Found this treasure safe and sound. Only thing is the hiding spot has become hollow and it is able to fall right through so I have tried to fix that.Drop a TBTFTC
Well here we are. Finally made it to the final traditional cache in this series. What a journey it has been.
I excitedly made my way up the hill on the final stretch of this trail, knowing full well that this was the final traditional cache in this series. Following my GPS, I soon left the trail and began a steep uphill climb through the bush. It was quite a struggle to reach GZ due to the steepness of the terrain I was on, but I persevered and soon made it. Now that I had arrived at GZ with a very confident idea of where this cache was hiding, I had to figure out a way for all 5'4 of me to reach the cache. Fortunately I figured out a way and soon had the cache in hand. I opened the container and was relieved to see the final missing code I needed to complete the coordinates for the mystery cache. After signing my name in the logbook, jotting down the code and inputting the final coordinates into my GPS, it was time for me to be on my way to finally complete this series. As I geared up to head back downhill to rejoin the trail, I turned my head to the side and noticed something unexpected. It turns out the trail actually runs really close to this cache, but for some reason I thought making a beeline for this cache up the hill was the best idea. I rejoined the conveniently close track and began my final journey to complete this series.

Thankful for the clues short arse me had difficulty in grabbing this cache. But we're their is a will there is a way.
I had to miss a get caches on the trail as I lost reception. Fortunately it came back for this one. TFTC
After morning tea a brave (or were we merely foolish) group set off to complete the trail Dromaniax and I were joined by Perpetuallylost Explorer Nan, Chook n Chunk, mudbrick, Crack'n,LeeLee, OzHockeyChick and Roaming Howie. Great people and a great caching experience led to all caches being found along with all the necessary clues Lots of comraderie and help and encouragement along the way making for a wonderful day. All getting very tires so pleased this was tge penultimate cache. Only the final one now we had all the clues to form the coordinates Thanks for a fantastic series TFTC Crack,n'Lee
The sun is shining and the sky is blue, which is something I didn’t expect this morning! (Not that I expected the sky to be a different colour!). Perfect day for an event in Werribee Gorge State Park and a wander along the tracks for some caches!
This was the last traditional in the series. With the log book signed it was time to solve the mystery and find the final.
Thanks Crack'n'LeeLee for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to find.

I would have thought after my experience earlier in the day that sometimes the direct route isn't always the right one. If only I had of walked a little bit further up the track I would have realised that it would have taken me within just a few metres of the cache. But no, I had to be clever and unnecessarily go the hard way and cross-country it! Never mind, still had a great day, the car is a bit closer and now just the final bonus cache to go. Thx again for the fun and company today.

Initially lured by the 'Morning Tea with a View' event today, and subsequent liaison with the CO and other cachers to complete the Ingliston Gorge circuit, we were blessed by the weather gods with the only day in the week that was relatively pleasant enough to do this hike comfortably. Chook and Explorer Nan got up nice and early to make their way to Ballarat to carpool with Perpetually Lost. Once at the parking coords, we joined up with OzHockeyChick and Roaming Howie and off we set on our journey in the steps of Noah's Lark. After the event, our hiking group swelled to include au.fait and Dromaniax, and we were accompanied by the COs (original and adopters) as well. What a wonderful group of people to spend the day with!!
Last one of this fabulous circuit and what a lovely day it has been. As we approached the general GZ area, all of our maps showed that the track went straight ahead, so at the theoretical closest point to the track, we all deviated to the right and bush bashed it up the hill to the cache. Only to find that the track had looped around and was there within a few metres of GZ! Perpetually Lost had long enough arms to reach this one for all of us.
TFTC to the original COs, g_ordo and mudbrick, and to Crack'n'LeeLee for taking this series on so we cachers can continue to enjoy it.

