Travelling with iluvtrekking from our home state of WA on a SA caching foray. Staying in Aldinga for a few days and ranging from there to grab some finds. Scored another beautiful day after a couple of chilly ones. Love these country roads - our type of caching. Had the kelpies join us and one want to play fetch! Thanks for the hide LNCU
Glad they've kept the tree given how close it is to the road. Had three kelpies bark a warning and surround my car . Anyway, made the find and signed the log. TFTC ben4388.
Quick one hereOne week on from SAs Leap Year MEGA Event and out caching again. This time around Aldinga/Willunga and anywhere else that looks interesting.ben4388, I found The Old Gumtree today. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.
Found it Beautiful day yay yay no humid not like in Qld Thank you With DeafPVC - Deaf Phantom DeafVW DeafCat
Spending a long weekend in the Southern suburbs which I havent visited very much since I started geocaching. So lots of unfound caches to keep me busy. The main theme was to target solved mysteries, highly favourited caches, caches requiring a TOTT, adventure labs and any other caches that I passed by.A hot one today so this was a quick park and grab and then back to the air conditioned car. Thanks for the cache ben4388.# # #14114 # #
The plan was to cache some fresh air, scenery, and of course 40 winks
Easy find here

Nice walk from the corner, while doing the geoart. Workers picking grapes across the road ignored us. Thanks Ben for the cache
Another cache find on our 2022 South Australian Adventure and another very chilly, wet day. Just perfect for geocaching. TFTC.
We are enjoying our time travelling SA. Fantastic towns, ruins, beaches and cliffs & wine. Thanks to all the COs for taking us on this geo-guided tour.

What a day we have had today. The first thing that happened right before my eyes all my maps just disappeared from the GPS, nothing we did would bring them back. Finally after several phone calls trying to fix the problem we ended up on the phone to Garmin who declared that the GPS was terminal. We will be without a GPS for a couple of weeks so it is caching with the phone, yuk. Today we needed to say no to a few of the Forty Winks caches that we had targeted.
The phone has an app on it that monitor’s my heart and I am not allowed to be more than 2 meters from the phone, the terrain was beyond me, if hubby had gone for the caches he would have needed to use the phone, the next thing would be a phone call wondering if everything was OK.
All the caches that we found today were in good condition and the majority of co-ords are spot on. Our finds were a mix of trads, multi and puzzles.

Nice old gum tree with a cache as well. There was no problem in finding it with ilook4geo and stamping two more names on the log. Thank for this cache placement go to ben4388.
Enjoyed the caching along with goingplaces2 today. We had a mostly successful time, retrieved each container, signed the log and replaced all as found. TFTC.
Took a while to find before finding it by accident
Thought we were going barking mad

A detour from the 40 winks series.. and worth it! TFTC Fave point for sneakiness.
I had given up, luckily for us Mr Suelee persevered and finally had cache in hand. It took longer Than it should have, tftc
Chasing numbers for a serious milestone so today set my sights on a series I've long wanted to do but never got around to, the 40 Winks series. Found 37 and replaced 4 which were almost certainly missing.
Had to have a look for this one while in the area. Was a while before this old school style hide was found.
Thanks to ben4388 for putting out this cache for me to find
*This log composed and published using GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife).*

wish we saw this cache in its hay day, as we doubt the favourite points had been gathered with this container TFTC
In Port Elliot today, out to tackle the 40 Winks series. All caches found in good order, took nothing and left nothing. Thanks to ben4388 for the cache. TFTC
TFTC. Doing the nearby series, thought I may as well add a few hundred metres and another find
Out and about geocaching today, while staying in Willunga from Brisbane. Decided to cache around Willunga today and this one was one of them Arrived at GZ and in no timecachge was found. TFTC ben4388
Spending a few days in Wallunga as part of our trip to SA after borders were opened up to NSW and QLD. Today was the day to find the 40 Winks and a few extra caches near by. Many thanks to the COs for placing and maintaining these caches and enhancing our enjoyment of caching.
Yesterday we went on a wine tour with 3 Divas as we are staying at their Marlene Cottage. It’s a
Shameless plug I know but I also get 8 cents if you click <>.
We were blessed to learn about all the different kinds of vines and I have a different appreciation of what I am looking at. Some of the vines make great piss and others make great piss. It’s hard to differentiate between the vines and I still have years of study ahead of me before I become a master. tftc

