On our way south for a weekend camping we took the opportunity to stretch our legs to find a cache as our contribution to some souvenir. Duty done the cache was found in good condition & well hidden. TFTC

Out with the family caching today. Started the morning with picking up a few of the HSS series in Murmungee, then onto Nug Nug, lunch at Lake Buffalo then drove Goldies Spur track and took in the amazing views of the Vic high country. Finished off the loop around Mt Buffalo at Myrtleford.
Homebound now. Picking a few up along the way. Looked on the wrong side at first.

Many years after a disastrous DNF, today a quick find and the sad blue face is now a yellow happy one
Thanks to BettyBoo3747 for the fun and the adventure.

Fifth find on this bike trail today…found lots of them in the last 18 months…not once on a bike…hmmm…TFTC.
Found with mango parade and Sinistral on a road trip!! Hint was very helpful!
On the way to bright stopped by to find some caches - this one took a little while but the hint was helpful
Great job to whoever hid it nice and secure, took us abit to find it, with paw_paw_paradise and mango_parade ️
A few days away with Shumba7 working on BettyBoo’s A - Z around Myrtleford. We have had a great time seeing some of the sights the area has to offer. Even though I have been here many times, this series has me seeing parts that I never knew existed. TFTC although I’m beginning to think BettyBoo is a nasty lady with fresh breath.
Of course I had to go looking under the bridge when we couldn’t find it. But it wasn’t under the bridge. Don’t look under the bridge it’s not there

Today was day nine of our Beechworth and Bright holiday (take two, post the very disappointing escape from Victoria Covid of 2020).
Today was rode up the rail trail from Bright to Eurobin, where we turned around and took our time rolling back to Bright picking up all the caches on the trail as we went.
This was the second one, and easily located today, despite the riding muggles passing frequently. No wasps were harmed, or even sighted, although they could have been hiding under the bridge.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache BettyBoo3747

Booked a last minute few days away from home, in Bright, a favourite spot. Over the last 4 years I’m sure I have found over 500 cache between Mt Beauty and Beechworth, and still there are beeps to find. Here with the family this time so the remote adventures are not possible but and early morning 30km cycle from Bright to Myrtelford with the boy was very enjoyable. With the reward of a chocolate shake on the menu he kept peddling nicely and around 15cache collected in all. A quick scoot around town to complete the adventure cache. Then the other half and Miss 12 arrived in the car, and a slow drive home collecting a few more that were +/- 1km from the main road. Back to the hotel for 1pm for a little snooze.
Called past to change over the WET log book. Absolutely nothing wrong with the log book so put it in a new plastic bag and we continued on our way. Pencil now missing so will need to bring your own.
I wanted a little evening caching adventure so I convinced geo kid FoxyLoxy to come with me. There wasn’t much light left so we had to be quick as I’m not a fan of the dark.
It was getting on dark when we got here and after a short search beside the annoying bull ants the cache was found. The cache was in good condition, definately all dry. We added a small swap into it. It was then time to head back to the van.
Thank you for the cache here BettyBoo3747 Hapoy New Year

When we saw the bridge in the distance we were shattered. These aren't ones we do well on but thankfully hubby found quite quickly.

Probably last free day before holidays so I begged a pass out to head to Myrtleford to collect a few more of the mosaic caches (and anything else I could lay my hands on). Also found a new butterfly spot and added a few species to my lists. Weather was perfect, people about but not too and all caches attempted found so a good day all up.
Parked nearby and walked to the bridge. A Dusky Woodswallow swooped sown right to the bridge. Cache was in the first place I looked which is always good - saw the marks on the column as well.

A visit to Bright and a great day exploring the rail trail, stopping for lunch at the Happy Valley Hotel before heading back. TF the series, had fun finding them all.
Out and about with 80 degrees having enjoyed a birthday lunch. Quickly revealed by Mrs 8 while the men relaxed in the car. Thanks for all your caches BettyBoo3747
A nice simple find on the bike ride.
We like to find these quickly as we have a long ride still ahead of us.
