Found it. No log sheet there. Great clues and enjoyed finding this one. TFTC
I can see why this has so many favourite points! I'll add one too Having found something similar, we cottoned on quickly. It got our whole family thinking to try and come up with a cool cache idea too. I like that it's pretty discreet and out of the way of muggles. Thanks for the awesome cache!
That was cool! I have never done one of those before, so took me a few minutes to work out how to extract the cache
Our first NZ cache! Found on an early morning wander from where we were staying in Hamilton. Picked this one to look for as it had plenty of FP. Despite tiptoeing through the wet grass managed to find without too much difficulty. Reconised the style of cache so it was not long before the logbook was in hand and signed. Hopefully we will find plenty more during our stay TFTC
On a day trip to Hamilton with Philip.Perry and his son. Our second mission together but rest assured there will be plenty more.
Twenty Sixth cache for the day so far and this one gets my fave point.
A quick walk into the area and we all spotted the item at the same time but I was the one who knew how it worked and with that Daniel got the job of getting the cache.
A great idea and nice to see some thought and effort going into some caches.
It could use a bit if a clean up though as it looks a bit damaged and is infested with ants.
I put a new piece of paper in as old log was full, but it isn't waterproof paper so won't last long.
Noticed a signed piece of paper inside the area but not in the actual cache.

Time for another trip over the hill from Tauranga, this time with KmanNZ and my son Dan. An awesome day out, got home just before 7pm with another 40+ caches under the belt.... but it wasn't just about the numbers these Waikato locals have put out some awesome caches.
We all made a pretty quick find on this one but in all honesty - I didn't know what I was looking at. I worked the end a little and a small piece of paper fell out - turns out that's bad news for ABCDF4 & eyespyben who it would turn out didn't find the cache or the log inside...
Kman knew exactly what to do fortunately and we soon had the cache in hand. It was a favourite for me in spite of the ant infestation, swampy location and poor condition because I'd never seen one of these and it's a super clever idea After 3 years on the job it just needs some TLC that's all.
Cheers again Cats&Dragons

Cool cache. Great idea and location.
I think it might be a bit broke but put it together again as I imagine it should be. Filled in the last space in log book so might be a good time to check it out.
Thanks.
About time I set my own!

I'm not sure I did this correctly, but I managed to get to the log and sign it. TFTC.
Cool cache. Didn't think I would find it. Proud that I did. I feel a couple of feet taller now.
Brilliant! At first I thought it was empty but knew that couldn't be right. Managed to figure out how to get it out Very cool spot
Doing a bit of cache hunting and gathering toward the August Challenge... with Gap (of Fap and Gap)...
We were really apprehensive about this cache because we'd heard the CO talk about the damage and abuse this one has sustained. We were really careful... Gap made sure to reposition it slightly so that it was less noticeable to passersby. This was obviously a neat cache in its younger days. TFTC.

1.40pm - Walked straight past at first. Get your eyes off the ground. Did a little repair work to container. SLTFTC
I first went looking for this one over a year ago. I succeeded in locating it , just couldn't work out how to get into it. Today I finally got it, the bush has been cleared a lot and unfortunately it's been damaged so it wasn't nearly as exciting as I knew it would be. Never mind, we have another smile. Thanks
Cool Cache! GPS accurate so an easy find - wish we had entered from the other direction though - 3 sets of soaking wet and muddy feet! Tftc!
This was a bit weird - I found and logged this (on the logsheet) on 26/10/13 but obviously forgot to log it on here. When i was looking for it today - i thought that it was very familiar - and yes - there was my log! What an embarrassing memory, anyway, a great cache, scores a favourite from me. TFTC
Found it yesterday, didn't have a pen on us so couldn't sign the log book. Loved figuring out how to get this cache out, love love love
Found with alpenmilch80 out caching in Hamilton. We knew exactly what was needed to extract the cache and we quickly had it in our hands. It was rather satisfying to replace as well! Thanks!
A day collecting some caches with Vamber in Hamilton in between organised events.
Having attended the last event of the day, thought it would be an opportunity to collect a few more caches before dinner - and most likely some night caching.
Another great cache container and our second favourite point of the day! TFTC.

