Easier to do on a Saturday I suspect. There appeared to one obvious place for the hide and luckily I m;anaged to feel the cache quickly. The only concern was timing it with the traffic.
[green]Find #291 Traditional #251[/green]
Went out today trying to get our 300th cache milestone before geokid's school starts (he starts on Tuesday).
Thanks DAB for placing this in a safe spot. The magnetic stick may have been lost, but the cache is fine without it. A quick find with luckily, not too many muggles. TFTC Capt.Roverman, I enjoyed this.

I never had a chance to search for this one. Every time I drove past it was just simply too busy. But on a cold winters night it was like a ghost town. Looked everywhere to no avail. I was just getting ready to call it quits when I spotted something on the ground. The cache !! No wonder I couldn't find you. Even though it is no longer magnetic, I placed it back in an obvious spot. TFTC Capt.Roverman.
found cache it was on ground! its lost its magnetic grip and wont stick anymore. put in best spot i could think of as its very windy today
Cache either nit replaced properly or fell. Placed back in super stealth spot. Tftc
Could not find looked everywhere even climbed four metres up. Maybe not there anymore
We were in Geelong to day to attend the PARADOX event and teamed up with Wozzle68 and The_Tritonz to pick up a few caches before hand. I think we spent more time laughing than caching. GZ was quite busy but we quickly made the find on this one.
Caching today with Glanville Girls, Wozzle68 and The Tritonz, we were lucky to get a park very close to GZ. The cache was located, signed and replaced very quickly. Thanks Capt.Roverman.
TFTC very clever! in a hard spot too, so much passing traffic. Found with nike my visiting geofriend last night.
Sorry for the late log.
This one has had us stumped since we started caching in June, even more frustrating when other caches post how easy it is. Every time we have tried to find this cache our gps has been all over the place, but we have always had an idea of were it could be. This time under the cover of darkness and a Geokid we tried again. With seconds of getting out of the car the Geokid had it in hand. I think I might hear about this for the rest of the holidays. TYFTC

We finally managed to get down to this cache today and with the car parked nearby, had plenty of cover to do a quick grab. Didn't even need the hi-vis vest today. TFTC
I made unnecessarily hard work of this little detour off the nearby trail. Thank you for hiding the cache Capt.Roverman88.
Found this one today very late after my adventure at Barwon - Money Exchange. I had attempted this one earlier in the day as well as previously but was looking in the wrong place that time. I had used a PAF on this one and decided that since I was close I could come out this direction again (3rd time that day!) and pick up this cache. Almost put my hand on it in the first place I looked after using the PAF but pushed the cache rather than extracting it - then had to find it again. Got the silly thing and then signed log and discovered I was first to find on the new log which surprised me.
Thanks for the cache and the challenge Capt.Roverman88.
Thanks for the cache and the challenge Capt.Roverman88.
TFTC singed it With my initials SRT, signed OD for OgDang! also. So tiny lol, there is probly enough room on the log for one more find
Finally got this one had to pick the right moments for retrieval and replacement , stealthy as a fox Tftc log needs replacement as there is only room for one more find
Little detour of the railway track as we wanted a break for coffee, took this cache as a bonus too. Easy find, plenty of stealth here. When we need some stealth we usually park our motorhome in front of GZ and we are free to move around. TFTC Capt.Roverman88.
Found this one during our month long tour of SE Australia. It is our intention to find as many caches as possible during our stay and as a result logistics dictate that this generic log will have to suffice .Hope the cache owners, to whom we extend our gratitude for their efforts, will all understand the reasons for this. All good wishes from us both.

Second attempt at this cache. Finally found it just as we were about to give up!
With the rail-trail somewhat bereft of food places, it was time to load up with carbs, fat, salt, caffeine and sugar (one guess where I went for breakfast ) before today's attack. After that, this one was close enough for a look.
Thankfully no-one much was around at this time of the morning and after a bit of grovelling, I soon had the stash in hand at 09:15. Boy this would be diabolical during normal 'business' hours.
TNLNSL, although our BYO pen geocoin had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks roverman88.

First day on the Bellarine Rail Trail, began to 12am and ended around 17:30 (I did about 70 covers). It was a great day cycling, caches is easy and the circuit is really nice! Thank you very much for the work
Another Monday had come around again, this time it was a public holiday, so that gave us more time to cache. My good Mate Roostaman had been staying with me for a few days before he had to head to Geelong, this worked well as we met up with my usual parnter in caching crime TrailRunning, We had a great day/night of caching, lots of walking and riding with lots of good times. Thnaks Capt.Roverman88 for the cache.
Rebel Acts, Roostaman and I decided a cache run to Geelong was on the cards for the Public Holiday. Given Roosta was staying in Geelong it was an ideal plan. Rebel and I have been collecting caches recently in this area but there are still many more to do. It was a warm day with the occasional threatening rain but yet it was still ideal for caching. Lots of laughs and plenty of walking. Thanks to all the CO's for their efforts. With bikes unhitched we took on a protion of the G2Q series. We picked this on up as well!
# 7777 Found on the 7th leg of our S.K.I.D.R.O. adventure.
Met up with Rebel Acts and Trailrunning once again for another great adventure on a quiet Public Holiday. As TR said it was warm but with the occasional sprinkle and threat of more rain, and yet it was still a perfect day out. As usual with these 2 there was much to laugh at and some very good hides found. We got a good start on the bike trail before the day came to an end.
Not many muggles around and a quick find on most of them. And some hides were hard to find ! Quick one this time.
Thanks for your cache Capt.Roverman88,
Roostaman.

