We've had a lot of fun putting this cache together and are so pleased how many people enjoyed the journey. Thanks for all of your support.
Thank you to the Easter Bunnies for allowing extra time - we enjoyed finding this geocache. Really innovative audio cache. We completed this mystery with family and they are already wondering what The Easter Bunnies will do next!
The CD with Jack Snow played flawlessly and we were swept into a world of murder and mystery. The performances were excellent and the timings were spot on - how long must it have taken to create the audio track so perfectly. Several times we were shocked by twists and unexpected sound effects.
We all wanted to know Who Dunnit! It was like Jack Snow was there with us...
Mystery solved, we were happy bunnies.
SL. Swapped gold coin out for cufflinks in. Thank you to the CO's.

Proper log to follow when we have a better internet connection.
Really enjoyed this all the way through and we cheered at the content of the final code.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.
We were ready to put this one to bed but after a request from an international geocacher keen to get a smiley for this one, we've opted to keep it online just a little longer as their plane won't fly any faster!
This one has been on my to do list for awhile now and finding out that it was about to be archived was the kick up the butt we needed!! It was a spectacular day to be on the road with Jack Snow and we started smoothly. No trouble at the first couple of waypoints apart from the fact that we we're convinced we were being followed! I think this had more to do with the fact that we were sure we couldn't be the only ones taking the last opportunity to crack this mystery than any actual evidence that someone was following us!
We needed the hint at the third point and got overly distracted by an irrelevant structure at the fourth, but the notorious picnic table proved no problem for our eagle-eyed muggle companion. Hubby and I are seasoned code crackers, so it wasn't too long before we were strolling in the sunshine to GZ.
Thank you so much for the effort and creativity that has obviously gone into this hide!! Totally worth it!! TFTC

We had come to do this one a few months back, but a car load of suspicious teenagers near WP1 caused us to move on. Then last week at the family holiday we found out this was scheduled for archiving. There was mention of doing it on our way back through to Warrnambool, but we decided against it. Today, however, in the area with caching time up our sleeve, we decided, why not? And so the adventure began. A quick find at WP1 and we were off with the gang to find the Fyansford treasure. A couple of spots caused us to have to 'look harder', and it took us to some great little places along the river. The massive amount of work that went in to creating the audio file caused us amazement. An hour and a half of pure caching entertainment ensued. The find at GZ was made even better by picking up that real geocaching treasure of a path tag. We left our own for the next finders. A well deserving cache of a rare favourite from us. Fantastic work, The Easter Bunnies.

With some significant damage to another waypoint we have relocated the starting position to hopefully be away from prying eyes for a little while longer. The audio component has been raided so we'll top it up as soon as we can.

After a heads up from Ozbob that one of the waypoints has been compromised, we've had to disable this one until we can get a look at how it can be fixed.
Picked up the cd from its clever hide a couple of days ago in a bit of spare time. Started the journey this afternoon and got to the infamous picnic spot without much trouble, found that clever little sucker after a short while but had to PAF for the next one just up the track. Felt so foolish when the cache just about jumped out at me after I got a hint - back to caching school for me even though the location was a just a little way off the co-ords. Back to the car all while thoroughly enjoying the commentary. Eventually got to GZ area with a rugged 4WD drive along a luckily dry track. Unbelievably had to dodge some dog walking muggles before arriving at the treasure. A relief to find this one. What a great adventure and very proud to have done it by myself. Absolutely dumbfounded when I went to return the cd only to discover that WP1 had been trashed. What sort of fringe idiots are out there? Another favourite point to the Easter Bunnies for this effort. Well done indeed!!
#6174 We had heard tales of this cache and it had been recommended by a quite a few caching friends of ours. One of the forums suggested that the intention, due to changes at one of the locations, was to archive the cache early in October. It was then that we decided on how to juggle our hectic schedule to fit a weekend trip to Geelong to give this cache a crack. We found some time and arrived at the start full of anticipation for one heck of an adventure . As we had travelled down from Albury, it was mid arvo by the time we got under way. Arriving at the start we knew we'd be in for some fun. With CD in hand the audio commentary led us by the hand on our grand adventure. At the first WP we were temporarily distracted by an object but heading towards the co-ords the real WP made itself apparent. With the smart phone deployed the necessary information was obtained of the with the CD fired up again we soon heard the Vrrrm. The next WP was a little trickier but Coruze soon had the nicely concealed container in hand. We continued on and nearly stumbled at the picnic table - surely we were in the right spot but no sign of anything that would continue us on our way. Fortunately the sneaky blighter was located - a very cheeky hide but nicely done nevertheless . The next couple of WP's didn't pose any problems and we soon found ourselves heading toward GZ. Like many it is so disappointing to see the hard waste dumping occurring here but that didn't detract from our overall experience of the cache. With a code in hand the cache located and we were surprised the lid came away in 2 pieces however reading past information it seems it has been like this for a while now. We made our mark in the log book and had had an absolute blast. Our thanks to The Easter Bunnies for the effort gone into this cache, an amazing effort for a first hide. Like many before us a FP from us, we left a PT for the next finder. Cheers [^]
Well well well......where to start!
Whenever we do a caching trip away we always like to get a good decent cache, and boy this one fitted that criteria to a T
Actually knew nothing of this cache because we are on the VIC/NSW border which is too far away however we are members of the Melbourne FB page which is where we learn't of this totally cool cache.
We read all the great comments going around and the cache soon escalated to the top of the priority must do list, so we could experience it before it gets archived. By the way that was extremely nice of you to alert everyone that it will be archived [^]
Full of excitement and anticipation we headed off to solve the mystery
First waypoint was a nicely constructed hide that gave us the tool we needed, back to the car....let's begin!
Threw on the CD and listened carefully - how awesome is that CD!!! Throughout the whole course was co-incidents and excellent timings, we couldn't believe it! [^]
Even to the point of a couple of times we struck this: "Looks like we have company" YES WE DID and "Screeching around the corner" a car came right at that moment YES WE DID etc.. Simply brilliant! As we followed the course and clue's we made our way through it with excellent progress. One of the waypoints tripped us up and we started to think it was going to be the end of our attempt. However the Queen came up with the info we needed Wow that was one hell of a hide - no wonder people had trouble at the table!!
It's no wonder this cache won so many awards and for your first cache hide - wholly crap!! Even though at a couple of spots we did see some rubbish which was disappointing to see - it didn't take away the sheer brilliance of this mystery cache.
Well done on a beautifully constructed cache that we are tickled pink to have been able to experience, favourite point - OF COURSE!!! Thanks for the fun 'The Easter Bunnies' [^]

Attempted this one today and had trouble at the picnic spot was about to give it up as missing when one of my sons found it on the ground by a tree so after a little difficulty reading the code we were on track then the CD player in the car packed it in and to keep it fun thought we would leave the rest for another day when we have the audio working . Thanks for the fun trek so far , will attempt to finish tomorrow
We found this fabulous cache when it was still young. Came back about a year ago to participate in a huge CITO - unbelievable what we pulled out of here! Today, we returned again to accompany our friend Kinkell1 on her treasure horde adventure and to say good-bye to this amazing cache. It is still stunning and certainly raised the bar of quality caches! However, due to thoughtless muggles who have dumped boot loads and trailer loads of household hard rubbish, as well as car wrecks, we understand and agree that the treasure horde is doomed to become just a fond memory.
Farewell treasure horde, it's been great knowing you!

