A little sad to see this one go for obvious reasons. I've enjoyed seeing the logs on it though and I'm sure will make way for new geocaches in the area. Thanks again icecream boy
Thanks for everyone who has found this cache. I'll leave the container for a week or so until I return from holidays later in January. Anyone who finds it during this period can still log it as a find.
Nice easy find today. First place I looked.
Noone around. Soon I was signing the log and replaced where I found it.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks icecream boy All good with this cache

I was early on my way to the ball and chains place and have been meaning to do this one for a couple of weeks so I decided to pop in. The only thing that resembled a writing contraption in my car somehow was an eyeliner pencil so my log is quite smudged but it was better than nothing TFTC !
I was in the area and spotted this cache on the map, nothing comments of the busy area in other logs I thought what better time to take a look than a Sunday morning. I pulled into the driveway and not another car or person in sight.
I made short work of finding the cache here. I added my name to the log and as the book was getting a little full, also added another spare log just in case the CO cannot make it by before the original log does get full (which is maybe half a dozen more finders).

A quick grab here and wow it's a busy place even the drive way here. Not many pages left so a maintance run may be in order soonish, tftc
Very busy road but grabbed it while there was a quiet spot in the traffic going pass. TFTC
Given this cache is made for Captain T and terrain rating is 2, I was certain I need to climb the tree. That would well serve him, and match the rating at the GZ.
Tried to spy where the cache might be but didn't get any ideas. Decided to take a shortcut and see if there's an immediate give-away in a recent log, and a photo changed my thoughts on the cache.
Oh man, you should have made it a bit harder for the Captain, I reckon...
Anyway, all good here. Log signed, cache returned back. There seems to be room for about 10'ish more names in the logbook.
TFTC, Icecream boy!

Out for a drive with the bf... First find for the day... deathly quiet at
8 am on a Saturday morning... left 5 pence...

Fourth find for the day. I'm really glad we attempted this one on a Sunday, it was pretty easy to avoid anyone's attention. TFTC
Found whilst out in the company of manicwombat. Looked a few times before finding it. TFTC
Looked near this a couple of times before noticing it, not what I was expecting, and that's a good thing. Soon had the log signed and put the cache back. Sunday is definitely a good day to do this one, the place was deserted. TFTC icecream boy
Nice easy find, no muggles except driving past and it really is easy to look busy there. TFTC
I was in the area for a work meeting, and had finished a little early, so had time for a nice simple cache. All I see is this dedication cache to a captain I know that would have trouble finding the hand on the end of his arm. Oh well, how hard could it be?
Well no terrors for me today. In fact while this kind of hide can have me flailing around for hours looking, checking, feeling around...this time it was like a magnet. I found the cache in the absolute first place I put my hand. Whoopeee! On very happy piece of fungus right here!
Thanks for another hide icecream boy. A nice little dedication cache.

Found this on way home from work tonight this was my second attempt at it i dunno how i missed it the first time sorry i didnt sign the log had no pen tftc
Another quick find today thank you. Just near my work do thought I would take a walk. TNLN.
Arrived at area near GZ and parked in the street right at sign. Had a look in the spot where I thought it would be and was soon signing the log. Not much traffic on the road and there were no walking muggles to annoy me. TFTC.
The first of 2 caches I decided to do late in the day before night came on. Drove this road many times but on this occasion I had to stop to find this cache. Found quickly. TFT Ice Cream Boy
I was out geocaching for the day with Bristracker. Very quick drive by find in the first place I looked. TFTC
This cache was a must do this morning to reduce the inside 10km radius by 1.
Not too hard to find especially given it was a Saturday mornig.

Thanks for the cache. I had some extra time to kill before work today. This cache was perfect for that.
I'd just found one of the Cap'n's nearby multis, so was pleased to see this one come up on the radar [^] Lots of lovely parking, but I had to outwait a couple of fellows at the bus stop Eventually I went in for the search and the cache was right where I thought it'd be. TFTC, icecream boy.
On a bit of a Captain bender today with Net88 and Whint. We had just found two of his mystery/puzzle caches and then noticed this little dedication cache close by, well it would be rude not to make it a trifecta. At GZ Net spotted the cache easily. We signed the log and then replaced the cache as found.

