I noticed that this cache has been in need of owner maintenance for an extended period of time. While I feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for you and block other caches from entering the area around this cache for a reasonable amount of time, we can't do so forever. Please either repair/replace this cache, or archive it (using the archive listing link in the upper right) so that someone else can place a cache in the area, and geocachers can once again enjoy visiting this location.
If you plan on repairing this cache, please log a note to the cache (not email) and then repair the cache within the next 30 days so I don't archive the listing for non-communication/action.

Sounds like it was a great cache in its time! Please apply some TLC and get it up and running again!? would love 2 fill this spot so close 2 home!
Shame its been wrecked by idiots, great camo. This would have been my first find but since the log book has been pinched I guess it doesn't count?
sent email to CO needs attention as has been muggled, found most of the bits and put it back together
A very clever cache, Miss 12 was busy struggling when I worked it out and the log was soon signed. Well done macqeonz
Ohh liked this one, easy find but loved the camo juob - well done. Out with Ingidayna and Cachemanchris. TFTC
Found with cachemanchris and castlewood_crew
Matt made short work of this one... NICE

Needed to grab another cache for my ADVENT-ure chellenge http://coord.info/GC4234P and today was long, so I was pleased I'd been saving this cache near home for just such an occasion!
A superb cache, just the sort of thing we need more of! Down with sistema and eclipse containers up with this kind of creativity! You have gone to a lot of effort which is certain to put a smile on the face of everyone who finds it. Thanks for showing that it s not about the numbers with this solid gold cache.

Day 16 of the Adventure. The number of favourite points was a drawcard for this one. Once at GZ it was obvious. Another point from us for the creativity and effort. Maraming Salamat!
Wow, that must have taken some time to put together, the effort is certainly appreciated!
302/366 calendar days. Another slot filled in - only two available days left to fill in at least as far as this year goes...

Found on 12/12/12 at 12:12pm! Yep, I got my hand on the container just before the clock ticked over to 12:13. Clever bit of camo, and muggles would never know. Well done indeed. TFTC!

Awesome cache macgeonz. It just kept getting better and better! It's caches like this that leave a smile on your face and make it all worthwhile! Definately a favorite point from us. TFTC
It was hard to leave GZ without a smile on my face. I join the many on saying 'Well Done'.
Could see from the high percentage of favourite points that this one had to be something special, so brought Mrs Daywalk Senior past to enjoy finding it as well. Nicely done - used one component myself very recently. But must have been a fair dollop of "don't tell and hope there's no questions" to get this one done...
Check the cache and did a little bit of maintenance, upgraded the camouflage slightly, to "hopefully" help it blend in a little bit better!
Saw this one had 30 favs so had to check it out. Well done, another fav from me. Would give it two if I could
A great camo hide, remember finding a similar one of Bitsprayers a couple of years ago. TFTC
A bonus cache before the rain hit. Great camo, and much creative thought had gone into disguising the cache container. A fave pt from me for all the effort gone into the construction. [^]
Agree that this is a very clever hide, a lot of thought and work has gone into it. Found with Aoraki Sheep.
At first glance you have to wonder where it could be, on closer inspection - yes that really is it! Very clever!! Found with debsnz
Found at 5:33:00 p.m. on 26/10/2012.
A brilliantly executed cache, well deserving of a favourite point.

A very impressive hide! The original Transmission Alley would have been one of the first caches I did.
Was in Dunedin to attended the first ever Mega in New Zealand. Managed to work it out so that I was able to team up with -gonefishing-, fozzmiester and agcnz on an 8 day caching trip around the South Island, this was day 5 of the road trip. This was our last day of caching in Dunedin region and after picking up all the caches that we wanted to find on Flagstaff Hill it was time to start making our way back towards Dunedin.
After finding GC3YW5F - iRufus' Mega Menagerie (Otago), this was the next cache that we had on our list as we made our around Dunedin
We managed to find a parking spot on Balmain Street and from there it was a very simple walk to GZ after reading the hint we soon realised what we were looking for and once at GZ we soon found the hint object and managed to retrieved, signed and replaced back as found.
Thanks macgeonz for placing this cache here and for bringing me to this spot, TFTC TNLNSL (5142). Was glad that I came here as a group as it made it so much easier for us to get the cache.