That's something off my bucket list and just in time before it's archived!
What a wonderful concept! Congratulations on all the awards, well deserved!
Spent 2 days doing this one, started too late to finish it yesterday. A thoroughly enjoyable two days while staying with suss vulture. We found 2 qr's at the picnic site, and found everything else in place. Unable to read the final QR code. Such a shame about all the rubbish at the beginning and end of the tour. All that rubbish collected at the CITO and we could do it all again and then some now.
Thanks for the cache Easter Bunnies. I look forward with anticipation to your next hide.

I have had this cache on my to do list for a long time. After I passed the 800 mark I was beginning to think that I should save it for my 1000th find however when notice was given that it would be archived I knew I would have to bring my attempt forward. With the wife wanting to take the kids out to do some fathers day shopping she had warned me that I would be home alone for a fair chunk of my Saturday. Why not use my free time for some caching. After organising with Romp62 during the week it was only the Friday that a decision was made to go for this one. Arriving at the first Way point about 4.00, it wasn't long before we had the first part of the puzzle and the hunt was on. First thing we noticed was how accurate the running commentary was. We made the comment that we should just follow the audio instead of worrying about co-ordinates but what would be the fun of that. Arriving at the second waypoint we found someone parked right on the co-ords so we parked a little down and wandered back as we began to search the car took off and we were free to search around for the vital clue. As we progressed through the stages the scope of the cache had us amazed and when we reached the picnic ground we found ourselves stuck for a considerable amount of time. we double guessed ourselves and walked around the area looking for other possibilities we even returned to the car a couple of times to relisten to the clues. Romp62 eventually spotted a possible hide however after failing to retrieve it a few different ways and me declaring that it wasn't it Romp62 made another attempt to get it and the true art of the hide revealed itself. Back on the trail, now, with the added excitement of racing the fading light we made it to the final parking spot as darkness fell. while we listened to the last of the instructiosn a 4wd came driving up from the path we were about to venture down. This made us feel uneasy as we made the walk to GZ however we didn't come across anyone else and after a nice stroll in the dark the treasure Horde was located. As we walked back to the car we couldn't help but feel a little proud that we had solved the mystery but also a little disappointed that such a an awesome cache won't be around for much longer.
all up it took us just under 3 hours to complete.
Thanks The Easter Bunnies this cache is truly a magnificent work of art and a favourite point just isn't enough to do this justice!

I was told by Nanton34 that this cache had won cache of the year! Having been told not much else other than that I was very curious as to what this cache would be! After discovering this cache with Nanton34 I now see why it won and its a damn shame it's being archived! I've never seen this much work put into a cache before with the story telling and how well it was timed! Once we were off on the chase we were hooked and making good head way through each waypoint... that was until we got to the notorious picnic site. Which had us looking for quite some time, second guessing ourselves even heading back to the car to re listen to the audio! Deciding to give it one more crack we headed back down and with a bit more searching something finally caught my eye! With a bit of effort we soon had the clue in hand and we were back onto the chase! Arriving to the final destination right on dark we saw a 4x4 come up the path we were about to head down! They were soon gone however and we made our way to the final GZ not encountering anyone! The treasure was soon found and what a cache!
Taking us just under 3 hours to complete the whole saga I was totally blown away! I fully agree with Nanton34 a favorite point just doesn't do this cache justice! TFTC!!
I wonder what crazy idea you will come up with next?

After a heads up from some recent finders we checked all the waypoints for this cache. WP 1 has been removed so the trail will now commence at the updated co-ordinates. All the other waypoints are still there, particularly the devious hide at the picnic spot! Unfortunately the final container has been damaged somewhat - just be careful with the lid when opening.
We have had heaps of fun putting this cache together and have appreciated all of the geocachers who have taken the time to head out and find it. Sometimes what seems like a good place doesn't turn out to be a good place in the long run. What once was a lovely wooded area for escaping with a tranquil walk along the river has now been dramatically changed, and not for the better. With the continual dumping of hard waste, increase of unsavory types and the degrading quality of the trail we have made the decision to flag this cache for archiving.
If this one has been on your 'to do' list for a while, here's some extra motivation to get it done! The cache will be archived on Monday October 6th 2014. Thanks for all of your support.

This cache has been on our radar now for quite some time, and having spent a wonderfully fun day out in Geelong hunting the Fyansford Treasure we are in agreement with everyone else that it totally exceeds expectations. What an amazing first cache to create. We set off to a good start but had to download a different QR reader as our first one decided it wasn't going to cooperate. Once we had the new reader we were off. We found all the WPs except for the one near the picnic spot... even with the hint. But we were able to pick up the trail for the next section and thankfully Mr A found the right WP by brute force which gave us the coordinates to GZ. Climbing through the mud was a good christening for my brand new trail shoes which were bought especially for this sort of adventure, but if you are precious about your footwear you might want to bring some gumboots or something as this is 4WD-ville and mud galore in some sections. We clocked in at 4 hours and 15 minutes with a stop for lunch. Thanks Easter Bunnies - fav point awarded.
Well well, on a cool Saturday morning our adventure to discover Fyansford treasure. We began well, arriving at WP1 we quickly started on the correct foot and figured that we should be able to get this cache in a couple of hours… WP2 was great, and we were still going strong and feeling pretty confident in our resolve to get this cache in a decent number of hours. This is when everything became unravelled!!! I think that another semester or two at geocaching school will not go astray. Getting to the next WP we searched high and low, near and far for AGES!!! A couple of PAF’s we got reorientated and refocused, the next stage was located and we were grumbling, but thought we were still going OK.
The next WP almost saw us throw up our hands in disgust and after a few false starts we were going to call it quits. We had walked aimlessly for what felt like forever!!! We used a few more PAF’s and it was a close call with a DNF at this stage. We decided to grab some tucker and get some energy back into our systems so we could think things through. After grabbing a bite to eat at a nearby café. We finished our refuelling and we relistened to the CD something FINALLY clicked and continually listening to the dialogue, finally we were getting somewhere!!! We got back to the WP coordinates and everything started to make sense, it still took a little while but finally we were able to get the next set of coordinates and moved on to the next stage.
We finally had a feeling of how this puzzle worked, and we were feeling pretty ashamed and disappointed with our poor performance at the start of the day, but not to dwell on the negatives we enjoyed the next WP and had a bit of an explore, there is some interesting land marks out in this area. We may have ended up maybe where we weren’t meant to due to some extra exploring. Ooooops!!!
The next WP took several PAF’s, another almost DNF log and eventually we were able to locate the next clue, after a bit of improvising. Onwards to the treasure!!! We parked amidst rubbish and the mud. We slipped and slid over the muddy tracks on the way to find some treasure, disturbing many rabbits, blue wrens and moore hens. Eventually the track took us to a familiar sight and our levels of excitement started to build. Something was spotted and FINALLY we had found the treasure!!! The log was signed a couple of TB’s were dropped and smiles were shared, we made it!!!!
It took a LOT longer than we expected….. Roughly 7hours (including a lunch break) in total, after a false start or two. Thankyou so much for this audio mystery it was frustrating at the start, but once we got into it the adventure was well thought out and was a lot of fun. The thought, time and effort that has obviously been put into this cache shows with the amount of well deserved favourite points. This is one cache that I won’t be forgetting in a VERY very long time. TFTC

