Returned today with reluctant Geoteen. Found the cache out in the open with a very crispy logbook lying a few feet away....... my GPS has been up to 10m out during this series so I've no idea where it should be....... photos sent to CO. Many thanks ?? ?????????????? ????
I set out several hours later than planned today. The original plan was actually yesterday but ermmmmm, we won't mention that!
Mtbing around here also went out the window........
I spent a long time here going in circles but to no avail. I'll come back in daylight another day. Many thanks. ?? ?????????????? ????

All energised by the first cache; we grabbed our second cache for the day. Log was very wet, so we added a new one, admin duties all done
Thanks for the cache. Unfortunately it has no lid now and the saturated log in able to be signed.

Hi jtnsilo, I found Love and Smile today.
Unfortunately this logbook is saturated as the lid of the containment container is missing.
Many thanks jtnsilo for providing and maintaining this game piece for our enjoyment.

A caching day in Bendigo with Posums saw us target the smilie face! I really should have read up on it more as I didn’t realise we had to walk a bit! Ha ha. We found all caches in about 3.5hours. It really is such a great series being made up of trads. Well done - not an easy feat!
After spending the week before away caching I thought that I better catch up with a few things around home over this weekend.
Sitting at Friday night my phone went bing and it was a message from Gemma Sistema, the question was asked are we still on for our 6 weekly caching catch up tomorrow.
Opps I had totally forgot about that so the response was of course and what Geovehicle do I need to bring.
A quick run around to get organised and the day was planned.
I’m just the chauffeur on these trips as always Gemma tells me where to go.
Met early in Castlemaine and headed to Bendigo for a fun day out.
After finding a few right in town now to head out to see what Gemma has planned.
No wonder she asked me to bring the Geocruiser when I noticed where we were heading.
How you set this geoart up with trads was a great feat and a lot of effort so well done to you.
Found some tracks that didn’t really appear on the satellite maps on the journey and walked in to a few as well.
A different type of bush out here compared to other places.
All caches found easily with great coords.
Thanks tigersden TFTC.

TFTC Spunkyspunk and our three pugs. Cap was left off container and everything dripping wet!
Saw this series and thought how cool, a completed caches series of smileys of a smiley!. It was nice to park and grab some, walk in the bush to some and wander around the lovely park area. We didn't see any animals though. TFTC
A full afternoon of completing the smile! A great variety of caches to find. This was a beautiful area to explore. Thanks for being us here.
Out for an afternoon drive with Bogonghazy. Finally completing this series. Thanks for placing the geocache
TFTC out on this sunny winters morning, shame about people dumping their belongings
Just while we negotiate this lockdown period and I can get out there again to do a maintenance run.
We found the cache and also a mask on a tree, not related to the cache but still a smile
As a former member of TeamOZCAT, I am now claiming these caches under my profile as I visited this series on the 12th February, 2021. I have been waiting for the CO to re-enable them whilst I have been living in Shepparton so I may visit them and sign the log a fresh. Maybe one day I will be back there again as planned with someone special in my life. Thank you Tigersden for placing this series.
As a member of TeamOZCAT logged in this cache, I am now logging as an individual predominantly to avoid any mistaken/unnecessary revisitation.
Under groundspeak guidelines, this logging is acceptable as I was indeed at Cache GZ in person in recent times. However, all cache owners have the right to delete logs as they see fit. Usually done to "Armchair loggers" or inappropriate texting.
If any cache Owner/s have questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact.
TeamOZCAT logged finds when both Karen and Reg logged as individuals. This logging is exactly the same, only in reverse. Again, groundspeak acceptable.
For an unspecified period of time TeamOZCAT are no longer cache searching but remain active in our cache management and maintenance.
I sincerely thank all CO's and wish you all the best in your endeavours. Cheers Reg

TeamOZCAT left Albury Wodonga Thursday to cache Bendigo district, and some on route. The Smiley series was one, as well as some Adventure Lab and others. We thank all CO's for placing and maintaining their respective caches, and if there were issues, we would have messaged CO with details.
Short walk from the picnic area. Love finding a cache, puts a smile on my face. TFTC tigersden
Back in action again. Take care as snakes may be active in Summer. Maintenance run next few days.
Last find on this little foray. Cache and log in poor condition. Would benefit from replacement.
Going back to bed now. Tftc.

Found at 11:58 AM GAFF1.
GZ was at the top of the mullock heap - but no cache was there. So we looked around and found the cache which was not quite right a few metres away.
Thanks jtnsilo.

A morning caching run through the forests near Bendigo The flies are the size of mice and, boy, do they bite Rummaged in the back for Bushman’s and came up empty but did find a roll of TP So did what I felt like doing and then treated the car to a wash, and me to an ice cream and can of bug spray. Here for a week or so, plenty of time to explore and solved a swag of puzzles yesterday. Just chillin’ this arvo

Found by Ben to finish this part of the Smiley Hunt Series, we'll be back to finish the series some other day (2 geocachers were a bit tired) TFTC
TFTC. We had been in the area to find the Milestone Challenge caches. WE then spotted this trail of geo art to create a Smilie. We attempted 9 of them before the hot weather got to us. We will be back at some stage to find the rest.
Found at 1.10pm, Our final find for the day, Rhonda had been far enough but had enjoyed the walk. Time to get back to the swap meet and pick up the others.
An enjoyable stroll for us on a pleasant day. I believe that's the most amount of caches we have ever done in a day. I am used to finding one in a weekend, if I am lucky.
Thanks for the series

Heading south for the St. Arnaud event next month after leaving QOGM in Blackall. Day 58 of our trip. Caching along the way. A total of 8 caches for the day and 1645 for the trip. TFTC
This was our last find in this series and could only be collected after the Parks and Wildlife crews had departed the area, otherwise it would of been picked up a lot earlier, on today's attack on the smiley face series and find was pretty easy. TFTC and the series, from the inspectorrexteam.
A quick and easy find, decided time was against us so did only this and one other on the series. Thanks
Woohoo we are cruising around Bendigo and environs doing some caching.. Log Signed Ms+Mr KR

Found with Tassie expat. See her answers for further tips. Thanks for placing these caches, we had a terrific walk; series like this are the reason I took up geocaching.
frmen1 and I spent the morning wandering around the forest in foot. Easy walking mainly. This was our second find and started us off in a good foot. TFTC