Teamed up with slieschke to find some of Hamilton’s finest geocaches. This one was another great cache we came across on our tour. As we solved some similar geocaches in the past the solution to it was fast executed. TFTC
A bit more caching out and about in Hamilton with KiwifruitsNZ before dinner, and thought we would collect some of Hamilton's finest hides.
Retrieval was easily figured out, but it was still greatly executed. What a fun and very cool cache! Thanks for the hide. +1 favourite point.

Diffidently the coolest cache I've found to date. Took me a bit to figure how to retrieve the actual cache though.

Best cache we have done so far. Took a while to work out how to retrieve log book but perseverance and a few mozzie bites later we got it

Awesome. Not at all the sort of pipe I was looking for! Learning to think outside the square whilst geocaching!
We had to come back and sign the log book as we were unsure how to get it out. But with some help from the cache owners we returned - many months later to finally log this cache. TFTC worth a fav point.
Clever cache, have done similar so once we spotted it we were good to go! Very hot day today, TFTC!
What a great cache build here. Oh we love these cacheowners who are putting so much effort in placing these kind of caches.
We knew what was expected, have noticed that previous cachers haven't put the cache back in original location, that is always a pity. So we did for the next cacher for some fun.
Hope to see more of these. Thanks

Nice find on a lovely day in Hamilton! Even if I was a little off at first and ended up going for an impromptu wade. TFTC
Nice cache
Not sure if it is still configured exactly the way it should be but interesting hide.

I decided to go for a wander during my lunch break at the office to find the closest cache in walking distance. Getting closer, I heard some teenagers spouting some loud drivel from the other side of the path and in the trees so I hope they didn't notice me or what I was up to.
It didn't take long to find the cache and work out what the trick was. Luckily I'm tall, didn't take long to practice my merlin magic, sign and replace. Hmm... the magic trick was a little loud though! Need to work on that...
Favourited!
To previous finders: the log book is definitely there...

Took a while to find, but after having a look a bit higher it was found quickly.
Clever cache once gz was located. Well cameoed. Gently, gently with the force supplied.
Actually found this cache quite a while ago but unable to sign the log so came back with reinforcements today and soon had the job done. Nice to meet some new cachers and hope we have encouraged them to further their geocaching adventures TFTC
As newbies we would have been stumped by the complexity had it not been for the guidance of fellow geocachers. Consequently we are very impressed by both hiders & seekers and motivated to try more. Many thanks
Parked on Callum Brae to walk some caches in this area, only a 40% success rate today though, I think I found the right pipe??

Very clever cats and dragons. Almost could catch rabbits there were so many holes.Had to write with a piece of dirty wood as oldies forgot to take a writing stick.
After a recent dnf I went to check on the cache.
While the area had been cleared by the local council works department the cache log could not be extracted.
On checking the cache, there were many sticks and twigs inserted into it.
The cache has been revived after some surgery and is all good to go again. I may however have to move it should it be damaged in this way again (damm vandals), so here's hoping for the best.
Good luck and good hunting

Great area to run the dog and the kids....Found the cache. Couldn't get log. Have been thinking about log all afternoon, will have to go back to complete.

Arrived at GZ and after a thorough search we found an item of interest [?]. In order to retrieve the log we tried to think like the CO (a very difficult task ) and after a few mishaps we eventually had the cache in hand . All great fun but what will he think of next [?], fav for us TFTC.
was about to give up but hten spotted it. Should of know it would be a really good cache as it was hidden by Cats and Dragons. We could remove the end but could not find a log book. Not sure if we still had to do something to the cache of if the logbook is not there. We loved it any how. Thanks for the great hide.

