Today TaurusSix and I were undecided what our geocaching plan of action would be. This was mainly due to the weather, it was very inclement with constant patches of rain. We did not really fancy another wet day of geocaching. Eventually mid morning we decided to do a circuit clearing up unfound caches. We took the Forrest Highway north before turning off at the Old Bunbury Road, weaving our way to Pinjarra . From there we followed the South West Highway, taking several diverts including Fairbridge Village before turning onto Lakes Road at North Dandalup. Ultimately this led us back to the freeway and eventually onto Forrest Highway back to where we started. All in all it was a lovely drive, several more geocaches under our belt and the weather well it was ok most of the time.
This is our seventh actual cache find of the day along with an Adventure Lab. We always enjoy picking up from the SWH series whenever we are in the area. Road very busy today and it was starting to rain again but apart from that a nice easy cache find. TFTC Everlasting

Down for the weekend in Quindanning to knock off the Boddington LGA series with a number of Perth cachers. This was one of my stops for the weekend. Apologies for the generic logs. Signed as Team BODS11. Cheers Everlasting!
Heading south for a caching weekend around Boddington. Grabbing some caches on the way down to base camp, signing as MICKS (Meme28, I C Nothing, Cirrus_WA, Kapelula, Sir Fancy).
On our way down south on our three day trip with the BODS11 team, we found and logged the cache. Cheers Everlasting!

Heading down to Boddington to complete the LGA series.
Finished up at work early and teamed up with other members of Bods11 (the combined team for the weekend) on the drive down collecting caches along the way.

Final morning in Pinjarra before going home, out early to get some hides.
A nice variety of hides and caches. Generally quick finds, thanks CO’s for putting out the hides and maintaining.

After grabbing some lunch in Pinjarra we were working our way home up the highway. We stopped here and found this to be another quick park and grab. Once our names were added to your log we returned your cache back to its place of hiding. TFTC Everlasting
Another quick park and grab with axell33 as we head home adding SWH smilies! Thanks for the hide here Everlasting.
Found this with Geodogs M and R on an arvo out and having no luck at North Dandalup dam, thought I'd grab a couple close to home. Not sure why I hadn't grabbed this before but am glad to finally have a smile Looked up in lots of places to end up finding cache on the ground. Popped it back where it probably should have been but other side so it is wedged and hopefully won't fall down again. Cheers for this cache
Another arvo of rolling down SWH dodging traffic and nabbing a few caches.
The local fence timber supplier has a nice entry statement here. I check the fork up high filled with bark but no luck.

We headed out to collect some more smilies around and along the SWH today, we are happy to say that we came up trumps here, most of today's finds were quick, we loved the variety of caches that we came across, thanks to all CO's that placed these caches for us to find TFTC
Such a nice day that I thought that I would try and knock off some more of the SWH caches and a few others on the way. Most were found quite easily although a few took a little longer. It was so green down here with lots of fat cows and some beautiful wildflowers to look at. Only a couple of DNFs so a good day Tftc
Out on a SWH caching run today, first day of annual leave so of course have to put it to good use! Nice quick find on this one, we all love a park and grab! Slowly closing in on completing the Hidden Creatures challenge. TFTC
On our way down to Burekup so we decided to find some cool caches along the way!
Thanks for this cool hide.

Today I was in Pinjarra for a bike race, and after the race (and some recovery) I stayed around to find a few caches on the way home. It was a stinking hot day, the car was showing over 41 degrees.
I really like the SWH series, and was happy to make a quick and easy find here!
Thanks for the cache Everlasting!

#12704. Day 11 of our WA holiday and our 6th day based in Rockingham. Robmc and I decided to tackle the SWH Series between Jarrahdale and Pinjarra. We managed a nice run of 44 caches before lunch and then the wheels fell off somewhat as we made our way home via Mandurah. So many caches were not viable so we didn't feel like wasting time searching. It was hard to find some caches that were still in play.
Another one in the series signed and on we go. Heading to Pinjarra for a lunch break.
Thanks Everlasting

Day Eleven of our holiday in Western Oz.
Bettyboo3747 and I have spent the morning on the South West Highway between Jarrahdale and Pinjarra, and the afternoon trying to find a cache that still exists on the way back to Rockingham.
I have seen a lot of these containers and I am surprised that it allows water inside, but it was damp again.
A good height for a cache though.
Thanks, Robmc.

Pulled up and thought the fencing company must've done a few properties recently, only to realise the fence looked so familiar because I found this cache on my last run but forgot to log it. TFTC, Everlasting.
On holidays from South Australia picking up a few Geos on our travels TNLN Thanks for the hide Everlasting

This was our first full day of caching from our base at Mandurah, many of the caches we found, belonging to the various series, which appear as green snakes on our geo map of this part of WA.
Thanks Everlasting for placing caches for everyone's enjoyment.