Ah stealth mode, as I approched the area I put the ol ute in stealth mode eased up to the intersection and paused there for a moment (the lights where red) after a flash of green light I was off around the corner and slowly approached a car park . Now it was 11:30 am um stealth ok I eyeballed the GZ from my car and spotted something traffic and people everywhere and me in high vis clothing good disguise I thought I'll just walk over and look like im going to do some work. None of that worked what I spotted wasn't it and figured stealth might work better at a different time , I'll be back
I could kick myself, I found it the first time straight away which resulted in a DNF but didn't think that was it, but after finding a similar cache on the weekend on the Bellarine the penny dropped.
Great cache. Thanks

Found! Great to turn a DNF into a smiley. Last time I was here, 2 of us couldn't find it, pretty sure it had been muggles but not this time. Was a quite time to visit, I have been here a few times & can be very busy at times. Was a quick easy park & grab for my today.

Find #503
Bogonghazy and I met in Geelong this morning to begin our assault on the G2Q trail. The weather was perfect for a bike ride today, and we had a great time collecting Smileys. Of course doing this trail also allowed us to pick up all the others on the Rail Trail and also those within close proximity, this being one of them. Being a Sunday helped lessen the muggle factor, and Im sure every Geelong person must have been at the Camping Show cause there was a squillion cars down there. So the only stealth required here today was from the traffic passing by. The cache was quickly in hand, logged and returned a few moments later in between cars. My Thanks to roverman88 for placing this cache.
This was an added extra for us as we drove between parking points doing the rail trail.
I searched unsuccessfully while Sully parked the car, and then she came straight up and grabbed it.
Sometimes it works that way.
Thanks again Capt ROverman88

stealth indeed nice little hide an a good find to cap off a night geoing expedition
After trying for this one a while ago, finally found it after it had been replaced after it went missing. Lots of muggle traffic but the timing of the traffic lights helped. TFTC

Well our target today is 20 caches. Not a good start with this our first being a DNF.
DNF searched twice today for this cache, on the way to an event in Queenscliff & then on the way home too. No luck even with another cache's set of eyes.
Have looked for this twice & I know what it is I'm looking for... I believe that this is gone...
Absolutely brilliant cache thank you! Found by sneaky and stealthy #1 geokid.
Have seen one of these but this is the first I've found.
Found at 10:30pm whilst wearing black, stealth mode engaged!

Did attempt this one previously without success, which as it turns out was a good thing. Have been saving this guy until I needed a cache which was close to home and hopefully not too tricky. So, 4 hours post-op and with the drugs still working nicely , rounded up the chauffer and a reluctant geokid #3 and headed out.
Plenty of traffic around but had that section of the parking lot to ourselves, so out we jumped. Whilst the grownups searched the obvious places for the obvious things, Geokid#3 - who is a fan of anything pointy and poky - decided to have a poke around and within seconds had the cache in hand, despite not even having seen that kind of thing before. Impressive!
So then it was just a matter of signing the shiny new log and sending the geokid to return it, who was quick to declare as he did so, that his total number of finds now equalled that of Geokid#2...no competition in this household!! Hmmmm...guess it might have been worth being parted from the computer for a few minutes after all!!
Thanks Capt.Roverman88!

We didn't need to be so stealthy as no one was around today. The one incident we did have was the log not holding in place, so we made a temporary fix with the sticky part of an (unused) bandaid. Thanks for the cache.
We were here for the event very near by, but arrived about 2 hours early so walked down and grabbed the cache, very stealthily...thanks for the hide.

Had to do a temporary repair to the log with the only thing we had on hand. Would be worth a visit to make a more permanent fix.
Found this one quicker than I thought we would, careful to use stealth at all times Geomum had to perform first aid on the cache before quickly putting it back in place. Found with kizalee. Happy 3rd International Geocaching Day. TFTC
Gwhowya bumped his head after finding this one. Lots of cars and muggles out today. Found with gwhowya. TFTC.

Never seen one like this before. Like the idea. Very clever. Thanks river man and nice to meet u tonight.
Nice cache loved this one. After a dinner with fellow caches how fitting to finish the night with a few caches

We'd been away up north, and I'd just delivered the last fellow traveller to her home... after a weekend in close proximity to far too many relatives, I intended to enjoy a little alone time on the way home. It's a shame that the weather had turned to custard in the meantime.
Part of a random sample of caches as I passed through Geelong after a niece's birthday. The weather was putting a literal damper on things, so caching between the showers was the order of the night.
Stealth was less of an issue at the witching hour, and I had an inkling of what I was searching for, so it was easy to log this one undetected.
I love this type of hide.

There was no real need for stealth today as the only cars around were on the road. I was also dressed in a khaki vest that people seem to think is official. I'll take that. A clipboard always looks good.
Soon found the log which was difficult to sign as it was quite wet. You must have had some rain down here for that to happen.

Yay! I did it I did it oh yeah yeah yeah! Baby nappy changing was a great stealth story! Finally signed off on this one. Pretty stoked. Then we left and had to come back cause we lost our cousins dummy. It wasn't there. But another geocacher was! First time I had spotted someone else with this amazing hobby! Was fairly excited to help her out. Thanks so much for this one, third time lucky!
