirt in middle of nothing, looked in all obvious places - can only think gps out due to cloud cover.
To everyone who has looked for this geocache and has not found it: I am so very sorry! This is the first time I have created a geocache and it seems there are a couple of things I need to fix with it. I promise it will be fixed after this weekend. Thank you for your interest and persistence. Again, sorry!!!!

Passing by on another geo mission today this was our second visit here as we did have a thorough search on the 5th when this was first published.
We never log a DNF on an unfound cache without having at least one more attempt, as we are not presumptuous enough to assume just because we didn't find it the first time that it isn't there!
However we do always contact the owner by the email option letting them know where our receiver was insisting we search in case there has been a mistake made with the cache details, and usually our message is acknowledged, but not so in this case!

1709 King Jr and Geoprince
Every school holiday geoprince and king jr go camping – usually in Turtle King and Queen Sr’s home away from home. This holiday we headed for the state forest north east of Bendigo. On the way up we stopped at the information not far from this cache and the lady there convinced us to try the national park which we will do another time… anyway on the way home (so to speak) we stopped off and spent 2 nights at the caravan park near this cache. The caravan park was very hospitable and we will come back there again.
Aftyer completing the other cache nearby. We arrived here and then relalised that it was FTF. The coords put us in the open, but no matter we investigated all the near by ususal spaces with no luck despite pur effort - oh well we will try again before we leave town. Next stop Pizza Plus, the guy there was very nice and friendly but the pizza was just average.
Our thanks anyway for the cache.
