In the area to attend a 50th Birthday celebration and stopped to grab this one . Thanks for the hide Tftc
Left Wallaroo early this morning aiming for Whyalla. Still hot today so not getting too many today.
Out caching with my caching buddy, MrsShep77, and our faithful drivers. Thanks for the great hides.
On our travels we stopped to grab this cache a nice quick find and fresh log, thanks for placing it
Adelaide to Port Lincoln Road Trip!
Day Two: Quorn to Whyalla.
Weather: sensational.
A nice sentiment here, and I hope that there was some snowball effect. This is my last cache along this road for now as my iPhone is dying and I need a new cable. The cache was found with the ziplock bag on the outside, which Michells&hound tells me is how they do it in Britain, what with all that damp weather. A new log book added.
Thanks once again diggers09.
It’s officially a Mega!

What an epic journey we have had, just returned home from the holiday of a life time, we managed to catch up with PP2 for some caching at times, oh the memories and laughter!! Now it's time to catch up with the logging, thank you to every CO who has placed caches for us to find along the way TFTC
It's birthday week for the cats so Purrfect Di and Mattycat decided to go do some birthday caching and see what we can unwrap in the way of log books. Yours was one we found along the way, with the help of Jack. A fun drive north west ish with a whole bunch of fresh smilies!!!
Received a secret santa gift once a few years back. Was a lovely gesture at the time when I was fairly new at all this! Nice quick find,.
Sincere appreciation goes to diggers09 for placing and maintaining this cache on our geo game map

Searching around every day finding and signing using some or all of the resources of GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife), Whereyougo, Garmin Montana 750i, Montana 680t, Etrex 35, Samsung S20+, Samsung S9, with Geocaching App, c:Geo, or Geooh Go, and Android Auto and other maps... or often with just plain old dumb luck Quite a lot of that actually!!!
*Logs are composed and published using GSAK of course.*
---
Please do stay as safe as possible when caching.
Keep a lookout for bogs, snakes, surprise cliffs, boxing roos, wombats, bulldust, and floods,
try not to get tetanus from rusty mint tins and don't fall out of trees...
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- but especially lookout for bugs from alpha to omega !!! . [xx(]
Try to keep Travel Bugs as the only bugs you share and pass on
Now our borders are open - even more important to sanitise and safely distance!!!
Much appreciation of all those placing quality caches out and about around the countryside,
in sensible safe places especially! - it keeps our game safe, fun, and interesting
[^] [:o)] [^]
A great caching start to Twenty Twenty Too

This weekend, I headed to Whyalla to catch up with a few other Geocachers and attempt some of the trails there. On Saturday, we targeted the FTF power trail from Whyalla to Iron Knob, and then spent the evening and the subsequent monring driving some of Whyalla's back tracks. On Sunday, I visited Cowleds Landing and back north, only to get severely bogged in one of Whyalla's clay pans. I then returned home via the August series.
Today, I travelled from Adelaide to Whyalla, making a few brief stops along the way. I needed to arrive at Port Augusta for the geocaching event, and after having dinner, I made the slow approach to Whyalla finding the geocaching trails along the old road, including *Port Augusta's First PT* series, arriving rather late.
I ended up driving this road from Port Augusta to Whyalla finding geocaches quickly as I went. A nicely placed geocache under the scrub. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks diggers09 for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Hi there diggers09. We are on holiday and currently in South Australia on our way home to the west (Perth). While travelling we found this cache after a short search - and the container and log are in good condition. TN, LN, SL. Thanks to diggers09 for this cache - our find 7335
Nomads travelling in their caravan around Australia. We have been on the road since July 2011 and discovered caching in August 2013. We travel with a bunch of travel bugs belonging to our sons and grand children. Where ever possible, we will maintain your cache as we travel.
All this done in Port Augusta, it was time to head down to Whyalla for four days. Our plan is to do the steel works tour on Monday. On the way planned a few caches to break up the journey.
As were were travelling with the van on, we only chose a select few along this bumpy road. Not for any particular reason, except for ability to park easily off the road with 3.5tonne in tow. Quick find here. Thanks diggers09

We have been travelling since January when we left Geelong and travelled up the centre to Alice then Darwin. We crossed the border into WA at the start of May and completed the Gibbs river road which has been one of the highlights so far
From Broome we travelled to cape leveque to find the best beach ever
From Broome we have then zig zagged from coast to inland to make sure we saw as much as we could
We are travelling along at our own pace and so will cache and see as much of the area as we can
Honestly it’s thank to caching that we get to see so much

We have decided to stop in port Augusta for a few days as it seems to always be a place we drive straight through on our way back and forth up and down the centre

Thanks diggers09 for the cache.
On my two day trip to Port Lincoln with e.gregory1, we stopped everyone and again to collect some target caches along the way. Majority of the trip was based around collecting puzzles and LGAs. Unfortunately we hit a kangaroo not too far past port wakefield but car is a bit dented.
Well no santa or anything related to christmas here apart from a nice and easy smiley

Another perfect Winter day for a drive around while at Port Augusta.
Today's mission was to tackle the winds and P A's 1st P.T and a few others as well.
Not many muggles around here today and mostly good quick finds.
Thanks for the cache diggers09, cheers from the Riverina, NSW,

Left a pretty butterfly. Thanks for the shell! Beautiful view when you stop to look!
We are camping at the Shoreline Caravanpark and we were looking for some caches in the neighbourhood. Then we found this trail. A nice quied road and we saw a lot of kangaroos. Thank you for this trail.