Several friends suggested that this was a cache I should do, it was suggested I do it with other people who hadnt done it either. Then I was told I HAD to do it by another friend and ASAP. SO I set about looking for people I knew who hadnt done it. Came up with a plan to go with a carload of people but that got whittled down to 2 and Bexta and I started the challenge at 10am.
We misunderstood the wording of the task and stopped listening at each track and thought we had to hunt. I PAFed everyone I knew who had done this plus one whose number I didnt have. Thankfully everyone was very helpful and we ended up at the 3rd waypoint. But no luck. So we decided to go eat and plan our attack again. Once back in the car we just listened for a while longer and realised we had gone hideously wrong and all was back on track. We quickly got rolling found the 3rd waypoint and got to the 4th waypoint only to discover it missing. Bugger. So we kept listening and worked out the general vicinity of the next one.
Arrived, hunted in a few likely areas and STILL no luck. More PAFing and we had a visual decription of what we were looking for (slightly erroneous so not entirely useful). Desperate not to get all this way through I decided we must have one last pass though in the car before we left and eagle eyes Bexta spotted something we hadnt seen, in an area we hadnt really looked at thoroughly. It was IT!!! Thank GOD! It was all we needed to get to the final. My heart sank. We had seen this area out and about today. Not my favorite. Winter has not been kind to the area. By hook or by crook I was certainly in for the duration so off we went. Slogged our way to the final and made the find.
Aside from our caching ineptness, I really admire the effort put into this cache. Certainly one of a kind in my experience. I imagine if done without all the errors we made and the waypoint missing in place, it would be fantastic. In all this took us 7 hours including lunch. I am glad to have finished it.
Thanks for the cache. Favourite point awarded. TB taken.

FANTASTIC is the only word to describe this cache.
There is so much variety and experiences in this hide that you become involved in the story.
The timing and effort that has gone into this is outstanding.
If I could leave more than one favorite point I would.
Thanks The Easter Bunnies for an awesome Cache.

We set out on a mission to do this one, we are sure glad we done this it has to be one of the most fun caches we have done so far, this one took us to all weird wonderful areas and so much thought and effort has been put into this one, one of the paths was a bit muddy, lucky we had the 4wd as we were to lazy to walk that section lol, thanks heaps for this awesome cache, definitely worth a favourite from us.
UNREAL!! had a outing with my brothers family and my partner. This was by far the most fun I've had out geocaching so far. Great cache, good times.
Found on another Monday night caching adventure. Finally finished thi one off, had a good time on this one. Thanks The_Easter_Bunnies for the cache.
This was an absolute ripper of a cache. We had started this last time we were here, and this time we were successful, although it did take some time away from the run is was heaps of fun. Thanks for the experience.
Sorry I have failed to virtually log til now.
Just wanted to get a smiley on it before it goes.
Will edit log soon. PROMISE!
Fav point added.
Cheers & hoppy caching =]

WOW!! No wonder this has so many favourites. So glad we did this.
Teamed up with Na'wal and Frog_Lady and put our detective skills to the test and so happy to have struck it rich at the end with a smiley face. I also love the attention to detail on the cd especially as you're driving
Thank you so much The Easter Bunnies for the awesome effort put into this and another Fav point thrown into the ring from me!

Found! WOW!!!
Went on the hunt with Jack Snow, Darth Briji & Frog_Lady. We met at the starting co-ords ready to enjoy this brilliant execution of a multi cache. It was a little damp from the rain the night before so we we set out with jackets and boots. It took us nearly 2 hrs to complete but it didn't feel long at all. We loved the audio, it was like they were in the car with you making the turns. We made a slight error at one stage, I think we were looking for clues even when they weren't there Just a parking spot lol. We also picked up, by amazing chance another cache, but think it was offline. Once we had solved the mystery, it was a matter of finding the treasure & that we did. The trip in made the adventure a little better as you felt a little strange walking there. Found it! Where's the info we need. It's in the car Lucky I had remembered the numbers, just a matter of putting them in order and bingo! Frog_lady dropped off a few trackables, we took plenty of photos, then had a little bit of extra fun around the area after.
FAVORITE point from me! How could you not!
Thanks so much for the adventure. Maybe another in the works?

What a great day finding this cache... Very different as you have to use technology lucky most cars have them now. A lot of work has gone into the story and you almost feel. Your actually feel apart of it and you forget your geocaching. It was pitiful to se e how much rubbish is dumped. I glad I didn't do it on my own with StreetTeam1. Thank you for a unique and thought through cache. We had a ball being being PI's
This has definitely been the best geocaching adventure that I have been on! M&G Clan and I go geocaching every Wednesday, we have been working on the pathways caches at the eastern cemetery and decided to have a break from it to try something different today. I've had this puzzle on my mind for a while so today was the day! We packed our lunches and headed out to begin this journey. We did get very caught up with jack snow and loved every part of it! If I could give this cache all my favorite points I would! Thank you so much for such a fun cache!!

Our son, James came all the way from Melbourne to visit us today, so we spent a very enjoyable day touring the area, and showing him some 'caches at the same time.
We have already attempted this cache (so this will just be a note), but wish to say that we enjoyed the cache just as much as our first one.
[/Blue]
Coordinate Accuracy: Excellent. (We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.)
Cache Condition: Container and log book are in good shape.
Took: Nothing.
Left: Nothing.
Thanks The_Easter_Bunnies for the hunt today.[font=Verdana]

What a fantastic way to celebrate McLookers 1,000th cache! We were part of the team with
the Glanville Girls, Tomstache, Rehfisch Clan, McLookers and MotandDarg - Bravo The Easter Bunnies for such a creative, inspirational, entertaining, well executed, amazing cache/experience. Everyone was a part of the story/mystery/fun! We made some memories with this one! Thank you....

Quite some time ago, we had earmarked this cache as one to do as a group based on some marvellous recommendations. We had set a date that was going to suit everyone and then I decided that I would aim for this one to be our 1000th find.
Today, with Motndarg, Tomstache, Glanville Girls, Rehfisch Clan and The Lookabouts, we had an early rendezvous. It had rained a lot overnight so there were many puddles and lots of muddy shoes. We absolutely loved the variety of waypoints. Each one had a wow factor for different reasons - clever hides and amazing views, the story added another layer of intrigue.
We had a picnic lunch to restore our energy for the final find. We were not disappointed. We had a fantastic adventure, the attention to detail was second to none. In every aspect.
This cache is worthy of all 2012 awards and all favourite points. It is a definite favourite from me. Well done Easter Bunnies.
As a note: it is disappointing to see all of the rubbish dumped when I know there was a very successful CITO held less thank 6 months ago. It did not detract from enjoying the cache and the adventure but it is a shame that such a pretty area is not respected.

