Found out on a caching day around dorrigo and surrounds, with the main aims the bald hill and deer vale road caches. sorry for the generic logs and thanks for the cache
Heading North for a short holiday and collecting some caches along the way.
Thanks for placing it for us to find.
Quite a busy spot mid morning. Even the postman turned up while I was trying to get this one.
Eventually the coast was clear and the duties were completed.

Thx, we are not so downhearted about geocaching now, this is our second find, very happy
A hide at the most convenient location. I hadn't had my morning coffee, and cant resist driving past Fusspots without grabbing a drink, so pulled over and ordered my cappuccino. Pulled out my phone and there's a Groovydoo cache only 10m away. Had the cache in hand quickly and returned it to it's spot. Grabbed my delicious beverage and kept trekking south. Thanks Groovydoo!
We are on a 5 day camping trip around Dorrigo and Armidale, grabbing some caches along the way.
We had to wait for a coffee drinking muggle to depart as he was sitting right next to the cache. A quick find once he left.
Thanks for the cache

We have been staying at the free camp in Thora with our caravan and using it as a base to cache around Bellingen and Dorrigo to as far as Ebor. Fabulous countryside and we have loved the creative hides. Thankyou groovydoo for placement of this cache and sharing this special spot with us.
Found with my Dad and little brother heading home from our Australia Day weekend adventure....

After a top weekend geocaching in and around Dorrigo we have to go home - something about work and school? We're taking the long (more caches) way home to Newcastle through Armidale/Tamworth.
I had heard about this place called Ebor when I used to work occasionally at Dorrigo, of course I'd never heard of it, being a Queenslander back then. There were some muggles having breakfast so we deployed the hint on approach, and Samuel stealthily slid in for the grab. Cool hide.... TFTC groovydoo.....

11:08:00 AM. Thought we would be muggled out for this one but after a short break we had the place to ourselves and made the find. Log signed and returned. Thanks groovydoo for the cache.
Ebor is a nice little place and this location sure had a good place to park off the main road. I pretended I was using my phone as a staff member of the store came out to wipe down the tables. Geohubby said he thought the look on the staffers face made him believe she knew it was there but I didn't take my chances and persisted with my pretend call until she re-entered the shop. Then it was a quick find and sign before replacing. Many thanks for another of your geocaches groovydoo and a Happy New Year!
A delightful little cafe to stop at and recharge the batteries (e.g. food and drink stop ). Spotted the red as per the hint straight away and quickly had cache in hand. Definitely watch out for muggles as they’re frequent during the day.
Thank you CO for the cache.

One of us needed a coffee to stay awake:) so we take a little rest. found it easily:) TFTC i like the cat btw
Arrived at GZ only to find some bikers sat having their lunch, so did the usual trick and pretended to tie my shoe laces. Grabbed the cache and took it back to Mitsi for geowife to sign and then had to wait for a good opportunity to replace it. TFTC groovydoo
I popped by this cache again today,
and of course there was a muggle sitting right next to GZ [:o]
"Be brave If !!".
I stood around nonchalantly for a few minutes.
Muggle was more interested in his phone than me
A quick tie of the shoe lace and I knew where the cache was
I need a distraction !!!!! [:o]
Right on cue,
out came the lass with the muggles breakfast
Mmmm !!! Looks nice
I haven't tasted bacon for weeks
Cache quickly grabbed, signed and replaced
I left feeling hungry for more [:o]

While away for a couple of days from Brisbane visiting this area we nabbed a few cache hides.
We loved the countryside around here and enjoyed our time exploring the places where the caches were taking us to.
This was a great little place to stop and see so we nabbed this one while visiting the shop.
All was good with the cache.

Great stop and great food REAL FOOD
Stealth needed as local muggle sitting right next to it. We used the lost tourist card and managed to get away with it.

Our gps was playing silly buggers today, i think it needs a re boot or something. It wanted us to go up a little lane, down a green sward and then over the fence to someone,s yard. I used my geosense and went back to the village centre and fiund it easy. Pity we couldnt do the ghostly cache with this silly gps.
This was our lunch stop. Lots of travellers, geo son used stealth and the cache was soon in hand. Tftc
Stopped to check out the lunch options. A nice easy find. Thanks for bringing us here. Greetings from Brisbane.
We arrived and were greeted by a very friendly cat who must be the guardian of this cache.
I found the cache just before lots of muggles had turned up.
We had a very nice lunch here today and would reccommend it to anyone.
Thanks groovydoo for the cache.

Probably the last Groovydo cache we will find on this trip. Nice quick one out of the rain with the post office pussycat to pat! Thanks for placing all the great caches!
Quick easy find, the only one that paid any attention to us was the cat.