Hey, woof... JC Cache Dawg here...
I'm loading all my finds from my Alpha Males (aka GenCuster) logs, where he deigned to remember that I was with him... As if he could forget...12:00

A very nicely constructed cache / cammo that definately deserves a favorite point. TFTC
Found as part of an 8 day NZ Mega Event trip. Day 5 - Our last full day in Dunedin which was mainly filled in by another trip out on the peninsular and a stroll on Flagstaff hill. Thanks to the owners of the 500 + caches which I had the pleasure to find along the way and which contributed to a very fun trip.

Came here with fozzmiester, -gonefishing- and Yeetrees towards the end of a day's caching around Dunedin. Very nicely done container! The cache was a quick find - signed log, TFTC!
Found at 9:56:00 AM. In Dunedin for the Mega and seeing some of the sights in the city. The camouflage on this one is amazing but that is only just the start of the experience. An absolutely brilliant cache and well worthy of a favourite tick. It is a pity that you can only give one favourite tick per cache.
Thanks macgeonz
Thanks macgeonz
I had heard about this cache at the MEGA, so I was glad when nofs suggested we take a detour when he dropped be back at the motel after dinner. Fortunately a quick find in the dark, using my phone backlight as a torch. A very well constructed cache. Deserves a fav!
Thanks for the cache, macgeonz.
Thanks for the cache, macgeonz.
Reminds me of Get Smart Definitely a +1. In other news, it was snowing when I did this one, and I was still wearing shorts and sandals from the NZ MEGA 2012 teardown this morning when I did this cache. After doing this cache, I put some more appropriate clothing on! Cheers Gav
Homeward bound with Karma Reprint from the MEGA. First one of the day, clever one to begin with! TNLN Thanks.
After the goodbyes at the Mega camp site, we had set aside today to catch up with friends & family but just couldn't resist this cache as it on the way to our friend's place - & it certainly didn't disappoint. This is one of the top traditional caches found & certainly a highlight!. At first I thought it could've been a puzzle to access the log but realised it wasn't that tricky after all ! Thanks for an excellent cache crafty cache !
What an awesome cache!! Really enjoyed solving this one - TFTH!! Defininitely a favourite!
A very worthy successor to my somewhat feeble cache. I hate to think how many hours went into making this . However, i am sure that it will be amply repaid by the many hours of delight that finding this cache will bring.
A great hide and definitely worth a point.

I hadn't been keeping up with the newly published caches, but everyone had been talking about this cache. Bitsprayer sent the co-ords to my Oregon (first time I have used that feature - cool) so we had to do it on the way back from the cleanup.
And I wasn't disappointed, what a well constructed hide - loved it!
Well worth a fav. TFTC.

A many layered cache and a fun hide.
The return journey home to Christchurch with Kiwi Moose after the NZMEGA in Dunedin. Thanks for hide.

We had heard the hype so decided to make a slight detour on the way home with -gonefishing- after tea. Can understand why people are talking! Thanks.
Picking up a few caches on a drive from Dunedine to Timaru. This one hit the favorite mark.
TFTC Happy Cachin!!!!

Wow what a seriously cool, well constructed cache. It, deserves a favourite point, well done very cleverly hidden.
Great hide - first out before leaving Dunedin.
We have had a great time here, now it is time to head for home.
See you all next time we come back, many more caches to find.

After trying to dismantle one part we discovered the actual cahe. Very well done. TFTC
** late log ** I came across an old geocache logs file on an old harddrive and curiously looked up the caches to find there were a few I marked found but never logged. If this log upsets you feel free to delete it. I was in the area for NZ Mega 2012 along with Flipper & Co and Skippy. We didn't have internet access every day and sometimes we were capped and not everyone got to complete logging (usually me). This late in the game I can't really remember the exact hide, but the cache name is memorable to me.

Although we didn't have this cache on our PQ, co-ordinates from a fellow cacher lead us to GZ. Then the fun began in locating the cache. A very well constructed hide which would have taken some time to plan & place. A favourate point is indeed required for this cache. TNLNSL TFTC

This was another cache that was published after I ran my PQ for the Mega Event. We were told about it from another cacher we met out and about and so glad they shared the information. We arrived at GZ and there's not too many places to hide a small cache here so an obvious location was searched and there was the cache. We were all amazed at the level of effort that has gone into this hide's construction and I can easily see why it has so many favourite points in such a short time. It's getting another one from me! An awesome cache macgeonz. Thanks for adding to our fantastic caching adventure.