What an absolutely fantastic adventure. We were caching today with McLookers, Tomstache, Rehfisch Clan, Motndarg and the Lookabouts. It was McLookers 1000th cache and this one was definitely worth marking that milestone. We set out early, and after a lot of rain overnight several of the waypoints were very difficult to negotiate on foot. It was lucky most of our party had their gumboots on board. The audio for the cache complemented the story and created a real sense of adventure. Thank you very much The Easter Bunnies for all your effort putting this cache together. Well worth another favourite.
Thanks for the mystery. Everyone had their turn at finding the clues, it was a real team effort. Very good story, I really liked it. This was my 650th find and a great adventure. Thanks to The Easter Bunnies, a definite favourite from me. Lots of fun with McLookers, Motndarg, The Lookabouts, Glanville Girls and Rehfisch Clan.
It never ceases to amaze me how many creative and clever Geo Cachers there are. The organisation that went into putting this cache together was exceptional. We, the Lookabouts, the Glanville Girls, Tomstache, Rehfisch Clan and McLookers had an eventful day discovering and sharing some new locations and experiences. Glad most of us had rubber boots, those who didn't ended up somewhat taller. The highlight of the day was McLookers clocking up 1000 finds, congratulations. My thanks to my Geo mates for helping with this cache. Thanks also to The Easter Bunnies for the magnificent effort in producing this series. This deserves a huge favourite.
What an adventure we had today with McLookers, Tomstache, Glanville Girls, Motndarg and the Lookabouts. It was McLookers 1000th cache and we celebrated at GZ. I am glad the geokids had their gumboots. As they enjoyed the puddles along the way, glad we walked in at the end and not drive!!.
Thank you the CD made the story so real and well worth a favourite from us.
Note :- To maybe let council know about all the rubbish in this area.

Wow! I had been intending to do this cache as a milestone for ages - knowing . First my 400th, then my 500th, then my 600th finds all disappeared, so finally with my 1000th find approaching, I decided it really was time! Needing daily finds to keep the streak going and knowing I wouldn't have time to make the find until today, I carefully paced myself until this afternoon. One find on the other side of town and I was at 999 finds!
Right! Into the Geo6E we climbed and off to a parking spot which was quite familiar after last year's CITO. We ignored the dubious-looking muggles parked in the area and headed off. A little scrounging around and then the Geomonkey announced that we were all blind and showed us what we needed. With that sorted, we were soon at WPT2 where I quickly spotted the hide (thereby justifying my presence at my own 1000th find ).
Then, it was back to the Geo6E and off for a tour of the region. We followed along from point to point. The CD worked perfectly and the timing was often quite uncanny! I am pleased to say that I have been to every WPT on various occasions [^] and was very happy to be visiting again today. These are some of my favourite locations! The Geomonkey (despite running on about 4 1/2 hours sleep) seemed to have her caching eye in today and was quick to spot several of the hides.
By the third WPT, Geoboy 2 (aged 9) was completely hooked and couldn't wait for each new clue (maybe this caching caper isn't so bad after all kids!! Yeah right!). Unlike other finders, our QR app worked perfectly on each occasion and we were soon on our way. The only difficulty we encountered was not with reading, but rather on one occasion with finding. We looked and looked and sent the Geomonkey back to listen to the hint, then looked some more. I found the same unpublished cache which ThePacman located previously, but couldn't find the clue.
After some time as we were all still heads down and bums (quite literally) up, a friendly voice called "found what you're looking for?" Oh! "Hello Dog-gone, geokids and geopup (who was clearly not gone)! No, not yet!"
So, with a little bit of hotter, colder and a hint as to what we were after, we were once again hot on the trail. A bit of caching chat ensued before we were off to the next WPT and not too long after, heading for our final destination.
As the saga came to its thrilling conclusion and all was revealed, we abandoned the Geo6E for the final assault and headed in on foot. Finally, the crime was solved, the cache was found and the log was signed !
What a great 1000th cache and a great way to spend the afternoon on Geohubby's birthday!
Thanks to The_Easter_Bunnies for a fantastic cache and a brilliant adventure! Definitely a favourite !

After a helpful heads up from Nut bear one of the bunnies went out to check the waypoints today. Met Megua along the way which was great. All points are back in position and ready to go. Unfortunately there has been more dumping and vandalism around many of the waypoints. Please be safe during your seaching.
What a quality cache! We found the treasure late this afternoon after 2 hours of chasing clues and wp's. Like the audio aspect. We steadily gathered the information and it was only when we were fortunate to come across the CO doing maintenance at one of the wp's, where we had a short chat before we returned to the solving the mystery. Looking forward to the next CITO event here.. Sure needs a clean up! Thank you bunnies for a very well put together cache.. I can see why it won best cache last year. Swapped a PT in.
WOW!! I have been waiting to do this cache for quite some time and decided that this would be the perfect cache for my 1000th find! Finally I had a day off work that wasn't stinking hot and we began our journey with much anticipation. I have not been to this area before and must say it was worth the drive even if we were not caching.
We made our way to the starting coords and soon found what we were looking for, then off to WP2. Well what can I say AMAZING! Now armed with what we needed we proceeded back to the car.
We thoroughly enjoyed every WP, and at times I even felt like I was in a movie. Really words can not describe how much I enjoyed this cache and it deserves all the accolades it has. Congratulations on producing what I think is the best cache I have done. So much work must have gone into this.
Left a Pathtag and a Favourite point.
Thanks to The Easter Bunnies for an awesome cache.

What a fantastic cache this was and thoroughly deserves all the praise and awards it has received, made even better as it was Nut bears 1000th find. It was an eerie day, with no wind and the air still thick with smoke from the recent tragic bush fires, all of which seemed to intensify the experience.
This cache has so many brilliant features that at times you really did feel like you were a part of it, watching to make sure you weren't being followed. Loved the fun aspects as well as the technology which took us to each stage. One by one we found all WP's with out any trouble and enjoyed being taken to some interesting places around the area that we would have never seen otherwise.
All up it took us 3 hours with a stop for lunch in the middle as we had to keep up our strength to make sure we could carefully follow each clue left behind for us. Eventually, when we knew who the murderer was it didn't take us long to find what we had been searching for. "THE TREASURE" was ours!!!!!!!!
Thank you so much to The_Easter_Bunnies for this wonderful creation that we loved from start to finish. We left a pathtag in appreciation for you and have added another well deserved favourite point.
had finally decided to get around to doing this one which l was excited for. everything started of great with my mate spotting a lot of things which was helpful for us. it was when we got a little way down the track it was where we parked held us back, after 2 paf's l had realized why l needed to move the car and we were on our way again. we got to a point in the day were we had to call it quits for the day as we were late for a gig in melbourne but decided to come back today to get the gz. after a short walk cache was in had and log signed.
was extremely happy with all of this cache

Have heard of the reputation of this cache and after meeting Easter Bunnies during CITO (I found the steroids container).
I am a massive fan of crime Noir (mainly in comics and film) so this cache was right up my alley. I had no idea it was going to be this extensive and fun. I could picture the small office with the smoking detective, the fan going and the bowler hat, Jack Snow on the road, holding the wheel with bruised knuckles and a dashboard full of parking tickets, with corrupt cops and industry tycoons watching his every move.
WP2 was amazing enough just for a straight GZ- really went above and beyond. Bird has been broken (still sitting there however) so shame people haven't been careful. Throughly enjoyed every aspect of this cache and want to take non caching friends just for the experience. Having recently done a Friday 14th night cache which involves a 30 second youtube clip and some props, I can appreciate how much work has gone into the planning and production of this cache, the awe just did not end right up to the massive cache itself.
Went from waypoint to waypoint, learnt how to use a QR reader and soaked it all in as I went. Finally discovered the cache itself, Signed log, drove car back cringing (wasn't expecting the potholes! should have walked this bit) and returned CD. Really lucky to be living in Geelong and so close to such awesome caches at this.
Thanks Easterbunny, to my number one favourite cache out of 633 I have done so far!