Beautiful cat came to greet us when we found this cache. As I am a cat lover it it was a nice surprise
Heading towards I'd stop to grab a few caches along the way.
Nice and easy cache. No need to be too stealthy on this one. The only muggle was a cute cat that just loved the scratch under the chin.
Log signed and replaced and off we go again.

OK, I knew where it was and could actually see it, but I was there waiting for my son who was riding in the Steve Waugh Captains Ride fundraiser challenge. All 60 riders and support staff started to arrive for lunch and the area would be busy for at least 90 minutes, so next time!
After finishing lunch we decided we better look for this one before heading off to the falls. Tricky hide but quickly found. Thanks.
After having had a lovely trip from Dorrigo doing the power trails and all caches along the way, we stopped for lunch at this little café, as we were heading back to the car I suggested we check where the cache was, duh ok back we go and then had to outwait some muggles before doing a quick retrieval, signing and replacing so we could be off. I hope everybody will avoid the pub as they refused to serve me a meal at 7.20 on a Saturday night as they said the kitchen was closed. Wonder if the roadworks will get this one. Tftc
Each year I like to get out of Brisbane for a week or so around my birthday in September. This year I decided to plan a road trip which would take myself, Captain Terror and catscatcat22 on a 2700km loop of southern Queensland and northern New South Wales. We were gone from the 18-24 September and visited Dalby, Miles, Tara, Surat, St. George, Lightning Ridge, Walgett, Coonabarabran, Tamworth, Uralla, Armidale, Maclean, Yamba then came home following the coast road.
This was the 87th cache for me for the trip. We had just been to visit the falls and a ghostly graveyard and now it was time to get out of the rain and warm up with some coffee and scones at the cafe at this cache. I walked over to GZ with Captain Terror and Cats and decided I wanted a coffee so headed back to the car to grab my purse. When I returned I realised that the others had found the cache. Awesome! Coffee and Scones on me! We headed inside and really enjoyed our snack before getting back in the car to continue the trip. Thanks for the cache groovydoo.

For Net88’s birthday this year, she, Captain Terror, and I went on a road trip of awesomeness, taking us out west from Brisbane.
A total of six days, our whirlwind adventure took us West through Dalby, Miles, Tara and Surat, and then South through Lightning Ridge (the farthest West I’d been!). Then we’d continue South through Walgett, Pilliga, Baradine, and Coonabarabran to Tamworth. Then it was through Uralla to Armidale, and Maclean to Yamba, and finally back to Brisbane.
We saw kangaroos, emus, baby emus, kookaburras, giant guitars, so many sunsets, and so many snacks, thanks to the help of Snackman.
A nice holiday from work, it was also a great excuse to pick up geocaches along the way.

From 18 to 24 September, Net88, catscatscats22 and I embarked on a road trip to see some different parts of Australia. We drove from home in Brisbane to Dalby, Miles, Tara, Surat, St. George, Lightning Ridge, Walgett, Coonabarabran, Tamworth, Armidale, Yamba and home again, a drive of over 2700 kilometres, a few nights camping and 122 geocache visits to guide us along the way.
Having visited Ebor Falls and enjoyed the area on a cold, drizzly morning, this geocache manifested itself as a highlight for the trip. It was getting towards lunchtime and some facilities were being hunted down. Toilets nearby, we pulled up near this geocache. Cats and I headed towards GZ and the first thing we saw was - a cat! Lazing around in the dry, waiting for pats. Of course said cat got pats and this doubled as cover for me finding, signing and replacing the geocache. Catscatscats was so engrossed in patting the cat and convinced of my sitting down to join in, even she missed me doing the geocache thing at first.
By the time Net joined us, we decided Fusspots cafe might be good for a bite to eat. Inside was warm, bone dry and the scones with jam and cream were possibly the best I've ever had. A lovely coffee finished off this light lunch. I was particularly intrigued by a photo they had on the wall of a kangaroo knee deep at the top of the nearby falls.
I thoroughly enjoyed the small town of Ebor. Great natural areas, a few geocaches, a cat to pat and fantastic food. I'd be sure to stop by again if I'm ever travelling through. However, don't go geocaching with Catscatscats22 when she pats a cat - itseems to lead to the most 'cats' you'll ever type in a geocache log Thanks for bringing us to this spot, groovydoo

Dropped the phone made the grab and off up the road to SL TFTC mmmm it was easier to replace.
Wow, that cat really IS looking for new friends! She received a bit of my bacon and egg roll for her troubles . Tied my laces and made an easy find during the morning 'rush'.
See you next time Ebor! Caching didn't even exist last time I was here!!

Another one for the NSW altitude challenge. On getting close we realised the likely location. A small wait to avoid some muggles and then onto the signing duties. Before residing. This one almost could have been a letter box hybrid. TFTC
