Had a friend in town and promised him a caching run so a loop of the canning was decided upon, so with kb in tow we spent an afternoon on the bikes.

Caching with Col117 and KB today on bikes, did a trip round the water. Great route with great views and superb caches. Another quick find, TFTC.
Another one of the series under our belt. Signed the logbook and took note of the clue. TFTC
Found this one very quickly. Forgot to take note of the clues for the series so might have to go back at some point. Tftc
This is the first in the series and I am looking forward to completing them all, hopefully they are still all intact. Loved the diary, it is very well done. Thanks for the cache, can't wait to be back in the area again to find all the rest.
Find 3 of 26 on a super bike ride around the Deep Water Point inlet in the company of ask277 and our geokids.
Quick find here, good to have some traditional hides in amongst the tricky ducks.

Find 3 on my ride around the Canning River with the olthomas clan today. They ride quickly so I think this one may have been found before I even arrived at GZ. I decided it was hidden in the first place I would have looked anyway though so was happy to include my name on the log and ride on to the next one. Great day for a bike ride! Tftc.
Warning this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise.

A quick find while on my way back to where I parked today. This was to be (sadly) the last cache in this loop. I've enjoyed the finds but had a few dnf's along the way. SL. Thanks to heboose for the cache.
I have passed by this one a few times and every time there have too many muggles. Today, wasn't too different but with a break in the traffic I got the smiley. Cache in good condition. TFTC heboose
Oops! Somehow I forgot to log this one!
A fast find with a good sized container for swaps, this seems be be a fun child friendly series.

Geo son one of the biggest HP fans had the cache in hand in a matter of minutes. Interesting bits and bobs in the container. TFTC.
Out on a caching run with the Machman. Decided the night before to meet up and start our lap of the bridge at Deep Water Point. Headed South from here then back up along the freeway before returning. Good day for me with 25 finds and only 2 DNF's.
Quick find once at GZ. TFTC.

Found it with BissraFranky. So happy to see a Harry Porter's series caches. TFTC
Found it within 3 seconds of getting to the destination. It was not covered up so we covered it up. Dropped off travel bug http://www.geocaching.com/images/icons/icon_smile_clown.gif
Found on an early morning bike ride. Thanks for the cache. I'll find all in the series in due course.
Headed out this morning to grab as many of the caches around the river as we could. Goorjus69 and I parked at the southern end of the Mt Henry bridge and we were joined halfway around by T-Mack2. Very enjoyable morning out on the bikes, I found 18 with 3 DNFs. The cache here was very visible when we found it, so covered it up a bit when we left. Took the details down for the finale. Took the family for a ride around the bridges and managed a few caches along the way. TFTC

We met up with several other cachers to grab a few smileys around this area. There was a great variety of caches and hiding spots and we ended up having no DNF's and about 25 found . We were all on cycles and the loop took just under four hours
A nice easy find here. Clue noted and off we go to the next one. TFTC heboose

A nice afternoon planned out riding the river from Canniong Highway, down to Mt Henry bridge.
The crew consisted of Kyzabra, Hiddo, Jasenjanine, MNS13, Jinta29, M4YB, Megawatt60, Granett, Jnr cachers Ceekay2003, Justintime13, Dangermouse09, and a couple of muggle kids as well.
It must have been an ominous look for anyone else on the bike path today. All the people stopping at random locations.
A nice quick find for us here today.

Had a great day today on a joint bike ride around the bridges, about twenty bikes in total, including the kids. According to my Garmin I did 12 km at an average speed of 9.1km/h over a period of nearly 4 hours, with a well earned ice-cream at the end!
I got introduced to the "duck 43" hide style today and was glad to have the extra eyes about because I think I would have been struggling on my own.
I am able to claim about 23 finds in all with a couple of puzzle caches to solve before logging them officially.
Safety in numbers definitely works while geocaching, on arrival at a GZ the muggles end up being the ones feeling weird as a group of twenty or so people arrive in their area and seem to be on a mission for something. I saw a few fishermen and walkers scratching their heads this afternoon.
A quick find here by Jinta29 I think and the clues noted.
