###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.
The cache owner needs to:
* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by Skippy46 and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned, and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

G’day Skippy46, unfortunately I wasn’t able to find your cache today (Wednesday 14/9/2022). Cheers for the hunt anyway!
It's been 18 months since anyone has found this. There is evidence that kids are preparing to have a fire under the bridge at summer point on the future.
We looked for 20 minutes but it eluded us. We will redirect our efforts to caches we can find for now.

Yes yes about time... KB spotted it so happy to signed the log
Thanks CO for the cache and hunt.
Thanks CO for the cache and hunt.
I don’t know how Everlasting and I have missed this so many times previously. Today I had a fortuitous lunch date with a previous finder who managed to spot it quickly. It was a case of, once we have seen it, we can’t unsee it. So relieved to have this crossed off both our lists. Thanks so much for this sneaky hide.
Two PAFs and still another DNF for us. My back couldn’t handle any more searching. Thanks anyway.
Arggg my 2nd attempt and this time no ants and less people but that troll is still hiding from me!!
Catching up on a few logs from caches found with b12.
Thanks for the find, please excuse the generic log.

If by troll you mean the local kids with 20 thousand questions about why you’re looking for something, wow We’ll need to give this one a second attempt when they’re not about!!
Out and about today with Kapelula this one had us searching for a good twenty minutes high and low and just when we were about to call for PAF we came up trumps. It’s all about the angle you approach it. Thanks for the challenging cache.
What a great camo, we must have looked for a good 20mins checking everything out! I C Nothing MAF, but found it before they could reply! Finally found the evil Troll! TFTH!
Out for some evening caching. Had a good nap this afternoon after work and decided that the cooler weather was worth the drive down to pickup two in Wellard (one that has been on the map for far too long) and four in Baldivis.
Good quick finds here. Thanks to the local COs.

Ugh Mum and I spent what felt like FOREVER looking for the Troll and turning into angry trolls ourselves. As locals in the area we are calling in reinforcements to head back for another go. We have asked for a hint ... much to my own achievement disappointment by I just HAVE to find this one!
Day 177 of our 366 day straight challenge.
Headed here with BigSchultzFamily after celebrating Miss 3s birthday party. After searching for a bit and reading a few previous logs BSF came up with the goods. A favourite from us for the simplicity of the camo. TFTC

After dropping our son at work in Kwinana we decided to grab a few caches that were close(ish). Finally able to mark this one as found!! We were here for about 10 minutes today before the sneaky little cache was found. Fave point for the difficulty. TFTC
G’day there Skippy46, I was in this area today and found your cache TROLL GC40M1E. I added my name to the log book at 4:10 pm on 7 April 2018. A huge thanks to you for placing this cache here for us (and others) to find!
This brings our total find count to 9490

Back again for another attempt and after a clue from a previous finder at the Pre-WAGB event over the weekend I quickly located the cache not too far from where I was looking last week.
The camo has come lose from the container, but has been re-hidden as I found it.
A favourite for a simple and effective camo job, TFTC.

No luck here today and I’m sure that I probably looked like a grumpy troll as I sat around trying to spy something out of the ordinary.
Found and signed, thank you. Second attempt- 1st time spent half an hour looking at every possibility- it is a difficulty 4 after all. With some advice from the CO visited again and after a good look had my hands on the cache- not what I expected! The CO even offered to come and meet at cache site. We had a geocache chat and CO kindly gave me a lift back to base as it was on the way. It was good to meet you and thank you once again. FP from me!
Troll was driving me crazzzzy! So many looks for this one with no luck! I finally caved in and asked for a clue... after that cache was straight in my hand, before the geo- boyfriend Spike :p I was looking slightly off where the coordinators were leading me so I would say it is about 3-5m off of exact coordinates. It is a tricky one but very well thought out! A part of the cache is a little broken and needs fixing. Thanks for an awesome cache! Finally defeated the troll!
Can finally turned this frown upside down. Emmahen asked for a hint from the co which helped us bag the find. I had the right idea, just wasn't looking in the right location. Note to the CO, the Camo has come loose and may need some attention. Tftc for the great hide
Noticed the mounting DNFs so gave ourselves 20 minutes for a thorough search. Time up and no closer to a find so resorted to a PAF. The reply came back and we soon found the very sneaky hide which may have remained unfound but for our PAF. A definite fave for the evilness.
Out and about caching in Kwinana and surrounds.
TFTC Skippy46 this is find # 3300 for us.

A bit like difficult jetty hides; tricky and lots of alternatives. We looked everywhere but the right spot. "Sad Face" for us.
Second time searching today for a good 20mins each time and still no luck will keep trying!
Visiting from the Gold Coast my sister and I were really keen to find this one, having one at home under a bridge also with "watch for the troll" as our clue we though we had a head up, but no. It definitely got the better of is today
Bit of an overcast day so possible the GPS was out nice park the Geordie had fun anyway
After spending the day with the CO caching elsewhere I had previously mentioned we were coming to this one as I needed help to find the evil thing
Must admit there would be no way I would have found it without help.
Talk about a evil camo, just so glad to get a smiley here
TFTC and your invaluable help
Definitely worthy of a fav point
can't wait to get home and tell muggle what and where it is

Originally logged under family name of clan-wallace now slowly transitioning to new name
I have had a few failed attempts at this but today almost found it instantly. Go figure. TFTC.
Well I am so exited to have finally conquered the Troll! After a few long visits here, today's visit ended up being a quick find as its all about being in the right place. This is definitely a favourite of mine! Gramay55 and I are glad to have a smilie on this one now. Thanks so much for this cache!
I would like to say I contributed to the find but DNAmerrit was too quick. I share the glory as I was present. Great hide TFTC
Found this a few weeks back and forgot to log it.
Second time was a charm, but it also took a little help from a friend to get it. My GZ was well out and I didn't stray far enough the first time.
Great hide.

