Have decided to archive this series due to maintenance issues and other geocaching commitments taking priority. Will look at the option of getting another series for kids up and running though.
we started caching with our family under the name clan-wallace but now it is time to have our own identity, hence embarking on a marathon re logging exercise.
Had to out wait a family of muggle cyclists, felt mean because judging by his little dance the lad wanted to go behind the bush for a pee, we won the war of attrition, found the prize, SL & moved on. TFTC
A nice quick easy find here while we were trying to grab the smilies in this area
Mistraluna - jinta29 found your cache Sea Creatures - G on 12/07/2015 1:38 pm. This is my find #3433 and find #1 today. The cache is in good shape and we replaced it as found. Thanks for placing this and bringing us to this spot!

Found whilst walking in the area. Saw a pod of 3 dolphins just prior to locating the cache. YFYC Mistraluna
Another lovely morning for geocaching, with an extra treat seeing the dolphins 'flying' out of the water as they entered the Dawesville Cut. The cache required a bit of drying out before returning it to it's hiding place!TFTC.
Day twenty nine of the WA road trip with BettyBoo3747.
Spent the day on the deadly treadlies riding around Falcon looking at the water from many different angles.
Rolling further down the channel we came to the canal. Some very flash houses around here, and more going in from the sight of the workers pumping concrete across the other side. A fair bit of traffic of the aquatic persuasion, but no one to overlook us as we searched.
BB found this one straight away. Grabbed our clue, and wished we had water wings on the deadly treadlies for the next cache!
Thanks, Robmc.

# 7947. Our first full day in Falcon and Robmc and I jumped on the bicycles for some touring around - sight-seeing and gathering caches, or trying to. A lovely 18km ride around the beaches and canals but a not totally successful day caching wise. The result was 15 finds and 5 DNF's.
Phew - gotcha! That is a relief - Took note of the critter inside and replaced it back in its safe hiding place.
Thanks Mistraluna

Beautiful day at the cut, two pods of dolphins cruising around... miss 5 made friends with a tourist lady on the nearby seat, while master 6 hunted this one down... Thanks for the cache...

Cache has disappeared, along with all possible hiding places around gz - landscape gardeners and their big machines have decimated the area totally. Will have to rethink this one's location.
Don't know that one dnf by a newbie cacher should warrant the last log???
Will go and check on it yet again.

Headed to Mandurah, to pick up some new caches and a few that we missed on our last visit.
After a short search, the cache was spotted, signed and returned.
Cache still a little wet, but log is ok.
Many thanks for the hunt today, Mistraluna.

Container and contents dried out. Don't know how it got so wet, so will keep a closer eye on this one.
This one needing some TLC. Water was inside cache and logbook was saturated.
I added a new logbook in a fresh ziplock but probably wouldn't hurt to check it

Well what a day. Got up early to print my caching list for today and I blew up/fried my computer power supply
Quickly jumped on muggle partners computer and thankfully remembered all caches I wanted to do but unfortunately it meant we left home a lot later than I planned so couldn't do all the caches on the list
First drive-by on this one had people enjoying the beach so we thought we'd do others then come back.
Still people there on second visit but the they were busy.
An quick grab . Cache wet inside and log saturated. Needs some TLC
I put in a new logbook with a fresh ziplock
Another creature bites the dust

Chalk up another DNF for this one. There were muggles around, and that hampered the search, but I couldn't come up with the cache. Lots of empty houses nearby, this area almost seems like an eerie skeleton as a result! Nice canals though.
Mistraluna mentioned that she did checked and the cache still there so return back and found it... replacement the pencil... Signed the log at 10:10am. Thanks Mistraluna.
we did not find this one today and wonder whether it has been muggled. surely it could not be that we just couldn't find it! slowly getting the others in the series done. Thanks
In the area today as I wanted to have a go at one of the TTW series
This is the only Sea Creature that I could look for today due to fishing muggles and I couldn't find it!!
Cheers

Tftc was in the area and couldn't resist getting the closest cache. Will have to leave the rest if the series for another day
This is a great spot in the middle of suburbia, with a dog having a wonderful time down on the beach. Had a seat on the wall while signing the cache. The container had quite a bit of water inside, probably from the sprinklers, as there has been no rain to speak of, and some of the contents is water damaged. The log in the bag is fine though.
Thanks for another in the series, Mistraluna - almost finished it now.

So many lovely little recreation areas in Mandurah. A bunch of muggle kids paid no attention as they enjoyed "the beach" TFTC
I decided about 1.30pm to do some geocaching and picked up skippy 46. We decided we would start with the sea creatures series. This was our first stop and it was a nice quick find. Wrote down the info we needed so off to the next one. TFTC Mistraluna
OOH YEH rang about 1.30pm asking if I wanted to do some geocaching........YES!!!
We decided we would start with the sea creatures series.
When we first arrived here we noticed that the bushes in said GZ area had all been burnt so we were a bit concerned for thye cache. But not to worry it was a nice quick find. Wrote down the info we needed and set off to the next one.

The weather was not on our side today, but we myself and Luna Maya decided to tough it out and go in search of some caches today This was our first find of the day, such a great spot. Thanks for showing us and TFTC Mistraluna. Cache was found easily and the clue was noted
Loving this series with new geo buddy Janine who found most of for me Log signed, loved the tiny beach. TFTC Mistraluna [:0)]
Despite people using both the play area and the "beach", we were able to sit on the wall and log the find since GZ was out of view. Thanks for the cache.
Perched on the wall with 1Qseeker admiring the view and beach area waiting for muggle family to move on. Quick find signed the log on to the next one in the series.
Thanks for the cache Mistraluna.

Chwiliwr came down to Mandurah to do this series and started here. Arrived at GZ and soon found the cache once he read the listing and found out what he was looking for.
Thanks Mistraluna for the cache.

Saturday morning and I dropped Mrs K off to go to a conference and took a quick look at this series to see who had got the other FTFs that I didn't get on Thursday. To my surprise the online logs were still empty so I could do nought else but head off and see if I could finish the series and see how many blanks logs I could find.
A nice little park and "beach" in the middle of this development but with lots of houses looking into it which made me feel a little exposed, especially as there were a couple of people on balconies on the other side of the canal.
Arrived at GZ which put me smack bang in the middle of 2 bushes and the initial search did not go well. This one took the longest to find as the hide was not as obvious as the others in the series. After some time and numerous scratches I found it in a place that didn't warrant any scratches, however I was rewarded with another blank log
FTF 6 of 6
Thanks for the cache & the series Mistraluna [^]
