On our walk through the lovely park, 3 sets of eyes couldn't find a cache today. Dang it!
Think this one is missing. I have found it a while ago and it's not where I think it was - although it's very posible my memory may not be correct ??
Her to eat two pies, then geo cache. Then walk lovelock road to make sure pies are gone. TFTC
Very quaint old school sign here. Appreciated the cool in the shade of the trees here. TFTC # 11,585
Working with a PE, Technology class from Mackenzie College using Geocaching as the project. Look out for the new caches the students will be installing in and around Fairlie over the next few weeks. TFTC
No joy for us either. Was only allowed a short stop and arrived at a likely GZ but no cache to be seen.
Did a stopover in my bike tour of the south island, now sunny and nice. Stayed at the holiday park at Fairlie, going to Lake Tekapo tomorrow. TFTC.
Searched and searched today but no luck Found a spot where it might have been? But couldn't find any 200ml container - was hoping to get rid of a trackable in a decent size cache...
Enjoyed kicking through the leaves walking to this one. The cache was totally exposed with what looked like a muggle's log entry. The contents are OK, so hid it somewhat better. Thanks Bitsprayer for bringing us to this pleasant corner of Fairlie.
This is the second day of my two-day trip from Invercargill to Christchurch, grabbing a few caches on the way. A wet start to the day at Omarama, but improved as the day went on. A quick find, signed log and returned as found. Thanks for the cache.
Found on my to lake tekapo picked up a hiker who just happened to be a geocacher (meatyy) who will log this from his hometown. TFTC
Had to get a move on so missed a few caches. Staying in town tonight so decided to get a few caches
Quick find while waiting for the holiday park to open. Nice tree!

Was almost a DNF when I had three dogs, two of which were barking and the thrid growling at me :S, luckily the owner called them back and they listened.... not sure I would have been happy if there were any childen about this early in the morning with dogs acting like this in a public area and unleashed....
Anyhow loved the clever spot the cache was in. Everything in good condition.

Second find of the day!
We were out today going around the South Island, doing some sightseeing and caching along the way. This was the second cache we found.
After finding a good park, and stopping, we headed to GZ.
We looked high, low, not here, not in there, before.... Found it!
We stealthily retrieved the cache, signed the log book and replaced as we found, wandering back to the car with a smile.
Took: Nothing
Left: Nothing
Signed the log.
Cache and contents are in good nick and coordinates were spot on.
TFTC!

Thanks to all the owners of the geocaches that we found today on our way from Lake Tekapo to Fairlie, Geraldine, Winchester and Timaru. We've seen very nice places and we enjoyed all the great sights along our way! A 'fave' added.