Amazing cache. Found the cache at the previous location but had a mental block about retrieving the log. Had the brainwave as soon as I got home but had to wait until now to retry. This placement was infinitely harder for me. Stretched to the limit!! Very satisfying to have signed the log. Would give more than one favourite point if I could. Thanks very much Cats&Dragons for one of the very best caches I have found.
Great cache guys! So good to see some different container types I love finding ones that are a bit out of the ordinary.
10.40am. I must have been here for 30 minutes! Took ages to locate and then as I am recently out of hospital following surgery and need to not stretch things I had to find an implement toaid me reaching it. Then I was still scratching my head until suddenly the lights shone! One of the best well worth a favaourite.
Thank you. David.

We still had the "old" coordinates in the gps. As we have looked for a long time and couldn't find it.
To find out that it has been moved .
Need to come back again

Coordinates changed from:
S 37° 44.548 E 175° 16.199
Coordinates changed to:
S 37° 44.546 E 175° 16.212
Distance from original: 63.8 feet or 19.5 meters.
Due to a recent Log I visited the cache and YES someone has again broken it [:(!] so have repaired it and moved it not far from the original spot and have adjusted the terrain difficulty slightly.
Sorry if this has caused any previous finders issues with a stage of the Geocaching License but need to do it to hopefully stop it being muggled again.
If I could just ask any future finders please ensure that they take care with the cache [^] , Happy findings

FTF after Cats&Dragons replaced. Thank you Steve for this one. Very enjoyable, I can't wait to make a start on your 150 others! This was a lovely walk with Cats&Dragons to assist in replacing the damaged cache in a lovely park. Definatly worth a fave point (shame I don't have any) Thanks again
50th find!!!

Very cool idea! I think it has been tampered with as one of the joins is loose\broken, best to check it out...TFTC

Interesting place for a cache, rubbish collecting worker seemed to wonder where we were heading and why. . . Thanks.
Finally getting back out and starting to geocache again after a rather long break. Picked this one up while clearing out the area. Very cool idea. I had seen this before so didn't take too long to get it sorted. Great cache.
Our brain cells were not clicking over very well this morning - it took far too long before we figured out how to access the cache.
Got the rat to poke his nose out...though he has a few dents and bruises from mistreatment I think. Awesome cache, worked it out when I saw it but had to perservere to make him come meet me. TFTC
Fairly quiet around here this morning, so was able to duck under cover un noticed, & find GZ.
Soon figured what was required to have cache in hand.
A nicely set up cache. Definitely worth a fav. TFTC

Was throwing a bit of a paddy, due to not being able to locate the entrance to the area but thankfully the smartphone came to the rescue again. Was very glad we did complete this one, it was a very enjoyable cache find and again worthy of a favourite point.
Have been very impressed with the quality of the cache finds this trip. Well done the Tron!

Wow! What a great cache! We were wandering past on a cache maintenance loop, and dropped in looking for pipes... Well done!
As reported the cache is full of water, which makes the log a bit messy, but still workable as it is waterproof paper.

BEST. CACHE. CONCEPT. EVER.
Visited with five kids: E and C south, and first-time cachers F and Z south and J southish. Kids found the cache. Quite the head scratch. Eventually walked away, sat in the sun for a while and taught the kids the value of just thinking. Finally an epiphany, which was bang on. So many other wasted plans earlier! Great cache.

Buggary bollocks! This one has me stumped. Will need return with the Steve part and solve this one together! I will be back .
What a great cache, very cleaver and inventive. I clicked to the extraction technique pretty quickly. The log was wet but in reasonable condition due to the waterproof paper. I originally took the wrong geotrail and ended up in knee deep mud, its a good thing the rest of the family were on the main path as my son may have learned some new colorful words today. Having seen the large number of favourites and interesting logs we purposefully held off searching for this cache until today to make our 200th find memorable and were not disappointed. Thanks for the adventure.
Our young teen walked right past the cache but redeemed himself by quickly retrieving the log. Thanks for repairing the cache - it would have been a shame to have missed out on this one. Gets a fav from us too, TFTC
