The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 28 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.

If you require more time please be sure to **post a note** (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require. For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the listing and post a new note every 28 days to keep everyone up to date, if you do not then you cache may be archived without further note from a reviewer. Caches archived due to lack of maintenance are no longer unarchived and you will need to submit a replacement as a new cache.

We had a fun day out caching with some new friends we met in Brooms Head. Hopefully we have passed the caching bug onto them. This was one of the caches we targetted and found. We very much enjoyed the scenery and had a wonderful lunch at the Lawrence Pub. Thankyou Computer Man's for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area Big GrinBig Grin

16-Jan-18
Decided to stop in Maclean for lunch on the way to the Gold Coast.
I convinced the family to grab 1 cache on the way in, which also turned out to be my only cache this entire trip because they kept stopping in cacheless areas!

So I savoured this cache and was keen to make the find.

Drove through the grounds and started the search at GZ. I approached from the wrong angle so didn't spot the cache for a while and was searching other locations that matched up with the satellite view. I finally decided to increase / change my search perspective and it was a very quick find after that. Funnily enough there is an identical cache with the same camo back in Canberra, and it was one of my earliest finds!

TFTC Computer Man's!

31-Dec-17
Very sneaky, good point. TFTC

TFTC, quick park and grab, literally parked 3 metres from the cache, the cache name made for a very quick find, have a F.P for ingenuity.

We had seen Maclean from across the river at Ashby, and called in here on the way home to find the previous caravan and dogs at GZ had left. In the rain, we drove very close to the cache and my guess as to its location proved to be correct. I logged in the car but had problems finding a space as the log is totally full. We then drove off very carefully as the grass and mud were already very slippery. Thanks Computer Man's for a good hide.

26-Jun-17
We drove nearly to GZ where a van was parked and several working dogs were tied up under the shelter. Feeling it was unwise to antagonise the dogs or their owner, we headed off. If the van moves later in the week we will try again.

09-May-17
Love this one. I attempted to find it at twilight last night and only succeeded in acquiring more mossie bites and seeing the bats flying above. This morning told a different story. . I wrote on the back of the bigger page. Tftc

25-Apr-17
Log is full and needs to be replaced, sooner rather than later.

24-Apr-17
Had some troubles getting GZ and actually never got it. We must have scared away every single spider, high and low until reading the cache description once agian. Then we knew where it was. Not much spaceleft to sign, but managed to fit in a date a signature.

16-Apr-17
We had spent a few days in Yamba and decided to pick up a few caches around Maclean on the way home. This was the first for the day. Bats!!! We hate bats!!! We were going to walk down to the cache from the top carpark but drove down instead to avoid walking under the bats. Near GZ we were greeted by the sound of bagpipes. What a nice welcome. At GZ we managed to make a quick find. TFTC. A favourite point from us.

19-Jan-17
Took 5 people find that for 25 mins and gotcha awesome tricky! TFTC

09-Jan-17
Tftc,
My only cache today we have camped here for the first tme.
Very clever. I was searching every where else with a different concept of butt.
After a short time searching, Nana Nel asked for the pen. Now why would she need a pen. Yes she found it.
Log is full, visited trackables.

After setting up camp for the night decided on finding this one this afternoon. Arrived at GZ checked everything possible, than I extended my search and saw something that was obvious and yes that was it. Signed and replaced. Thanks to Computer Man's.

Found at 10:07 AM GAFF1.
We were camped just 100 metres away at the showgrounds so in the morning we started our caching adventure by heading over to the sheds, keen to find out why this cache was a D of 3.0. We actually started searching where the cache was located straight away, but not knowing what we were looking for we started to drift as our GPSr said to go to the next shed where there were lots of possible hiding spots. After a minute or two we were back at the original location and a scan of the area at a different level suddenly made the cache name click and - voila! A nice tricky hide found [^]
Thanks Computer Man's.

Arrived this morning and it appeared pony club was on so we decided to go do some other caches and come back later. When we arrived in the afternoon we got a pleasant surprise to hear the muggles playing their bag pipes. So, whilst we were searching we had bag pipes playing for us.

