Apologies for taking back my previously awarded Favourite Point, but I've run out of FPs to issue to other worthy geocaches. I think your cache was worthy but now it's Archived, the reason for giving the FP is lost.
I am archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in a prior reviewer note.
Hi TititeaThis geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived. Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.RegardsTheCoddiwompler
Needs attention of reviewer (NA). Its approx 18 months since this cache was found. Despite many DNFs no maintenance appears to have taken place. CO hasnt visited website since 2015. We gave it a real good look and found an ideal spot but it wasnt there. Not saying its not there somewhere though. Its just needs checking from someone who knows where it is. Perhaps its time to clear the space for someone else. Fab views from up there and a fantastic walk.
Should have read logs before setting out to search. Haven’t brought any spare caches with me from the uk so i couldn’t reset. Hopefully the next person will read the logs first before setting out
It wasn’t there today. Six of us looking. Not in the place I found it earlier this year. Hopefully the CO can check. Sorry, no replacement cache today.
Thanks. Was last up here Jan 1st or 2nd year 2000. Very misty then. Complete opposite today. Awesome views.
Found with WinstonFurchil. Very odd choice of swaps, definitely change. Other wise good cache!!
Found by MaddyMadz, in assist by Winston Furchil. Odd choice swaps, maybe change that?? Other wise great cache. TFTC!
Got to the big zero m . But could not find . Good spot where it could have been .
Such an amazing little day hike in wanaka! Missed the cache at first but after a little searching found it!

Easy, fast second found today. Beautiful views everywhere . Found during Sunday trip with my muggle boyfriend David.
Decided to walk this track today. What lovely views, fav point. Very windy at the top and a nice sunny day. Thanks for the cache
During our travel in NZ we did not have mobile data. So this log is written, when back home.
After a great hike we waited at the summit for some muggles to pass before getting the box. It took some tries but the coords were really good.
Thanks for hiding! Found together with m3h4.

Zowaar! Diamond Lake-Rocky Mountain was our chosen track today, to see if us flatlanders (NL) could climb this ‘little’ hill. After all, the ascent is 150 metres more than the highest point in our country so we don’t often get that high .
We took the eastward route up and enjoyed great views over Lake Wanaka. The views at the top were even better!
Cache was found easily. Took TB. Thx for placing and the maintenance. Simone

More exhausting than expected (without fitness ...) - but the wonderful view is worth the effort!

This morning we take the loop to the top. We really like this walk and the great views to lake Wanaka. We suggest the eastern route. Thanks for this cache!
Find #3201. One of a few random finds while on holiday in QT. Really enjoyed the walk up and on this peak and far more enjoyable than the struggle up Roy's Peak, with less height and more shade from the brutally hot sun. Not as many people either. Great views. A small search require to locate the cache. SL FP TFTC
Regular day off work today. The plan was to climb Isthmus Peak and GC83H3R, but soon found the track closed for a month to 20 December.
So Diamond Lake and the nearby geocaches is Plan B.
Seems it’s everyone else’s alternative as well, as the carpark is *’chokka’* and there’s a constant stream of hikers on the track.
I ascended via the eastern track and descended via the steeper western track, although the bottom section perhaps would’ve been easier via the eastern route as well.
A beautiful day attracts many visitors and GZ is muggle central. Had lunch while waiting for them to disperse, and eventually secured the rock ledge allowing me to search without raising too much suspicion.
Accurate coordinates soon had the cache in hand, and I was able to shield my activities with my back to the remaining muggles.
What a great trek with interesting vistas and well within most people’s capabilities. Many nationalities on the track and the summit, including four babies carried by one of their parents.
I thoroughly enjoyed my day, so well worth a Favourite Point. TFTC

We enjoyed the walk up to the summit. Magnificent view! The search took me a while but in the end I could locate the container and drop two trackables.
Dnf. We tried to locate it. But even on 1m nothing. But the view is great. Very nice walk. Greetz from The Netherlands

During our holiday in New Zealand we have visited both the North and the South Island. We saw a lot of highlights of this beautiful country, but there is so much more to see. So many highlights, so many caches! The geocaches showed us a lot of special and interesting places. Sometimes a quick find, sometimes we had to search longer. A few DNF's, but that doesn't matter. We loved New Zealand and we hope to come back some day!
Today we have found the cache "Rocky Mountain (Otago)".
Tititea, thanks for creating and maintaining this cache!

