We got eyestared by land owner so decided not to go near his fence... Yes agree this geocache must be removed... He might get the shotgun next time...
Attention: I wrote to Seabreeze in Augusta 2021 warning that the hall and land had been sold to a private owner and the cache would need to be removed. I’m disappointed to see it’s still active. As much as it amuses me to see the landholder slowly going nuts trying to stop people coming into his property, this sort of thing gives Geocaching a bad name. So… please guys don’t go in there and scrub this on off your list the landholder is not a very friendly or understanding person.
Didn’t want to jump gates as it’s private property and too many cars driving pass.
We are staying with our daughter at Margaret River. Today we go to Augusta to walking and find some caches on the route. We see beautifull places and nature. Thank you for the caches and greetings from The Netherlands.
Jumped the gates like bad boys (and girls). Hint was very specific but didn't turn up the cache - once again it seems it had been shoved way back. At least the retrieval stick had been left there too. Left it as the hint describes. TFTC!
Found it, however someone had thrown it halfway under the building. Stick used to recover. Kids were happy
This was a beautiful place to stop on our way down the the lighthouse. TFTC SeabreezeOz
Quick find with bigSalmon1 whilst exploring the area. Thanks for the history TFTC
Quick park and grab on our way back from lunch at a beautiful winery while staying in Augusta TFTC
Fun spot. Need a community donation box as we would support a restoration effort, love heritage trust buildings. Thanks for sharing.
There was a Hatchimal in the box ... my seven year old was delighted as she has been denied them!!

Had .to take my sun glasses off to find it about a metre from where described.
There is a fine cafe about 50m south, open Fri - Sun 9 - 4 and Mon 10-2 "sometimes".

Heading to Augusta to find a few caches we stopped to find this one on our way…. Master 8 quickly spotted this one & was quite puzzled as to why there was only a lid & a logbook? He decided to have a look underneath & quickly spotted the rest of the container Lucky he is skinny as he could get under & reach it…. But does make us wonder why nobody else has bothered to look for it [?]
TFTC SeabreezeOZ [^]. All is ok with this one now.

Yay! Two happy dutchies!! Easy to find if you know what a chimney is haha. We didn’t know this so that made it funny TFTC .. unfortunately only the lid is left.. so a next person could maybe take a new container?
We finished with the bike trail nice & early so now we have the rest of the day to enjoy the sunshine & some leisurely caching. TFTC SeabreezeOz

Was down this way on a mission of my own today - today I found my 11,111th geocache, and needed a pretty special cache to mark the occasion, and the nearby earthcache fitted the bill beautifully. That mission accomplished, we (Team Red Roo and myself) had a couple of hours to fill in before heading over to Alexandra Bridge where we would be meeting up with SeabreezeOZ and sharkcaver prior to our South Coast TACT tomorrow, and boy were we excited about the upcoming adventure. So of course we opted to find a few local caches in the time we had to spare, this one being one of the ones we attempted. Just this last one we had to stop for as we headed out of Augusta to meet up with the CO at Alexandra Bridge, and as it turned out, we got there before him, just! Anyway, all good with the cache - quick find, sign and replace, but not without having to wrangle a spider to make the area safe for my companion, lol. Thanks for the smiley SeabreezeOZ

The brick was in place beside the chimney, but alas no cache. Had mirror behind chimney to have a really good look. Nothing but a few spider webs and the odd weed. Looked both sides and from around the corner of the building. I fear the cache has gone.
We find ourselves in a beautiful part of WA after 8 months of travelling. We left Geelong in January and travelled to Darwin and crossed the border in may to complete the gibb rivervroad. We have been zig zagging our way south since

I hope they can fix this little place up, what a gem

Had planned for the last week to do a day trip down to Augusta to pick up the caches there and a couple of others on the way. The weather was terrible when we left early with torrential rain and thunder and lightening. We decided to still go and by the time we got to Augusta the weather was fine and we were able to get most of the caches on our list. There was lots of muggles everywhere we went but most caches were quickly found with a few that took a bit of searching. Thanks to all the CO,S for placing these caches for us and everyone else to find.
Hey. Returned again after 5yrs.. I was the FTF... but I'm unsure on the TB u talk about... maybe I didn't log it sorry. Have u heard anything more about it? What was it called?? Or tracking number?
Finally a tour with the-shredder and skyryser again! After so long time of separation. Found this on our Tour through WA. Thanks for showing this place! Quick find. TFTC
