Large group of cachers looked for this one, including a couple of previous finders. This one is AWOL and needs some CO attention.
Will check second time this ones gone AWOL as quite a few of our other local caches very frustrating if its gone then this one will be archived will update in the next few days
I did check that spot but I missed it. Obviously I didn't look hard enough. Oops. Found it easily afterwards.
Nice wetlands area.
Thanks froghoppin for the cache

Out with sir_spectre and jacknor on a 24hr caching run. Darkness has hit and found by torch light. Thanks
While in Murray Bridge today decided to collect a few caches I had DNF's on or missed previously. This was one of them. A nice easy find this time in a lovely location. TFTC froghoppin.
Out for a short walk for the dog and replaced the cache, it definitely had gone AWOL, now a different container that blends in with the environment better
Time to have a look not a hard cache to find most probably gone will take a replacement out soon just in case
Great little walk in even on a cooler day with light rain! Looking forward to visiting the area again! Forgot pen to sign log book so will return

On our trip trough Australia with the hole family we looked also for some caches. They often showed us places we would never had discovered. Thanks a lot to all the people who care about this lovely hobby .
Found on our final way to Melbourne.

Today is day one of our trip away. We set off to Berri to spend 3 days caching the Riverland area, joined by earthlight and Gwen from The X-Trailers. This was a good opportunity to find (or DNF) caches while trialling out our new tent and camping accessories, gearing up for when we head off to the QLD Mega at the end of March. We started out in temperatures of 38ºc before that first evening brought light showers, although not enough to dull the 41ºc temp for day two. Day three was a much nicer day as the day cooled down to a nice 28ºc. We managed 200+ finds on this trip. On day two we found caches in 3 states in 1 day being SA, VIC & NSW, that was quite a highlight. No snakes were spotted, guess it was too hot for them but we had one roo bound slowly across the road in front of us. Next trip back here will be with the boat, there are plenty of river caches to hunt for and of course all the ones we didn't have time for. it was lovely getting this one and we have done a cache about the Banjo Frog after it was requested as a cache listing. Here are some Facts on the Banjo Frog.
Diet: Insects and other arthropods
Habitat: Most habitats including sclerophyll forests, rainforests, woodlands and grasslands along the coast, ranges and adjacent slopes, close to permanent waterholes, swamps, dams and ditches.
Status: Secure
Call: Bwwonk.
General characteristics:
Light Grey or brown with scattered, irregular shaped dark blotches with a pink or purplish patch on the hind upper side of the eyelid. They grow between 7 cm – 9 cm. They appear on the surface of the ground only after good rains. The banjo frog is also known as The Pobblebonk frog. It is large round and lives on the banks of dams, billabongs and pools. The banjo frog can eat more then 100 insects in a day. They do have teeth, however they don’t chew their prey. They use their teeth to hold the insects before swallowing them.
The male banjo frogs dig burrows to the males and females to shelter in.
After rains, the male banjo frog calls from his burrow to attract females. He has loose skin at each side of his neck called voice sacs, which puff out like balloons each time he calls. The females lays her eggs in the still water of a pool or dam. She then flutters little flaps of skin on her front feet to mix air and water with the eggs. This makes the spawn frothy, which helps to protect it from predators.

Came here to do the night cache during the Mega and have now returned to do the others. Lovely coloured container! Cache #2,046.
Out at the wetlands to do the local night cache and picked this one up while there. Will come back in the daylight to check out the wetlands more thoroughly.

Out for the evening with Sylken to bag a couple of night caches and anything else that happened along our path we enjoyed the area that this was hidden in. The night sounds in the wetlands made a fantastical soundtrack for a Halloween night caching adventure

We had come to the wetlands to attempt the nearby night cache in the company of geodaughetr KAROPI. We made a nice, easy find here.
The whole area looks fantastic in the dark, and the sound of thousands of frogs at night was amazing
We hope to come back in daylight before we leave the area.
Many thanks for the hide froghoppin [^][^][^]

Found on an afternoon out hunting for TBs to take interstate. Took Sydney the Koala, but Brunswick was missing.
This is a very pleasant reserve, especially late in teh afternoon. Accurate coordinates led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks for the cache froghoppin.
Sitting on the bench looking at the view thinking this would be a nice spot for a Koala Trackable to spend some time.
Great work being done to develop the area. Nice views over the river. TFTC.
Loved this one!!!! Thankyou so much. Was a little hike to find it but such an enjoyable day at the wetlands
Found as a part of TheKellyGang, writing this as a genaric log as I was a part of TheKellyGang and am now out on my own.

Team T.I.N.S at the oz mega. Thank you for all the caches giving us a tour around town
It's always nice to find a larger container in a well-chosen spot - thanks Froghoppin for another quality hide and for bringing us here for a stroll. Sorry, but we are not able to help with the flora & fauna listing - we had a problem in identifying any trees because of the forrest.
Funny cache tonight because we came after a little light from Oz Mega had been put into the cache. We looked in all the wrong places before finally finding the cache, then after turning off torches realized we all we had to do was follow the green glow in the dark. Looked fabulous but sadly won't last long. TFTC
Last day in Murray Bridge and doing twenty or so caches today whilst waiting for the washing to dry. Fly out of Melbourne on Sunday for home. I have enjoyed my time in the area and have met a lot of new teams and met up with known cacher friends. Still a lot of teams out caching and the flags still flying. Quick find. TFTC froghoppin

Wandered down from the carpark under the bridge - what a neat area, didn't know all this was in here! Coordinates were spot on, and we soon spotted a rock loitering in a suspicious manner...

Quick find today for our third day at the mega. Unfortunately, the quick find was quickly followed by thirty minutes at the swanport series for a DNF.
A pleasant walk in the wetlands area for a simple find with Team Canary.

Day 3 of the Oz Mega Event, and I was trying for 10 different cache types in a day. This one looked quite conspicuous from a distance, not that you could actually see the cache though.
My thanks to froghoppin for the cache.

A few quick caches around the town as there is a lot of work to do for the 8 in one day challenge. These caches took us to some very interesting locations.

Found on the last day of Oz Mega 2014, my goal was to find over 90 caches this oz mega to get me to a total of 1000 caches! Having already done the wandering heroes series and the oz mega series this proved to be quite a challenge, we made new friends, met old ones and even visited CPWanderer's house! The best thing of all is that I now leave with over 1000 caches under my belt. Thanks so much for hiding your caches and being a part of my big goal! Sorry for the generic logs, I don't feel like writing almost a hundred individual logs! sorry!
Found, with a stamp, but it still doesn't fit on my bingo ticket! I think I warmth the booby prize for that! TFTC
Just for the record, the only view we had tonight was of the moon rising... but even that was nice. Probably a good daytime one, but found after running away from the mugglewort downstream!

After some mega fireworks, or should that be mega mega fireworks, we headed back out for another night cache and this one happened to be close by, so it would be rude not to stop by here too. It was quickly found, and we noted that the logbook is full (unless replaced since our visit). Signed in as part of the "NZ Fun" team. TFTC!!!

We were attending a night cache nearby so we swung by this one first.
We made our way to GZ and found the cache with no problems at all.
After the signing ritual was completed, I just popped in a pathtag when the CO turned up [^] good timing lol
We had a little chat and it was very nice to meet you both!
Thanks for the fun 'froghoppin'

This cache happened to be in the area and so before we went chasing Mudgewonga's we headed over to this GZ. Fortunately for us the CO's came over to check on the cache - it was very nice to meet you both. Our thanks to froghoppin for this cache in a very nice area.....yes, even at night . Cheers [^]