Wow - this is . We joined the teams tackling this one for Highrod's 3000th and what a privilege it was. I have never bestowed any favourite points but this cache can have the first - not because everyone else has given it one but because it is sooooo clever, innovative, well constructed and jolly good fun.
Congratulations on all the awards - you deserved them and congrats to Highrod for their 3000th.

As we saw our finds reaching #3,000 we looked at the map to decide on a worthy cache and we chose this one, so cache sorted, date determined, then is was just a matter of pacing ourselves.
We met vacachin, misscheif18, the Morris and riddell at the posted coords, although we were late due to getting the preceding caches! Then off we started, grabbed the CD (nice work here!) then listened and drove as instructed, although for some reason our CD jumped around a bit (I think because of our player?) so we mostly followed along blindly[?] At one point after searching for half an hour we "phoned a friend" and that told us what we were looking for and a few minutes later the WP was in hand Over all it was fun and I'd love to do it again to hear the whole CD! although not all was fun when Mrs Morris and I were bitten by large bull ants
Cool cache!

Wow! Where to start? What a mammoth cache! We were only a short way in, when everyone declared it was already well worthy of the large number of favourites. A few stages we found quite quickly, while others proved much more challenging - some we simply made harder work of it than it should have been, but there were those that were genuinely sneaky, and we were grateful for the clues. The picnic area was by far our most difficult, and there were mutterings of giving up among the ranks, but after reading through some past logs, we were encouraged to persevere. We were soon rewarded, and on our way again. The path in to gz didn't look too difficult, but we had noticed others saying they were glad of having a 4WD, so thought better of it and headed in on foot. We very quickly discovered what a disaster it would have been, and found it challenging enough to navigate with just the stroller and a couple of toddlers. The girls were all delighted upon finding the treasure, and set about making swaps while mum signed the log. Everything was soon returned to it's rightful hiding place by dad and Neville-devil who had accompanied us today. While an enjoyable day was had by all, there were a few spots particularly enjoyed by mum and dad, who had the opportunity to revist a couple of childhood haunts that were passed along the way. A big thank-you to the Easter Bunnies for a fantastic adventure!
Wow, what an adventure! Many thanks to highrod, vacachin, Riddell and The Morris for all their help in solving this one. This cache gets a favourite from me and I can now see how it won those awards-well done! Persistence certainly paid off for this puzzle-nobody was prepared to give up once we had started. Found some treasure at GZ. Left a friendship braid. TFTC
We arrived early and staked out the area. WP1 was located and the data recovered then we waited for the arrival of Misschief18, Highrod, vacachin, and The Morris. When the team was assembled we got the audio CD and we were on our way. After a rough start and a few hiccups the waypoints fell by the way and we were hot on the trail of the final GZ.
There was much joy and jubilation when the final cache was opened and the log book signed.
It was a fun cache and we all enjoyed it.

It was a wonderful surprise when we were asked to join Highrod as they attempted their 3000th cache. Along with Highrod we teamed up with Misschief18, Riddell, and The Morris, all of us eager to get this quest done.
WOW what an adventure... audio commentary... 4x4ing... code breaking... scanning technology and a determined team... made this incredible ... it was our first time teaming up to do a cache with others....
the company was great, and we enjoy murder mysteries sooooo much. The Easter Bunnies have done a great job setting up this mystery....
Along the way there were several pitfalls that had us all stumped, and after much deliberation... and more scrutiny we were able to complete this quest.
Thank you to the easter bunnies for such a wonderful mystery puzzle. This has to be one of our favourites.

What a great cache/adventure I encounter with this find.
It was with some help from ThePacman that I managed to solve this case.
The whole thing was cleverly done and gets a fav from me.
Bonus is that I got to meet the CO and have a chat with them.
Thanks for putting the effort in this cache.

** INVESTIGATION CONTINUES **
After stalling at a picnic site last weekend, today ThePacman, the ThePacgirl, TheSnoopy and her geomutts were back on the case. First attempt last week had required a PAF, and we thought maybe we were picnicking in the wrong spot. The leads from our informants earlier this week confirmed we were onto something, so we returned determined to not leave this time until the mystery was solved and the treasure was discovered. Conditions were a little tougher this time, with bull-ants attacking the investigators and the geomutts, and a very muddy path to GZ after this week's rains. Fortunately walking was no problem for us, and we saw many (easter) bunnies along the way here, which the geomutts enjoyed just as much.
With our investigative skills and such hot leads from our informants, we soon got to GZ to deal with the final forensics. The investigation was signed off, the "large" case closed, and the audio tools returned to blue Tweeter!
** CASE CLOSED **
Well done on a well laid out adventure, Easter Bunnies, which took us on a tour of Fyansford to places we had not visited before. Full marks for the originality and effort that has obviously gone into this cache. What I particularly enjoyed was all the well-thought out hides that were in muggle-free locations - I much prefer these to the more common "stealth-required" sites, as it makes caching much more enjoyable.
The accolades here are deserved - thanks for the adventure!

This was certainly a great experience.
My trip really started a couple of months ago but pelting rain eroded my slueth skills so I pulled the pin.
After talking about this cache at a recent event in Queenscliff I was spurred on today with the awesome weather.
There was only one clue that had me stumped but persitance payed in the end.
I continued on further and deeper into the mystery before finding the clever hide.
A great way to spend a couple of hours.
Thanks to The Easter Bunnies for the time and effort you have placed into the cache.
The locations were fitting.
I returned some of the evidence after signing the log and was on my way.

The Pacman, ThePacGirl and TheSnoopy have been looking forward to solving this mystery and finding the treasure for quite a while, and today was a stunning day to tackle it. Started off well until we were caught between a "rock" and hard place early on, but a PAF quickly had us on the way again (should have listened more closely to the audio ).
A couple of hours later we ended up at a picnic spot where a one-hour search proved fruitless. As we increased the search radius away from the advised location in the hope of finding the next set of instructions, I found another 2-year-old cache nearby which had never been published or found!
So we had to leave the case for another time - not solved, but this won't remain a "cold case"!
TFTH, Easter Bunnies - it's been much fun thus far. We'll get the smilie later.