At an event last night, we had a conversation with au.fait, and we decided to travel together to the event in Ingliston Gorge today. It was an early start, leaving St Leonards at 7 am.
After attending the event, the group that continued on the loop included RoamingHowie, OzHockeyChick, Perpetuallylost, chooknchunk, ExplorerNan, mudbrick, and au.fait, and the COs Crack'n'LeeLee.
The path was interesting, and often it was simpler to follow the dry creek bed.
There were great conversations being had and a feeling of camaraderie.
Wow, that is the Ingliston Gorge loop completed and all caches were found. We then headed to our geomobiles and off to the Mystery to complete the series.
Thank you to my comrades for your help and encouragement and getting me through to the end.
Thank you for this cache GMWG; g_ordo and for adopting and maintaining it Crack'n'LeeLee

Met up with a few cachers today for a leisurely group assault on this section of the Gorge.
This appeared to be quite a way off track, so a few of us headed off the track and started to climb the hill. After a little while we came upon… the track!! Doh!!
Thanks for bringing us here today by placing this cache, Crack'n'LeeLee

Last one for the day. The container isn’t damaged but the log was very wet and moldy. Thanks so much for the epic adventure I had today. My body hurts all over but this beats going to the gym any day of the week. I totally smashed my step count today 15,000!! Woot woot.
the day started early:
the pre-dawn beep of the alarm clock
half-asleep pieces of toast
load up the boot
and
go
it was an early drive through grey streets
winding through the scarlet brake lights of the inner northern suburbs
again crossing through the city to the greener juicier pastures out west
the aim was to hit the track early
before the air absorbed the heat of the day
so the car park was tackled in a screech and a blur of whirring dust
boots on, hat on
water bottles full
plenty of muesli bars on hand
time to get this show on the road

Fleabag- had a new plan today to do this circuit and also the high terrain letterbox for some challenge he was working on. I didn't look at the contour lines on the map and agreed to his plan. Today (the day after) I am still hurting from 1. Climbing up and down and 2. because I am unfit. We also have a bad habit of taking the shortest possible route to each cache. That is a bad idea here on some of these we found out! Oh well, all part of the adventure. The weather was perfect though, about 18 degrees and fully overcast. It was nice out here, bush was not too thick but gee it was dry.
Back onto the track now for the final section and finally we found our last clue on the cache! Way to build the suspense !
Thanks Crack'n'LeeLee for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

Sunday caching plan saw Spiffy, my geopartner and I head out to the Ingilston gorge area for the series of caches. Cloudy and coolish, but the constant up and down hills soon fixed that. We tackled these numerically except for a couple which worked nicely for the clue collecting and kept us on solid paths.
Finally the last trad. And a quick find as we looked forward to the car again.
Thanks to GMWG; g_ordo - adopted by Crack'n'LeeLee for the placement and fun.

AusFox; was keen to get out for a walk/hike before the start of the school year and the whole back to the grind of work started for the year so when he asked if I was keen I jumped at the chance. I have looked at these cache on the map a number of times but never had the chance to get out and grab some.
What a wonderful spot for a hike and to grab some smiley's as a bonus.
It was funny to stand back and watch AusFox; struggle grabbing this one with his shorter arms and legs. Just as I was about to step in and lend a hand he made the grab.
Thank you Crack'nLeeLee for adopting this series for us all to enjoy

WOW! what an amazing walk around Ingilston Gorge circuit with such a variety of hides, sizes and camo along side SimsFamily with perfect weather.
I was surprised not to meet another person on our walk for the whole day.
The paths at times were hard to tell apart from animal tracks, but well signed to be able to be able to work our way around without issues.
I was only just able to retrieve this cache.
Log signed and replaced as found
Thanks for the awesome series Crack’n’LeeLee

Puffing and panting, we grabbed the last one of the series. Huzzah! But we were one letter short of solving the Mystery.... as only about only two thirds of the caches still contained letters.
Never fear, with some powers of deduction we were fairly confident that the missing number could really only have two possible values.
We plotted both in as waypoints, but our heart sank when the closer one was sending us back into the bush.... No time left in the day to grab it.
Oh, but what's this? The further one looks like it could be somewhere interesting...

Amazing track. Loved the views. With the storm rolling in we couldn’t stop for many caches but the ones we did find were very impressive. Thanks for the caches!
Yayyy first day out of isolation for us
We haven't left much time to do the whole track so might come back tomorrow!!