Out caching with the co good to clear up a dnf from 2 years ago, co was standing up top watching us and having a giggle
A tricky tricky hide! Hunted high and low but no luck. Even had some fellow cachers come and help try and find it, as they have previously tried to find it too with no luck! Will be back to tackle the Troll!
Had my eye on this one for quite a while.
Arrived at quite a nice little park and told myself that I would limit the search to 10 min.
I finally checked my phone, as it was getting dark and discovered that I had been searching for around an hour.
After reading previous logs, I had an idea about what to look for but still had no luck.
I don't know where else I can look that I haven't previously.
Damn you, Troll.

I decided to head off and try and grab some smilies on caches that I had previously DNF'ed. After my search here a few days ago, I was determined to find it this time around. I had received a hint from a previous finder, which confirmed I was on the right track, and just needed to keep going. I was about to give up after about 45 minutes, when I touched something and it moved! I was so thankful, as I can now happily remove this one from my DNF list. TFTC Skippy46, a definite fave point here for a great bit of camo.
I had previously been here many months ago and had no luck...I avoided this one while I cleared out all of the caches in the area, praying that the next time I visited, I would have some luck...well that didn't happen. I returned today armed with the secret weapon, but had no idea where and/or how to use said secret weapon. I had exhausted nearly every possible location (all except for the actual one ) before a dog-walking muggle came to ruin my fun. I will be back...again!
the troll nearly got me this time so frustrating I put a hole on the trolls bridge he didn't like it. had to phone a friend for a clue. I was completely looking in the wrong place.
On the road with JoshyJayPlay doing a Sunday cache run.....picked up most caches today.I'LL BE BACK...not luck here today with the Troll winning..TFTH
The troll won today! but we will be back.. We live not far from here and visit this park frequently - we will find the troll.
I am very pleased to submit this log and state "I found troll". Thanks to geo kids for helping with this one. Great hide. TFTC.
Once again dragging muggle partner up this way to be my driver for the day [^] while I try and cross off as many caches as possible off my list
Only allowed about 10mins for this one which wasn't long enough but I still had many others I needed to find so this one will have to go back on the 'to do list.'
DNF 6/9 (but hoping one or two of those may be missing (I can hope!!)) thankfully 25
Thanks anyway.

My cacher friend took me to this cach. I had problems to find it, but with her hint I got it. A very good Cach, good idea! TFTC
Another day of dragging muggle partner north so I can do some caching [^]. All adding up and getting me closer to my 1000th find though not quite there yet .
A kid was kicking his football when we arrived but left not long after so we had the place to ourselves, except for those we could hear in the playground .
I thought we had a good look but couldn't find it tho we did find some broken tree branches under the bridge so kids have been destructive of late .
Oh well another time when in the area
This was my third dnf in a row so was feeling down when left here . Lucky I still had many more caches on my list to hopefully seek out before it gets dark
6/6 dnf (tho some may be missing or suffering from major cache creep ) but did manage 34 finds and for todays effort.

Out in Troll territory today and a quick look confirms he is still sitting quietly......waiting for his next victim
After working at daughters place decided to stop and try for this cache.
Quick find for Chwiliwr.
Log signed and replaced as found.
Thanks Skippy46 for the hunt.

Was down in the area checking progress on our daughters house and decided to have another go at this one. The rain helped as it was obvious this time.
Thanks Skippy46 for the cache.

Third time lucky here for me today. I spent 5-10 minutes searching and was starting to think it was going to be another DNF when something I touched moved unexpectedly and I suddenly had the cache in hand. Nice camo and deserving of a favourite when I next have one available (trouble is I've been doing some great caches list lately and have a few on my 'pending available favourite' list ... I need to do some Periodic Tables to get some favs to award). SL. TFTH Skippy46
Quick find. Interesting new type of cache for us. Learning new stuff all the time. Great!
Found this today with the assistance of a fellow cacher, I would say that I would have never find the cache on my own, GPRS took about 20 mins to settle and wasn't far off from the GZ in the end, tricky cache and good luck to others
Well the Troll beat me. I hadn't quite given up searching but a footy-kicking-muggle came out so time to leave.
troll 1- wellsy21 & lbjezza 0
we found lots of cool hiding places, munzie & a hornets nest but not cache today

Teamed up with richlink and iluvtrekking today to find a few caches. After already clocking up my 2000th find out at Point Peron, we headed over here to try and get the "troll" off of my back. Took a bit of seaching, but we got the little blighter this time. Am happy to say I no longer need to come back to this one. Thanks Skippy46
Out caching today with iluvtrekking and picked up Mistraluna to help her score her 2000th find today. She told us of her woes at this gz and that she would have to register for the electoral roll in this area due to her many visits - ha ha! Five sets of eyes scoured the area and it was Mr iluvtrekking who spotted the very clever camo first. Looks like the neighbourhood has seen the last of Mistraluna.
Yes, this was a good cache to find. Well done Mistraluna your nemesis has been vanquished.
Rode around and eventually found a way to GZ. Relieved that there was a drink fountain up at the playground since it was REALLY hot and I was all out of water. Mickeydv and I searched for about 5-10 minutes but couldn't spot this tricky cache. I was enjoying the shade but Mickeydv wanted to move on so it's a DNF for me today. Thanks anyway.
Spatialriq and I set off south this morning by train to Wellard to ride back along the bike path and do the Periodic Table series. This one was on our route to the freeway so we had a quick look. Gave up fairly quickly as we still had a 40k+ ride ahead of us.