Did some maintenance of the final location which had been muggled. Thanks to Bushfire for his help in getting a new location sorted! If you are currently partway through the cache, you will need to redo the waypoint which gives the new final location.
All waypoints have been checked, tidied up and are ready to be found! Beware of muggles.

We had a crack at this even though we knew it was disabled! All the waypoints are in place and are brilliant! Loved the audio drive-along music and commentary! The amount of effort that has gone into this cache is phenomenal and must have been a hoot to make. Looking forward to finally claiming a smilie in the near future! Gets a favorite even on a DNF it's that good!
Took on this one with backpaqer today. Even though we didn't find it - the cache itself has disappeared - this is absolutely one of the best caches around.
Thanks for putting in all the time to make this cache work. We'll definitely be back to finish it off when it is back online again.

any chance it'll be back on deck for the weekend?
or can the main stages be done so we can determine where GZ is so we can come back later once it is restored?

Unfortunately GZ has been tampered with by muggles and will need some maintenance. Hope to get this back online soon.
WOW.. what a great cache. Found with libzhat and geordiefamily. Had a few hiccups in the beginning with the audio cd not playing nice and we kept pausing it too early missing vital information. Eventually we were off from WP to WP and finally found the gold, well sort of
Alot of time and effort went into planning this one so its a fav point from me too. Lots of laughs along the way made for a memorable caching day.

Been wanting to do this cache for ages, but finding time to do this during daylight was an issue, plus getting libzhat and dbelco together with geordiefamily at the same time was hard. Anyway opportunity came up, geordiefamily needed a memorable cache for our 400th milestone, so this was it. despite what looked like a threat of rain we met up and headed off to do this cache. We located wp1 easily and then the wp to the needed cd. We found the timing on the cd pretty much spot on in timing and were very impressed with the content. It soon became apparent why this cache won so many awards and we knew we were in for some good caching fun. It took us a little while to realise we needed to listen to the full section of the cd for each wp, after becoming a bit confused and libzhat needing to make a few enquiries. We worked it out soon enough by listening to that section of the cd again and before an answer was given. Apart from that each wp after that was located quickly. Think that's called jumping the gun and being too eager to get stuck in lol. Drive to gz tested my 4wd skills, especially turning a heavy and big 4wd around without making a fool of myself or breaking out in a sweat lol. Final treasure was located by dbelco around 22m from where it should have been with obvious signs it had been tampered with to spoil the game. Impressive find and biggest cache I've ever seen. Regardless of that we had a ball doing this cache and gets a fave from geordiefamily. Recommended to everyone who hasn't done it and has a few hours to spare. Pick a dry day tho. Lots of hard work obviously has gone into this cache.

I have been wanting to do this one for awhile. I have heard so many good things about this cache that I just had to try it. After chatting with CO's and a mutual friend I realised that I REALLY had to do this one. So I contacted the other partners in crime (Geordiefamily and DBelco). We all meet up to do this cache. We parked our car and found WP1 fairly quickly. Was quiet impressed with the next part of this cache some serious thought had gone into it. very very clever I must say. We realised we had to listen to everything that had been said rather than take off to where we thought we had to go, although we were fairly close. We were about half way through when we were a little stuck and sent a quick text to CO for some assistance while waiting for reply we worked out we needed to listen a little more. Thank goodness geordiefamily had a FWD it ment we didn't have to walk as far for GZ. When we arrived at GZ we couldn't find the cache. we thought with GPS and phones we should have some luck finding this as well as having 6 sets of eyes to look. We soon widen the search and DBelco came up with the goods. Think he must of learnt some good detective skills on this cache. When we looked at the cache we realised something wasn't quiet right as the clues didn't add up for the retrieval. I decided to text the CO who confirmed our suspicion that someone had altered this cache. Its a bit disappointing to think that someone could tamper with such a wonderful and well deserving prize winning cache. Thanks to the CO's for such a great well planned out cache. So many different types of elements to this cache which made it interesting. It made it more enjoyable doing this cache in a group as we had a number of laughs along the way. I now know why this cache has won prizes and so many people tell you that you need to do it. For the amount of work and thought that has gone into this cache I am giving it a favourite point. Well done Easter Bunnies
Well that is raising the bar just a little bit.
Jealousy prevents B1 writing anymore.
B2 will have to take over........
Well, thanks B1 ... I don't get a chance to write many logs.
This was a fantastic cache. The journey to find the final location was an amazing trip on many levels. It kept the creative imagination going as we tried to solve the crime, as well, as keeping the geocaching skills on high alert. The bananas found this thrilling and entertaining. The work, imagination and sheer brilliance of this cache deserves a fav from ... well, one of us in this bunch, anyway. This has inspired B2, to want to create something similar in Melbourne - but is that possible? I think everyone should have a go at this and should not be put off by the mystery status. Set aside the time and enjoy the ride. Thanks The_Easter_Bunnies for the work that has gone into this cache. I'm not too sure if you'll do another one, or, whether you are too exhausted to do another one, or, whether you are in the stages of planning for the next one, but we cannot wait to do it. Hey, let's see if you can make B1 jealous AGAIN.

Wow what a fantastic cache this has be one of if not the best multi I've ever done. A good variety of hides and a couple of them had us stumped for a while but perseverance paid off and we eventually got through and found the treasure. The audio was superb and the whole thing managed to get the kids interested in caching again which has to be a good thing.
A big thank you for the effort gone into producing this and yet another favourite point coming your way.

Cache No 2000!! Yeehah, yip, yip!!
We were approaching our 2000th cache and with the september school holidays also approaching we decided we could travel as far as we wanted for the milestone cache and would base our holiday around it
So we ummed and ahhed and decided that this would be a great one to choose and so then chose Portarlington on the Bellarine Peninsula as the base for our holiday. We arrived yesterday with our stats sitting on 1998 so did a couple of the local caches in the late arvo and caught a lovely sunset.
This morning we awoke to lovely weather and made our lunch & set off. So now we cant go into as much detail as we normally would on a cache log but suffice to say there was a really good variety of hides and lovely places to see but the best part obviously was the CD accompaniment !!! The amount of work and precision that went into this cache is amazing even if we misinterpreted one set of instructions and followed the car GPS which was trying to lead us astray lol ..... we were soon back on track!!
We ALL enjoyed this cache immensly and that's saying something as Geoteen really doesnt like caching as much these days and especially multis and this multi is by far the longest we have ever done but Geoteen was kept interested the whole way and had theories to boot!! Lol
So a huge thankyou to you, The_Easter_Bunnies, for a brilliant fun cache to get us to this milestone !!!
Definitely a fave point from us
Cheers from GJMMelb (Gary, Jen, Mitchell)

Find #1382 @ 1121
Found with ABL973, Square_pegs and GazaC. This was found while in the Geelong area for a big day of caching. After all we'd heard about this cache it was our prime target for the day and it didn't disappoint, I was highly impressed with the audio production and how the story developed during the hunt so I'm giving it a favorite. Also loved the hides at the beginning and end, well done Easter Bunnies!