Glad to be nearing the end of the walk as we were getting hungry by this point! I found this one quickly. TFTC.
Well, we paused for a break after the uphill work here so I quickly located this one. Not quite as steep getting out of here as I'd feared, but still not the easiest...
The final stretch! I was definitely lagging behind here and the others had already found the cache by the time I got there. TFTC
A nice conclusion to what has been one of my favourite series ever. I had to stop and rest a bit at GZ. 15km walking with 20kg on your back sure takes its toll! Needed to get my breath back before heading back to the car. Took a seat and worked out final coords for the mystery. On to pick that up now. Tftc

Today I headed out with jascat for a couple of events at Pykes Creek, once we were completed there, we then set our sights on the Noah's Lark a Gambol in the Gorge series, the weather was changing all the time but was pressed on through the wind, rain and sunshine.
Looking at the trail on the GPS map it showed the cache about 45 Metres off track so we head up the hill to GZ, once there we then noticed that the track did indeed loop around and came very close to GZ, its certainly not what the map showed.
The last in the series before the final which we were still needing one clue to solve so once this one was found and the cache opened, I was so glad to see that this one contained the last remaining clue that we needed.

That's a serious climb up the hill if you're doing this one on the way back Cool hide TFTC
It was a big push up the hill to the finish line here, getting to the end 3 hours after we started. But it wasn't really the end as we had our final letter clue and were hungry for the puzzle cache in this series. Thanks for the walk!
Lol I got ducks disease as I wanted to head put to the letter box cache before my phone ran out of power so got a couple along the way after truppi g and sliding on the small rocks along the path I got this one. TFTC
#6/6 of a day hike throughout the Werribee Gorge I took my japanese friend to. This latest part I did only by myself and I could feel exhausted of the sharp sun having the last drops of water. Luckyly there was no more hiking after. Thanks for the cache

Nearly back to the carpark, I made this final find in the reserve before going for the mystery cache. Cache is in good order. TFTC.

A rare day off with hubby and no kids meant we could do a decent hike whilst they were at school. We decided to come here as I haven't tackled any of it so far. What a brilliant morning! Such a beautiful place. A few kangaroos and wallabies around but otherwise we had the place to ourselves. We managed all but a few as I wasn't keen on one of the creek tracks and the letterbox was too hard (exhaustion)! Lol. Generally though it was an easy enough walk with a few tough hills but not too many! We left feeling very pleased and super happy with our efforts - thanks a million.
After teaming up with the McLookers we planned to have a shot at this series, the weather was looking good one minute and very very average the next minute. But that did not stop us, it just meant we needed to pack a jacket.
We really enjoyed the walk around here finding the caches and gathering all the clues, we didn't see much wildlife, we think they were all taking shelter and watching us from a distance laughing at us getting soaked.
This was a very fun series to do, many thanks to gordo, mudbrick and Crack'n'LeeLee.

Silly us took a tough short cut before realising the path curled around. Woops! Once we were on the right track, we made the find. Cute cache camo.
Caching the Ingliston Gorge today with The Tritonz, it was misty rain on the drive there. On and off during our trek there were a few showers. That meant on and off with the coat as the sun came out between. In all, our walk was 4 hours and a lovely way to see this very picturesque area. Thanks to gordo, mudbrick and Crack'n'LeeLee.

Werribee Gorge circuit has been on the bucket list for a while after grabbing No1 some months back. Made the long slow walk around the circuit today in a 4 hour return journey although I missed the last week and the bonus cache. TNLN TFTC GMWG Conclusion is unfulfilled. I don't have the H letter so cannot complete the bonus. Have I missed another one apart from the Feelin Hollow or missed a clue in one logged earlier, hmmm!
Completed 10 this time around. Will be back to get the others some other time. TFTC
Started the walk early to get a start .
The series was enjoyed although not all were found as the tracks at times were overgrown and disappeared .
The effort and camo's were appreciated for this series .

After 6 hours. 21 gorge caches, sloss gully and game of thornes. And the final co-ord's are mine. now Noahs Lark beckons. TFTC.
I have been eyeing off this series for some time. My monthly partners in crime, Biggles Bear, had already done it some time ago, so it never was available for a joint effort. So today, being somewhat roughly in the area, I decided to give it a go. After finding the nearby Letterbox Hybrid, it looked as though I could maintain height and walk around, so instead of back tracking, I headed through the bush.
After a while it became apparent that this wasn't the best way to do it, but by then it was too late. Anyway, I eventually ended up at this one, then had to head back downhill to number 20. Fortunately, this was an easy find. It was after sunset, but there was still enough light in the sky to find it.
My thanks to GMWG & g_ordo for the cache.

I'll be at the conference all day, she said. You should do something nice, she said.
This walk should be nice, I thought. Loop walks are nice. Warm weather and fresh air are nice.
A meandering walk down to the gorge and along the creek bed , peppered by entertaining hides and amusing containers made this a nice circuit indeed. Never saw another soul.
The day, in the end, got away from me and there were a few outstanding caches unattempted before I needed to turn for home. Always a good excuse to come back for more.
Western Gorges, man.
Thanks and cheers!

