Looks like a new bottom step has recently been put in. I got down low and searched the first and second step but could find the cache. It may have been removed
Running early on the way to work and noticed another one of this series. Have no idea how many left to go but this one was a quick grab in the quiet early morning. TFTC.
TFTC, learnt more about Mad Max Movies, the other half mentioned he didnt know there was a hospital scene. A quick and easy find!.
Quick find. Interesting diversion on the way to meet friends for a walk and more caching. Never knew the hospital was here. Beautiful morning and lovely suburban street. TFTC
A great little morning walk find. Container was open. Scroll full and a bit damp and tattered. I closed properly and returned to its hiding place TFTC
Nice quick find and convenient spot to log it. Been near this one a few times and finally took the time to check it out. TFTC
Somehow i've never come right by here before - good chance today as I cleared up Kew caches. thankfully all quiet on the streets round here while I had a quick sit down. thanks for the cache and interesting location.
Stage 2 of a little journey that began and ended with a Bloodnut.
I had wandered right by here a couple of times before, but that was during the time of COVID-restricted wanderings and I wasn't in the business of looking for caches then. This time I followed the hint and with no muggles anywhere in sight made a very quick and easy find. TFTC

Great day to be out and about. Today we ventured back to the west within our 25km limit, exploring within our boundaries.
Great to have found another piece to this awesome series. Just did a search - seems like I still have another 8 left to find. Looking forward to all of them.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache, tackle_head

Melbourne’s open and it’s a long weekend so time for another caching trail with OzHockeyChick and GT37 in our overlapping 25kms zone.
Always good when you put your hand straight on the cache.
Thanks tackle_head for the cache.

Found by two generations born at St George's! It was deffos a maternity hospital when Max visited.
Quick and easy park and grab silly me forgot to bing a pen... anyway, attached is a photo of the log for proof. Will sign later. TFTC!
After a long hike yesterday and a DT3, it was time to look for something local today. Parked a distance away so that I could stretch my legs. Thanks for more Mad Max facts.
I was out for my Sunday morning isolation walk and managed to come past a few caches in the neighbourhood that I hadn't tried previously. This one was a little out of the way and the good news was that there was no-one around as I approached GZ. I spotted a likely target and soon after moving in I had the cache in hand. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log and visited some trackables. Thanks for the cache tackle_head. I still haven't seen this classic movie but I've found caches at enough of the movie locations to make me want to.
Nice one! I’ve never watched the movie but I do like the reference to it. Might have to watch the scene on YouTube. TFTC
Was biking home and thought I'd give this a shot. The hints from activity helped me find it immediately. Tftc
Saw this on the map the other day and twhile driving to work realised I am going to be their heaps early. Thought why not just quickly drop by and get this cache.
Log book is nearly full so might need a new one only a few spots to sign left

Quick find after basketball at a local school. Love these old movie sites. And yep, nearly got caught by a muggle rounding the corner. Managed to (hopefully) avoid looking to suspect. TFTC
Out tonight trying to get some caches for this new challenge. This was a nice quick find, great location and series, I will have to go watch the movies again!
While visiting at a nearby hospital, took the opportunity to pick up this cache which was nicely placed. Judging by the amount of cigarette butts nearby I can only imagine how many people have sat here with no idea that there is a geocache here. I can also imagine that at some times of the day it might be impossible to collect .. but not today .. it was a quick and easy find.. thanks tackle_head for placing this cache
A quick and easy drive by cache. Log all looks to be in good order. Thanks for the cache!
Even when I was at school this was an old movie, but the boys at school loved it - “I am the Nightrider...” and “Johnny the Boy has done it again” were quoted in any suitable occasion and that turned out to be pretty much every occasion. Funny to think it’s 40 years old now, but this location still is instantly recognisable from the film. Thanks tackle head
Found @05:23am on my way to work. I’ve driven passed this everyday for over 4 years and finally decided today was the day I would stop. Very quick find with the help of the hint - a surprising amount of muggles around even at this time of morning. TFTC And the little bit of local history!
Thanks to the hint, the cache was found quickly today. Lucky as the parking may not have been strictly legal! Thanks so much for placing this cache tackle_head
Now I have not had any luck finding any caches in this series. We have previously looked for 2 and both ended in DNF's. So while out chasing handbags toady I was hoping that 3rd time would be a charm, and it was.

I complied with the hint and an easy cache was found. I expect that I would have had a little trouble finding it without the hint as my GPS was showing me 27 meters from where I was. TFTC.
This is my No2 in the Mad Max series. I did Jessie’s in Black Rock yesterday and am in the area today. Visited a TB and left.