Having heard so much high praise for this cache, It was one which I've been looking forward to for some time.Tod ay's caching run was built around having a swing at finding the treasure, and after 6 caches in the early AM we cued up the first track and got started.
What an enjoyable tour of the area it was.. The production and attention to the stories detail was excellant, with the soundtrack accompanying the relocation to each new area keeping things interesting. A couple of waypoints took some effort to find, but always added to the storyline nicely.
The last waypoint may need a bit of maintenence as the bags watertightness has become compromised and the letter is beginninging to fall apart. With great care we got what was needed here and moved on to GZ.
What a great cache and sattisfying conclusion to the adventure.
Thanks go to the Easter Bunnies for this wonderful cache, well deserving of the praise which has come its way. I'm giving a fave point here, as I've not found another cache quite like this before, and dropped a couple of international TBs to draw some more attention to your great work.

Today's caching run with Square_Pegs, Gazac and Two_Drew's started just before sunrise on a cold overcast Saturday. With the team assembled and the car fueled we headed westward with a list of caches we were keen to find.
The Mystery of the Fyansford Treasure Horde is the primary reason for todays mission. It took about two hours to complete and we were happy we planned it for the morning before the rainstorm rolled in later in the day.
What can I say that hasn't already been said? I really enjoyed this adventure and its especially good to complete it with a great bunch of friends.
Well done The_Easter_Bunnies for creating such an impressive cache. I'll remember this for its high quality planning and production. I really like the twist to the story at GZ

We had a thoroughly fantastic time making our way through this journey. With an engaging story, an entertaining theme, a series of challenging hides and some great locations, we were kept wondering what lay ahead at each waypoint. A cool winter morning also added another element to the fun. The attention to detail in putting it together is to be highly commended, what can I say other than it is a masterpiece.
Thanks to The_Easter_Bunnies for the adventure.

It has all been said before. Over here from NZ visiting our son and his georgeous wife and pups we had to put this on our to do list. It didn't disappoint despite having to stall due to failing light within a smidgen of the final waypoints. Start area was less than salubrious but the quality of the other waypoints was more than adequate as make up. Tips to cachers; have sturdy shoes, ensure qr reader is ready to go and listen to the recording. Is it worth a favourite? .......... Oh yeah. TFTCSL Left a dragon and a coin to travel.
Look forward to the sequel next time we visit!

It has taken a few weeks to finish this one due to many different factors but that has made it all the more intriguing. For the first WP could I urge people to take a plastic bag and pick up a bit of the river flotsam that accumulates after floods. This is a fascinating bit of lost river that the Bunnies have brought to our attention and wouldn't it be great to see it restored? I saw a rare cormorant on one of the overhanging gums as I was avoiding the mud today. This is more than I could have imagined when being told about it a while ago. Congratulations.
In company with HBPencil we set off and were enchanted by the story and the imagination that had gone into it.
Pity about the rubbish but we met some environmental volunteers near WP2 who are involved in clearing up the river bank. Take a look back towards the bridge to see their earlier work.
What can we add to the superlatives... nothing so just use all those by others below.
Well done Easter Bunnies. Would give you a bunch of fav points if we could.

Did some quick maintenance on a couple waypoints after a heads-up from Undermind. All good to go.
Definitely worth all the accolades that have been given to this cache already. It was interesting, showed us some lovely places (and some not so lovely places ) the different format was heaps of fun, a bit of a challenge and the hides were excellent! Teenage son enjoyed the challenging drive to the GZ and I'm sure he will have fun cleaning the car tomorrow Thanks so much for all the effort you have put into this cache. Highly recommended and a definite favourite. Left TB.

The council work has finished and WP 1 has been updated to a short distance away. A lot of the tree cover has gone which will require a little more stealth at some waypoints. With the recent rain and machinery work it's also very muddy done there - definitely gumboots territory. Good luck in your search!

We came, we listened, we solved!
What a great cache. Gosh we had a ball today doing this one. Some of the locations were interesting, with drunk teenagers doing donuts and urinating in the middle of the path (my poor 6 year old copped an eye full).
The cache itself was so much fun, it's hard to identify a favourite part. We had driven to Geelong from Sunbury today just to do this cache and we were determined that we were going to finish it before we left. Glad we finished it when we did though, as the sun was setting and it was getting quite dark by the time we trudged back up to the car.
WP1 gave us the most trouble believe it or not, but at the same time I believe we found some of the others with just sheer dumb luck. My favourite location was definitely the picnic table (nearly had me stumped that one) and had we been able to take more time I would have loved to stay there for much longer.
Miss 6 thought the entire thing was a great adventure and, just quietly, so did I!
Thanks for all of the time and effort you put into this one. Look forward to seeing what you come up with next!

Being Mother's Day, it was Mum's choice today. What to do? Geocaching. Which cache/s to attempt? This one, of course
What a fantastic adventure this was. There were enough varied elements and hides along the way to keep all of us engaged and happy (and sometimes very frustrated) the whole way. DS6 was especially thrilled at being the one to make the find at the picnic table which had the rest of us scratching our heads.
Kudos to The_Easter_Bunnies for all the preparation and effort obviously involved in devising and producing this gem. How could anyone who experiences this cache (and it IS an experience) not fall in love with geocaching? Or if they did already love it, love it that little bit extra!
Thanks The_Easter_Bunnies for a memorable Mother's Day [:X]

This cache really re-sets the bar on ingenious, creative and imaginative hides. Many cachers had recommended this one to me on numerous occasions after it was published, but being on the other side of the city, I really gave it no more than a passing glance. It certainly looked interesting but I had put it down as being too far away as I live in Emerald which is over two hours drive away and I have no other reason for coming anywhere near this cache. I watched from a distance as the favourite points rolled in, as did the accolades from cachers who have been in the business for a lot longer than I and whom have found a LOT more caches than I. When the cache swept the pool at the recent Vic caching awards I realized I had to devise a reason to come over this side of the city. So when my muggle wife asked what I thought we should do on ANZAC day I mentioned this cache. To my surprise, she agreed, and so this morning after the picnic was packed we headed off for the long drive from Emerald to Fyansford.
I can tell you, we were not disappointed. 4 y/o geo-son loved the 2nd way point where we retrieved the audio. 13 y/o geo-stepdaughter nabbed a couple of the hides before any of us, despite not even having a GPS today. Muggle Mummy who normally only "tolerates" geo-caching at one point mentioned that she was having a ball! I was awestruck by the creativity, the professionalism of the audio and the variation of the hides. I have to admit that some of my own equipment, which was playing up today was quite frustrating, but that has nothing to do with the quality of this cache.
We enjoyed the different locations, particularly the picnic table, where after finding the nearby clue we unpacked our picnic bag and laid out the food and drink and had ourselves a memorable lunch. Most of the locations gave up their hide quite easily, with one exceptions. I reverted to a TAF (Text A Friend) option, but before they could reply I had found what i was looking for, smacked my forehead for not looking there before, and moved on.
It was almost with disappointment that we found the final way point and worked out the clue to the final location. Once at GZ we were not disappointed, what a great cache to find after such an enjoyable adventure. We happily signed all our names into the log before replacing the cache. Before heading home we made one small deviation and returned the audio.
I would like to thank The Easter Bunnies for this amazing cache, which with all these accolades that you have received below, and I am assuming you will receive above, I hope above anything that it will inspire others to create caches of similar caliber. I know it has inspired myself to re-think a couple of the hides I have in the pipe line. You certainly deserve all of the awards and favourite points that you have recieved and you can add my name to the list people who have this as their favourite cache!