Followed the co ordinates and looked high and low and nothing, read some logs to see if that would help next minute Mr Mystery Sleuth had the cache in hand, lucky he was there or it would have been a DNF. Big Grin

This one gets a favourite point for us as it is a cleaver hide.

03-Apr-16
After approaching this from the wrong end (a theme for today) we finally found our way to the 'right' side of the fence.

To the sounds of a passionate bagpipe player, we searched high and low, close to the fence line, all over the structure and had even started looking under various things and just as we were to give up - darkness sees it. A great 'aha moment' and the cache was laid bare.

A bit clever so a fave point coming your way. T4TC Computer Man's.

01-Apr-16
I can understand the possible difficulty of this cache but we very quickly found it and signed the log. Found with Maggs2005, TheGeoSnake, Eminoz04 and Raynersinoz. TFTC

31-Mar-16
Found with Maggs2005, CachingPikahcu, Eminoz04 and Ranyersinoz. We had no idea of what the cache could be. Ranyersinoz's GPS and going in a different direction than Maggs2005's GPS, while we were still confirming where the GZ was Maggs2005 called "Found It!!". This is a clever hide and I have never seen anything like this before. We signed the log and replaced exactly as found so not to ruin the camouflage. Thanks Computer Man's for this cache, this interesting hide and our little adventure today which was made up of three of your caches!!

31-Mar-16
Found with TheGeoSnake, CachingPikachu, Raynersinoz and Maggs2005. Very clever hide, everyone that went thought it awesome. TFTC Computer Man's.

Today it was time to drive home from my Gold Coast holiday SadTwistedSad I had organised to leave nice and early (0430hrs) and get on the road to grab a number of caches along the way. I managed to grab 38 caches today. A normal person would travel from the GC to Canberra in ~12.5-13hours, not this geocacher. I finally got home 20.5 hours after I started SurprisedSurprised

Apologies for the generic logs, I visited some lovely locations today and took some pretty cool picts (which ill attach to a few of the logs).

Thanks Computer Man's for the placement of this cache[^]Big Grin

31-Mar-16
Found with CachingPikachu, TheGeoSnake, RaynersinOz and EminOz04. Enjoying some caching in the area while staying in Yamba. The geokids loved the name of this one, and the hint helped with the find. First hide of this type I've seen. Thanks for the fun.

31-Mar-16
Out caching with Maggs2005, Eminoz04, CachingPikachu and TheGeoSnake. Before we got to this cache, there was much speculation by the younger cachers as to what and where Butt off!!! would be. I parked the car in a nice shady spot and we started the search. My phone GPS had me headed in a slightly different direction and I soon heard the call, "Found it!". I turned around and Maggs2005 was holding a very clever cache. Really sneaky and a very apt cache name Big Grin. TFTC Computer Man's, you've brought us on a lovely adventure today Smile

Very clever hide. I did have a slight problem, being vertically challenged, but kitchen tongs come in handy. Everything in my van has to have more than one use, have found a good 2nd use for these. TFTC

20-Jun-15
The log is full, needs replacing

06-Jun-15
Found this morning before packing up the caravan and heading south. Saw the cache, likened it to the name of the cache, but still tried to look for something else...don't know what we expected to find.

Geo hub found the cache, I knew I had seen it..... Clever hide Computer Man's

Wombat the Anthus laptop Geocoin visited, as did Runciple's Grasshopper, a tassie trekkers pathtag, a sweet - sour pathtag, a grannysmith path tag, a geo achievement 500 caches award, an f14 Tomcat, a scotch and soda, a monkey and a tick tag - oh, and a bundle of keyrings that I have collected since caching in WA in August 2013 (current count is 24)

16-May-15
Looked for this 2 days ago without success. Coming back today approached from a different direction and different mind set and found as we walked in. Another favourite vote.

12-May-15
Out and about in the area today with an old friend DanteMc for a little caching and catchup. Big Grin
We spent most of the day around the region and had lunch at Yamba. Cool
Then we made our way back to northern NSW.
Thanks to all CO's for some great caches, a couple of DNF's, a couple that seem to be missing but a great day overall. Almost 30 finds in total. Cool
We searched, we looked, we scratched our heads, we ummed, we ahhed and finally DanteMc made the find, VERY CLEVER. A fav point from me. Smile
Thanks for the cache.