A logistical challenge was set today that involved the stealth bike and possible caching. Full charged I set off and worked out a possible route. The hunt made for a fast find here. Thanks to tackle_head for placing this cache.
14:50, September 12, 2018, #921, out with cliff5009 doing a few in this area. Nice quick find, another one of the mad max caches done. Thanks tackle_head. TFTC.
A nice quick find, and another MMM cache with a smiley on my map, Thanks tackle_head, for this series, and all your other hides, which I hope to visit
Mad Max. !? Thanks for the background. Quick find - looks like Goose might still be in Rehabilitation here. No yellow car in car park today though. Thanks tackle_head for the cache. Happy International Geocaching Day !
I thought that this cache was easy. I had found it in about three seconds flat. TFTC
Since I was passing by I just had to sneak this one(5th of the day) in. So I did. It was pretty quite around, not a soul. As I approached GZ I spotted likely hiding spot and after brief look around the change was in my hands.
Cache is in good order.

I'd headed to Melbourne on the 5th May for a weekend stay to see Priscilla: Queen of the Desert
Instead there was a mammoth change in my plans when the Corolla suddenly needed new brakes [xx(] which led to needing new tyres [^] which led to needing a new wheel bearing [xx(]
So a weekend turned into almost 3 full weeks and my HUGE thanks to the very patient and tolerant kmace who not only provided accommodation for myself but also for Rex [:X][:X]
Having your home invaded by a rabid geocacher who gets irritated when they have no car to go and find caches because it is in the workshop [xx(] and a pup who shreds his toys all over the house is not an easy ask for a day or two: let alone 20 odd days! [:X]
Rex also loved the beaches and the seagulls so there were many walks on the beach, some in pouring rain and gusting winds but that's what being a dog owner is about [^]
During this time some fantastic caches were found and some adventures occurred [^]
My thanks to all of the COs for the fun and the finds [^]
Days 12 and 13 of the trip and the cache run on the 16th continued up until 2am on the 17th [^][)] by which time 13 geocaches had been attempted and only 1 DNF occurred so that meant 12 finds were made.
What made day 11 really special for me was that I drove to Deer Park on the other side of Melbourne to see my sister [^]
She had unloaded and reloaded the semi she was driving from and back to Adelaide and so while she was waiting to be able to leave and start homewards, we grabbed KFC for lunch and then found No Swimming together [^] Hell of a great way to start a day's cache run! [:X][^]
Then in the afternoon of the 17th, 5 caches were found while Rex had a wonderful time doing the Langy Circuit as he got to play with a variety of lovely dogs as we wandered from cache to cache [^]
I loved Mad Max as a kid but geez it's been years since I've watched it!
Thankfully that did not stop me from finding the cache quickly with no muggles around at 12.30am

Unfortunately my Mad Max knowledge isn’t good enough for a witty log.
LouJean70, GeoUncle and I stood back and watched as GeoDaughter made this discovery. TFTC

Found with geo-dad and cousin ASP84. Didn’t know about the Mad Max history here, but my sister was born here in 1974. Thank you
The good clue helped to make this a very easy find. Had a few funny looks but found it as stated. Tftc
Quick find, jumped off one tram, found cache, and jumped on the next tram. On to the next cache.
After dropping Mummy off at work and before we headed to a bike trail and we called in here to get another one of this movie series.
After a long day busting my gut in the garden I decided to grab a quick find on the way to the supermarket, (admittedly, it was in the opposite direction, but don't tell the hungry Geofam and we should be sweet)
GPS bounced around a fair bit here, sending me elsewhere in the area that felt a little 'off', but settled after a min or two.
Only one place it could have been after that.
Thanks tackle_head for the cache.

Quick stop on the way back from the city after parking and riding from nearby.

A quick find after a birthday party at the nearby traffic school. No sign of Mad Max at GZ - but nonetheless a great series of caches. tftc
in melbourne with a few missions on our list .......and this is on sean.75 list.......he loves mad max....think secretly kenare does too. found gz and honed in on the cache......cant believe some of these locations were in the actual movie.....very cool....tftc
Just for something different we watched this scene last night instead of watching it at Gz. Another Mad Max cache!! Woohoo!!! I'm really enjoying this series. Tftc
Woohoo! Another Mad Max cache!! Each time we find one Sean.75 shows us part of the movie. One day I'll be able to say I've watched it all, but maybe not the way it's supposed to go. Lol. Tftc and the series so far.
Another one down in the Mad Max series
I rewatched the movie not long ago to put cache locations to scenes in the movie
It was a quiet day so a quick rest and find
Thanks tackle_head for the series now onto the next one TFTC

Staying in Melbourne for about a week for some sport and of course some geocaching.
Was out around getting the caches along the Outer Circle Railway Power Trail plus a few extras and a very nice walk it was.