Well this deserves a standing ovation was one of the best caches i have ever done loved every moment of it.
Well with all the Dramas of a Wedding happening the next day this was a great distraction to the events not happening. the day started out with mogni turning up and while we were waiting for Sully1 and Bogonhazy we did a few local caches. While its fun doing caching having Mogni lifts it to another level.meeting up with S & B the fun began. Jobs issued i was driver and Mr Music Sully1 was there for our laughs and to slow us down by getting lost. Bogonhazy chief coordinator and Navigator and Mogni was scribe what else would you give a teacher.
as we travelled and laugh we had one of the greatest days all went well till there was a path we followed and on the return it was a fifty fifty chance of going the wrong way 3 went the right way then had to send out a search party for the other Sully1 said the creek was nice
we then moved on to the end cache and what a good size.
Well done to the The_Easter_Bunnies this was a really great cache fav from me

Jobs issued i was driver and Mr Music Sully1 was there for our laughs and to slow us down by getting lost. Bogonhazy chief coordinator and Navigator and Mogni was scribe what else would you give a teacher.
as we travelled and laugh we had one of the greatest days all went well till there was a path we followed and on the return it was a fifty fifty chance of going the wrong way 3 went the right way then had to send out a search party for the other Sully1 said the creek was nice
we then moved on to the end cache and what a good size.
Well done to the The_Easter_Bunnies this was a really great cache fav from me
Wow I am impressed, A fantastic adventure was had by all. Thank you for the time, effort and imagination put into this cache.
Wow! What an awesome cache. There's nothing more I can add that hasn't already been said in previous logs. Fantastic effort in the planning and executing of this cache. I really enjoyed doing this today in the company of bogonghazy, honeysuckers and mogni. Pleased to be able to add our names to this highly regarded Puzzle. And this made #3400 for me. A fave, and three cheers to The Easter Bunnies. Well done and Thanks so much.
Having heard so much about this cache, and now knowing the accolades afforded it, Sully1 and I had promised to catch up with Honeysuckers when they next were in Vic. We were also gladly joined by Mogni who had made the trek over the border from SA also, as she was a welcome addition and 'official secretary' for this cache.
The cache itself, from the oh so clever WP1 to the huge surprise at GZ didn't disappoint one iota.
It seemed like we'd found 6 very clever cache placements that were all worthy of their own individual GC codes, amd they all combined to make this something very very special.
Of course I'm adding to the long list of faves here, amd I add my congrats for the awards so well deserved. Thanks The Easter Bunnies, it was a killer

It is with great pleasure we found the Fyansford Treasure Horde which we started to find on 27/2/13. (Long story)We were so fortunate to meet one of the Easter Bunnies on that morning after we got back to the car after getting the CD. We were so pleased that we were able to thank him personally for all the planning, work and effort that went into producing this amazing Mystery cache for his fellow geocachers to really enjoy that treasure hunt! It was an experience we will never forget. This morning, on arriving at the beginning of the track that leads to GZ there were many muggle workers chopping down trees on the left hand side of the track and we were told that they are going to clean up the area somewhat. Once we got past the rubbish area we did enjoy the walk further up the track with many birds enjoying the morning too. Fantastic Treasure Horde and a great hiding spot!
TFTC The Easter Bunnies. We will give you a fave for it - you really deserve many more than one and congratulations on winning The Cache of the Year for 2012!

Had heard alot about this cache so took the new car out for a day trip. Got to the parking location & spent ages not knowing where to start, looking around & around. We thought we had some ideas from the newspaper article but nothing really stood out. We spent about an hour looking, recieved 3 bull ant bites so with a little help from phone a friend we expanded our search area which eventually came up trumps. We are going to go back over the newspaper article to see what we missed.
With CD in hand we headed off to gather all the clues and had a successful find at the final location.
Loved the audio concept which was timed perfectly & the use of QR codes. We were disappointed at the amount of rubbish around at WP1 and GZ.
Thanks to the Easter Bunnies for the time & effort put into the cache.

This Labour Day long weekend marked a camping trip to Geelong for a gallivant around the countryside picking up a number of caches (69 to be exact). Unfortunately we couldn’t foresee the weather and with temperatures soaring into the high thirties, caching took a back seat between 11am and 8pm. This did provide us with an opportunity to rest up and do some night caching around the areas.
After setting up the tent and camp site after a gruelling 3 hour trip from Endeavour Hills to Geelong on Friday, we grabbed a bite to eat, then hit the road for a couple of hours grabbing a few caches around the Belmont area, even seeing a guy night flying an electric aeroplane, all lit up with LED’s looking like a UFO.
Saturday saw us caching out onto the Bellarine Peninsular towards Leopold in the morning before seeking refuge back at the caravan park pool, before once again venturing further out to Drysdale into the wee hours of the morn.
After a sleep in on Sunday, we made our way to the Steampacket Gardens to have a look around, also grabbing a couple of caches before heading to Melbourne to see the Storm play their first game. After a great dinner in Victoria St, we took the opportunity to have a great caching run winding from Laverton to Eynesbury across to Balliang then back down to Geelong once again finishing up around 2am.
Monday we packed up the camp site before venturing to do the fabled Mystery of the Fyansford Treasure Horde cache, which was also our 700th find!!
After attending the 2012 Victoria Caching Awards and hearing this cache win the plethora of awards, and knowing we were coming to Geelong on a camping trip, Monday was set aside specifically for this cache, and we were impressed. A lot has already been said about this cache and we totally agree with everything said. The commentary is superb had us in stitches!!
Thank You Thank You Thank You!!!!
We want to thank the CO’s for placing the caches, we had a blast finding such a variety of different hides.

Sadly, my geodaughters and I could not find a way to the final coords. None of my technology held a route there. On a 38C afternoon, we seemed to be left with a long walk, and after taking too long to get this far, it was just too much for all of us. I had to quickly find a different reward for the girls, who until this stage had been very helpful in discovering the way forward. Oh well, thanks anyway Easter Bunnies.
There's probably not much to be said about this cache that hasn't already been said. A number of long term cachers lauded it as the best they'd ever done, and with over 10,000 caches each, that was very high praise. Enough praise for me to vote for it in the Victorian Cache Awards, before I'd even done it.
And today was the day to do it. It was my monthly caching outing with Biggles Bear, to whom I'd passed on the comments of others, and we were all looking forward to it. The Air Show at Avalon was a big consideration, but we decided to risk it. As it turned out, it had very little impact on our day.
We began with a sense of anticipation, and we were never disappointed at any stage. We were engaged by the storyline as we journeyed around the area, picking up the clues along the way until we finally reached GZ.
In concept, it reminded me of the first two caches that I ever did back in 2001. They were both multis, with a story connecting the points along the way. But this one added to that with an audio soundtrack, and a very professional sounding one at that. Full marks to The Easter Bunnies for the best cache I've ever done.
