Along the track, collecting another cache and noticed this was on our 'unfound' list - how could that be?? Not to worry, anomaly rectified and log signed. Found with Aoraki Sheep.
A short 'jog' to GZ, sign the log and let the cyclists pass before returning cache. Found with debsnz
Had to go to Oamaru to check out a couple of old Cat D8s for work so headed up a bit early so I could do some caches on the way. This one was difficult to completely hide. Did my best but still reasonably visible I'm afraid. TFTC.
How could we missed this one the last time? The only excuse is that it was not there then. Thanks
We enjoyed the day caching in this area
Tftfun
So many caches done to remember all, but got a kick out of all that we found (0ver 600 in 8 days)

Thought I would take my geomutt for a walk along here and grab the caches - BIG MISTAKE. The track is as muddy as a 4WD mud plug run and the dog LOVED it - running through all the puddles, into all the mud and made a complete mess of herself and then she thought I was too clean and came and messed me up. Damn dog! Found this one and went back to the truck - will now have to hose me and the dog down - THANKS Bitsprayer NOT!
It didn’t take too long to find this cache, not in the sort of place we would have expected. TFTC
Found with Schnitzel04 and Empire04. Cache exposed, what ever it was hidden in is gone. Hid as best as I could. TFTC.
No luck for us today. We tried this twice and will check out this one the next time we are in Oamaru.
No luck for me here. Be back for another go.

Geo is a very observant dog, he finds great places to hide plastic boxes but like our dogs, we hear he isn't so good at locating them. TFTC

Big day caching from Dunedin to Kurow and return. 18th for day #160 TFTC
Had to have a walk and got the caches along the track.

Eventually found this one after attempting to approach it from a side road. Should have remained on the old rail corridor.
Managed to drive right down the track and collect these four.
74 of 270 for a day stretching from Danseys to Thompson's Track.

4865. On our way home to Christchurch from the Mega Event in Dunedin we decided to spend a couple of nights in Oamaru while geocaching in the area. After the first night this was our full day caching in the Weston area and in Oamaru itself. Got up early and did four caches before breakfast. Then after breakfast off we went. This was the thirteenth cache find of the day, on another section of the mini power trail. The cache name put us off a bit - until we thought laterally! Thanks for the cache, Rodney and Iris.
Decided to go down to Dunedin to attended the first ever Mega in New Zealand and my first ever MEGA. Managed to work it out so that I was able to team up with -gonefishing-, fozzmiester and agcnz on an 9 day caching trip around the South Island, this was day 7 of the road trip. Today we were making our way form Oamaru to Timaru for the night and picking up a few caches on our way and it was another beautiful fine day.
After finding GC28QQN - No More Thomas ? (North Otago), we decided to continue across the road and gather this next cache on our way down this small power trail and see if we could find this cache. What a bit of a pity that I didnt have a bike with me as it would be so much easier.
The walk to GZ really didnt take too long from the previous cache to GZ, we managed to make our way to GZ without any issues and once there it didnt take too long and we soon spotted something that required a closer inspection, and we soon realised that it was the cache.
Managed to retrieve the cache, signed and then replaced the cache back where I found it. Thanks drawp for placing this cache here and for bringing me to this spot, TFTC TNLNSL (5249). Another quick and easy find here today, was glad that Geo advised us to look at the flat post.
Now what is the next cache that we need to find today.

Found as part of an epic NZ Mega Event trip. Day 7 - Oamaru and surrounds before heading North to Timaru in the company of agcnz, -gonefishing- and Yeetrees. Thanks to the owners of the 500 + caches which I had the pleasure to find along the way and which contributed to a very fun trip.

Found on the great post-Mega roadtrip with agcnz, fozzmiester and yeetrees. A great trip from Otago to Wellington, taking in many backroads and some fantastic scenery along to way to over 400 caches. Thanks to all the cache owners for the great caches we found on the way.

Reperio at 1050.
Came by here with Roostaman today on a little side trip to find the caches along the rail trail here, and while the previous section of trail was pretty good underfoot, this section was quite muddy...and had to pick a way through the mud. Still...it was an enjoyable walk.
Gratias Bitsprayer.

A quick find on a beautiful day.

I visited your cache as part of a week-long self indulgent Geocaching trip from Nelson to Bluff and back again. I apologise for not leaving a completely personalised log, but I do want to thank you for the time, money and effort you put into placing your caches. Without people like you who place caches, there would be nothing for the rest of us to come and find. You are fantastic

Thought we'd go for a walk before it rained. So why just walk when you can cache? TFTC
Short walk after a mornings whitebaiting. Well done Caiktin & Geomum on another FTF. TFTC
Saw this publication when I got a turn on the computor tonight. Not far from home, I'll do it at the weekend (yeah right).
Nice evening for a walk after tea and what better place than this quiet track, well everyone and their dog was out tonight but at last the traffic died down and I was able to make the find.
Thanks
erninz

Quick find on the way home tonight. No muggles about. Have been up and down this track quite a bit lately.
Thanks, drawp! A FTF before school time, I have to say Geomum and I know this area rather intimately now. TFTC!