Found in the grass at the base of the tree. Didn't seem right, so we replaced it in a higher position. TFTC
So this was a fairly full-on solo geocaching day for me today, and I wanted to make the most of the terrific weather that had the right temperature, sun out and blue sky. The plan was to head south to tackle some of the power trails / series, and for the most part, that was achieved. My day started at Seaford, and then it was a run along the creek finding the *Real Aliens* series. I then diverted towards the ocean, to find a nemesis oldie and enjoy a run along Moana's cliffs. A selection of the *Cats and Dogs* series were detoured past, before a break at Aldinga's bakery. Next was the *Forty Winks* series, and then back towards the ocean to enjoy a few caches at Sellicks Beach. It was getting to late afternoon by the time I drove through Myponga, and targeted a few hiking geocaches around there, and back towards Sellicks Hill. By this time, it was dark, and so made my way home, having utilised this great weather as best as I could.
This road was closed ahead, but there was no one around to raise any suspicions for me driving down partially. I parked right next to GZ, and saw the obvious tree. Looked all around, and surely it should have been in the fork, as kinda like the hint? Anyway, perhaps I misinterpreted this one, so will have to watch and see. Thanks anyway ben4388.

Found on a windy day on a lovely bike ride with my geowife! Pretty easy find. I think that the difficulty should definitely be reduced on this one (definitely not a 2.5) as it is in a different container and in a very easy hide location. TFTC
I decided to bump up my finds for 29th Feb, seeing as it doesn't come around often, so I headed down south from my home town and spent a day meandering around these areas and just enjoying the day.
Great weather, nice countryside and good caches. Thanks to all the owners, sorry but this is a blanket log.
Lots of scratches from the caches under the ever present bushes, lots of ants, lots of other things which made noises in the bush. I probably should be doing all this in winter - but that is no challenge
Some caches may have specific logs if they need attention, otherwise they were all found in good condition. Thanks for your caches and making my day an adventure.

Nomads travelling in their caravan around Australia. We have been on the road since July 2011 and discovered caching in August 2013. We travel with a bunch of travel bugs belonging to our sons and grand children. Where ever possible, we will maintain your cache as we travel.
Based at Willunga house-sitting for a few weeks, today wanted to go to a nearby supermarket, but it did not open till 11.00am. It is now only 10.00 am (which begs the question "how did we ever manage to get out of the house by 10.00 am) As we had an hour to kill, caching around Aldinga was the game, as we still have a lot of green treasure chest waiting to be opened.
Shopping over now, so caching the road home. Including some of the Forty Winks series.
Was looking for something more regular in size. Thanks ben4388

Find # 7668
Found while on the annual Trip to South Aurstalia for the Tour Down Under Bike race.
All week I've been travelling with Tyred n Cranky, but today I dropped them off in Myponga, as they were participating in the "Challenge Tour" with over 3000 other riders.
As every year, when I drop them off, it starts a caching day for me.
This year I had the 40 series on the GPSr ready to go, and a few others around the area and on the way to Strathalbyn, where Tyred n Cranky would be crossing the Finish line and where I had to pick them up.
While doing the 40 I came across another cachers log, wow they were from Horsham, and after a few messages, it turnec out we were doing the same thing. The dropp off of family members, caching the area, picking up family members. A weird coincidence so far from home.
Sorry for the generic log. All caches were found safe n healthy unless otherwise stated.

Down South with a fellow old work mate and cacher Redrox who has also acquired his pilot licence so what better day could one have, a flight and do some caching as well. We were worried about the weather but it cleared up well. Not sure about the hint though for this sneaky hide. We had no need for any twist today. Logs signed and returned. TFTC
Out cleaning up the rest of the Forty Winks series this afternoon.

Found this with geo grandchildren. Had an idea what we were looking for and Zac quickly found it. A Favourite point from me. TFTC TNLNSL except for the TB. Will perhaps take it to Canada with me in a few weeks.
After an errand down south Owl and SA Sewer Rats decided to finish this series and move their respective totals closer to the next milestone. This was a nice detour from the power trail and a sneaky find.
Another after work trip to get a few more of the near to work geocaches. A great spot.
Thanks

Out with Doctor Owl for a day's caching.
This found us down south.
This took longer than it should have to find.
Luck the Doctor read the clue and other logs.
Which made for a find. Tftc

Found with Csaba! and SupaOrange before I had a caching name. A very late log. Turtle out.
I did feel quite conspicuous searching around and around this old tree, while vineyard workers across the road went around their business. It took me a while but just as I turned to leave ... TFTC!
Main container is indeed cracked and the overburden of swaps is endangering the internal container so I suggest replacing the external one would be a good idea.