Nyssaflutterby, Whint & Bad Dal and I had just found, a cache adopted by the Captain, a cache owned by the Captain and now it just seemed like the right thing to do to find a cache dedicated to the Captain. We pulled up to GZ and Nyssaflutterby and I jumped out of the car. Whint & Bad dal had already found this one. I walked over to GZ and spotted the cache immediately. I grabbed it and we signed the log and I replaced it as found. Thanks for the cache icecream boy.
Day 7 of 31. My first work "day" that I have needed to hunt a cache for the souvenir. This one is only a few hundred metres from my current workplace. Left a bit early to allow time for a hunt. Arrived at GZ. Parked nearby Went straight to the hidey hole. Nice. Thanks for an easy one on the way to work
A quick park and grab. Mr GT54 walked straight up to the cache and found at the first place he looked. The hardest part was trying to get back onto the main road, the traffic was rather busy. TFTC.
A nice quick stop by, pulled in and parked within 20 metres from cache, wandered over, there didn't seem to be much here, but I found a likely possible spot and there it was, tftc.
Easy find on a quiet weekend day. Out caching today to earn the cool souviener . Thanks for the find.
Seems I like to make a mountain out of a molehill.... I made this one much harder than it needed to be.... the find was nice and simple so I thank you for that... but I ended up parking much further away... over the other side of the busy road... and a bit of a walk to GZ... only to realise I could have parked almost right next to it... oops!

Hmmm..looked in all the logical Geocaching spots..but I'm not going to let it defeat me..I shall be back!
After having a lot of trouble finding another icecream boy cache (which we still haven't found) we were so happy to get this one.

5199. Out for the morning geocaching with no maps and no GPS. Just hints and past logs. This was a very quick and easy find even without all the other information. Just used geocacher instinct and experience. Took about 10 seconds from car to find. Thanks for the cache, Rodney and Iris.
A nice quick find late at night.... not sure it would be the same on a work day??
Thanks icecream boy

TFTC. A last stop for us after a good day of caching. This one was on the way home and we just got away with it before Mr 2 went to the dark side of over tiredness!!!!
On way home from the shrink when I thought "wonder what's out here?" And saw this one. Well it may be one for The Captain but it was one for bristracker today. Easy and no muggles after knock-off time at nearby factories. Love this type of cache thanks. Gets a fave point from bristracker.
Darned muggles!
A fella in a hi vis shirt essentially sitting just about on it!

The kids and I found this one after visiting nearby parks in the area. A nice satisfying and sneaky one, and located spot on as indicated by the GPS. Container and log are in good repair.
You have to like these easy drive by cache's - well worth a visit after you've been prodding and poking around logs and rocks all day
Cache and log in good nick.

With The Hunting Rabbit but they had already found it so I set about finding it myself. The phone wasn't giving me a correct fix so it took a while but eventually located the cleverly hidden cache after hitting my head. I am rather clumsy. TFTC
Was at the nearby Skills Tech with son - who needed to pick up his student card. Just so happened to see this cache nearby, so a quick drive up to this one and cache located, signed and ready for the new semester! TFTC
Nice and quick find in the logical place - only had to dodge a couple of trucks! TFTC.
Found by Sunshine Toledo and Jinga2 at 10:08am. Had to wait until a muggle finished having her smoke and returned to work before getting and logging the cache. TFTC
Out checking a few things (non-caching) this early morning, and decided to have a look for this cache as was in the area. A lot of people still working this last day of the year here, but no one near the cache at all. Just lots of cars parked! Quick find. No pen in cache, so took a photo which can supply as evidence was there. Nice picture in the cache! XN, TFTC, #974.
A nice quick drive by after attacking the 2915 series by bike. Not on the way home of course, but it was close enough to swing by for a wee look...
On arrival in the location, a likely spot revealed itself as GZ and I approached to find the cache in the first place I looked. Out with the log and in with my name, I tucked it away and moved on. Nice and quiet here today. Glad I didn't try this during the week...
Cheers icecream boy.

Needing a Christmas cache for the calendar, Tinda12 and I decided upon this one, as it was fairly close to home and since night-time was our only opportunity (big family gathering at our place for lunch etc), it looked nice and accessible. We overshot a little, then drove back and investigated the most likely spot. We missed on the first pass but luckily the iTorch app was good enough to light up what we needed. A quick sign and replace and all was well. Happy Christmas and a great new year!
Having cleared the 2915 series and picked up a few on the highway back to Brisneyland I was (true story) trying to find Ikea to clean up my cacher buddy's multi there. 3 navigation devices onboard Sooty and here I was still hunting for the largest furniture store in the Southern Hemisphere painted in canary yellow!
A cache popped up nearby on the GPSr called For The Captain? Could it be for him, I pondered? Why would anyone name a cache after Captain Terrific? Will he be able to reach it, I mused? There's a 15 inch height difference between me and the cap'n, so I only come up to his knees (true).
Really easy nab on this cache as it was located spot on at GZ and all I had to do was stand on tippy toes and stretch up an arm
Signed and replaced and was leaning against the car thinking about my next move on the expedition to Ikea, when a security patrol drove past. He gave me the evil eye as in '"Allo Allo, what do we 'ave ere?!!!"
He stopped further down the street and I hopped into Sooty and booted up the Tom Tom. Onward bound to Ikea!
TFTC icecream boy, do you also come in gelato

Belatedly logging of dropping in a TB for mileage before heading up to Cairns tomorrow
Luckily cache is so close to work

Having just lobbed back from NZ Mega dropped by to collect this on way home.
As it's just up the road from work had a fair idea of location but had decided to leave till today - gives me 2 countries in a day now...
Quick find with geodaughter to finish of an excellent weekend
Sadly home a day earlier than rest of the gang as I have last day of a course tomorrow but a good weeks haul has been wracked up
TNLNS
Thanks ice cream boy

Finished work for the day and had a couple of minutes to kill. Stopped nearby and headed to GZ and made a quick find. TFTC
I thought I found the cache really quickly.....but there was NO way a log book inside that very flat thing.
Eventually I found the cache. I wonder if the two were once together, makes a little more sense.
Thanks for the cache.

