I don't live in Tassie anymore i cannot check on this one thanks to all those who have found my cache
Tough find. A lot of trees down but you can still find it. Not in obvious spot
Couldn’t spot this one, but a lot of branches have fallen in this area, making it hard to search.
Trip required to Launceston to pick up machinery parts, so being a good weather report, today was the day to combine with a caching expedition as well. 9/10 wasn't too bad for us. Our expedition has got us from Devonport to Churchill Park now ..... a part of Launceston new to us. This was going to be the last find for the day, but ALAS ! it is a DNF. We spent considerable time here but to no avail. Took into account the information available but no go ! We put a watch on this one for another day perhaps ........... Tftc anyway Rocket2015
I didn’t find it. There are snapped off branches that look recently fallen in all in a pile
Found it at last. Thank you for the cache from GeoMaggie and her sidekick Bonnie. With tillie and Angus 88
Finally with GeoMaggie2 and Tillie2010. Found, stamped and replaced, with Maggie and Mollie, my GeoWesties, while roaming around Tasmania with our motorhome “Mylittlebus” looking for content for our TASMANIA ALL OVER facebook. Join us there. Thanks for placing this cache (and others), keeping us on our exploring toes.
Searched for a very long time with friends. Not found by me directly. Very creative.
We arrived early for the CITO (my memory is getting as bad as my caching buddy ) so as this cache was right nearby we went to have a look as a group. We may have had a little help from a local cacher to find it.
Nice little hide by one of the old Tassie legends!

We grabbed this one with the help of a couple of other caches as we waited for the CITO to start, thanks for the cache.
This was a quick trip North to just get a CITO today and also try one of the new Lab caches that has been put out, we found very few other caches but i did manage to grab a Virtual in town which was a great bonus.
We didnt get to try the Lab caches Bonus mind you as we were already late for the CITO.
Thanks for all the caches

I was here for the CITO and with the group went in search of this cache and were successful in making a find. Thank you for the cache.
No luck today. Well be back. TFTC. Found on our TASMANIA ALL OVER journey. Join us on Facebook page of that name.
Took us a while, was about to give up when I turned to my right and it was right there Haha, hang in there!
I searched for this cache twice this morning. This was the first cache I looked for. When I got back to the car I had time to have another, more detailed look. But no cache found.
Strike 3!! I had a good look today in the company of two other searchers. No luck again. What am I missing? Very frustrating!!!
With a small window of time we headed out for some select caches. We initially through construction works might mean this was out of bounds but no issues. The search was long as we thought we were looking for a guardian but spotted the container in the end. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC.
Beautiful evening for a walk in heritage forest. Coords had me going in the wrong direction but found the cache eventually, good hide
Out for an early morning walk in the freezing cold (1.6 actual temp, -0.6 apparent temp). At least there was no wind. There were two dogs and their muggles out, so I went for the picking up beautiful Autumn leaves method of disguising my actions. As there was a Liquid Amber near gz, I was able to pick and chose the best of the best. And there were some stunning ones. Oh, wait. I'm meant to be geocaching.... OK, focus. Oooooo, another pretty one. Muggles moved on so I then went into hunting mode. Found in under 5mins. A quick duck down behind cover as more muggles arrived. They didn't even give me a second look as I came out with an amazing bunch of leaves. Headed off towards the river and left my bouquet for someone else to discover. TFTC
I had no luck here many moons ago but this time it was spotted very quickly. Maybe my caching eyes have improved over the years.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache Rocket2015.

Camped at Launceston, out around town today for a few caches. Quick find, good coordinates. Cache all good. I dnf’ed this one last time, this time went straight to it. TFTC
After my recent DNF, never mind Phone A Friend, I brought one! I still struggled, and only got there with lots of help from Reperio! I replaced the log, would have left the old one in place, but could not fit both in the container. A good hide!
Woo hoo a 3.5 difficulty. Found with Gyrosweeper, after work. Plenty of pups making the most of the sunshine after some rain this morning. Great park and where my geopup learned her great behavior. Thanks Choppersrule for another great cache
After being so busy for the last few days I am slowly catching up on logging.
I have looked for this multiple times before, walked straight up to it today.

Nugentz found with squirt208 great find thanks for the hide found by AIR new paper required the paper is full
Second DNF for me today. Usually dogged persistence pays off, but it appears not so this time. Searched where GPSr indicated, widened the search, accessed the hint, read the logs, searched some more. Oh well, another one on the challenge list.
Five years after I DNFed this cache I made a return here and made a find after about 10 minutes. TFTC
Clever daughter found it in 1 minute flat
No just a pretty face.
Great space for the pooch to run.