I am glad that I made the extra meters to this awesome lookout point. Thanks for luring me up to this spot with this well hidden cache. Thanks to the good hint I was able to narrow down the search radius. But still there are quite a few potential hiding places. But eventually I found what I had come looking for. TFTC!
PS: For the choice of location I leave another favourite point.

Great day for walk up the hill although I would disagree with suggested route. I did eastern route up which is steeper but would not have fancied coming down it. Quick find of my 2500th cache at the top. Woohoo. Greetings from Edinburgh. Tftc
A lovely and easy hike. Not many people up here today and the view is fantastic. Thanks for the cache.
Found this one on a short hike today. An amazing view from the top, totally worth it!
Nice walk on a breezy morning. What a view from the top!

The things we do to get a cache . Actually, the forecast was bad so decided against skiing and packed our day packs with wet weather gear, food, drink and so on. If the weather came good we were close enough for an afternoon on the slopes. Even though it didn’t rain we wanted to do this track. So the cache was just part of the day as we knew that this walk would take us to a view we’d never regret hiking up too.
Found it!!! Awesome little hike. Made it for sunset. BEAUTIFUL!!! Thanks Tititea!!!
After spending most of the time in the car yesterday (f... Weather) this morning I was early and not so far so I decided to attempt this hike to see the sunrise and was definetly a good decision! Tftc
Auch hier bin ich auf meiner Neuseelandrundreise lang gekommen und ich danke allen Owner für Ihre Mühe.

Found during a great two weeks holiday in New Zealand. Beautiful country and stunning views.
After staying at Wanaka for two nights, we took a short trip to Rocky mountains. On the way up we realized we don't have enough time to walk to the top of the hill, so I separated and made a quick hike there and back just by myself. The view on the lake was amazing.
Greetings from Slovakia.

Got it! On a NZ road trip from Maine, USA. Thanks for the cache. This one is dedicated to Harambe. May his spirit guide us to the next cache.
Greetings from Maine, USA! We were hoping to do the rob Roy glacier track today but the rains yesterday got in our way. This was an amazing second best though! The views were incredible. Found with my team Rewa. TFTC!
Really nice hide ! The walk was really cool, a bit hard with a lot of steps but it's worth it ! Amazing view up there . Tftc !!
Cache was exactly where it was said to be! The walk up was formidable! But the views from the top were stupendous. Now for the descent.... TFTC
Another FP. I’m using up my uk store of FPs in NZ! Brilliant easy walk up, lovely breeze, stunning views. TB out.
What a great view!!!!
Since we kept the travel bug for quite a long time, we wanted to place it at very special place. So we decided to place the travel bug during our three month travel in New Zealand.
Today we found a great spot to place the travel bug. Save travels!

Encontrado junto a Geocaching Argentina, no llevé lápiz, subo foto. Hermosa caminata e inmejorables vistas. Estos son los tipos cachés que me gustan.
Hooray. Made it to the top. Excellent location for a lunch stop. We are definitely noticing that where we usually live is completely flat. I wonder how our legs will feel tomorrow morning? Give us a week of walks like this and we’ll be able to mix it with all the Kiwi hikers around here. TFTC.
Couldn't let my friends, Arandee and Gazedn get up here and me not so up I came. Easy find. Well protected. Left a TB to start it's travels. Many thanks for the cache.
A stroll to the top of this rocky knob is well worth it without a cache but all the more special because someone had made the effort to put a cache up here...thank you so much...the cache is all good, dry as a chip, well sheltered and quick enough to find so there can be no grizzlies up here...thanks Tititea, we appreciated your efforts.
As part of our daily hiking program we decided for the Diamond Lake loop track.
Nice hide at the top of this little mountain!