Hi there Everlasting.
We found your cache **"SWH...Kaesnoww"** at 3:29:00 PM today. This cache makes our find count 14887.
Our plan for the day was to complete some of the SWH series, together with a few others that were also close to the highway. We thoroughly enjoyed our drive attempting caches to the left on our way north and picking up the ones we missed on the return trip. We found a variety of container types and sizes hidden along the way, and also managed to pick up a couple of trackables.
Today we found 35 caches & DNF'd 3. Without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The cache had no lid, was soaking wet and infested with spiders. As the cache needed some maintenance we made the repair and restored the cache.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** A Smiley Badge if the container was large enough.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

**this is a late log** I have recently made a major upgrade to my GSAK license and found this lovely feature that automatically tells me what caches I have marked found in GSAK but never logged on geocaching.com!! Yay, Clyde, you can have my money anytime! The caches I am logging in this batch were ones I found during WA Goes Big 2016. In an interest to get completely caught up, I am logging my past finds in bulk. I still have work to do after this, as I need to locate my notes from all of my earthcaches, but once those are in, I should be very close to current. I appreciate all the effort you go through to create and place your hides and do not for one second take it for granted, I just need to get caught up so I can return to my once pleasant logs. Cheers!
A nice quick find as Jinta29 and I travel inbound to the WAGB event site. Shortly after arrival, the container was located and our details added to log.
Cheers Everlasting

The WA Goes Big 2016 event provided the perfect excuse for me to pack up the wife and travel across to get some caches in WA. I have previously cached WA in 2008 (Perth to Geraldton and back) and 2011 (Kunninara) so it was great to head south from Perth this time.
This series was close to where we stayed during the WA goes big event at Pinjarra.
It was great to have such a great range of quality caches close to the event. TFTC.

Out night caching with Moneydork and Semik after the WA Goes Big 2016 Dinner. TFTC.
Travelling to Pinjarra for the WA Goes Big weekend after flying over from NSW on Wednesday. Searching for the SWH series plus a few extras. Most were found, interesting variety of caches containers appreciated, a few took a bit of searching to locate and there were a couple of DNFs. Also found was an ants nest, a bee hive and an emu!!! Thank you to all the COs for putting out these caches.
In the area seeking out some solved MS puzzles so made a further detour to pick up these SWH caches on the way home.
Thanks for the cache Everlasting.

Headed down the highway today and grabbed a couple of caches on my way to Pinjarra. Another nice and easy grab here, almost dont need the GPs once at GZ. TFTC Everlasting

Running up the numbers today in readiness of my 3000th find in Albany next week. Had a go at my unfound SWH caches down to Pinjarra and then some Greek Alphabets on the way back plus a few others here and there.
Made this one harder than it should have been by looking in all the wrong places to begin with. No need to check the drain.
Everlasting I found your cache at 10:25am, this was the 18th of 56 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 2932. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

Drove up to the West OZ Geocaching Meeting in Gosnells and decided to leave early and find a few caches along the way. Unfortunately it started raining heavily with a thunderstorm arriving quickly. So geoP had to make a quick dash out of the car to find the cache. Cache spotted quickly, signed and rehidden. tftc sl tnln
Originally logged under family name of clan-wallace now slowly transitioning to new name
We seem to have been travelling up & down this road quite a lot this holiday season, another quick find here TFTC
Tftc nice find with blaze169 and grene11 on our way down the SWH grabbing geos.
Spent the day collecting SWH geos with baconfamily33 blaze 169 and geogranny. Most of the caches were park and grabs but a few stumped us and we got a few DNF's

I was out of the house early and heading from the Perth down to Dunsborough. What a perfect opportunity to cruise down the South Western Highway and rack up a few caches along the way. I would have loved to hunt for these all day but my time commitments curbed my efforts to stop at Pinjarra. I found this to be a much more scenic trip than via Forrest Hwy and there are so many more places to stop along the way. I saw the cache half hidden as I pulled up in the car. All in good condish. I made sure the it was well covered before I left. TFTC Everlasting
After heading up the hill to sort out some weekend leave, decided to have a leisurely drive back down the highway to home while adding a few caches to the tally. After a 4 month break from caching, it was good to get back into finding a few. A bonus; having relatively little traffic on the road today! Easy find as most of the caches found today. Log was full, so added extra paper for a new log.
Good hide. Nice and easy. The log book needs to be replaced as it is wet and old. TFTC Dramas5
TFTC! Out for a weekend caching run to Bunbury with Cravo10 and ItsKate to complete the South West Highway trail, some Moneybox caches in Capel and of course as many others along the way. Thanks
Doing the south west highway trail with barnzy12 and itskate today. The weather was amazing and made for a great day. Started at 6am in byford. Signed the logs in a few different variations from full names to first letters and date.
Out with Barnzy12 and Cravo10 on this beautiful Saturday on a long hunt from Byford to Bunbury, what an amazing day. Tftc