After looking for about ten or fifteen minutes, CatCasper and I gave up. There are so many possible hiding spots that it is very hard to find. We will return.
Started out looking for another cache, but with all the fences couldn't work out how to get to GZ and with so many sporting muggles didn't feel comfortable wandering about for too long. Since this one was on the way I decided to give it a shot. Fortunately, although I could hear the sounds of a game nearby, there was no one in sight.
Unusually for this type of hide I found it quite quickly. In the fading light I spotted a glimmer of something, and there it was. TFTC

Mrs frilk and I are on our annual kidless long weekend. We arrived last night and after a great night's rest we set off for a day of walking interspersed with some caching (that was her view...mine was caching interspersed with walking!).
Whilst I was running around in circles (I blame the GPSr) Mrs frilk used her geosenses and soon had the cache in hand. TFTC.

Strike 2! I had previously had a DNF on this one so I thought I should have a good hard look. 20 minutes and still came up empty. VERY frustrating.
Took a little bit, as the GZ was funky with tree cover, but we found it no worries TFTC
Took a little bit of searching to spot this cache. Signed log. But boy I couldn’t find the spot again to replace the container!
After a longer search, mission accomplished

This certainly is a popular park on the weekends
Dog guided muggles everywhere,
and a few baseball matches happening nearby too
Which is possibly why the doggies must be leashed.
Don't want them chasing baseballs do we [:o)]
Well away from the crowds,
I stood around for quite a while.
Me can of fizzy cola was finally emptied
And still no cache find [:o]
Sometimes I can be a bit stubborn,
like now
I wasn't leaving here without a cache find
The more I stood around the more I thought about the finer details of the cache.
I eventually looked in exactly the right direction,
and spied the cache looking back at me from about 5 metres away
TFTC !!
I'm actually starting to enjoy these challenging,
Tassie needles in haystacks finds

We were about to give up when Mr G spotted this one. So many places it couldve been. TFTC
Hello choppersrule thank you for the cache.
Junior EeePees was in Launceston doing some refereeing at some soccer games over the weekend so EeePees asked me if I wanted to join him for the weekend and see if we could find some caches while J.E.P. was refereeing. Of course I jumped at the chance to spend the weekend with such a great mate and find caches in and around Launceston.
This was my 28th for the day and the 30th for the weekend.
By now the soccer games were nearly over so EeePees went to watch the last of the game and I went to this on b my self as he had already found it. As I walked across the grass I studied the GPS and looked at the trees as I wanted to fin the right one to look in. I wasn't there too long at all before I spotted the container as I went to move something else. So it was a lot quicker find than I expected. A nice one to finish the day on.
I ended up with 28 caches today and 55 caches found over the weekend and one DNF.

That was harder to see than expected but its actually easy once you know where it is. Gahhh tftc
Took about half hour or so to find with krystal84. I had the right idea but wrong tree for sooooo long Hahahaha!!! So happy to have this one in hand! Muggles about but they were busy learning to fly fish lol
Wow. So many options to look in as the GPS couldn't settle on one location. Eventually discovered as we were on the verge of giving up and begging for a clue! TFTC
Second time looking, but still no luck. I wouldn't mind a hint or two for next time.
Had to really look hard for this one. But with persistent stubbornness prevailed. Tftc
This was certainly a tricky one and Bono and I searched high and low for the cache. it certainly is a tiny one and well hidden. like looking for a needle in a hay stack.
cant claim credit for this one as it was Co cacher RobinYang and his veteran sleuth expertise that won through.
great cache!

I visited this cache with Magertom. No dogs today but we bought along some enthusiasm to find this cache. It certainly was a micro and did take quite awhile of persevering before I spotted the cache. Often it is the challenging finds that make the most satisfying finds.
SL & replaced as found. TFTC!

Was here today for soccer, but wandered over to see some family at the dog agility arena. As all 4 EeePees along with Mr&Mrs Fluro neared GZ, we spotted some suspicious but familiar looking behaviour in the bushes. So nice to meet Team Jarvo enjoying their hols in Tassie. 10 pairs of eyes looking here n there, hi n lo, until Mrs F spotted it. Log was duly signed by 3 teams.
Thanks choppersrule (and Rocket2015) for the cache and the adventure.

Have searched in vain for this cache a couple of times before. Today finally spotted once had the right angle and elevation.. thanks..!!
It was hard and there were a lot of muggles they weren't paying attention though tftc
couldn't find it, searched for sometime. Unfortunately there was a huge broken branch and found syringe packaging and a smoking device so got the kids and dogs out of there and will try again another day
This was really hard to find due to a dog show or something on and many muggles as a result!! After a bit of what we thought was stealth but was probably pretty obvious to anyone who looked, Mr grabbed the cache. Love the guardian !
Found a very similar one on the weekend although this was much smaller. Also found another suspicious looking person at the cache site, tuned out to be Arachnauts, great to finally meet a fellow cacher. TFTC.
