It was good to meet up with other cachers. And to catch up with old friends. I look forward to next year's event. Thanks for organising it.

I would just like to apologise to everyone, especially Kinkell1 for not coming along last Sunday!! But thankyou oh so much for the logs in the card!!

First off happy birthday to every one celebrating today. We always enjoy going to events and catching up but a birthday event makes it even more special, As usual we had a great time chatting to old friends and putting a couple of faces to names we have read or heard of. This is the first time we have seen a whole event leave at about the same time only to reform in a different location.

Tiley's Birthday event.. same place, same time, March 3. See you there!

My sincere thanks to kinkell1 yet again for another beaut Birthday event. Over the years I've attended this day we've experienced heatwaves, torrential downpours and quite cold days. Today was simply perfect. Lovely to catch up with many familiar faces, and as always, to meet some new faces as well. Looking forward to next year Sue Thanks again, great day, and most of all - HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! XXX

Great weather to celebrate a birthday. Glad I could make it there!

We have been coming here for a few years now, wouldn't miss it. This get-together has grown to a party of decent size. Thank you for organising it, Sue, and "Happy Birthday"! We had a great time with this caching crowd, once again: familiar faces and new ones.
We enjoyed it so much that we participated in the progressive event that followed. A great day!

Thanks so much for this great Birthday event, Sue, and a Happy Birthday to all the Birthday Cachers, especially those starting with "S"! We did enjoy meeting old friends and meeting some new ones.
We also would like to thank Sue yet again for her lucious birthday cake as well as the McAdies for their lucious birthday cake too - these were much appreciated. Looking forward to the next year's Birthday event as well as Tilly's birthday event on 3rd March which we hope to attend.

The ageing Bushfire had not indicated that he would be here as at this time of the year we don't know where we will be from day to day or even an hour for that matter.
Not a good year for fires as the grass lands as well as the bush are tinder dry so we are playing things as they happen.
After spending a couple of hours at the fire station this morning the decision was made to head up to Ballan and very glad that I did as I meet more cachers today than at any prior event.
It was great to finally put many faces to names that I have read about in logs.
I chatted so much that I had no time for lunch and cooked my meat on the barbie at home about 2100 hours tonight.
Happy birthday to the birthday people and afterwards we all headed down to Pykes Reservoir where we cheered on our crew who headed out through the choppy waters to find a couple of caches and got themselves a wet bum and more for their effort while we cheered them on while we stayed dry on the shore.
Terrific day and a big thanks to Kinkell1 for another enjoyable day.

Was a great event, and a brilliant one for us relative newbies to get a chance to meet so many new people at our first event. A brilliant day spent with some great people and some great cache reccomendations. We will certainly be trying to attend more of these events in future! Thanks Kinkell1 for a brilliant day and event!

My second attendance at one of these I think - and a lovely day it was for it too. As ever it was good to meet up with cachers old and new in a park just made for it.

Mary & David were there. We love Events, and any excuse for a meet and greet is wonderful. Happy Birthday to Sue, Sandra and Sammi. A chance to say Happy New Year, and for us to rave about " The Mystery of the Fyansford Treasure Horde" that we'd done recently. Birthday cake and sparklers put everyone in the right mood. Then, a new kind of Event was born - the Progressive Event, when everyone decided to move the party to Pykes Creek for the mass attempt on the Terrain 5 caches there. Heath and Happiness to everyone. Our thanks to Kinkell1.

What a great day we had at this great evevnt. Well done Sue, the event seems to be getting bigger which is great. Wow the cakes, candles, sparklers and fine voices added to this occassion. Great to meet old friends and make new ones also. We will be looking forward to Tilley's birthday event.

Was so pleased to be able to make it here for another year and wish Sue and the other birthday girls a happy birthday. A terrific turnout for a coolish day, and so many friendly faces. Met some good friends and made some new friends, just perfect. Thanks again Sue, see you next year.

We always try to get to Kinkell1's annual Birthday event and this year seemed to be bigger than last year.
Thankfully the hot weather had eased for the weekend so it was nice to head out and see everyone.
After the event we headed out to Pykes Reservoir and also around Myrniong to find a few newer caches.
A very enjoyable afternoon of geocaching.

Attended this very enjoyable event on a great cool day, it's always great to catch up with people you don't see often and to meet some new people and today was no exception, with multiple conversations with quite a few people, after the event a rather large group headed to Pykes Reservoir and kept the fun going a little bit longer

Thanks for hosting this great event, and I will have to make myself a regular in future years

What a great day, a small but enthusiastic bunch gathering in the chilly weather. For a range of reasons this is the first GC cache logged for the year - hopefully we can increase our activity soonish.

I was lucky enough to finally catch up with the crew at pykes creek, and see the canoe in action after finding a few of the watery hides. Was good to see a few faces I knew, and also a few new faces which I had only previously known by cacher name.

Anyhow, happy birthday, and thanks for letting me sign the 4 logs.

Lovely to come up meet everyone and chat again. Hope the birthday girls all have a good time on their special days this week. What better way to celebrate your birthdays with like minded people.
It was a little on the cool side but that hasn't deterred any of the Pykes Creek group getting out on the water.
