G'day from Australia!!!Stumble Trip had been in NZ for the past 6mths, working on the Milford Track. Stumble's Mate flew in to meet up with her and we spent the next 2wks traveling the beautiful South Island in a camper. Whilst the weather wasn't favourable for the first week, we had an awesome time and travelled some 3,200+kms, seeing some beautiful sites and staying in just as beautiful campsite along the way. Thanks to all the CO. Unless otherwise stated, all caches were found in good condition.

Time to travel up one side of a river from Greymouth to Reefton and back down the other signing off a few solved puzzles and AdLabs along with any other that got in the way.

This is one that got in the way.

Cheers for the cache, Gracie7 + Mum.

We were off to walk the Pororari River Track (or so we hoped) before it started raining. We knew this container wasnt big enough to hold any TBs so stopped to quickly check on this one on our was passed. Both the TB and the log had been SHOVED into the container in a sad state and I was not happy. [:K] TB removed to be fixed and the log managed to survive. All good to go here again. Please dont leave TBs as this layby is obviously muggly.

We were on our way to take two of our grandsons to see the pancake rocks. I noticed this cache was a size regular and in an area that looked as though there was plenty of parking so I asked GK to stop so we could find it.

By the time Harlan and I (who were in the back of the campervan) got our shoes out ready to put on Diaz had found the cache and he brought it to me in the campervan to sign the log. He was delighted to have found one so quickly.

Thanks for placing this cache and thank you for the smiley

05-Jun-22
I found this super quickly, nana didn't even get her shoes on lol. Thank you for putting it here

05-Jun-22
Diaz found this one so fast we didn't even get to help. Thanks for putting it here

30-May-22
The weather didn't allow a view of the ocean that was worth taking a photo, a shame as it is a good safe viewing spot. The logsheet was very wet but we dried it as best as we could.

24-May-22
Found out in the open. Put back where it should be

19-Mar-22
Having only found a handful of caches so far this year we planned a trip to Westport which then turned into more of a 'Maintenance check' day with a few finds at the end. The nearby deer(?) carcass is nothing but bones now. The cache was were it should be and we just gave the waterproof log a wipe dry and popped it back. All good here. Happy Caching Smile

27-Feb-22
Heading South today so carried on past this to a safer turning spot and came back to it. A nice quick find here. tftc

04-Jan-22
Lucky us. It wasn't hidden under the rotting deer (we hope) carcass near by. Fabulous view. Windy enough not to smell so much. Thanks

Smile Found - Mrs McMike2012 & I are on a bit of a Christmas Roadtrip from Auckland to Ingill & back ... we'll be doing a few geocaches on our travels ... this being the 123rd cache of hopefully many ... we had been spent Christmas in Invercargill & were now heading back to Auckland, taking the scenic route ... we were now heading North, doing caches as we go ... another scenic outlook & photo opportunity ... good to add another 'smiley face' to the tally ... TFTC ... TN:LN:SL ... #1,857 for us.

Found with NZDi. We are staying at Carters Beach Holiday Camp as a base for a few days geocaching on the Wet Coast. Todays plan is to head to Greymouth picking up as many roadside PnGs as we can, with a few more interesting excursions thrown into the mix.

This is our forty-second cache of the day, and one we decided to get on the way home as the access to the layby when travelling south was deemed too dangerous by the driver (NZDi). It was easy access heading north and no muggles present either which made for a QEF PnG.

Thanks for putting out this cache for woolwood9 and I to find!
SL **tm/ww NZ** (may just be a black smudge on the many wet or plastic logs)
Weather today was unsettled with rain at times.

*We soon had another good cache located, appreciate all your fun caches in the area gracie7 + Mum!*

27-Jun-20
We came to out here today to check whats up with this one. As we arrived there was someone climbing over the rocks at GZ so I asked him if he was looking for a geocache. He said no but that he knew of them and left us to it. All that was left of our cache was a now wet log inside a holey bag. I wanted to move the cache but we were ill equipped. We put a waterproof log inside a pill container and popped it back at the hint. All good here again - for now. Happy Caching Smile

31-May-20
Found with StreetWalkerNZ on a most enjoyable drive north from Greymouth on a gorgeous sunny day. We got as far as Crow Bay before turning back as we had left a few caches to do on the return journey.
As the previous log says, no container, just a log book. Nice viewpoint and the temperature is finally climbing! TFTC.

31-May-20
#18185. Troodles looked at the hint and it told us to look somewhere I'd already searched. Checked that again and found a small log book (and no container). No wonder I didn't find a container when I first checked. Nice views. TFTC.

21-May-20
Thanks for cache, nice viewpoint, Log is soaking wet, couldn’t sign. Needs a container, just plastic bag. Beautiful view anyway Smile

20-Mar-20
Found that one just lying around in the grass. Hid it again. Thanks for the cache! Smile

***[======== NZ Mega 2020 ========](http://nzmega.com)***

Planning for the [NZ Mega 2020](http://nzmega.com) event is well underway. It will be held in Auckland over Labour Weekend, 23 to 26 October 2020. It's going to be a massive celebration of geocaching:

* 20 years of geocaching worldwide.
* 20 years since New Zealand had the very first geocache hidden outside of USA.
* And it's 2020 - all the 20s!

Talk to your geo-friends and start planning to be part of [this event](http://nzmega.com) - you won't want to miss it!

Thanks gracie7 + Mum.