Been eyeing off this series of caches for a while now, so we decided to have a go on a glorious ANZAC day. This used to be a great walk for our border collie many moons ago, however we haven't come here for a hike in such a long time.
We had to leave a few behind, so we had something for next time.
Many thanks for a great series, a great mixture of well constructed hides. Cache in good condition. TNLN

While travelling with Mutex I’ve found a lot of caches all over Australia. You know, I like the discovering, especially in nature, but am not that much intopcs and internet ..and logging. So we spend a whole day together to indicate all the caches we found together out of his list. Hope you don't mind the standard text aslazy me has to log quitea few now. HopefullyI'm gonnawork on that
Thanks!

At the moment Pfote and me are on a work and travel backpacking trip through the world. After I've spent a full year in Australia Pfote joined me for my second year down here. We will definitely try to collect a lot of boxes and all the special things in every state all around and through the middle.
Today Pfote, Theatralis and me made a trip to the Gorge State Park to do the Ingliston gorge circuit with this little cache trail.

We decided to do the Noahs Lark series today after the rain yesterday made the gorge a doable walk in Summer.
The bush around here is just beautiful, and although it is dry there are a lot of amazing rock formations and spectacular views.
It took about 3 and a half hours and we missed 2 of the series and the letterbox due to time limits.
A fav point for all the caches as they were either crafty or in awesome spots.

Found today with Mum & Dad.
I loved the walk around here.
We saw some amazing views and some cool rocks.
We even saw an echidna at one point!
The cache containers were very cool as well.
Thanks for the series it was such a fun day.

[font=Comic Sans MS]Hi there GMWG. We found your cache "Noah 21 A Conclusion" at 1:22:00 PM today. This cache makes our find count 12444.

We have been itching to attempt this series for a while, but it has been far too hot recently. Today was the ideal day, the current heat wave seems to have abated. After reading the story on each cache we were really delighted to find all but one of the caches in this novel series , there has obviously been lots of thought and TLC put into each placement.
We have given each cache in the series a favourite point for the adventure.

Coordinate Accuracy: We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
Cache Condition: The container and log book are in good shape.
Took: One Toy.
Left: A smiley badge and a toy car.
Thanks for a great day out
Regards
Ian, Penny and Eden.[font=Verdana]

I'd been trying to escape the house the entire four-ish day weekend, but family and work drama just kept popping up at the most inopportune moments (as they usually do... I defy anyone to suggest an opportune moment). This morning, I was tetchy enough to climb the walls. Well, Ingliston Gorge near enough qualifies.
This is a series that I'd been meaning to tackle since it was published, and especially after the fun I had in Werribee Gorge proper. Now, I must say that this area is not quite as spectacular or rugged, but then again, I'm not as fit as I could be, and it turned out that this was just what I needed to work on my condition, and get some much-needed alone time. And this area still has some great views and lovely trails.
The circuit of caches took me the remaining hours of the afternoon, including the time of some insignificant horse race or another. A very entertaining tale kept me amused, and there were some real gems among the hides. It's well worth the effort just to visit Yoric.
For once, I completed a hike while some (if not much) daylight remained. Thanks for making a great place for a walk even better, GMWG.

Came to the Gorge with a the walking club a few days ago and decided on a quick revisit to do the caches.
Easy find on an overcast & drizzly day. TFTC.

Kenare and Sean.75 decided that this will be our last for the day. I'm sooooo ok with that coz my legs are almost dead!!!! Lucky Sean.75 was with us to get this one!! Tftc and a really cool adventure today. We will come back when our legs are better!
This was the last one for the day and lucky dad was with us because none of us could reach. Tftc. We will be back another day.
Thanks to the cache owners of the Noah's Lark series, I walked the whole circuit and it was my first ever visit to Ingliston Gorge. I managed to find every cache in the series and had the whole Gorge to myself
So returning today we had some unfinished business we had to attend too. Headed off in reverse direction this time knowing what we were facing. A steep walk down could only mean one thing clearly. Arriving at cache we were happy to convert this one to a smiley
It was starting to get dark and the clouds were coming over when we got the last cache in Noah's Lark series...just the mystery one now to get.