What a truely clever hide - super well done!!
A quick find whilst touring around, dropping $50 fuel vouchers in caches, as part of the NZ MEGA Organising Committee.

Very clever. A favourite today. Trackables made a visit to this worthwhile cache. TFTC
After the prize giving at the MEGA, we had some time to kill.. so we deciced to go out and find some caches. Bladesedge had already found this one, but we'd heard that she had recomended it to others so, off we went.
At GZ the thing int he hint was quickly located, and.. there it was. We were only distracted a little bit by.. well.. can't say any more, or we'll spoil it. It gets a point for sure
Found at 21:18 - #3039 - with aedk and bladesedge

hahaha awesome! a lot of work went into this one - glad Riser5 suggested the stop as we arrived just in time to grab something that would fill the cachemobil!!!
This is an excellent cache hide. So much so, that I recommended it to anyone at Mega who hadn't already done it (and gave out coords to those that hadn't done a PQ in the last week). All your effort in creating this hide is truely appreciated. I had in the past day seen some similar camo, so I spotted it right away. Had I not, I might have headcscratched for a bit first before a 'duh' moment! Found on 'Caching Sunday' while attending NZMEGA. TFTC
Were headed back towards the mega when Riser5 suggeted we should do this cache on the way there as apparently it was a good one.
(And good thing we stopped!! There may have been some sweet swag in it ... hehe)
We spotted the cache easily enough, and then had fun trying to get to the logbook... wow!!! I can't believe the effort that has gone into this cache!! It is intense!! Definitely favourite point worthy!! Awesome!!
Was funny, as upon leaving the cache, near the intersection, there was a big van parked: "Drug Detection Agency" or something a rather... wow... I wonder if that's in relation to geocachers?? Hahaha, but it was pretty funny...

Stop No 2 on our Sunday caching/petrol voucher-placing expedition. Initially wasn't sure why my brother had picked this hide, until we reached GZ ... Definitely worthy of the One Favourite Point Is NOT Enough list.
Found on our way back to the mega after the CITO event and I loved this cache.
Arrived and found a safe place to park and then walked the short distance to GZ. What a wonderful surprise when I actually found the container. Very good location very good camo and very good construction. I will give this one a favourite point for these reasons. Returned container to its unique hide and then went to find the next cache on my plan.TFTC
A quick easy find, with markhnz, of a brilliantly constructed cache, which has to get a favourite from us. TFTC
Found during our MEGA weekend, excellent hide, one of the best in a long time , TFTC
Flowernz said there was a cache nearby, I wasn't so sure as I had already uploaded all the caches in the area yesterday morning, But she said it was only new this morning or was it yesterday afternoon. Anyway, we made a stop by and Mr Tikitour spotted the cache location before all of us, I was looking for something a little smaller. Very nice cache, took a while to screw it all back together though. And amazingly we were only the second ones there!
Well fed from dinner at mega event we decide to fit in another cache. What a great cache it is, appreciate the time and effort that has gone in to this one, a favourite from us. Tftc
Bunked off from mega to do a bit of afternoon caching - this popped up as we entered town. WOW - awesome effort with this cache - earns favourite from me for its sneaky camo!! Surprised to be 2nd in log book but glad there are new caches for he weekend . Tvmftc (thanks very much got this cache!)
Here in Dunedin for the MEGA , enjoying the sights and all the caches of course! Cruising around town picking up some caches and this was near by. Love the camp, very creative well done. Earns a fav point from me. TFTC

We were in limbo mode about 2km away, when the iPad went DING, after a quick look we thought we might give the FTF ago.
Lostmonster parked the rental house about 100metres from GZ and then made the dash up the hill, after a short search the cache was soon in hand.,,,,, a white blank page, ,our first O/S FTF
A fantastic bit of camo indeed, very well done, it has a HUGE FAV point from us.
Thanks for the great cache and excellllent camo.
