Hi akelamandy,
This cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed as well as to remove it from search listings.
**Please note that caches disabled during the current COVID19 crisis you will be given some extra time to react as we recognise that CO's can't just pop out and fix the issue,** Caches where the cache owner does not currently feel safe to maintain will not be archived.
Should you feel it safe for you to maintain and address this cache now, AND your regional Health and Governmental authorities allow it, please feel free to do so. Alternatively, what you need to do is place a Write Note log indicating a date when you you expect you might be able to attend to the issue/s.
**When I next check on the cache, if there is no acknowledgment from the CO as request above, the cache will most likely be de-listed (Archived).**

Tiny little cache.. kewel place too.. not where I was looking for a good 5 minutes hah.. Thanks for the find!
First of the day heading into the state forest to camp, the sign has been knocked over and we couldn't find it anywhere else nearby unfortunately.
We looked for about 10 minutes, but kept returning to an obvious point which seems to have recently been destroyed.
Found on Sunday 21 April 2019 at 13:37:07
Decided to stop off along this side rd heading back to camp at Blackwood after lunch in Ballan. We struggled to get out GPS to settle today for some reason, but once it dod the cache was in hand.
Thanks akelamandy for placing this Micro Traditional - this is find 1041 for BFMC

Quick find here. Finally got the sign this cache last time i was here there were a couple cars parked here so i bailed . Tftc
Out and about enjoying some sight seeing and finding some caches too. Being a cool day we’ve decided to explore the state forest. Thanks for our first find for the day.
After attending "The Happy Birthday to Me" event yesterday and the night of festivities around the fire yesterday we packed up and were heading home when we thought that we would try our luck at a few caches.
There were no wombats around today but you could see where they had been and we were also starting to wonder if the cache was still here.
Sure enough as so often happens our on second look around we spotted it and couldn't believe that we had missed it first time around.
We opened the container to find the log fully saturated and unusable so we headed back to the car to grab a nice clean dry one to replace it with after we added our name to it and all was returned as it was found.
Thanks akelamandy for the cache.

Gathering up caches as we headed home from a day out at Musk Farm, we made an easy drive by find , but unfortunately the log was totally saturated and impossible to sign. TNLNSL. TFTC. KKams
Headed up to Blackwood for a birthday event and after a yummy lunch I headed off to find a few local caches.
Found this one lying on the ground out in the open, the log was soaked and I reliased my supplies were in the other Geowagon back home so I could not replace the log.
Not sure where to return the cache but I placed it somewhere hig and dry.
Thanks akelamandy TFTC.

We are heading into the forest and stopped here to find your cache. We found it laying on the ground near the sign and the log is wet and is nearly impossible to write on. We placed it next to the post. SL TFTC
First attempt with the kids, one of whom was dubious to begin with so no luck in getting her enthusiasm up! GPS had us walking around a 20 metre radius in circles so I’m sure we looked like idiots but fun nonetheless!
There were ice puddles down at Obrien’s crossing, but warmer here thank heavens. Thanks
We're on our way from Maryborough to Melbourne, taking it easy and dropping by a few caches to turn them into smilies. Thanks
TFTC. Signed and returned.
A nice easy find.
Did not see any wombats playing but we did look.

With such a beautiful summer's day forecast,
it was time for a tour of their forest
It was still cold 'nuff to need a jacket when I arrived at the turnoff.
A quick wombat around,

Thanks a lot for drawing more attention to such a beautiful state park

We had spent a lovely day walking along the gorge and with 15km in the legs, we were looking forward to getting home for a well earned cuppa. However, we couldn't pass up the opportunity to look for this cache as wombats are a family favourite. Sadly no shuffles (as the nephews call them) but a nice quick find to finish the day. TFTC!

Out with SueHut for a day of frolick, on a totally crud day. Gale force winds. Huzzah. Worse, I haven't gotten around to log these for... ten months?
We never did see an actual wombat. We did see heaps of wombat poop!
Thanks heaps, akelamandy!

Quick find after attending todays 15 Years Of Events nearby. Initially i headed into the bush looking for a GZ more akin to the cache name but my gps soon had me back on track for another smilie. Tftc.
Today I made the last minute decision to head across town and some to attend the “15 Years of Events in Victoria” event. I don’t know many in the geocaching community but said hi to a couple that I knew and took the opportunity to explore the area and collect a few cache. Geoboy (Tuberdang) and I went for a few hilly walks, some clambering down rivers and a bunch of drivebys. Funny when you are trying to discrete with cache finding and every car that passes beeps the horn! Had a fun day out thanks. Beautiful spot. TFTC.
On our way to the "15 Years of Events in Victoria" event cache at O'Briens Crossing with Neville_devil and Ausfox;. IT was nice quick find for Neville and myself as Ausfox; had already found this one previously.