Mission was aborted yesterday due to a man in blue uniform using a handheld radar and his well marked car parked just meters from GZ.
I travelled under the speed limit on my way here. A quick find. TFTC.

We missed the turn for this one an dhad to double back but we got to GZ in the end and after a quick search of the area kab came up with the goods

Ah. A public holiday, and dampish to boot. An ideal day to pick up this cache in a heavily industrial area!
It HAS to be here, but just to find it. No muggles so my swinging from the top of the edifice didn't attract any unwanted attention. At last, GOT IT!
TFTC, icecream boy!.

Pulled up close to this one and was in obvious spot great place for the cache have driven passed hundreds of times tftc
This one was very easy to find as I found it lying on the ground. I can't be sure but I think the outer container was lying on the ground squashed flat like a pancake. The plastic inner container seems to be fine. After I signed the log I placed the cache back where I thought it should go minus the outer container. CO may want to check up on this one. TFTC
Interesting location. Happy we came here on Sunday afternoon as no one was around. Today wife 4 me 0 find. She's getting good. TFTC SL
On our way out for a day in the country, we decided to grab this on the way out of town. Drove up and the shorter of us (yep me even in high-heels) ducked in and got a visual.
Left geo-hubby to stuck is hand in and we were soon on the road again.
Loved the container. TFTC

I was away camping all weekend with Gaz'n'Kab when at some point a new cache notification popped up and it was this one. With no internet reception we didn't really think much of it. But then, Sunday morning I checked my emails and had a closer look, ah wow, I see what's going on here! I was pretty excited by such a cache and wondered what terrors awaited me at GZ.
As all good weekday caching trips, I left class a bit after 3 and made my way towards this one. I was too busy rocking out to a country tune and missed the cache turnoff. 2 U-turns later I was parked nice and close.. but a muggle was standing right at GZ and many more were filling the bus stop. I decided to wait him out. I sometimes wonder what I do so terribly wrong to find icecream boy's puzzle so difficult, but as I wait there, listening to Frankie Valli, Traveling Wilburys, Beach Boys, Herman's Hermits and other such tunes in one of my favourite playlists, I decided the puzzles were just very tricky.
After 40 minutes, yes 40 minutes of watching trucks and cars go past, muggles leaving work, leaves blowing up the street and my phone's clock tick away the minutes, Mr. High Vis left to get in a car and I sprung into action! After so long with my GPS displaying just 9m to go, it was nice to see it count right down. Nobody looking my way I peered in and spotted something. I grabbed it quickly and turned my back to any muggles. Ahh, very nicely done. I had a chuckle at the cache, appreciating both the effort, thought and a reputation that seems to precede me an awful lot. The logbook I also thought was brilliant and I felt adequately attired to etch my name in the logbook.
Very many thanks icecream boy for this one and I'm sure the Terrorble Captain will appreciate this one too *shifty eyes*. TFTC and a favourite point too, after all, I hear the Captain is a top bloke

I had to get this one on the way to work to keep the area clean.
I had to park down the road a bit and walk back.
It was easy to locate the container.
An interesting bit of camo on it.

I went chasing another FTF first but spent way too much time there and still didn't find it.
This was my next chance for a FTF tonight but unfortunately was beaten to it. Well done Goldielover and Stairman.
Fortunately I found this one quickly. I can't remember the exact time of the find (I did write it in the log) but it was close to 1am.

***FTF*** Goldielover and I had just got home from a night out, when I noticed this one had been out for a little while. Not found yet so we headed out for a hopeful ftf. Arriving at GZ still hopeful, no geo mobiles around. A quick search and located the cache.

***FTF** at 11.38 pm with stairman1 and geodog. We had just got home from the movies and turned the tv on to watch the end of a movie. Stairman1 thought he would check for any new releases before heading to bed when up popped one 8kms from home. Seeing it hadn't been found we decided to go out for a late night hunt . We grabbed geodog and in no time arrived at the GZ. We waited for a truck to leave before we started our hunt. In no time stairman1 had the container in his hand. We were pleasantly surprised to find a blank log. We soon fixed that. Thanks Icecream Boy. Nice hide. No sign of Captain Terror though.
