This evening, I headed south to Morphett Vale and Onkaparinga Hills for some solo geocaching. I rather enjoyed heading around the different parks, reserves and memorials, and it was a nice night to adventuring. I did also visit Wilfred Taylor Reserve, and it was quite busy with various sports being played.
After driving the road nearby for a few traditional caches, I noted that a couple of archived caches were further along the track to the end of this road. With some remaining time allowed out tonight, I decided to park my car, and make a jog up. I came across this location first, and after searching around, I found the remnants to this cache! The cache container was on the ground and in a pretty grotty state, and so I thought it probably wasn't worth leaving the remains in situ. So cleaned up the various contents, and took with me, so unfortunately there is nothing left to find here now. Thanks anyway bregor for the cache placement.

Enjoyed the uphill stroll to GZ, got the heart rate going on this nice sunny morning, fantastic views as we walked back to geomobile TFTC bregor
Oh it is a bit of an uphill slog approaching from the west. But I made it!!

**this is a late log** I have recently made a major upgrade to my GSAK license and found this lovely feature that automatically tells me what caches I have marked found in GSAK but never logged on geocaching.com!! Yay, Clyde, you can have my money anytime! The caches I am logging in this batch were ones I did in 2016. I cache with an assortment of cachers and never alone. In 2016 I cached with Moneydork, Ride the GeoWalrus, Locus Cacher, Liz & Bruce and Team Zouk. My log should match up with one of theirs. I enjoy every cache find I have made and do not for one second take for granted the effort going into each one, its just I'm very bad at logging my finds and I'm trying to improve. To improve I have to reduce the quality of my log and just get it over with -- for now. If I can form a good habit again I will return to my once more meaningful logging. Thanks heaps for hiding caches around South Australia that I could find!
It's been awhile since we've been for a walk, so it was good to finally get out and go for a bit of a hike - up hill as well .
A grand entrance of wheelie bins greeted us to the gates at the end of the road . At least we were headed for a better (looking) place [^]. Scraped our boots and up the hill we went.
Nice how a bit of elevation gives way to such great views . TNLNSL.
Thanks Bregor.

Well that got the heart pumping. [:o)]
Decided to go for a little "stroll" up a hill to get a couple of caches on this great Saturday morning. Left the car at the bottom of the track and made my way up and up and up the hill. The cows in the paddock watched as I huffed and puffed towards GZ.
Spied the cache as I walked towards GZ and had a little smile. Signed the log and replaced then continued my walk to the next one. [^]
Thanks for the cache bregor and for the exercise.

Nice hide, loved the container. Found with (And by) my geocaching friend. Saw a couple of people who were merely "Out for a nice stroll" but laughed outrageously when i mentioned if they had heard of muggles.

Found during a foray into the southern suburbs, with the view of the valley getting more and more impressive with each and every step. Thanks for the cache bregor!
Another good walking track we didn't know about love the camo. Thanks Bregor Tftc
Container had a bit of water in it but log was in good condition. Nice camo. TFTC
There was enough of a break in the weather today for me to go on a little walk and collect this set of three caches [^]
Picking them up was easy but the walk back up the hill not quite so!
Cheers & TFTH Bregor

A nice walk up the hill. The views were getting better. No horses seen on the track though there were some in the paddock at the bottom. Thanks bregor.
Thanks for the cache hide.
Enjoying my tour around the area, from cache to cache.

Onwards and upwards! It was a nice cool morning, but this little stretch of trail sure warmed us up. The cache was easy to spot, we've seen this cammo on another part of the Tom Roberts Horse Trail. We're glad it didn't bite!
Thanks bregor.
Thanks bregor.
Out for a Sunday morning walk - actually a geocaching roundup that involved a walk . Very nice views from here on a wonderfully fine and cool day. Got the cache OK and was watched by a couple of beady eyes as I signed the log TFTC bregor.
The heart muscle is pumping and the lungs are heaving. I coughed up a lung. Swallowed it. The views are worth it.

A very pleasant evening to be out caching with the boys. A nice selection of caches and this was one we targetted and found.
Well done thanks to bregor.
Well done thanks to bregor.
The sunset was beginning to start. We cached this one and headed further up the hill for the long view.
Thanks to bregor and clear skies from TeamAstro.
Second horse find on the way downhill. Stopped near here again on the way back to have a breather and a bite to eat. TNLNSL
Thanks for the cache, bregor.

There's no turning back once you get to Palamino. Arrived at GZ to find the cache looking at me eye-to-eye. TFTC bregor.
My sort of cache bregor thanks.
Appreciate you would have walked up and down that hill a few times to set this up.
Had a great walk with Mags, looking for this one was nice and easy, love the container and the way it is set up.
TNSL - Managed to squeeze in a Half Penny 1927

Sneaky Kit spotted this one totally exposed and over the fence, I think yesterday's wild weather might have had something to do with it. Replaced it in what I hope was an appropriate place. Thanks bregor.
Continuing up the hill... A little less energy and a lot more sweat. Thanks bregor
Continued along this great track for find number 2.. Love the camo.. TFTC..
Just got home from school, saw the new caches and loaded the kids back in the car after a quick change of clothes. A nice FTF for the geokids and me. The clue helped a lot. I think geoson was a bit taken aback! Lol.
TFTC Bregor!

We walked up the track with Huurtle who had parked at a different spot to us, it was lovely to catch up since our last visit down here. No where else have we managed to meet with so many caches on site, must have a lot to do with the FTF hunt. SL TFTC