A foggy Blackwood morning, found us fossicking among the flowers and fascinating fungi as we searched for a few local caches before heading to the Event at O'Brien's Crossing, to acknowledge 15 years of Caching Events in Victoria. A quick wave here as we pulled in behind a number of other cachers heading to the same event.
Thanks akelamandy for placing caches for everyone's enjoyment.

I most likely spot was not the spot I hunted 1st, my logic was not that of a cacher more of someone looking in holes ???? The a quick glance up and what we needed was spotted. Now the road .... left, right .... which we were we going ?
Found with FUF009 while heading to an event in the area. Coords put us near a tree but we eventually found it in a much easier spot. Tftc

An awesome road trip today with 4 B Ninja's, to attend the 15yr anniversary event and to explore this lovely area, and pick up some of the wonderful nearby caches.
Such a quiet spot (apart from the sound of a distant chainsaw).
Thanks for placing this cache.

Found with sharkiefan.
Heading up to the "15 Years of Events in Victoria" event we decided to grab a few caches along the way.
Took us a bit to locate this one, think we were barking up the wrong tree. then logic kicked in and we made a, kinda, quick find.

After hearing good things about these caches today I decided that I would pick up a handful on my way home today. This was one of those couple caches that i did manage to find today. I would like to apologise for the generic log but I was in a rush on the way home and can not 100 percent remember the details. Either way I remember these caches being great fun. Thanks for putting out the caches.

A quick find whilst on our way to the "15 Years Event cache" Recognised a few of the previous logs today and waved to a few cachers driving past. Hopefully all the rest will be this quick.

As we headed towards the 15 year event turned the corner and saw a suspiciously large number of vehicles. Stopped and Mrs 80 jumped out to find the log book in others hands so signed this and continued on our way. TFTC
Agh gps got stuck so it took longer thsn necessary. Found it and signed ..thanks for the cache placement .

Cute container for a swift find.
A little glad that I didn't have to work hard for this one as I already had about 15 km in my legs from setting and checking some of my own caches in the area.

Came back to clean up some DNFs in the area. This one had me vexed last time, and now we found it in about 3 seconds flat. Got me thinking that perhaps it had gone missing last time?
No matter, thanks for the cache and for giving me a reason to come back this way

After a week at home with the large both geoD and geoP had cabin fever and needed to get out of the house. We opted for a cruise through Lerderderg and decided on this cache as our first navigation point. A quick easy find which is just as well as the temperature at this point was still way below geoPs usually accepted outside point.

Found this one on Australia Day, haven't changed the date as I'm not that fussed on my stats & don't take much notice of them... sorry though for being a lazy logger.
Wanted to have a go at some of the caches out here, after having a bit of a hunt around for mines & huts. Even though I'd saved them offline, things weren't working as I'd hoped, and my phone was showing that I was over near Bendigo somewhere... That's it! I am buying a gpsr, which i've been gunna do for over a year, and today (& trying to do some the other week while looking for The Tunnel), the decision was made... it was going to happen!! (& it has... that's another story)
Anyway to cut a long babbling story a little bit shorter, my phone wasn't going to help me here as I am nowhere near Bendigo, but looking at the offline map I knew this one was near the corner somewhere, so thought I'd just have a look at the most obvious place. And there it was! Cleverly camo'd little thing but the geosenses were spot on even if the phone's gps wasn't!

I was up very early and out and about in the Lerderderg area. The geo mobile was packed full of things to keep me going. A muggle free road greeted me this morning and I was out to find some caches. I parked the geo vehicle and moved off to find this one. My GPSr had me in another spot so some searching was done and nothing found. It wasn't unitl I wandered back to the car I spotted this one tucked nicely away. Stamped and returned as found.

After having attended the nearby CITO my original plan was to drive up and complete the nearby set of drive-by caches, head back down Mt. Blackwood Road collecting the caches along there as I went and then finish off in the area by collecting a handful of caches placed along Squarebottle Track. Then a drive back home, caching as I went.
Well after having been invited to join a group caching in the Werribee Gorge I was glad this was an easy find on the way back out of O'Briens Road as time was marching on and energy levels were dropping.

Unfortunately there were no wombats here today. The GPS wouldn't settle but Geohubby made the find in the end. Thanks akelamandy for the hide.
On our way towards Bendigo for a family holiday so I planned the route to go through an area we don't normally travel to take in the sights and of course a sampling of all the caches to be found in these spots. A quick stop along the way although I would like to come back out this way to explore some of these tracks in a bit more detail. Thanks for the cache akelamandy.
Found on our day out 4WDing in Lerderderg Gorge. TFTC

We were quite hungry having had no lunch, so when I mentioned to Geohubby that there was a possible food stop ahead in the 'city' of Blackwood, he was no longer able to operate in caching mode and this cache eluded him. May be next time!
