I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in a prior reviewer note.
Hi bumandworker
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.

Somehow this got tucked away in my drafts. !!! Found while with a group of friends doing some cycling around Blenheim
Cheers ????

In the South Island from Tauranga on a six week holiday and now following the PWGT. I hope to have the tour completed before I get home. Today is a day in Blenheim to gather a few extra smileys. Nicely concealed.
I am logging using the Cachly app template so please excuse generic logging along the way. It’s just my way of keeping track, but I do genuinely thank each and every one of you cache owners for taking the time and energy to place these caches. Many Thanks for bringing me here. Cheers.

Weve done a circuit of Taylor's Reserve and this is the last here. Poor tree is not good specimen. Thanks for the placement bumandworker
Easy find today by Nette1234 as we cached some of the Taylor River Reserve today .
Would love to be here when the model trains are running!
Thanks.

Such a nice wee walk to this cache, wind was so wild. we found cache no problems. SLTFTC
Great hiding place!!! We’re concerned when we saw all the tracks but that place is ideal.
Stuck in Blenheim for a few days with vehicle problems. Not Plan A but at least it gives us some extra time to cache. Today walked around closer to town using some of the footpaths and footbridges. Quick find. Thanks
Nice easy find, glad it wasn’t amongst the flax, could have been difficult!
Allok
Thanks!

I think every man and his dog was out today enjoying the sun on this lovely walkway it took quite a while to locate this cache thanks bumandworker
Definitely found the small one unlike the description. We made the walk into the bush harder than it needed to be but it was a good find! TFTC
Well ... I think we found it
But it was a small container with a single scrap of paper with only one signature... perhaps left by the 25 may finder ??

Yes, it appears this one is no longer there. There was a lid from a suitable sized container at the bottom of the feature at GZ. The feature however is quite decayed and may not be standing for too much longer. The next strong wind or clean up crew passing by may take care of it. A temporary, smaller, container with log was placed in the feature at a similar height. Lets see how much longer it stands.
I tried to find this cache at 12:10:00 PM on 25/01/2019.
I didn't have much luck which could have been for many reasons. I shall return at a later date.

Arrived in Blenheim off the morning ferry and decided to ignore the rain clouds and cycle up to the Taylor River retention dam and back before dinner. We only got a little wet on a really interesting trail' We had a good look for this one but to no avail. There seems to have been some scrub clearing in the area and perhaps it has gone AWOL. Conversely we were not good enough, time and further DNF's will tell. TFTC
Quick find of this one. Great to not have to use stealth as this area is grand central this afternoon. TFTC!!!
PS log sheet is full, got nothing on me sorry

A very pleasant stroll around the river reserve, all up, about 11kms walked, with a few caches along the way. Took the TB, dropped a TB. TFTC
In Blenheim for the National Dahlia show had time to find some caches. The log is full. Thanks bumandworker for the cache.
I came back over the bridge from the other side of the reserve to get this geocache. great one. TFTC. Find #317
Out for a walk. Thought this was going to be difficult but found it eventually. TFTC
We are keen geocachers on holiday from Tauranga and gathering a few smileys as we go. Plenty of folk around today so we did need to be unobtrusive and sneaky... Luckily we were. TFTC
Quick find this afternoon after lunch. Nice stroll through the park to it. Signed the log and replaced as found. Thanks for the cache!
In town for the day with lots of time to spare. Nigel navigator is loaded and my little friend Whero and his bike so its the Taylor River today.
Got one of the poetry ones missing but its on wards up the river. Great place for a stop here. Cheers

Wish we had more time to walk this track, GPS led us straight to the cache, replaced it as we found it
Great hide
Thank you for the cache
Today JoJo and I were out on our bikes to get some caches along the Taylor river. Pretty chilly going but successful none the less. Had a bit of a rustle around in a likely spot and when we heard the rattle a grab was made. TFTC
Returned after a previous DNF to make it a QEF!
Found it by fluke though, had to really scratch around rigorously.
If I was any taller, the hint wouldn't be valid.
Nice little copse of trees. Thanks BW

Went on a big adventure with Wafflekitties and geo pups, had a blast thanks for the memories! TFTC.
Found while on holiday in the South Island with LCBuilder and our two geodogs. We spent 3 weeks travelling down the east coast and then up the west coast, moving to a different campsite each night. We got a few geocaches along our way; our best day was 41 and our worst was 6 we saw a lot of awesome sights and will definitely have to come back one day! TFTC!
TFTC. Rookie error as we didn't have a pen with us. No pencil in here like originally left. Easy find and easy to not be seen in high muggle area.
Almost gave up but had one last try digging deeper amongst dead leaves. Took Tb and left another Tb. Thanks for the cache
Looking in the dark with just an LED torch, unable to find.
Will return during the daytime.
Will return during the daytime.
Out on a morning mission to try and catch up on the flurry of caches that have been hidden in Blenheim in the last year or so.
Time now for a return walk along the Taylor River to pick up six caches. And what would a mission be in these parts without finding at least one B&W cache?
A quick find and sign. Discovered the TB residing within.

Found it after a bit of rustling around in the trees. Left a trackable and found one too.
After DNF Outside hotel because of muggles, at fountain because of muggles (twice) at playhouse because couldn’t find, it was good to see the GPS pointing me towards a planting well away from the walkway where I would be screened to search to my heart's content. I couldn’t believe it when two men and a dog appeared on the top of the embankment just as I laid my bike down on the ground! The hiding place was flagged with a green lavalava.
A nice calm evening for a walk, brought the geo Huskies along down the river track. Cache was quickly found where expected, a good size container too. I picked up a geocoin and dropped off a trackable - next finder please move the Aussie keyring (Called Coco the Chocolate) on to another cache and log it online. Thanks for the cache bumandworker
Now on to replace a logbook at the Poplar Place cache back up the track.

I think the previous finder put the cache back where it should be
After all, I found the cache where I thought it should be
As the wind howled around me and threatened to blow the tree at GZ away,
I signed the logbook and popped in "DVDNJYC's 10 Years of Geocaching" copy of a trackable.

Found location of this cache and began to look around according to "Hint".... but no luck there?
After reading previous logs - I thought it would be a QEF? Saw a small pile of rubbish on the ground with some broken glass around and spied a "painted container" in the middle of it all lying on the ground.
Yes it was the cache - still complete with log and a couple of small swaps.
I signed the log and poked back where I thought it may of come from - but not too sure?

Couldn't find it on the way up the river. Stopped there on the way back and found it right away. TFTC
I decided to go MTBing in the Wither Hills and in cycling from my accommodation in Springlands I made this cache the first of the ride. Nice quick find. Thanks B&W.
Mrs Kiwimykl and I joined our daughter in law, granddaughter and grandpuppy for a walk down the Taylor River Reserve this afternoon, so why not make it a family caching trip at the same time. This was the first of three caches visited on the trip.
I think the 31 degree temperature kept everyone inside this afternoon because there was only a light smattering of muggles out, you still had to be careful though because the muggles on two wheels could sneak up on you without notice.
The cache hiding place was pretty obvious from the cache description and hint and a QEF ensued.
Once again TFTC B&W

Having a rest in town after 6 days on the trail through the Rianbow and Molsworth Roads.TFTC.
Approached GZ could it be there? Bingo! Just where I suspected it might be. TFTC
